Survivor - Caribbean (Meet the Cast)

Chapter 2 - Master Hand's Predictions

Welcome back! You are now in the second and final chapter of Survivor - Carribean's pre-season. I'm really getting excited about this. What better time to have this other than the summer time?

Now as said before, there will only be two chapters of the pre-season for now on in my series instead of the usual three for multiple reasons. So this chapter is just going to be Master Hand's overall thoughts on the castaways. It is definitely going to be shorter than the last one for those of you that aren't big on long chapters.

Now, let's learn more about this group to get an overall view of them before the actual season starts...

~KF

SURVIVOR

Yoshi

Yoshi was seen racing towards the beach, splashing right into the water.

"Yoshi is one of the most eager characters of this season, I might say." It was now Master Hand's turn to talk with ROB the robot. "He's just happy to be around and fun to watch. I don't know if he has any particular strategy at all, but I think socially he'd be wonderful. I can't come up with any reason to why people would want to vote him out, unless he gets too far where he's a social threat due to his likability."

"But I think if Yoshi notices that and actually does something about it, maybe that could give him a ticket to the Final Tribal Council. And maybe due to the perception of him that he's just this innocent dinosaur that never made anyone mad, that could probably give him the win for sure."

K. "Krembling" Rool

"K. Rool has said that the location is perfect for him, and he already hunts for treasure for a living. And when you hunt for secret items out here like idols or advantages, I'd say that completely benefits his game."

"Ugh... What'd I do with it?" He was scratching his head. The guy apparently misplaced the machete, unless another tribe member decided to pick it up.

"If he does so happen to find one, and he finds himself being a target due to being a physical and possible strategic threat, that one crucial idol play could very well make up his entire game. And that could result in him earning the million dollar treasure right at the reunion show. Major win for him if that happens."

Meta Knight

"I wouldn't be surprised if Meta Knight turns out to be a major strategic force to be reckoned with. I think that he is quite intelligent."

He was using both of his hands to eye at the map of the camp.

"I would call him a huge threat if others realizes this, but then again, I do not know of his social game. Even in his physical game, though strong, he is smaller than everyone else. So before other players realize of what he's capable of, I think Meta needs to let himself be approachable to others players and get them to trust him. I think he's gonna need some crucial allies for this."

Kawasaki

"I think a chef out here would be pretty nice. Whatever team gets Kawasaki is probably out for an advantage early on. Even when they are mostly just gonna eat the 'usual' as in just rice and coconut, maybe Kawasaki can think 'outside' the box and actually make living on a stranded beach in the Caribbean more tolerable, which would benefit him socially."

He was helping putting up palm fronds on the shelter.

"Yet aside from him adapting socially, I really have no idea about both his physical and strategic game at all. Like,... I really do not know what to make of it! But, best case scenario is that maybe he could possibly surprise us in some sort of way."

Charizard

"Charizard is what I call a 'gentle giant."

He appeared to be aiding his tribemates as he was pouring water into other peoples' canteens.

"He was raised by Red the Pokemon Trainer, and I think it's gonna play a big part in how Charizard plays this game. Maybe he could make a few friends out there. And friendships do in fact turn into alliances. He could be in a pretty tight group that could possibly stick around to the very end. ...On the other hand though, if people find him to be dangerous, he might end up getting blindsided. So my best advice towards him would be that he needs to choose his friends 'very carefully', just like teenagers in high school."

Ridley

"Here we have, Ridley."

Nobody would have never thought of the master bringing a space pirate to the show. At the time, he was seen performing day one chores, ignoring some of the other castaways talking among themselves, whether he knew it or not.

"I mean, you could just look at him for like ten seconds and assume that he's not really gonna have much of a social game going for him. You can just tell. But physically and strategically,... I think he can be quite scary. I have no idea what he has up his sleeve, even though he doesn't wear a shirt. But whatever his strategy is, he needs to play his cards just right. Hopefully he knows that he's gonna be targeted for some reason at some point. So maybe for him, it could possibly save his life if he were to build some crucial connections. If he could understand that, then maybe he could get far in the game.

Robin

He was seen watching other competitors perform.

"I think we just might get this done by tonight, hopefully..."

"I like Robin. He's a pretty smart guy, and I think that would be the reason to why he might win this if things play out perfectly for him. I don't think he'd do that bad socially either. Physically, though? He's probably just one of those players that could probably end up making far if they can just get past these first couple Tribal Councils. Afterwards, perhaps that would be when he would start to go places."

