Chapter 2,
I am so sorry. I am a little late. I have an exam so I was busy. Not to mention a little depressed. Anyway , here is the update :)
In the morning,
It's a peaceful morning . Everyone in the except Kinomaya Ryu ( who is practicing kendo) is sleeping peacefully .The sun rays entered the living room of the dojo where the g rev are sleeping. Kai slowly opened his eyes and looked around. Kai sat down and looked at his teammates who are sleeping in some weird sleeping position.
' Plain weirdos . God knows how I end up with them.' Thought Kai. A loud snore snapped him from his musings. Kai glared at Takao.
'Fuck you, Kinomaya . You always annoy me. Even when you are sleeping.' Thought Kai annoyed. Kai stood up and rearranged his futon and went to the bathroom.
After reaching there, Kai brushed his teeth and washed his face. Kai was about to leave the bathroom but something in the mirror caught his eyes. He looked at his reflection in the mirror and stood there stunned.
In the living room,
Rei woke up from sleep after Kai got up , he looked at others and smiled. Takao , Daichi and Max are still sleeping (Hiromi and Kyouiju went to their home) .Rei leaved the room and went to use the bathroom. But the door is locked as he tried to open it .
'Strange. Kai always is done before I got up. Maybe something has happened. Kai, are you alright?'' said Rei worriedly.
''Kai, are in there? Open the door or say something'' said Rei knocking on the door. As he was about to knock again the door opened and Kai came out. Kai stood in front of Rei his head down.
''What happened? ''Asked Rei as he tried to look at Kai's face. Kai looked up at Rei and glare at him. Rei looked at Kai's face and backed away.
''Wh- what the hell had happened?'' yelled Rei from shock. Kai glared at him but said nothing.
''What happened, Rei? Why are you yelling so early in the morning .Some of us is trying to sleep you know'' said Max sleepily as he entered the hallway.
''I- this- this made me scream ''said Rei pointing at Kai's face who was still glaring at him. Max also looked at Kai's face and blinked several time before he- he-
''AHAHAHAHA! Ahahahahaha!'' he burst out laughing. Rei looked at him worriedly while Kai gave him a murderous glare.
''Ahahaha! What happened to your eyebrow ,Kai ?Ahahahahaha! '' said Max between his laugh.
''Mizuhara , just shut up. '' said Kai coldly.
''I – I will . But it's so funny. Ahahahaha'' said Max trying to stop his laughter vainly.
''Yo, kids . What had happened? Why you all are screaming and laughing like madman?'' asked Grandpa kinomaya from the training room.
''Nothing happened . Max is being weird again." Said Rei trying to stay normal as Kai hid his face and Max tried to stop his laughter.
''Ah- okay . Wash yourself and wake up Takao and Daichi. I am going to serve you all breakfast in an hour. '' said Grandpa Kinomaya and Rei nodded.
As Rei excused himself and went to the bathroom. Max looked at Kai again and started to laugh again. Kai for his part glared at him.
Ding dong,
The sound of doorbell reached their ear. Both Kai and Max looked at the door.
''Go open the door.'' Ordered Kai looking at Max. Max nodded finally stopping his laughter as Kai walked away in the opposite direction. Max opened the door and came face to face with Hiromi.
''Oh , Hiromi . It's you. Good morning. '' said Max walking away from the door so that she could enter.
''Good morning to you too, Max'' said Hiromi entering and closing the door. Max looked behind her .
''Didn't Kyouijhu come with you today?'' asked Max . Hiromi shook her head and said,'' He won't come today. He said he some important work to do.''
''Tell me why you are laughing so loudly in the morning . People from other continent could hear you'' said Hiromi.
''Sorry about that. But something very funny has happened '' said Max chuckling .
''What is it?'' asked Hiromi curiously.
''I am not telling you that.'' Said Max playfully.
'' Come on, tell me already .I am getting impatient.'' Said Hiromi punching Max playfully in the arm.
''Fine , fine . The matter is that one of Kai's eyebrows is totally shaved and it looks funny as hell.'' Said Max starting to laugh again.
