Later, they learned that it was too far for some of the injured to be taken back to a medical center and the Separatists were looking for them. So the General lead the men in a secret ways that he said he had learned from his time as a Jedi Sentinel in these Sectors. These got them to Cerea safely. But when the ships went down to a landing Baccara could see that this was not a medical facility, this was a large home with different sections.
The General got out of the transport and lead the way without hesitation. As he waved them on, "Bring the wounded, we are safe here."
Feeling a responsibility to his men Baccara asked, "Sir, how can you be certain?"
All of the men were listening in, and the General added their small group of comms to the discussion so all could hear them. After a deep breath, "All of you know that I am a Ceran, and the medics may have heard that the Ceran birth rate is low leading my race to start to die out. What you probably do not know is that the Jedi have allowed me my own family in order to help my race continue." Motioning to the building, "And that is where we are, to my home and my family." Then as if remembering something, "You might want to know that I have five wives and nine children."
Baccara resisted the urge to roll his eyes, when would their General tell them the truth about this. But he motioned for his men to follow and they walked to the home. Soon they were in the clear area around it and found that there were a teenage boy kicking a ball with a little girl.
When the girl saw them she immediately left the game beaming. Running toward the General who had knelt down with his arms open she yelled, "Daddy!"
The boy followed more slowly and stood with his hands clasped behind his back. Standing stiffly as his sister was held by the General, "Hello Father." Looking over the clones with the Generals eyes, "I see you have brought others that need our help." Motioning for the clones to follow, "This way." After looking at each other sharing their shock, the troops did.
