Chapter 2. Justice Served! Part One.

Six Months Earlier…

Royal Woods Michigan was a fairly large enough city were despite the low crime rate the usual shoplifters and vandals who spray paint graffiti is common enough to have the police patrol the streets day and night. Aside from the usual traffic violations, and maybe a domestic disturbance call. Other than that the Royal Woods police force was usually uneventful.

It was about after midnight when a police car was patrolling the streets of this quiet town. Officer Spencer and Officer Tanner were coming to the end of their shift when all of a sudden they saw something in the distance that took them by surprise. It was a young boy about ten or eleven years old. He was walking the street alone. He was dirty covered in filth and his clothes looked tattered too. Officers Spencer and Tanner were rooky cops who were only on the force for about a few months. They didn't have much experience on the force but they didn't need expert detective to know that something bad happened to this kid.

The police car pulled alongside the young boy, Officer Tanner rolled down the window and asked. "Hey kid you're alright?"

The young boy look at the officer and said. "No, I'm Not!" He said

Officer Tanner looked at Officer Spencer and Officer Spencer Looked at Officer Tanner and they both asked the young boy. "Do you want to talk about it down town?"

A smile came to you young boy's face. Then he said. "Yes! As a matter of fact I do!"

The boy got into the police officers car and the three headed down to the station. As they were driving Officer Spencer Asked. "So what's your name kid?"

"Lincoln." The boy answered.

"What were you doing walking alone on the streets this late at night?" Officer Tanner asked

"I was kicked out of my house." Lincoln answered.

Shock fell upon the officers faces. The pieces of the puzzle all fit together. The kid walking alone on the streets late at night. His dirty clothes and dirty appearance. The answers were clear right in front of them as if it was brought day light. Lincoln was the victim of abuse.

After reaching the Royal Woods Police Station. Lincoln was lead in by the two police officers were he was sent to an interrogation room. After a few seconds a man in a three piece tie suit came in and he introduced himself. "I am Detective Cane of the Royal Woods Police force. I was informed that you were kicked out of your own house by your own family. Is that correct?" He asked

"That is correct." Lincoln said.

"Is there any reason in particular why your parents kicked you out of your house?" Detective Cane asked as he pulled out a note book and began taking notes.

"It all started about two weeks ago. One of my older sisters Lynn threatened to beat me with her baseball bat if I didn't go to her game. Not that it would have mattered science she beats me anyway. I went to her stupid ball game and she lost. After losing she blamed me for it and said I was Bad Luck. After the game she started telling every member of my family left and right that I was bad luck." Lincoln explained as he began crying.

"How big is your family?" Detective Cane asked

"I have ten sisters." Lincoln said.

Detective Cane jumped back with look of shock. Ten Sisters, he never heard of anyone in a family having that many children. He began to wonder about this family of eleven. Detective Cane did ask Lincoln to continue his story.

"So after convincing the entire family that I'm "BAD LUCK" they kicked me out of their house, they forced me to sleep in the back yard. They boarded up my room. I told them that I was not Bad Luck, but they would not listen to me. The only time they did allow me back into their lives was when Lynn won one game. A game I attended in a squirrel mascot suit because she would not let me go to it, but then they believed that only the suit was good luck and that I was bad luck. I had to spend an entire day at the beach wearing that hot as hell suit. For Three Whole Weeks! Three Whole Weeks I had to endure that suit in order to stay around my family. If I took it off they keep me out side. I even solid it a couple of times. I could not take it any more so I ran away from home." Lincoln explained.

Detective Cane was in a state of shock and appall. After hearing his story he called in a medical expert to examine Lincoln. The expert found cuts and bruise that covered his body clear signs of abuse. With all this evidence and Lincoln's testimony Detective Cane contacted his superiors to get a search warrant for the House on 1216 Franklyn Ave. He also got arrest warrants for Lynn Jr. Lynn Sr. and Rita. With everything in place the Loud family was in for a very rude awakening.

Early the next morning as Lynn Sr. and Rita were waking up as where their daughters on the second floor. They could hear Lori talking to her boyfriend Bobby on her phone. They could hear Luna playing a song on her guitar, they heard Luan cracking jokes to the annoyance of everyone. They heard Lynn kicking a ball around. They heard Lucy reciting a poem she wrote. They heard Lola and Lana arguing over petty stuff. They even heard Lisa blowing up something in her room. At that moment Leni came downstairs carrying Lily.

"Good Morning Mom! Good Morning Dad! How are you two this morning!" Leni asked in a cheery mood.

"Alright Dear! Could you check on Lincoln, he should be in the back yard?" Rita said. as she a Lynn Sr. continued making breakfast for their children.

"Just remember Lincoln can have breakfast with us but only if he's warring that lucky squirrel suit." Lynn Sr. said

As Leni looked out she could not see her brother anywhere. She did see the squirrel suit lying on the grass next to Charles house. But no sign of Lincoln.