''What ! You are telling me one of Kai's eyebrows is shaved . Why would he shave his eyebrow? '' asked Hiromi shocked.
''Judging his expression , I don't think he shaved it. '' said Max thoughtfully.
''Really? '' asked Hiromi and Max nodded . '' Who would do that to him ?'' asked Hiromi.
'' I think I know who did this . But I am not sure about it.'' said Max thoughtfully.
''Kai must be upset about it. We should help him. Come on ,Max.'' said Hiromi tugging his arm.
''But I don't want to go. If I see him, I will start laughing again. And he is already angry with me.'' Said Max trying to convince Hiromi to leave him alone.
''Come on . He is not looking that funny. I am sure .'' said Hiromi taking Max where Kai is .Max just snorted and thought, 'You will see , Hiromi.'
When Hiromi and Max found Kai, he was leaning against the wall in the kitchen his head down .
''Umm- Good morning Kai.'' Said Hiromi nervously.
''Hn'' replied Kai, his bangs is still covering .
''W-well I heard that you have a little incident, today. Is that true?'' asked Hiromi . But Kai didn't say anything or look at her.
''If you want, we can help you. Afterall you can't stay like this all the time.'' said Hiromi. Kai looked up and glare at both of them. Max was trying to stop his snickering and Hiromi back away.
'Ahh! I shouldn't have come here today. Kai looks like a maniac with one eyebrow.' Thought Hiromi and gulped .
''What are you going to do to fix this?'' asked Kai pointing above his eye where his eyebrow was.
''I am not sure.'' Said Hiromi nervously. While noticing the look Kai is giving her she said ,''But we could always try, right? Let's go to the west part where no one goes usually.'' Kai nodded and left the room.
''Man, you really convinced him.'' Said Max stopping his snickering.
''Well, I did . But we have to hurry . Let's go'' said Hiromi .
''Yeah . I am really eager to see what you are going to do.'' Said Max grinning like a maniac. ''Ouch. What was that for ?'' asked Max while rubbing his arm where Hiromi punched him.
''Because you are a big meanie, Mizuhara Max'' said Hiromi crossing her arm.
''Yeah, yeah .Let's go'' said Max leaving the room while dragging Hiromi with him.
In the west part of the dojo,
''You are lucky I have left it there'' said Hiromi bringing a bag with her. Kai raised his eyebrow ( the one he still has) but said nothing.
''So what is in that bag of yours , Hiromi?'' asked Max where he was sitting in the floor.
''Well a makeup box and other girly stuffs , I guess.'' Said Hiromi thoughtfully.
''Come here ,Kai . We will see what we can do.'' Said Hiromi pointing in front of her .Kai hesitantly walked to her and sat down.
'Why do I have a bad feeling about this.' Thought Kai as he watched Hiromi pulled various thing from her backpack unsure what to do.
After 15 minutes,
''I think I am finished. '' said Hiromi . Max looked at Kai's face and snickered.
''I think I messed up a little.'' Said Hiromi looking at Kai's face. Kai took the mirror which was laying beside him and looked at his reflection. Seeing his face , Kai sighed and dropped the mirror.
''I am sorry, Kai . I was supposed to fix it but I messed it up even more. Please forgive me.'' Said Hiromi .
''It's alright. It's not like you did it.'' Said Kai wiping his face with his handkerchief .Kai thought for a moment and asked Hiromi,
''Do you have a hair clipper? ''''Hair clipper? Wait a second.'' Said Hiromi as she searched her backpack.''Ahha ! Here it is '' said Hiromi picking up a pink hair clipper and hand it to Kai
.
''But Kai, what are you going to do with this.'' Asked Max , a little confused and Hiromi nodded. Both of them look at him worriedly.
''Isn't it simple? I am going to shave my other eyebrow and it's not like they're not growing again.'' Said Kai and left with the hair clipper.
''Well it will make him less funny '' said Max and Hiromi nodded as they watch the door.
Shaving his other eyebrow , Kai washed his face and sighed as he looked at his face
.
'Man, I feel like crying . My perfect eyebrows. My beautiful eyebrows' thought Kai . 'The one who did is going to pay dearly. But who did this?' A sudden memory replay in his mind.
