"Adam isn't someone I wanna follow" Blake said as she had seen certain things he did in secret and it terrifies her
"I want to continue my work but not Adam's way" Ilia said as she had standards
"Listen people are idiots and when I say people I mean everyone human and faunus" Natsu said calmly "there is no right or wrong way change happens when we make it happen" he said as he hated the way the faunus were treated
"Damn faunus" a man said walking by but froze as Natsu was glaring at him
"Apologize or lose a limb" Natsu said with a smile as the man apologized and ran "violence not always the answer but it does help" he said as he preferred to use his fists
The girls just giggled and smiled
"Listen hitting dust companies aren't the answer because that screws everyone from human to faunus dust shops lose shipments close down ruin peoples lives" Natsu said breaking it down for them
The girls felt a little guilty for that as they probably assisted in the deaths of more huntsman
"Listen if you want revenge on the Schnee dust company...I may know someone you can talk to" Natsu said as the girls looked at him curiously

Willow was enjoying a nice cup of tea with a little bit of bourbon as she was half sober as she was enjoying today as her husband was very angry as his vices were being wrecked, destroyed, and vandalized 'fair trade indeed' she thought as she agreed to help the faunus as she still owned most of her company but allowed Jacques to become the CEO right now she had a deal she was more than happy to make with the faunus girls she makes donations to unfair faunus treatment and they fuck with her husband whenever they had an opportunity as many of his vices were imported goods like his cigars from Mistral or his tailored suits from Vale
"Hi mom" Weiss said walking in cheerfully
Willow was glad to see her daughter smile as Jacques didn't dare make a move on her as Natsu brought down the fear of god into him after he struck her once in his presence and after many failed attempts of him trying to prevent Natsu from seeing Weiss and protecting himself he finally gave in as she swore to this day his hair was even more white than its original shade
"Hello mother" a young woman looking similar to Weiss and Willow said walking toward them
"Winter" Weiss said as she hugged her elder sister
Willow smiled as she enjoyed seeing her children together and hoped her son would join them
(2 months later)
"Are you ok" Blake asked Natsu as he looked a little green
"Why'd I let you convince me to do this" Natsu said as they were currently on a boat
"Well you wanted to come with me" Blake said with a small smirk
"I think I prefer flying" Natsu said as he would've used his wings if they journey wasn't to far
"Oh man up we're almost there" Blake said with a small smile as they approached her homeland
Natsu just relaxed as this would soon be over his mind slowly drifted to the events of this past month

