Woot I finished chapter 2 hope people enjoy it, this story will most likely be a slower one since this one takes a lot of planning to do and I have other things to focus on but still I hope people like it. It had been a month since Delsin had met Toshinori and Izuku but the longer he spent learning about the new world the more amazed he would become about it, Delsin thought as he went out with a paper skateboard in his hands breaking off into a run before lightly rolling the board onto the ground jumping onto it using his other foot to speed himself up as he let out a whoop of excitement riding across the pavement.
Desin knew he still had a lot to think about and accept, he was in a new world and he didn't know many people here yet. Thinking back to his close ones like Betty, Eugene and Fetch made his stomach churn knowing that he would never see them again, all he had of them was his memories just like with Reggie and he wasn't sure if he would ever be able to get over that.
Feeling the wind hit his face as he travelled as fast as he could without using his powers made his heart race, legs working hard to continue to speed him up as he smiled sadly, he may be unable to see them again but they haven't stopped helping him.
It turns out that when he disappeared people and businesses started to make merchandise of them and Eugene had quickly made that they were getting payed royalties which has made them a pretty sum that only got larger when he decided to invest the money too.
He had managed to make them enough money to live off comfortably even giving some to the tribe which made him feel blessed to have friends like that but what had really surprised him was that they had set up money for him as well, guess they still had hopes that he would be coming back he's just sorry he was too late.
Jumping over the curb Delsin continued to travel speeding up as he went his wheels rolling on the pavement other people looked to him with a mix of expressions ranging from annoyance to envy. Thanks to All Might pulling strings Delsin was quickly made into a citizen and was then able to easily access the funds.
Seeing some stairs Delsin grinned as he continued to skate until he reached the edge before jumping off the ground letting himself soar through the air, until he hit the bottom quickly slowing as he kicked the board up catching it in one hand bleeding out his momentum by walking until he stopped at the train station leaning against the wall.
Luckily All might had managed to keep what happened out of the news at least for now, which was something Delsin was happy for he didn't want fame, never did and while he knew he was most likely going to need to go into the public one day he wasn't ready yet. He was certain he was getting dodgy looks though that wasn't a surprise though he had gotten those for a long time, dressed in tight jeans a jacket and a hoodie with a metal chain on his wrist probably made him look like a delinquent.
Ignoring the people who gave him dirty looks he stretched before he saw the person he was waiting for, walking to him Delsin smiled as he placed a hand on Izuku's shoulder "hey how was UA? Think you'll like it?" he asked looking down to Delsin.
"Oh, hi Delsin." Izuku quickly replied greeting him "it was great, the people there are awesome!" Izuku told him excitedly making Delsin grin.
"Oh, really you got any numbers yet?" Delsin asked smirking while he and Izuku began to walk home.
"Err what why would I be getting numbers?" Izuku asked confused.
"What you didn't see any cute girls or boys?" Delsin asks as he elbows him in the side playfully.
"What no!" Izuku denies quickly as his face quickly goes red looking away in nervously.
"Not even that girl you saved?" Delsin asked making Izuku eep hands going to cover his face as Delsin chuckles before he noticed the bandage around his finger. "Hey what happened to your hand?" he asked looking to it.
"Oh, I had to break it for a test." he says simply making Delsin sigh placing a hand on his shoulder as he stops them.
"You really need to stop breaking your bones." Delsin tells him exasperated before he quickly healed him with his powers.
"Thank you I still can't understand how you can do that." Izuku says amazed as he takes the bandage off his hand quickly pocketing it while he flexes his now fixed hand.
"you'd need to find someone much smarter than me to explain that," Delsin told him with a grin before he passed his board to Izuku "you ever rode one of these before?" Delsin asked making a second one for himself using his powers.
"Err no I never really got the chance to," Izuku told him looking to the skate board in his hands "are you sure these are safe? they can be pretty dangerous." Izuku says worriedly.