Flashback,
''Ahhhhh!'' Kai opened his eyes at the sudden sound looked around to see Takao running.
''Kinomaya , what are you doing ? '' asked Kai while rubbing his eyes.
''Nothing , nothing . I am just playing hide and seek with Daichi'' said Takao sweating a lot.
''Aren't you are a little older to play this games?'' asked Kai raising his eyebrow.
''What is in your hand?'' asked Kai while trying to look behind his hand.
''Nothing, nothing . Gotta go.'' Said Takao leaving the room in hurry. Kai sighed and looked at his lap. There is something on his lap. He picked it up and noticed a bit of grey hair.
'Whatever .I am going to sleep.' Thought Kai as he threw the bit of hair in the air. Kai yawned and went to sleep.
End of Flashback
Kai frowned at the memory. 'There is a big chance that Kinomaya did it. Well, we have to find it out.' Thought Kai as he proceed to leave the bathroom.
''Grandpa, what are you cooking?'' asked Takao eagerly as he and Rei entered the kitchen.
''You are late, Takao.'' Scolded Grandpa kinomaya .''You are not even practicing kendo in a while. You are becoming a real lazy , Takao.''
Takao pouted and said,''I will , grandpa. But I am hungry . Please give me something to eat.'' Grandpa shook his head and Rei smiled.
''Well ,you better. Now , go and sit down between Daichi and Kai.'' Said Grandpa kinomaya.
Takao nodded and went to the table where every body is. Takao looked at Kai then Daichi who also looked at him fearfully. Takao looked at the whole table to see if there is any empty chair. Takao sighed and sat down.
''Good morning , Takao'' said Max and Takao nodded smiling .
''Kinomaya, you are sweating a lot today.'' Whispered Kai in Takao's ear .Takao looked at Kai and had a heart attack.
''Eh?'' said Takao sweating a lot.
''You all right?'' asked Kai with concerned . Takao nodded.
''What happened to your eyebrow?'' muttered Takao. Kai's face darkened and he looked at Takao. His face says murder.
''What? Didn't you liked it? Why aren't you laughing? Isn't it funny?'' asked Kai calmly and Takao gulped.
''Am I suppose to laugh?'' asked Takao laughing softly.
''Enough ,kids. Now eat'', ordered Grandpa Kinomaya placing the food on the table.
''Yo Kai , you look more gloomy then usual . Everything alright?'' said Grandpa placing a hand on Kai's shoulder. Kai who's head is now downward nodded and they all started to eat.
In the dojo yard ,
''So guys, what should we do since Kyoijhu isn't here.'' Asked Max looking at others.
''I think you guys should train. ''said Hiromi and Rei nodded.
''No, we should go somewhere'' asked Daichi. Everyone raised their eyebrow( except Kai and Takao) ' From when Daichi suggest other things then blading and food' everybody thought( again except Takao and Kai).
''Takao, how come you are so quiet? Say something'' said Max and others nodded.
''I think . We should listen to Daichi. It has been a long time since we visited the zoo. Let's go there.'' Said Takao proceeding to leave.
''Yeah! A zoo! Let's go '' said Daichi tugging Takao. Others watched them confusedly.
''No one is going going anywhere especially you two'' said Kai from his place where he is leaning against the tree. Kai gave Daichi and Takao a look which say move from here and you die and both of them gulped.
''Since Kyoijhu isn't here today. Why don't we find out who did this ?'' said Kai pointing where his eyebrow was. Everyone gulped as Kai stood in front of Takao and Daichi.
''Rei , we have to stop Kai before he does something.'' Whispered Max in Rei's ear.
''What are talking about? It's not like they did something. Did they?'' whispered Rei. Max was about to say something but Kai's voice made them look at the scene before them.
''Now you two tell me why did you two screamed last night and what happened to the hair clipper?'' asked Kai and Takao and Daichi started to sweat again.
''I don't know what you are talking about. It's Takao-'' Daichi was about to say something but Takao clapped his hand in his mouth.