"I can't believe this is what you wanted for your birthday" Natsu said to Mira "I mean this is what I would ask for I'm being serious this is borderline suicide" he said to her
"Is Natsu Dragneel afraid" Mira said in a baby voice teasing him
"Get in the damn boat" Natsu said to her
(1 hour later)
"I hate you" Natsu said as all the bucking and bobbing sucked
"Hate is another word for love" Mira said winking at him
"Why are you hunting this thing" Natsu asked as Mira only had the three grim transformations in her arsenal but this was a pretty big jump "I mean a nevermore can give you flight" he said as those were a bit tough but easier than what they were after
"This is much more fun" Mira said as she tossed another blood pack into the water like she had been doing for an hour
"The fuck did you get all these blood packs" Natsu said wondering if some of the rumors about Mira were true "I mean are you a for real vampire that was something a lot of people thought" he asked her a little serious
"No" Mira said plainly "and be glad leviathan don't roam these waters" she said knowing they'd be fucked with those types of grimm
"You sure about that" Natsu asked as he looked down and saw multiple pairs of red eyes
"Oh shit" Mira said as she saw a giant fin and then saw a the grimm she was looking for "Sea Feilong" she said as this was her target
"Ok Mira we need to go" Natsu said as he saw the leviathan peer it's head above the water
"Right" Mira said grabbing him as he let out his wings
'Damn it' Natsu thought repeatedly as the grimm were following them "if you touch it can you gain wings we can't keep ourselves in the air or bring them to land" he said to her as he was gonna toss her to at the Sea Feilong
"Yeah" Mira said confidently
"Here we go" Natsu said throwing her the moment the Sea Feilong fired a lightning blast
Mira grabbed hold of its wing and soon gained a set of her own "eat your heart out Laxus" she said as she fired a beam of lightning from her mouth destroying the creatures wings
"Ok you have wings now lets ditch this thing" Natsu said referring to the leviathan down below them circling them
"No" Mira said as she fired at the floating form of the Sea Feilong now killing it "let's see if I can up my game" she said with a sadistic and bloodthirsty look as she dive down
"Mira" Natsu said diving after her
The leviathan wasted no time opening its mouth firing an energy beam nicking Mira's wing making her fall into the water
"Oh shit" Mira said as she dodged it trying to bite her but still managed to touch it "yes" she said feeling great as she began to swim now having flippers and gills
"Hold on" Natsu said as he picking her up and taking her out the water flying at great speeds
Mira smiled as they dodged all of its attempts but saw something in the corner of her eye….another set of giant red eyes "Natsu-" was all she could say before they were hit
(few minutes later)
"Oh fuck land can't believe we fucking made it" Natsu said in shock a little disoriented as he was unconscious for a few moments "Mira" he said calling out to her not seeing her 'must've separated when we crashed' he thought looking around for her and soon saw her and was immediately horrified as she had a large branch on stabbing her through her lower left side
"Natsu" Mira said weekly
"It's fine you're gonna be fine" Natsu in panic as he burned off the branch 'ok calm down think if there was ever a time now is it' he thought to himself 'ok the wound' he thought as he brought his hands to both sides cauterizing it immediately to prevent her from bleeding out 'Atlas is to far I have to go to Beacon' he thought as that was his only choice
(1 hour later)
"I'm sorry" Ozpin said as Natsu looked at him with eyes that poured tears
"No I won't let you die" Natsu said looking at Mira seeing her skin in a sickly pale tone "do a blood transfusion" he said to him
Ozpin opened his mouth as he didn't know the full ramifications of that action as to this day Natsu's blood remains a mystery "I'm sorry but I can't-" he was saying till Natsu moved at a blinding speed and punched him in the stomach sending him through a wall
"Ok Mira I hope I know what I'm doing" Natsu said grabbing a needle with a tube connected to it with another needle on the other end "live transfusion" he said as this was risky as he had seen all the things all the scientists saw with his blood and Wendy's 'dragon slayer blood' he thought not knowing what this'd do but he was out of options
"Natsu you need to stop this-" Glynda said as she rushed in only to dodge a fireball
"No I need to do this" Natsu said as he watched his blood flow into Mira
(20 minutes later)
"I'm here" Qrow said in exhaustion as he flew here as fast as he could "is she alive" he said quickly
"Yes" Glynda said as she looked at the two seeing Natsu hold her hand as she took his blood "Ozpin how is she alive" she asked him curiously
"What does she mean" Qrow asked curiously
"You know bout the uniqueness of his blood correct" Ozpin asked him getting a nod "James experimented with it and the results were not promising" he said to him
"Please don't tell me that dick used people" Qrow said angrily
"No lab rats" Glynda said as she agreed with Qrow as she believed James Ironwood would go down that path for 'the sake of Remnant' "they all died horribly none made past a few minutes with his blood" she said as she saw the footage and it was all carnage and gore
"Yet Ms Strauss has had his blood for almost a half hour and is still alive and well" Ozpin said to him as he was concerned she'd end up like the rats which was why he disapproved of the blood transfusion to begin with
"So what does that mean" Qrow asked wondering what gears were turning in Ozpin's head
"Like all answers I have for this young man I don't know" Ozpin said wondering how this'd effect Mira
(1 hour later)
"Hey" Mira said opening her eyes as she looked at Natsu seeing his eyes were a little red and he had tears in them "aw you look so cute when you cry" she said teasingly in her weak state as she smiled at him
"And so do you" Natsu said as he saw tears in her eyes he gently sat next to her and pulled her into a hug
Mira had a smile graced her lips as she rested her head on his chest feeling at peace feeling his warmth from his strong chest and listened to the strong beats of his heart
(next day)
"How is this possible" Wendy said as she lost a fight to Mira as she was fully healed but the most surprising thing was that she had Natsu's magic...his lightning flame magic
"Might be because of the grimm she absorbed the essence of it must've given her it's lightning and with my blood it gave her my fire my blood might've acted as a conduit for her to absorb the dragon like grimms qualities" Natsu said as he tried to rationalize the whole thing
"Wow that is such a well thought out thought congrats Natsu you are getting smarter" Mira said teasingly as she agreed with that whole heartedly as it made the most sense
The next few days were of Natsu and Wendy teaching Mira how to be a dragon slayer and after that it was Natsu apologizing to Mira which got old real fast
