~Three months later~

In the City of Pendragon, formerly Uzushiogakure, lies two figures sitting on thrones at the imperial palace. The first figure spoke in a young male voice to C.C. who is now wearing a simple white gown. "C.C. Has it been sent?"

C.C. smiled and said, "Yes, your majesty. The message has been sent by messenger bird, via scroll, as you instructed." The second voice spoke in a female voice, "Good, Let us hope they come and agree to an alliance."

C.C. then asked the two, "By the way how do you two like the power I gave to you?"

The two figures suddenly each had a glowing bird-like symbol appear on their left eye as the male said, "We enjoy it very much. We can see why the previous emperors had it themselves." The female voice then said, "Beloved, It's time to check on the progress of the Project White and Red." The Male voice said, "You're right, My flower. C.C. Would you like to join us?" The green haired woman nodded and followed the two figures.

Meanwhile at the Hokage Office in Konohagakure, Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Sandaime Hokage, was not a happy man. He is usually either cheerful or serious around others, but never visibly angry. He is a volcano ready to erupt, all because Sasuke Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake apparently murdered the closest person he had to a second grandson as well as a girl who was caught in the middle.

The two are currently tied up in rope and being held in the air by Hebi and Zabuza while haku had senbon in her hands if they tried to break free. Hiruzen then questions them, "So let me get this straight you two thought you could get away with killing Naruto-kun and Sakura-Chan and not get punished."

Kakashi was worried that they would be kicked out of the shinobi program with their chakra sealed or worse. Sasuke wasn't worried however because he had an ace in the hole. "You can't do anything to me, old man. I'm the civilian council's precious last Uchiha. They are like putty in my hand."

Hiruzen then leaked enough KI to make Sasuke nearly piss himself. "You are right Sasuke, I can't do much to you in terms of putting you in jail or executing you. But there are other ways to punish you in ways the civilian council can't interfere. First Kakashi, you are demoted to genin. Second, neither of you will be getting higher ranks than genin for the rest of your lives. Third, you still have to participate in the chunin exams when your third teammate is ready to take them and if something happens to her then I will kill you myself. Finally, the two of you permanently have your sharingan sealed. Hebi, get them out of my sight and take them to holding cells to await the sealing."

Hebi nodded and dragged the two by the hair and left The Elder Hokage, Zabuza, and Haku alone in their office. After he cooled down, he talked to them. "Ordinarily I would have you take a probation before becoming ninja here, but due to those two I need vacancies to be filled. Zabuza Momchi, you can skip the probation if you become the new jonin sensei of team 7 and young haku take the other vacancy as a genin. Do the two of you agree?"

The two looked at each other and nodded before Zabuza spoke. "We accept the deal Hokage-sama." Hiruzen then handed them forms as well as a konoha flak jacket for Zabuza.

As they left, Ino Yamanaka, a girl with a long platinum ponytail came into the office. "Sandaime-sama, is it true? Did Sasuke and his sensei kill Naruto and Sakura?"

Hiruzen sadly replied, "It's true, child. I'm sorry."

Ino then collapsed on the floor and started crying. "Sakura, you were my best friend. If I didn't encourage you to pursue Sasuke like me, This wouldn't have happened. Naruto, I should have been nicer to you but I had listened to the other kids and bullied you like they did. I'm so sorry."

Hiruzen was about to comfort her when a random chunin came in bearing a scroll. "Hokage-sama, this scroll from a messenger bird came from that new nation that took Uzu's place. It's personally addressed to you. We checked it for booby traps. It's clean."

Hiruzen decides to read the scroll. 'Hokage-jiji, my wife and I have decided to graciously invite you to tea to talk about an alliance between our two militaries. You may bring one guest with you. We await your arrival, Emperor of the Holy Britannian Empire.'

Hiruzen was surprised to hear the word "Jiji" in the letter. He then thought to himself, 'Other than Konohamaru, only one person calls me Jiji. Is it you, my boy?' He then looked at Ino, still crying her eyes out. and gained an idea. "Ino-chan, would you like to join me for a trip to another country. Some fresh air would do you good."