"I don't see Lincoln anywhere in the back." Leni said

"Have you tried the front?" Rita asked

"No I have not." Leni replied

"Well if he's not in the back yard he must be in the front yard." Lynn Sr. the father said.

By this time the breakfast Lynn Sr. and Rita was cooking for their children was ready. Rita called up and told them Breakfast was ready. The rest of the Loud children came downstairs all dressed and ready for school. Rita placed Lily in her highchair, as the other eight sister sat around the table Lori asked. "Where's Leni?"

"She's getting your brother. Letting him know that breakfast is ready." Rita replied

At that moment dozens of police cars swarmed in front of the Loud House. Several officers stepped out of the cars, one of them was Detective Cane.

Leni walked back to the family and said. "Mom, Dad we have visitors."

Lynn Sr. and Rita looked perplexed. "Visitors?" Lynn Sr. asked

At that moment the front door was kicked down and several police officers stormed the house. Detective Cane waved a badge and a piece of paper and said. "We have a warrant to search your house." All ten of the Loud sisters Lynn Sr. and Rita were all in a state of panic and confusion. Within seconds there were officers coming the front and back yards. Officers coming the upstairs, and downstairs. Detective Cane sat down with Lynn Sr. and Rita to have a brief talk with them.

"I suppose you know why we're here?" he asked them

Rita worried asked. "Does this have something to do with Lincoln?"

"Oh, Yah It defiantly has everything to do with Lincoln." Detective Cane said

Within second officers from the second floor of the house came down stairs and said. "We found his room. It was boarded up and deprived of any belongings. Just as he explained. We've photographed everything for evidence."

Another officer came in holding the squirrel suit in his hands and said. "We found this in the back, and there is traces of human excrement in it. Just as he explained."

Detective Cane looked back at the officer holding the squirrel suit and said. "Take it in for evidence."

Worried and confused Rita asked. "What is going on?"

Detective Cane stood up and said. "I'll tell you what's going on."

All ten of the daughters looked on at the police in horror and the detective in horror. They knew something big was about to happen.

"Lynn Loud Sr. and Rita Loud. You're under arrest for child abuse, child neglect, and child endangerment." Detective Cane said as he pulled out two of three papers. He handed the one that had Rita's name on it over to Rita, and the one that has Lynn's name on it over to her husband. As the two parents began reading Lynn Sr. spoke out.

"Now hold on just one Ding-Dang minute okay. I have never ever so much as harmed anyone let alone beat my own children." He stated out loudly

"Let me see that?" Detective Cane asked

After reading it he looked back and said. "My apologies. This is not for you, this is for your daughter."

Detective Cane looked back at his papers and said. "Hears yours."

It was clear that the detective had arrest warrants. Of course Lynn Sr. and Rita's arrest warrant's stated that they've kicked their son out of the house, sold all his belongings and boarded up him room.

Detective Cane asked all ten of the Loud sisters to line up then he asked. "Which one of you is Lynn Loud Jr.?"

"I Am." Lynn the spotting sister said.

"Lynn Loud Your under arrest for aggravated assault and battery." Detective Cane explained.

After the police finished searching the house and collecting evidences Detective Cane ordered the entire Loud family to be taken down to the police station for questioning. Lynn, Rita and Lynn Sr. where going to be taken down to the jail and juvie for processing.

After the entire Loud family arrived at the police station in a state of hysteria. Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lucy, the twins, Lisa and Lily were all lead into the interrogation room for questioning. After arrive the girl were called in two at a time and Detective Cane began questioning them. The first two to be questioned were Lori and Leni.

The two looked confused and frightened. Detective Cane began questioning the two.

"Lori and Leni Loud! I suppose you know why you're here?" Detective Cane asked.

Lori looked at Leni and Leni looked at Lori. "No we don't?" Lori asked

Detective Cane asked. "Do you love your brother?"

"What!? Of Course we love our brother what makes you think we don't?" Lori asked

"Oh I don't know, Maybe it's because you've kicked him out of your house and forced him to sleep in the back yard and sold all his belongings like he wasn't even a member of your own family. Heck I doubt if you didn't even think of him as human." Detective Cane said

Both Lori and Leni looked at each other with shocked facial expressions. The two were in a state of panic when Lori explained. "He said so himself that he was bad luck. He said we should not take him to any of our functions." Lori said

At that moment Detective Cane slammed his hand down on the table as Lori and Leni both jumped back in fear. "DON'T GIVE ME THAT BAD LUCK BULLSHIT! Both your parents are now in jail and will be going to trial for a list of charges filed against them." Detective Cane stated.

Lori and Leni trembled in fear over what the detective said. "Please Officer! We Didn't Know It Was Illegal To Be Bad Luck!" Leni screamed in terror.