"Life can be pretty dangerous," he says before noticing something else "maybe we can save this for later then and get you a helmet." Delsin offers as he absorbs the two skate boards making the Delsin nod walking towards a voice he had heard with his superhuman hearing.
"Can you hurry up and come down here cat?" the voice continued as they heard a woman call out annoyance in her voice clear as they headed over to the source.
When they got there, they saw a blonde woman dressed in a purple and white skin tight body suit that revealed curves that made Delsin blush looking away from her as he looked to the cat stuck on a rooftop of a three-story building and so Delsin stood straighter ready to get the cat before he heard Izuku gasp.
"What is it what's wrong?" Delsin asked him looking towards his green haired friend seeing him look to the woman in admiration.
"that's Mt Lady a hero that had debuted recently, her quirk allows her to grow in size and-" seeing Izuku about to enter another mutter spree he put his hands on his head gently running his hands through his hair to get him to chill.
"let's go see if she needs a hand then." Delsin tells him walking towards her uncaring about her status as he looked to her noticed how she had used her ability yet which he found weird, Izuku followed dumbly mumbling something about being surprised that no crowds have formed.
"Come on cat get down here before I have to get you down!" she snapped her hand on her hips giving up on trying to reach the cat she was pretty short Delsin noticed at least compared to him which meant that she wouldn't be able to reach anything in her current state.
"Hey you need a hand?" Delsin asked her making her turn to him, making him quick to notice her purple eyes, making him pause never having seen eyes like that before, then again, he had never seen natural green hair until now too so he guessed that was just something that came with the future.
"If you want then be my guest," she told him stepping to the side as she motions for him to go forward "hey do I know you? You look familiar." she says after a moment as she gets a good look of his clothes and his face making him smile.
"I think I would remember meeting you." Delsin told her calmy making Izuku choke as she laughed.
"Wow how smooth of you." she told him grinning as he walked to the building looking to the windows and sign posts making him smirk easily finding a way to get up.
"This shouldn't be too difficult." Delsin mumbled before he ran up to the wall pushing off it with his feet to get higher into the air before he could fall, he caught onto the ledge where a window was easily holding himself up with his fingers as he stayed there for a second to make sure that the ledge could hold him.
"You got some nice moves there is your Quirk an acrobatic one?" she told him sounding impressed as he pulled himself upwards.
"Err Be careful Delsin." Izuku told him his voice trembling in worry.
Grinning as he heard them both he jumped upwards grabbing onto a pipe with one hand quickly pulling himself making sure that each new hold could take his weight before he moved to the next as he got himself in a rhythm easily climbing up to the roof towards the cat.
"Come here." he told the cat grinning as he sat on the roof holding his hand out, and after a moment the cat moved towards him sniffing his fingers as he stayed still before it let him pick it up going towards the edge as he tried to think of a way to get down while holding the cat.
"If you've got a Quirk that would help here you should use it." she says calling up to him making him pause.
"Why didn't you tell me that before I climbed up here?" he asked her a little annoyed while he absorbed smoke from the chimney.
"Maybe I liked the view from down here." she tells him with a grin making him blush lightly slipping off the edge in surprise hearing the other two gasps, looking down he noticed her start to grow to catch him which was when he activated his smoke thrusters quickly slowing his fall as the cat dug its claws into his arm making him wince in pain.
When he hit the ground, he rolled onto his back letting the force slowly dissipate wanting to be sure the cat wouldn't get hurt.
"You good there?" She asked him as she stood over him in concern making him nod.
"I've fallen from higher don't worry about me." he tells her grinning as he let go of the cat feeling it continue to scratch his hands, the cat quickly ran off to Izuku demanding pets from him as Delsin pulled himself as he faced her, feeling his hands quickly begin to heal.
"It sure does look like your good at failing at least, a smoke quirk though why does that seem familiar?" she asked him crossing her arms over her chest before a beeping sound came from her phone making her frown "sorry this is work I'll see you around, I'm sure." she told him rushing off as she left him and Delsin alone to get home by themselves.