Ino looked and nodded. "I accept the offer, Hokage-sama."

In an unknown place, A man wrapped in bandages and gripping a cane is in the presence of a masked anbu who had the kanji for root written on his blank mask. The masked figure reported to the bandaged man, "Danzo-sama, the Hokage accepted an invitation to go to the Empire of Britannia with Ino Yamanaka."

Danzo pondered before coming to a decision. "Gather up a group of our finest. They are to assassinate Hiruzen and this emperor. At the same time, they are to capture Ino Yamanaka for root training and the empress for interrogation about Britannia." The root anbu left to follow the orders given to him while Danzo thought to himself as he left, 'I may have failed to get the Uzumaki as my weapon. But if things go right, I can still be hokage.'

After getting permission from Ino's father, the two left not knowing a group of four following close behind. As they get to the border, they are met by a man with Unruly pink hair. He is currently wearing a white suit with a black shirt underneath. He is also wearing a white cape with gold markings that covers his entire outfit as well as white scale-like scarf around his neck. "Hokage-sama, I am Natsu Dragneel, the knight of one. I'm here to escort you and your companion to the palace where his majesty awaits."

When Hiruzen heard the name, he was shocked. "Dragneel as in the 'Dragneel Clan'. I thought your clan was wiped out alongside the Uzumaki Clan."

Natsu smiled and said, "No, we were diminished though. Other than some branch families, me and my younger sister are all that remained."

Ino then asks, "Excuse Mr. Dragneel, What's the Knight of One title you have?"

Natsu turns and replies, "You see the knights of the round are twelve personally selected shinobi, by the emperor himself. Furthermore, the lower number you have the higher rank you have in the Knights of the Round, the more authority you have. Due to being the Knight of One, my standing is only second to the royal family."

Natsu then sniffed something with his nose. 'They were followed.' He then reached into his pocket and took out a two-way radio. "This is the Knight of One. Have a team of Sutherlands check sector E-4. I would do it myself but I have our guests."

The radio responded, "Yes, my lord." Natsu then escorted the two to the palace before the two could ask what was going on.

The group of Root Nin were eyeing the four and were about to follow when they were suddenly ambushed by five purple humanoid armors with what looks like wheels on were attached to the heels of their feet. The root nin brought out their swords and tried to slash the purple armor only for each of their blades to snap in two. Four of the five purple armors then unmount grey cubular rectangles from their arms that started to discharge electricity which they hit the root nin with causing the intruders to fall unconscious.

The fifth radioed in with its built in radio. "Sutherland squad to HQ. We captured the threat. They appeared to members of ROOT sent by Danzo. Possibly to assassinate the Hokage and his Majesty. We are bringing them in." The five armors then left with their captured targets.

As soon as Natsu, Hiruzen and Ino entered the throne room. They saw two figures each setting on a throne above a flight of stairs. The first had yellow-blond spiky hair, blue eyes, three whiskers on each cheek. He is currently wearing a white robe with gold accents and a matching hat, both sporting a red eye motif. The other had emerald eyes and a large forehead. Her long pink hair is styled downward reaching down to just past her knees, with two buns on each side of her head. She is wearing a pink and white gown with a rose choker around her neck. She also has pink lipstick and blush. As Ino and Hiruzen were speechless, Natsu bent down on one knee and said, "Hail your majesties, Emperor Naruto Uzu Britannia and Empress Sakura Uzu Britannia."

Hiruzen then spoke, "Naruto, Sakura, is it really you?"

The two then smiled and got up from their thrones when Naruto spoke. "It's really us, Jiji. Come on let's go to the garden to have our tea and talk over the alliance."

Sakura then looks at Ino with a smile. "Come on, Ino. We have a lot to catch up on." Ino then dumbly followed her, seeing her best friend come back from the dead.
