Sorry it took me so long to update. I just moved to another state, and Covid-19's a thing. I've been busy, but hopefully I update again soon. This chapters a little shorter, but I think the next one will be longer. Also, thank you to everyone who favorited, followed, and reviewed this story; it means a lot to me so much to everyone!

Sorry again that this chapter was messed up. I've seen it happen to other people, and I don't know if there's a reason, but hopefully, this fixes it. Also, thanks to Red the Pokemon Master for telling me. Enjoy!

Marinette woke up the way she did every day there is school, hitting the snooze button. Once she got to school, though, she knew this wouldn't be a regular day.

"Hey, Marinette!" Lila beamed; she had only gotten one step up the stairs and was already confused with the liars friendliness

"What are you going to try this time, Lila? There's not even anyone around." Marinette investigated her.

"Nothing! I'm just trying to be nice! Aren't you lucky?

Marinette gave her a questioning glare; she was about to interrogate her more when the bell for the first class started.

Spot you there!" She called as she went up the stairs.

Marinette turned to her kwami, barely peeking up from her place in the bag, "What just happened?" Marinette asked confusedly

"I don't know, but I'm sure it's not good, but you should probably be going to the classroom too, Marinette," Tikki informed.

"Right, I'll figure it out when I get there."

She entered the classroom to see Lila standing by the door waiting for her. Inside the room already was Max, Iven, Mylene, Nino, Alya, Juleka, and Rose.

At least she can't try anything in here with all my ex-friends watching, she thought to herself.

"Marinette! Don't go flying away! I still want to chat with you!" Lila pleaded, still having an aggressively cheerful smile on her face.

"Yeah, Marinette, don't be rude to Lila. She's trying to be friends with you! She's so nice to do that." Alya encouraged.

She gave a slight longing gaze at her old best friend and responded, "Fine, what do you want, Lila?"

"Oh, am I bugging you? I surely wouldn't want to do that."

Just then, Adrien walked in and saw that Marinette and Lila were facing each other, "Is something wrong, Marinette? Is she hurting you?" Asked worriedly.

"Uh, no, she's not," Marinette flushed.

"Marinette, you're looking a bit red!" Lila pointed out.

"What's wrong with you!" her face becoming more of a tomato by the second.

"I know one of your secrets, Marinette." She gave a devious grin.

"What's she talking about?" Adrien, the oblivious boy he is, wondered.

"Nothing!" Marinette almost screamed, her face a tomato now. She walked the few steps it took to reach Lila and dragged her out of the classroom and into the nearest supply closet.

"How did you find out I like Adrien?" She exclaimed.

"I knew that for a long time; this is about something different," she grinned ear to ear.

While Marinette was trying to figure out what she was talking about, like a fox, she slithered out of the room, leaving Marinette to turn back to a slightly open door.

Tikki flew out of her backpack and into Marinette's face, "What do you think she's talking about?"

As Marinette was searching her brain, she finally pieced together what it was.

She looked back at Tikki, a good reminder of how she messed up, and in a worried voice whispered, "I think she knows I'm Ladybug."

Tikki began to freak out, of course, until they both heard a knock on the closet door.