Blake had called Natsu and asked him to accompany him to her home and he agreed as everyone felt he needed a change of scenery
(flashback end)
"Hey it's Salamander" a random faunus said as everyone turned to look at Natsu
"How popular am I with the faunus" Natsu asked Blake as he was gathering a crowd
"Trust me Natsu you are very popular with the faunus" Blake said with a chuckle as Natsu actually gained a reputation with the faunus as many people mainly her posted videos of him and his noble acts it actually made a few impressions on certain people both human and faunus
Natsu noticed he was getting some glares as well and made some scales appear to shut some people up 'neither human or dragon who says I can't be both' he thought to himself as he would always and forever be proud of that heritage knowing he came from both worlds
Blake then gave him a tour around before they made it to her home
"Give it a knock" Natsu said encouragingly
Blake took a deep breath before knocking on her door and soon a woman that resembled Blake answered the door "hi mom" she said and was immediately picked up by the woman and held tightly
'This is adorable' Natsu thought always having a soft spot for cats as he often thought of Happy and seeing Blake's mom act like a mother cat was adorable
(1 hour later)
"You got something to say to me" Natsu asked Blake's father Ghira
Blake was not surprised by this as Natsu was not one to back down from a challenge and the look her father was giving she expected it sooner rather than later
"Yes" Ghira said looking at Natsu "I don't like you" he said with a frown present on his face
"Great feelings mutual how about we go outside and settle this" Natsu said as Ghira gave a feral grin and nodded
"Oh this will not end well" Blake said as she and her other Kali went to go spectate
(few minutes later)
"Hope you're ready to have that bush burned off your chest" Natsu said as he and Ghira removed their shirts and were stretching
Kali actually laughed at that one
Ghira extended his nails like a cat would it's claws
"He's very flexible" Kali said as she saw Natsu pull off very skilled movements like her daughter but his were more violent than graceful
"You have no idea" Blake said before quickly catching herself "not like that" she said seeing the look her mother had "it's just he's so...instinctual" she said as Natsu may have been less flexible as she was he made up for it with his instincts rarely ever wasting a move or an opportunity
(3 hours later)
"I swear this started getting boring an hour ago" Blake said as her nerves were fine as after watching her father and her friend fight for a few hours it got boring
"I think your father might like him" Kali said as despite Ghira's peaceful and respective nature he loved action and was a skilled warrior and even as he wiped the blood from his mouth she could see him smiling
"Same could be said for Natsu" Blake said seeing his bloody smile
"It's hard to imagine someone so young is as strong as your father" Kali said as it was a sight to behold seeing someone so young as strong as Ghira
Blake refrained from telling her mother that Natsu practice fighting grimm bare handed something she thought was dumb but seeing him do it was something else as he always said 'experience is the true teacher' something which she was beginning to see was actually paying off
"You tired yet old man" Natsu asked tauntingly as he spat out some blood
"Please this is a warm up boy" Ghira said to him
Both men slowly walked up toward each other clearly tired and exhausted and just as they raised their fist they fell over
(1 hour later)
"Oh man I feel like crap" Natsu said as it had been a while since he had a good fist fight even Yang with her current skills was only good for a warm up as despite the girl being a prodigy for her age
"Well you did fight my father what did you expect" Blake said next to him drinking tea
"You certainly are impressive and much like Ghira at your age" Kali said as she and Blake took care of the separately as they were in Ghira's office using the couches there to heal them
"Please we have nothing in common" Natsu and Ghira said at the same time then looked at each other in surprise and looked away
'Men' Blake and Kali thought together
(next day)
"You fish" Natsu asked seeing some gear and pictures of Ghira fishing
"Yes do you" Ghira said trying to be civil as his wife threatened him that if he started another fight he was a dead man
"Kidding I love to fish but I had a cat that always ate on my catches" Natsu said as whenever he and Happy fished the cat would always give into temptation and ate the fish
Ghira chuckled at that "I remember taking Blake with me when she was younger and she always nawed at the fish I caught" he said showing him a picture of a small Blake nibbling on a fish looking adorable
"Aww" Natsu said as Blake looked adorable
"Wanna go fish" Ghira said as he hadn't in a while
"Sure…...let's not tell Blake don't want her eating our catches" Natsu said as both men laughed
(30 minutes later)
"I have to say Natsu I'm impressed with your character" Ghira said as they sat and fished "I've seen videos, rumors, and praise from other faunus about you and I have to say I'm impressed" Ghira said as he had seen and heard much about Natsu's actions
"Thanks but I don't do it for praise" Natsu said to him calmly
"Why do you fight" Ghira asked as every man and woman had something driving them and he wondered what was Natsu's driving force
"For others friends, family, people I know, and the bonds I share with everyone it doesn't matter what race you are or what differences there might be between us I will fight to protect and not treat anyone any different" Natsu said to him
Ghira had to admit he was in slight awe of Natsu's powerful words because even those radiated much strength and spirit it was amazing 'maybe there is hope for the world' he thought as he believed this young man would bridge the separation between human and faunus
(2 hours later)
Blake practically drooled seeing all the fish Natsu and Ghira had in their baskets
"You get one" Natsu said sternly like one would to a pet or a child or in this case both, he tossed it to her and chuckled seeing her catch it with her mouth and heard her purr as she ate it
"Can I get a hand" Kali asked Natsu curiously
Natsu nodded as he may not have cooked often but he did know how to cook fish well
(few minutes later)
"That certainly is a time saver" Kali said seeing Natsu cook and fry the fish in many ways
"Yep any particular way you want these" Natsu asked curiously
"Medium rare" Kali said as that was how the Belladonna family liked it except for Blake who ate fish however it was served
'Better than rare' Natsu thought as that was how Happy always liked his fish
(30 minutes later)
'And I thought I had a big appetite' Natsu thought as Blake was eating her fish in a similar fashion to him and the parents weren't far behind
"This tastes amazing Natsu" Kali said as she only assisted him in the kitchen when he cooked
Natsu only chuckled as for once he was the more civilized person at a table

