Izuku Midoriya is the ninth wielder of one for all after his father All Might. After receiving this power he get U.A.'s hero course A. He quickly becomes close with his classmates and learns that many of them hold secrets and their families and teachers hold even more. All while Villains loom in the shadows.

2. Chapter 1

My Hero Academia: Scattered Changes Cross

Title: Izuku's Training and Toshinori's reunion

Izuku's POV

That night I laid in my bed awake. I couldn't get what my parents told me today out of my head. It was just so much to take in. The fact that my dad was All Might and he had passed down his quirk to me. I've been aiming to become a hero for a long time now and at the urging of my parents done everything I could to prepare for the day that I would start my journey to becoming a hero. Constant trips to the gym, self-defense and first aid classes any thing you'd think of to prepare. Even going has far has taking notes on all the heroes I've seen and heard of. Nothing could've prepared me for what I had learned today.

"Still up Izuku? I won't blame you if you are. You learned today…" Aunt Nana sighed softly from the side of my bed.

"I understand why they hid all of that from me. It's just… A part of me wonders if I'm really a worthy successor to dad's power. I'm worried that I'll let him down… Aunt Nana? Have you ever been worried about letting someone down?" I worried. Aunt Nana smiled and ran a ghostly hand through my green hair.

"Izuku… I understand how you feel. Trust me I've been where you've been. All for One isn't easy to control by any means and it took me and the rest of your aunts and uncles a long time to learn how to control it. I know your father doesn't expect you to control it right away and I'm sure he'll do everything he can to help you and so will me and the rest of your uncles." Aunt Nana smiled softly.

"Wait you and the others were the previous wielders of One For All?!" I asked in shock. Aunt Nana nodded with a smile.

"That's right Izuku, me and the rest of your Aunts and Uncles were the previous wielders. I was the seventh wielder and the one who gave your father One For All. Your father was in middle school when I gave him One For All and it took him quite a while to get use to it." Aunt Nana smiled softly.

"Do you think I can handle it Aunt Nana?" I asked worried still.

"Zuku if anyone could handle One For All after your father it's you. You know why I know that?" Aunt Nana asked with a senser smile.

No… Why is that?" I replied after a moment of thought.

"It's because unlike my predecessors I had a chance to mentor Toshinori… And I know that he would have never passed One For All down to you if he didn't think you could handle its power someday." Aunt Nana smiled reassuringly.

"Do you really mean that aunt Nana?" I asked hopeful.

"Yes Izuku, there is no way that he would make such a decision on impulse. And Personally, I think he couldn't have chosen a better person to be his successor. Besides I'm sure that he will do everything he can to help you master it. And you know what else? Me and the others will be with you every step of the way." Aunt Nana smiled. I relaxed knowing that she was right and finally managed to fall asleep after the long day.

Nana's POV

I watched over Izuku has he slept for a little bit. I smiled softly thinking about how far he had come form that little boy that me and my predecessors had met so long ago now. I remember that day like it was yesterday.

Flashback 10 years ago:

I was in the shared space of One For All talking with the other former wielders like always. Suddenly we were standing in a forest next to a young child with green hair. He was crying at the time.

"Hey there little one… Are you lost?" I asked softly.

"Y-yeah uh…" He sobbed out softly.

"Alright kiddo why don't you tell me who your mom or dad is and we can go looking for them?" I asked and he nodded.

"O-okay… My mama is named Inko and my papa is Toshinori my name is Izuku." He cried. After a little bit we managed to help him find his way back home. After that we slowly became like family to one another.

Present day:

Looking back I feel that Izuku is one of the strongest kids I know. I smiled and walked out of the room to find Toshi sitting out in the living room. He turned to me and looked at me in shock.

"M-master?" He asked timidly in shock.

"Hey Toshi… It's been a long time." I smiled after I got over the initial shock that he could see me. I then explained about Izuku and how I knew him. We didn't know why Izuku could see us, but we believe it was because he was the son of a currant One for All wielder. Kataro my own son couldn't do this but by the time Kataro was born I had already passed on One For All and he didn't see anything relating to the previous All for One users.

"Master… Do you think I'll be able to teach Izuku to wield All For One properly? I'm worried he'll try and rush learning to control it and hurt himself." Toshi contemplated.