Chrom

"Ugh!" The blue-haired man was single-handedly carrying a rather large log, making quite a track in the sand.

"Based on his story, Chrom might have some leadership skills ready in place. Maybe if his tribe is in some sort of trouble, he could help lead them in the right direction to avoid possible losing streaks."

"The problem is though, being the leader is a double-edged sword. On one hand, people will love him and will appreciate all the work he is providing for his team. But on the other, that could label him as a threat by other players. And if that happens, he could go out at any point. Guess if he had to really strategize just to help his allies back in his home world, maybe he could do the same here, or he could possibly be in big time trouble whenever the time calls for it."

Corrin

"Corrin, Corrin, Corrin... What can I say? I'd say that this girl can probably fit in just like that. She is a hundred and ten percent aware that you need to adapt socially out here in order to not rock the boat early. And for Corrin, she wants to do the exact opposite of that. Make great friendships that will help you along the way to increase your chances of getting further."

She appeared to be having a good time with her fellow castaways.

"Honestly, if she gets out at one of her first Tribal Councils, I'm gonna be surprised. I really do think she can be a major social player out here. Wouldn't be so shocked if she has some strategical moves that she wants to make. Hopefully her competition doesn't realize how threatening she might become."

Vector

"And here we have the next member of Team Chaotix, Vector the Crocodile!"

The guy was seen clapping and giving a thumbs up, likely celebrating an achievement with another Survivor player.

"I think Vector could be pretty good at challenges, except maybe for puzzles. But other than that, maybe he could get a crucial immunity or two that would benefit him in the long run. However, strategically and socially,... I kinda don't know, to be honest. He has a personality where people could either love him, or find him rather annoying. Would he realize that? I am not sure. So I guess if he's gonna be strategic, he would probably need to make sure he stays on peoples good side.

Doc Louis

"Guess we're gonna have Little Mac's coach on Survivor, now."

He was using the saw to slice the bamboo open. "Whoo! Making progress out here..."

"Now, I know he might not be as strong as Little Mac in the challenges, but it doesn't mean that he's not gonna be strong at all. He could be that extra muscle needed in order to help his team win immunities. And since he has some coaching experiences, maybe he could help encourage others which would buildup his social game. Maybe if he could gain crucial allies, it could really end up going a long way for him.

Ken

"Ryu's had his turn, now it's Ken's turn to shine. And yes, the two are pretty much like Donkey Kong and Funky Kong. Since Funky Kong participated last season, maybe you could kinda draw some similarities there. Ken is the more 'laid back' guy of the Street Fighter duo.

Unfortunately for Ken Masters, due to him not paying special attention to where he was going, he accidentally tripped over an unseen log and nearly fell over.

"No one saw that..."

"Now, being the more 'laid back' kinda guy can mean a lot of things. But I think for Ken, his social game will probably shine the most if he talks to the right people. He's already gonna be a pretty physical guy, likely putting a target on his back at some point. Yet when that happens, I think the best thing for Ken is to figure out what his plan is gonna be strategically, or else he's gonna be toast."

Rodin

He simply used his hands to crack his fingers, bending over to pick up an axe. Now was apparently work time, like ninety-nine percent of what day one usually was.

"Rodin is a demon weapons dealer, a bartender, and Bayonetta's friend. And even though Rodin may not look it, he did hint that he is aware of the whole social aspect of the game. And if he can put some strategize in there as well as being good in challenges, maybe that would mean that he has the total package... That could be a major problem for some people."

"He could end up being a big target for a while if that was the case. But I guess one way to handle it is if he goes on an immunity run that would get him to reach the Final Tribal Council."

Shield Knight

"Shovel Knight's partner is gonna give it a go this season. You could tell that right off the bat that she's definitely gonna be here for the adventure as well. And it seems like that she will shine through socially. Maybe a few strong connections will give her longevity. I don't think she'll do that bad at the challenges, either. You know, I don't even know if there will actually be much reason to actually vote her out."

"Maybe the one thing that could go wrong with her is that people realize that she's too much of a likable threat to take the end, she would actually get blindsided. Hopefully she watches out for that."

She was waving towards her tribe members that were out in the water together.

