Sorry for posting late, I had some trouble adding a new chapter as I am on iPhone, anyways enjoy!
'. I don't see why not?" Said lapis in a bored tone, "Great!!" Replied Goku as he got into a fighting stance, "Stop right there!" Yelled piccolo, "You shouldn't fight her Goku, she doesn't seem to be able to handle you." "Don't worry! I'll hold back!" Said Goku in an urgent tone. "I said no Goku" replied piccolo strictly. "Ah man, fine but who should fight her?" asked Goku disappointingly.
"I think the kids should try, they're slacking off anyways" answered piccolo. "Hmph, trunks would handle it" came vegeta's deep voice. "Alright!!!" Yelled trunks excitedly as he jumped up and positioned himself on a fighting stance. "What about me???" Asked a pouting Goten. "It's alright Goten, you can just watch." replied trunks with a smirk. "Fine.." sighed Goten. "You ready kid?" Asked lapis with a patronizing tone. "Whenever you are missy" replied trunks with his usual arrogant tone. "Ready set...GO!" Said piccolo.
In a split second trunks vanished, "huh?!" Gasped lapis, she turned around to find trunks standing just a few feet away from her. "How'd you-?" Her sentence was cut off by trunks vanishing again and appearing above her, he launched a blast at her, which she was not expecting. "Aghhhh-!" Lapis yelled. "Is it over that quick?" Krillin asked from the spectators. "Not even close" replied piccolo
Lapis POV
Luckily, I was able to form an ice barrier to block that powerful blast, that kid is no joke! "Nice, a barrier" I heard piccolo say, trunks smirked and slowly landed on the ground. "So you can block that attack, well guess what, it was child's play" wait...does he still have stronger attacks??? Suddenly in a moment he appeared right in front of me and punched me with a power that can shatter mountains, I reacted quickly and dodged his fist, I sighed in relief as it could've poofed me. I then summoned a huge tsunami and used it to make some distance between us, because I knew I didn't stand a chance in a strength contest. "Nice, I didn't see that coming!" Trunks said condescendingly. I then smirked and replied saying " You haven't seen anything yet" I quickly summoned three water clones resembling Garnet amethyst and Pearl. "H-HUH?" Trunks gasped, "Who the heck are those?" I smirked finally getting him to take the fight seriously. Trunks started fighting all my clones at once, he was struggling. He tried to punch them but whenever he caused any damage they would immediately regenerate. "How am I supposed to win if I can't damage them?!??" Asked trunks with anger in his voice. "Hmmm, trunks! Try making any waves!" Yelled Gohan. Uh oh, how did he know my clones' weakness??? "Are you trolling?!" Replied trunks angrily. "JUST DO IT" yelled Gohan. "Gee fine..." replied trunks.
TRUNKS POV
I gathered some energy in my right fist and slammed it on the ground causing an earthquake, the waves hit those clones and I saw one of them revert back to normal water. I was shocked on how Gohan easily exposed their weaknesses, "Way to go, Gohan!" I then moved on to fighting the next clone, it was agile and delicate in its fighting style, it also had a spear. Didn't take me that long to win tho, I then moved on to the last one which seemed to be the toughest. It was also the largest of the three, it had an enormous pair of gauntlets on. 'Those clones might be strong but they definitely are slow' I thought to myself as I dodged all the punches. I quickly defeated the last clone
Lapis POV
'This quick?!' I thought to myself, 'those clones are supposed to be nearly as strong as the crystal gems! And to think that kid isn't as strong as the others, if I wanted to win this, I'll have to go all out!' I used my chance and chained the kid using my water chains, "Tch, what now?!" Trunks growled annoyed. "Take this!" I yelled as I made an enormous water version of myself, and summoned an even larger spear. "That was a fun battle, but it's over!" I yelled. "TRUNKS DO IT!" That vegeta yelled in annoyance. "HAAAAAA!" Trunks' hair then turned blonde and his eyes blue. My chains instantly shattered and my water mech collapsed against that humongous energy. "WHAT?!" I shrieked before being crushed by my water mech.
Trunks POV
Yikes, guess I didn't even have to fight in super saiyan. Well anyways that was a fun battle, Lapis is quite the foe, but I guess she just isn't a fighter. I wonder if she's okay. Meh
Vegeta POV
The fight took longer than I expected, Hmph. Not that it would've went any other way, if Trunks have lost I wouldn't have forgave him. I hope that alien now knows the power of a saiyan!
Gohan POV
Trunks won! Well not like I expected any other outcome, although I must admit I was worried for a sec. Lapis doesn't seem hostile, so I think it'd be awesome to have her here.
Piccolo POV
Hmph, guess the so called Lapis lazuli isn't a threat after all.
The force of the water mech was enough to make lapis poof, and when trunks came over to look for lapis, all he saw was an odd looking stone. "What on earth is that?" He asked wonderingly.