"You know I'm surprised you are so well at being a parent" Tai said as he and Qrow drank
Qrow spit a little of his drink and gave Tai a look "what" he asked him curiously
"With Natsu I mean c'mon the only other person you spend as much time with is Ruby" Tai said as he and Natsu were basically best friends with the things they did together "but still giving alcohol to a minor is a bit overkill" he said as that was one of the things he did have problems with that
"Kid can handle it" Qrow said with a chuckle "also didn't Yang raid your liquor cabinet I mean that was hilarious" he said as he laughed remembering how Yang got curious in alcohol and when she stole some booze from her father she was waisted and acted a little to much like her mother in that particular instance
"My point is that with Natsu you seem….different" Tai said as he saw more affection and effort coming from Qrow when it came to Natsu and when he heard he and Mira were at Beacon he flew out of the house faster than he had ever seen the man fly as fast as he did that day
"Ok so I like the kid more than I like most….anyone" Qrow said as he rarely liked human interaction save for his inner circle and sometimes companionship with a beautiful woman
"It's more than that Qrow" Tai said to him with a smile on his face
"Hey" Qrow said getting in his face "screw you" he said sitting back down and drinking a large gulp of booze
"Whatever you say…..papa Qrow" Tai said teasingly getting hit in the face with a empty flask