"I know how you feel Toshi, you want to protect him, but you know that you can't forever. But I know Izuku is a very strong kid. He can do this. Besides he'll have you, me and the other wielders of One for All to help him."

"Your right master. I can only hope that he will be able to handle its power and that I will be able to remain All Might until the time comes when he can wield it at a decent extent."

The Next Day After School Izuku's POV

I met with my dad at the beach that was in our town. He had already spoken to my school's principle and told him I would be doing community service for the next few months.

"Hey son, how was school today?" He asked with a smile.

"It was just has usual. Though I think the new principle it at his limit with my homeroom teacher's favoritism over the bullies at the school. But that's to be expected." I smiled has I sat my bag down.

"I see… Anyway, let's get started on your training. Now you might be wondering why I had us met up here at the beach. You see son after talking with the previous users I learned that they needed a bit of time to adjust to All For One." Dad started.

"That's right Izuku. All of us that came after your uncle Hyotaru had to wait for a little bit before we could start harnessing One For All. I'm pretty sure you can figure out why right Izu." Aunt Fuu smiled.

"It's because most people get their quirks at four-year-old. While I'm only getting One For All now right?" I realized.

"Correct Izuku, has you know quirks are part of our bodies especially for mutant types. In fact, a lot of mutant types have their features since birth. However most tend to forget that quirks that don't affect the appearance of an individual can have similar occurrences." Uncle Kaito smiled.

"Take your friend Uraraka for example. Her quirk only works if she touches something while her quirk is activated. Has she explained earlier the pads on her fingertips are what she uses to make objects flout. She was mostly likely born with this mutation. Most are born with their bodies adapted to their quirks but your different." Uncle Hikage pointed out.

"That's right has such, were going to need to adapt your body to the quirk. Thankfully unlike the rest of my successors your already close to ready to handle its power. On the other hand, it's the quirk itself that you'll have to get used to. That's because your body is already a suitable vessel for One For All thanks to all that wight lifting." Uncle Hyotaru explained with pride.

"Izuku you have ten months before the U.A entrance exam. I can either get you into U.A though recommendation or you'll have to take the entrance exam. The Exam is very tricky and hard to pass. Out of hundreds of applicants only 60 get in. Even less when you factor in the recommended students. That means… Depending on if you want me to recommend you or if you want to take the exam then you got ten months at the least to at least gain basic control of your new quirk. Whether you want to take the exam or not we need to start working on getting you in control of your new quirk. I won't force you to decide right now though we still have a long time before you have too. Right now, we need to focus on helping you get control of your quirk. Which brings me too why we're here. Today we are going to start your training." Dad smiled softly.

"That's right Izu… The first part of your training will simply consist of cleaning this area of Dagoba beach using One For All. Now before we start you need to find out how much control you currently have of All For One." Aunt Nana smiled.

"In the past many heroes helped their communities by giving back." Dad started softly. "However, that has unfortunately changed. Nowadays being a hero is more about the flashy stuff. It's important that we heroes never forget that origin. Now you're probably wondering how this will help you learn to control All For One. You won't just be cleaning this beach; you'll be using All For One to help you do so."

"Be careful though kid, back when we were learning how to control One For All we all broke a lot of bones when we went over our limit when it came to how much we could control. Right now, though you should be able to control about 1% of it. Maybe 5% if you're lucky. Try powering it up kid, start by powering it to one present then go up until you feel like your muscles are about to strain." Uncle Daigoro commanded.

For the next five months I cleaned up the beach using five percent and gradually powering up more in different parts of my body. I'm now able to use 10% of One For All without hurting myself. Dad and mom brought Izumina to the beach with us that day.

"Wow Izuku, you've done a wonderful job here. The beach is completely spotless." Mom smiled happily has she watched Izumina play in the sand.

"Thanks mom. It was hard but it was worth it. I'm able to handle 10% of One For All now. Though I'm hoping to have a bit more control before the exam. I have a long way to go before I think I'll be able to stand a chance against a real villain." I smiled while dad nodded in agreement.

"I'll admit, your right son. Which is why for the next few months were going to focus on getting you used to fighting with your quirks. Thankfully an old friend of mine has agreed to help us with that. His name is Sir Nighteye. I'm sure you've heard of him. He used to be my sidekick until a few years ago. I told him that I was training you and he now has a sidekick of his own named Lemillion he's actually going to U.A too. He'll be in class 3-B next year." Dad smiled.