''He wants to say he don't know what are you talking. Really Kai, what are you talking about? Did I screamed last night?'' said Takao sweating heavily
''Then why are you sweating so heavily? '' asked Kai with a dark look on his face .Hiromi shook his head and whispered to Max,'' Max, do you think it's Takao?'' Max nodded and whispered ''I hope not. If it's Takao then Kai is going to kill him.'' Hiromi nodded.
''I-I am not sweating at all.'' Said Takao and Kai narrowed his eyes.
''Really? '' asked Kai and Takao nodded.
''Move away from Daichi '' ordered Kai and Takao did what he was told. Daichi sighed. Kai leaned down and whispered in Daichi's ear ''Tell me the truth .What happened , last night.''
''I-I don't know'' mumbled Daichi .Takao looked at both of them worriedly.
''Say the truth and I won't do anything to you .'' whispered Kai . Daichi looked at Kai and Kai nodded.
''FINE! Takao fell on Kai and shaved his eyebrow.'' Yelled Daichi and other looked at the scene worriedly.
''Daichi, why did you yell this?'' asked Takao while shaking Daichi.
''Kinomaya, do you have anything to say? '' asked Kai his head down. Hiromi, Max and Rei shook their head. Takao backed away from Kai .
''I didn't do it intentionally. It was an accident. I slipped on the floor and fell on you and t-that happened'' said Takao. Kai looked at him blankly.
''It was Daichi's fault too. He was chasing me'' Takao defend himself.
''It's your fault . You are the one who had taken the clipper from me.'' Protested Daichi. Max and others looked at them and shook their head.
''Ahhhh!'' Daichi screamed as Kai shaved his eyebrows with a pink hair clipper . Others looked at the scene shocked.
''A hair clipper? Where did Kai got that from? '' asked Rei .
''It was Hiromi's . Kai borrowed it from her.'' Said Max and Hiromi nodded. Rei sighed and Max started to snicker again.
''Why did you do that , Kai ? You promised me that if I told you the truth , you won't do anything to me.'' Whined Daichi hiding his face and Takao muttered a ' you idiot '.
''Do you really think I am going to forgive after what you have done? Kinomaya , be prepare . Because you are next.'' Said Kai darkly. Takao backed away until his back is against the wall. As Kai was about to lunged forward Rei and Max stopped him.
''Stop , Kai . It's enough . Forgive him . He said it was an accident .'' said Rei while he and Max are holding him by the waist . Hiromi nodded.
''Well,Kai. If not for Takao ,think about us . I will die from laughing that much. Don't you care for me?'' said Max trying to hold his laughter. Kai scowled at him.
''Well, you deserved to die for laughing at me'' muttered Kai as broke free from their hold. Takao shrank in his place .
''Kai, please forgive me .Don't do that.'' Plead Takao. But Kai ignore him and lunged forward.
''Ahhhhhhhhh!'' screamed Takao and Max burst out laughing,''Ahhahhhhhahahaha'' ''Kai, look what have you done ''yelled Takao.
Grandpa Kinomaya chocked on his tea and coughed.''These kids are too much loud.'' Said Grandpa shaking his head.
Kai blinked several times at the scene before him and started to laugh. Everyone ( except Takao who is glaring at him ) looked at him with fear. 'Kai officially has gone crazy' was everyone's thought.
''It's your fault , Kinomaya. I was about to shave your eyebrows but you started failing like a idiot. So it happened. Well it is even better.'' Said Kai between his laughter. Takao glared at him and looked at his bangs which are now scattered in the floor.
''God ! I hate you so much , Kai.'' Screamed Takao and everyone in the room shook their head.
''I will never. I will never mess with Kai again.'' swore Takao.
In the end of the day, Takao has to shave his full head to fix the mess . So , never mess with Kai or you will become eyebrowless like Daichi and bald like Takao.

A/N: Hehe, I hope give you a good nightmare material( a eyebrowless Kai and bald Takao) XD. I have been so mean to our poor Kai but he got his revenge at the end, ne? I have nothing to say about my broken , I want a suggestion from you all. I am thinking about writing an AU with all the bladers in high school. Should I write or not tell me in the review:)