"What you and your Parents Did To Him Was Illegal! Bad Luck Aside, You had No right to kick him out of his house and force him to sleep in your back yard!" Detective Cane explained.

Both Lori and Leni pleaded with the detective. "Please Officer We Didn't Know It Was Illegal!" Lori explained

"We Were Only Doing What Our Parents Told Us To!" Leni Explained

"Really, and if your parents told you to jump off the Mackinac Bridge to drown in waters of Lake Heron or Lake Michigan would you do it?" Detective Cane asked

Lori and Leni were in a state panic and worry. The two recalled their fight over the dress incident were they kicked Lincoln out of the house to resolve their issue.

"Officer if I may say something?" Lori asked

"Of course!" Detective Cane said

"About a month ago me and Leni got into a fight over a dress were we've kicked Lincoln out of the house." Lori start

"He got in the way of our sister protocol. And we needed him out of the house in order to resolve our differences." Leni continued.

The statement did spark interest in Detective Cane. Maybe there was more to this family than what Lincoln said. "What kind of fight? Was it like words shouts of profanity? Or physical fighting, Punching and kicking?" Detective Cane asked

"It was a physical fight their was also a lot of biting, clawing, as well as punching and kicking." Lori explained.

"Were your parent present in the house at the time?" Detective Cane asked

"Yes they were." Lori replied

"Did they try to break up the fight?" Detective Cane asked

"NO! THEY DID NOT! They didn't want to get involved in our protocol." Lori explained.

"You don't say." Detective Cane said with intrigue.

Both Lori and Leni were still worried by Detective Cane's change of expression.

"Detective Cane, Are we…are we going to jail too?" Leni asked.

"Nope in fact just the opposite! Lori, What you told me about the fight you and your sisters got into, and how your parent did nothing about it was very important information. You did the right thing in bringing it to my attention." Detective Cane said almost as if he was congratulating the sister.

For the rest of the day Detective Cane questioned and interviewed the rest of the Loud sisters. When he brought up about the dress incident and how their parents did nothing to break up a fight each of the sisters gave the same story. The story of two cowardly parents who were too afraid to get involved in their children's activities. Detective Cane recorded each of the girls statements to present them as evidence for the upcoming trial.

Later that night in the 'Michigan State Penitentiary' A certain detective drove down to talk to a certain inmate. Prisoner 4070 came walking into meeting room were Detective Cane was waiting for him on the other side of the pain of glass. Prisoner 4070 was none other than Lynn Loud Sr. the father of the family of thirteen who was arrested and sent to prison earlier that day. As he sat on the other side of the glass that separated the two. Detective Cane sat with a smile on his face and said. "You know Lynn I had a rather interesting talk with your daughters. They informed me a lot about you and the family."

Worried about what his daughters said about him Lynn Sr. asked. "Um, what exactly did my girls say?"

"They informed me about a fight they had a few weeks before you've kicked your son out of your house for "Bad Luck". A fight involving all ten of the girls and how you and your wife did nothing to break it up." Detective Cane explained.

Lynn Sr. eye's opened wide as her recalled that incident. "Oh yah the 'Sister Protocol' I never wanted to get involved in that." Lynn said.

"Apparently it seems to me that you didn't want to get involved in any other aspect of your children's life either." Detective Cane said.

"THAT'S NOT TRUE!" Lynn Sr. shouted as his face grew red. "I Care Deeply About All Of My Children!" Lynn Sr. stated.

"If you've really cared deeply about your children you would have broken up the fight your daughters got in over a dress. Not to mention keep Lincoln inside by explaining to your one daughter what bullshit her bad luck superstation is." Detective Cane explained.

Lynn Sr. lowered his head in shame. He knew every word Detective Cane said was right and arguing further with him further was pointless. At that moment Detective Canes his attitude towards Lynn changed.

"I have to apologies to you anyway Lynn. One thing was for sure I was wrong about the arrest warrant." Detective cane said.

Surprise by this Lynn asked him. "What do you mean?"

"Originally I've arrested you and your wife Rita for the charges of, Child Abuse, Child Neglect, and Child Endangerment." Detective Cane said. "Now that Charge is Eleven Accounts Child Abuse, Eleven Accounts Child Neglect, and Eleven Accounts Child Endangerment. I hope you're in for a long stay because in three months the trail on which all these charges are stacked against you is coming up." He concluded as he walked out of the visiting room of the 'Michigan State Penitentiary'.

Rita Loud who was at the 'Woman's Penitentiary' was delivered the same news. Already by this time news stations and from all over the state of Michigan were covering the reports about the family on 1216 Franklyn Ave. and what really went on behind closed doors. The following morning Michigan citizens from all over the state will walk up to the story of the eleven year old boy who was kick out of his house by his so called "Family".