"Are you out of your mind" Qrow said angrily "Natsu was one thing which was overkill then you wanna send all three of them have you now finally lost it" he said to Ozpin
"We need to see what they can do at this point" Ozpin said as he knew all the details of Natsu and Mira's adventure and it helped them have a good estimate of their skills
"Screw you Oz these kids are special so what who fucking cares" Qrow said as he liked these kids as training them and watching them grow was much more fun then being in a classroom he actually enjoyed these students
"We need to see what they can do Qrow Natsu is able to take on packs of Beowolves a few years ago he's growing at an exponential rate facing more and more grimm, fighting well trained huntsman, taking on an ancient grimm, now surviving an encounter with not one giant colossal grimm but two after taking down another high class grimm" Ozpin said as this growth was amazing "Qrow there aren't that many students I have trained to actually do that" he said as there were a select few those being the ones in his inner circle and a few teams he always had his eyes on
"If James does something that puts those kids at risk Ozpin….I will fucking kneecap you" Qrow said to him
Ozpin let out a sigh as he would probably be paying but his desire to know what this was lead

"I swear a day early bullshit" Qrow said as he was currently in a bar in Mistral "oh fuck this place" he said to himself

"Ironwood" the woman asked seeing his raised brow "heard of him and lots of people are making complaints about him" she said to him
"Hey buddy get me another and one for the lady" Qrow said to the bartender
"So what's your beef with him" the woman asked him curiously
"He's putting my kids at risk" Qrow said to him
"You're a parent" the woman said raising a brow "and how" she asked in a calm neutral tone
"My kids are really my students" Qrow said clarifying "are really special and I'm not some teacher just saying that they've faced grimm barehanded they were 8 when they were doing this they're 10 now" he said taking a sip from his newest drink
"Are you serious" the woman said in shock "no wonder you are here getting drunk" she said as James Ironwood had pull in many areas not only Atlas he was a well connected military leader and a public figure
"Yeah" Qrow said as he walked away "hey what's your name" he asked wanting to know before he left

"A Sabyr" Wendy said as she researched grimm and knew that those were as local here as beowolves were in Vale
"More like a pack" Natsu said as he looked at the ground more closely seeing a lot of scratches
"Real glad I have your magic" Mira said as she was glad her fire dragon slayer magic kept her warm
"It's the best" Natsu said proudly "now let me do what I do best" he said as he started walking forward
"Total destruction" Wendy said making Mira hold her stomach as she laughed uncontrollably

Mira was a little confused and soon she took his hand and watched as she followed his lead seeing small sparks appear as they soon held both hands with each other and it soon felt like dancing
"Beautiful right" Natsu said as he always liked to admire the beauty of his flames or all flames in general
Mira had to admit she liked the beauty of the fire and could see why Natsu liked it so much and soon the sparks and flames swirled around them a small vortex appearing around them and started to become larger and rise to new heights
"Whoa" Wendy said in awe as she was always amazed by Natsu's skills with his magic

"That thing is at least 60 feet" Winter said as they watched live footage
"Yeah" Qrow said to her as he looked at Ironwood's youngest and newest protege 'thought Willow had more sense' he thought to himself
"Why are they doing that" Ironwood asked no one in particular
"Idiot look not at them look around" Qrow said as Ironwood was always missing the bigger picture and was so single minded at times "they're bringing the grimm to them" he said simply was it was kinda brilliant as the test was to eliminate a large swarm of sabyr's

"Guys they're here" Wendy said calling to them letting them know it was working
'Damn' Mira thought as she liked the closeness with Natsu "remember I need one" she said to him
"Mira hurry up please there is always at least one new grimm in the pack" Natsu said as each pack always gained a newborn and wild grimm
Mira smirked and saw a sabyr charge her and when it bounced she leaned back using one hand to balance her with her feet and used her remaining arm to light it on fire and shove it in the sabyr's stomach while also using her take over magic
"What does that actually do for her" Wendy asked rarely ever seeing Mira transform besides certain aspects of her body
"Mira is a take over master Wendy cause in reality she uses her magic minimizing the changes and the use of power perfectly while also changing things in a small way like her bones, her nails, hell even her flesh" Natsu said as he knew how Mira fought always seeing the changes in her form "add that to her combat knowledge and now her dragon slayer abilities she's a deadly force" he said with a smile as he was always captivated by that about her
Wendy had to admit she was a little jealous of the praise he gave Mira as it was so honest and full of admiration for the woman
"Hey you ready" Natsu asked her curiously
"Yeah" Wendy said eagerly
"Let's do it then I always wanted to try this spell" Mira said as they jumped up high when the swarm surround them and charged at them
"Dragon slayer secret art" they all yelled together "flame lotus exploding flame blade/sky drill" the three yelled together