"That sounds grate dad! But what will the next part of my training be like?" I asked with a curious look on my face. Dad smiled and looked over at mom who nodded.

"Well… once a week we'll go over to the woods behind town where we will meet up with Sir Nighteye and hold a sparring match against Lemillion we think it might be a better match up for you rather than going up against me." Dad explained with a smile.

"Alright sounds like a good start. I'm hoping to get to about 20% before the entrance exam." I told him with a hopeful smile.

After a few days off which I spent with Kacchan and Ochaco I went to the place were dad told me to go. When I got there, he was waiting with mom who wanted to see this and make sure I didn't get to injured. She had a lot of experience with medicine though she wouldn't tell me why.

"So dad, when's Sir Nighteye and his new sidekick going to get here?" I asked has I looked around the woods. Dad smiled and said that they should be here soon. Soon enough I saw them coming into the clearing in the woods. Dad went into his All Might from and smiled.

"They should be here any second now young Midoriya. Ah, I actually think that's them now. Hello Nighteye, it's been a while!" Dad smiled while in his All might from.

"Yes… Indeed, it has. I take it this is the boy that you chose has your successor?" Sir Night Eye asked looking over me with a critical eye. Besides him was a boy about 17 years of age. He had yellow hair and blue eyes. "Ah, before I forget this is my new sidekick Lemillion." Sir Night Eye smiled softly.

"Hey Ya, I'm Lemillion nice to meet ya! What's your name?" Lemillion introduced himself with a smile.

"I'm Midoriya Izuku nice to meet you to Lemillion!" I smiled has Dad and Sir Nighteye talked.

"So Midoriya, Sir says you want to be a hero. In order to do that you'll need to train some more before the entrance exam. Let me tell you now it's not a one. I had to go up against robots." Lemillion chuckled with a smile.

"Don't worry! All Might's been training me, and I've been working hard to master my quirk. I'm think I'll do alright. By the way have we met before?" I smiled happily.

"I think so actually. Does Lamda mean anything to you?" He asked me with a pondering look. That's when I realized where I had seen this boy before. He was from the facility too. His quirk was permeation, and he was one of the older kids in our group.

"Yeah, I was there. Nice to see you again Permeation or should I say Lemillion." I smiled happily.

"Nice to see you again too, One for One. Oh, just so you know my real name is Togata Mirio. So how have you been since the facility?" Mirio smiled happily while asking a question.

"I've been doing alright. I actually saw Zero Gravity a while back. Her real name is Ochako Uraraka. She transferred into my junior school class." I told him with a huge smile.

"That's great! She was one of the kids that you got along with and helped them study for that daily test, right? I actually had something similar happen to me a few weeks after we were rescued. You remember Manifest right? He transferred into my class when we were in eighth grade. He's also attending U.A with me. His real name is Amajiki Tamaki hero name Sun Eater." Mirio smiled.

"Cool maybe we can get everyone who we found so far together again and hang out sometime. Like a reunion of sorts." I suggested with a smile.

"That sounds like a great idea! Maybe we can bring some of our other friends as well." I suggested happily. After that we talked about our plan for a while.

Toshinori's POV

"So, what do you make of Izuku, Mirai?" I asked my former sidekick. We sat on a log watching the pair talk.

"He's an interesting kid. Though tell me this. Is he your son?" Nighteye asked looking at me with a curious look in his eye.

"Yes, he is, but don't tell anyone. You know what could happen if villains got a hold of this information right?" I stressed.

"Trust me I know. I'm hoping that Mirio will be able to help him wield One for all better. How much of its power do you think he can wield right now?" He asked with a frown.

"10%, he's hoping to be capable of wielding 20% or more before the exam… He's pretty set on taking it. Right now, he's also only activating it in parts of his body, I want to get him started on using it in his whole body all at once while were here." I told my former sidekick.

"He's already making good progress then." I nodded at his words and continue to watch the two teens talk over various subjects. When young Togata's phone started ringing.

"Mirio who's calling you at this time?" Nighteye asked looking at Mirio who had a worried look on his face.

"Tamaki… He doesn't call me during this time unless it's an emergency. He knows I'm normally on patrol at this time after all…" Young Togata muttered worriedly.

"Mirio pick it up and see what's going on, put it on speaker." Nighteye ordered the young sidekick. Mirio nodded and answered the phone.
