Wizard Of Waverly Place-Time Travel Adventures-The Waverly Effect
The Wizard Realm is in another Dimension of Space and Time that has several Inter-Portals between it and the Dimension in which the Waverly Sub Station exists, called the Earth Realm Dimension. In the Wizard Realm there exists many types of beings who have what one would describe as Special Powers or Magic. Some of those types of beings are classified as Banshee, Brownie, Dwarf, Elf, Fairy, Genie, Ghost, God, Goddess, Grinch, Hobgoblin, Imp, Jinn, Leprechaun, Mermaid, Muse, Nymph, Ogre, Pixie, Sprite, Vampire, Warlock, Werewolf, Witch, Wizard, Wraith, or Zombie.
The whole Russo family, and Harper, was born and raised in the Earth Realm Dimension. And all of them, except Harper and Theresa, have the Wizard Gene in their DNA, which makes them naturally study and practice Magic and Wizardry. In the old Wizard Realm, the father of each family was the Family Wizard. It was his responsibility to teach his children to learn Magic and Wizardry, and each child was given a Practice Wand with which to practice the Magic Spells they learned.
When the eldest male child celebrated his 18th Birthday, he was allowed to attend the Wizard World Academy of Magic and Wizardry, known as WizTech, in the Wizard Realm. When the son graduated, he then shared the Family Wizard title with his father until the father either gave the full title and responsibilities to his son, or the son started his family, and became his Family Wizard. And his children would have the Wizard Gene in their DNA too.
The entire Wizard Realm, and all of its Citizens, is under the administration, governance, and management of the Headmaster of the Wizard Realm, and the Academy is managed by the Chancellor. Justin graduated from WizTech, as did his father Jerry, and Jerry's father before him. Jerry's father and his parents left Italy to come to the United States, and he became his Family Wizard. The whole Russo Family, including Harper, are citizens of both Dimensions and can travel through these Inter-Dimensional Portals between these two Dimensions through the Inter-Portals.
Originally, Wizards were not allowed to marry anyone who did not have the Wizard Gene. But when Professor Crumbs became the Headmaster of the Wizard Realm about a thousand years ago, he changed that Wizard Law and allowed Wizards to marry whomever they loved, regardless of who had the Wizard Gene or whether they were of the same sex, or even the same species, too. And the Spouse of a Wizard would have all the rights to being a Wizard, without having the Wizard Powers. It was a major change in the Wizard Realm back then.
Justin Russo is now the Chancellor of the Wizard World Academy of Magic and Wizardry, known as WizTech. He is responsible to Professor Crumbs, the Headmaster of the Wizard Realm. And Professor Crumbs has started teaching Justin how to create advanced Wizard Incantations and Spells, starting with the possibility of Time Travel. While the Inter-Dimensional Portals allowed travel between Dimensions through Real-Time and Space, they did not allow travel to Future or Past Times.
Justin did much research and study of the Inter-Portals Real-Time structure and consulted Professor Crumbs, who he discovered actually thought that travel to future or past times was possible. But even he had not been able to create a Wizard Time Vortex Spell to make Time Travel possible. He encouraged Justin to create such a Wizard Time Vortex Spell.
Justin had worked on the Wizard Time Vortex Spell for over eleven months when he discovered Infrasound Nano Photons (INPs), and he started to make progress on the Wizard Time Vortex Spell. Being able to combine the sound and visual Nano characteristics, he created a basic Time Vortex in which small objects did move through time and space in the laboratory experiments Justin created. These objects were contained in a large beaker and Justin created a small Time Vortex of INPs around them. He then provided the Time Vortex with Latitude and Longitude coordinates using Artificial Intelligent algorithms and activated the Time Vortex with the sound waves of the words "Go There Now," which caused the objects to disappear. And several minutes later, the objects reappeared in a beaker across the room, located at the Latitude and Longitude coordinates given and at a time before Justin had initiated the experiment, which proved the Time Vortex did work, and had sent the beaker back in time!
It took Justin another month of research and experimentation before he felt confident enough to create the Wizard Time Vortex Spell. The Spell included the Latitude and Longitude coordinates of where the objects were going, the date and time to which the objects were to go, the number of objects being sent, and the activation words "Go There Now." He didn't even have to use his Wand. One other important fact he discovered was that the Time Vortex acted like a "sterile glove," preventing any contamination of or interaction with the Past Time.
Using his newly created Time Vortex Spell, he continued to experiment with various shapes and types of objects being sent. He discovered that the INPs created a Time Vortex of Energy that seemed to protect the objects from damage when unexpected forces were encountered by the Time Vortex. Justin invented a pair of eyeglasses that could actually see this Time Vortex Energy, and he continued to increase the size and weight of the objects being sent, and he increased the distance and times of the objects sent. He finally took the risk of sending live animals. And the first mouse survived without any damage or side effects. He then increased the size and type of animals he sent. And he observed that the INPs created a proportional Time Vortex of invisible energy around the animals that kept them safe and unharmed.
Finally, he was prepared to try to send a human. He interviewed several interested candidates who were willing to be the first person to successfully travel in time. The day arrived for the first human time travel test. Justin did the Time Vortex Spell and sent the person across the room. Something went wrong and the person bumped into a table, but the Time Vortex Energy prevented any injury. They continued to do more Time Vortex tests, increasing the distance and times. Finally, they added another person to their tests. Two people were to be sent together. Wearing his Time Vortex Glasses, Justin observed that each person had a Time Vortex Energy around them, and another Time Vortex Energy was around both at the same time.
When Justin's Time Vortex tests were successfully moving six people through Time, he declared that Time Travel was now a reality. And Professor Crumbs agreed and asked Justin what his new Time Vortex Spell would be called. Justin already had been calling it the Waverly Effect.