Simon

"I think Simon would be just fine out here. He's strong and he could be useful when helping out in camp life. Even for the strategy aspect of the game, I doubt he'd be that bad of a player. Unfortunately,... I really just do not what to expect from him."

In a scene where he was just sitting down on a log, he was letting one of the female characters run her fingers through his hair.

"I don't know, he's probably not too big on the social aspect here. Possible power player, perhaps? Could be, could be less than that. Maybe worst case scenario for him is that he becomes a target for playing too hard, too early. ...Or maybe he doesn't know what he's gonna do strategically, yet. Ugh. He's kind of hard to get a good early read on..."

Joker

"Joker just graduated from high school recently, and now he wants to be on the show. Maybe he really is starting out life on the right foot."

He was laughing along as he and a couple other campers searched for the tree mail in the jungle.

"Honestly, I don't know what to make of him either. But I think that he'd be even more unpredictable than Simon. But hey, what I can say is that Joker is more likely to have some sort of social game. And strategy wise? I'd say he'd be pretty smart in spite of his age, like Espio in the last season. So yeah, he does have potential. But something tells me that if he gets overconfident and cocky, it's not gonna look good."

Springtrap

"So, Springtrap is a security guard. Can that possibly relate to anything he might do out here? Well, since his job is to keep watch, like King K. Rool, he could have an advantage at finding idols."

"Whew..." After a long day, Springtrap decided to take a seat on the bamboo bed of the shelter.

"Maybe if somebody decides to search through peoples' stuff to see who has what, maybe he'd do a pretty good job at protecting whatever he could find out there. I suppose he could also be a pretty smart player. Or even better. Perhaps he could study and read people pretty well at a time when he is trying to figure out what to do next. So, yeah. He could get far as long as he plays his cards right."

Valery "Val" Ramos

"Now, based on how Foxy was in season two, I expect his friend Val to be somewhat similar. She's smart, pretty fun, and I think she'll do fairly when she and her team has to compete."

The anthropomorphic vixen was laughing along.

"As with Corrin, I'd be shocked to find out that she's gonna leave super early. She can easily adapt herself to anything and she'd be good at having strategic conversation with. And if she can really build some relationships out here, she's definitely not going anywhere anytime soon."

Banjo

Coming out of the water, Banjo was seen shaking some of the water out of his fur. Yet it was rather and unfortunate mistake for him. Now his fur appeared to be slightly more 'puffy' than usual.

"..."

"Banjo could probably be one of the nicest guys out here. I think people will find many reasons to like him. Maybe he won't be too bad in the challenges. However, a possible fatal flaw is that he lacks strategically. I don't know if he's really 'there', which is quite dangerous. So I believe what would be best for him is to align with the more strategic people that will protect him during the majority of a game. All that could go wrong from there is that he gets blindsided due to how likable he' probably get."

Sans

"I think Sans might be underestimated out there somehow. Maybe laid back on the outside, but intelligent on the inside."

He was using a large stick to walk with.

"On the surface, he seems like a 'go with the flow' kinda guy. But unbeknownst to the, he could be figuring out exactly what he needs to do to make it. Maybe if someone tries to hit him, he might just hit back harder. This could make a major strategic threat down the line. And yet, that could be why he would get eliminated if people see right through him. He might wanna be careful with his decision making here."

"I think that overall with all these different personalities in here, it could really make a great season. We tried to bring in people that are willing to play and just have a good time. And with a location such as Caribbean, this might be tons of fun for them. I think we're really in for another exciting season of the show."

Alrighty, then! That was it for the pre-season! The first chapter of Survivor - Caribbean will be released on May 26th, the last Wednesday of the month. And with summer just around the corner, hopefully your favorite video game character here gets to play a part in making it special for you with them participating in this.

Now if you cannot wait for three more weeks (I get it. I can't wait myself lol), maybe if you haven't already, you can check out my other Survivor stories or even my other fanfictions while you wait. Start in any order you want. Kodai Island was my first season, Emperors vs Knights is regarded as the best season so far, and Mexico is my most recent season. Maybe that would give you an idea of what the show is about.

So, any boot order predictions? Winner picks? I'm curious to see what you guys think! But, don't worry. The fic will be here sooner than you know it! I now have a poll up on my profile in terms of who is your winner pick for the season.

Alright with that being said, the main story for this era will officially begin in a few weeks. See you on the 26th!