"Now that was cool" Qrow said as everyone was silenced seeing the massive explosion the men and women trying to measure the blast radius of the explosion
"Blast radius is a little over 2 miles" a woman said to Ironwood
"Well we're done later Jimmy" Qrow said with a little quickly
"How is this possible those are children" Winter said to the man wondering what kind've training they went through for that
"No idea Ice Queen I merely trained them in weaponry" Qrow said as that was true as he even picked up some things from Natsu and Mira and even helped Wendy refine her technique as she was more skill than power and strength like Natsu and Mira
"Qrow there must be something you know" Ironwood said catching up
"Yeah their kids they have big dreams all that crap" Qrow said wanting to be rid of these 2 already
"Qrow there must be some way to duplicate what these kids can do they just reached their double digits and Ozpin thinks they are stronger than all prodigies he's teached they spend all their time with you there has to be something you know" Ironwood said to him
"Listen Jimmy" Qrow said stopping and looking at him "I don't like you or your little groupie" he said looking at Winter who glared at him "so let me make this clear fuck you and go fuck yourself" he said proudly
"The hell did we walk in on" Mira said raising a brow
"Me talking down to an idiot and an even bigger idiot willing to follow said idiot" Qrow said not batting an eye "you know what this is better kids tell the tin man why you are so strong" he said with a grin as they looked like dumb sheep looking at the kids expecting an answer

"Let me handle this Natsu" Mira said as she patted his head "your Ironwood right" she asked getting a nod "then do me the pleasure and do what me teacher said and go fuck yourself" she said getting a laugh from Qrow
"Maybe we should ask the less...vulgar of you" Winter said looking at Wendy
Wendy blushed at the attention
"Please Ms Marvel I'd like to know your methods of training as if it could help the training of our men to reach a fraction of your abilities remnant will be a safer place" Ironwood said to her calmly
Natsu, Mira, and Qrow watched as Wendy cleared her throat as if preparing to speak and as she inhaled
'Oh shit' Qrow and the dragon slayers thought as they moved out the way as Wendy exhaled as there was a strong air current sending the two military officials flying down the hall
"Wow Wendy that was awesome" Natsu said as he looked at Wendy who blushed "I can't believe you did that" he said to her as he pulled her into a hug
"Ok as proud and as happy as I am to have seen that let's get the hell out of here"

"C'mon that the best you two got" Natsu said as he was in a three way brawl with Yang and her father
"Kick his ass Natsu" Qrow said calling out as he was also teaching Ruby
"You got talent Natsu" Tai said as he did admire his skill but noticed he had a similar style of fighting to Yang and Raven 'I swear it's almost like they're all related' he thought to himself as their fighting style and attitudes were so similar it was insane
"Thanks and you have…..something" Natsu said as Yang giggled at that

"Oh my god breathe" Tai said seeing the children more specifically Natsu and Yang

"I swear Yang if you put as much effort into your weapons as you did Bumblebee you'd be well off" Natsu said as Yang had intended to fully transform it into a high tech motorcycle each new design an improvement on the bike
"Hey I love my wheels and hey thanks to me your motion sickness is better" Yang said with a proud grin
Mira had to suppress a laugh as she remembered how Natsu's still felt like crap in vehicles and remember what Yang did with that info kidnapping Natsu making him ride with her on Bumblebee all day long his motion sickness tolerance did improve but he became afraid of Yang whenever she offered him a ride
"I prefer flying" Natsu said as he loved to fly feeling the wind in his face
"It's so cool how you can grow wings" Ruby said with a dreamy smile
"Eh" Mira said sprouting her wings out showing off a little "flying is amazing but the wings are kinda much" she said hating when they got damaged as it was pretty painful as the skin was sensitive and it took a while to heal
Qrow had to hide his grin as the kids didn't know about his bird transformation and had to admit it sucked to have a wounded wing and for him it transferred over to his human body so that especially sucked
(1 year later)
"Well it's the day I always feared my daughter began her first day of womanhood" Tai said sadly seeing his daughter grow
"Yeah…..I need to get the fuck out of Vale" Qrow said sad he was sober right now as he felt the need to be drunk to deal with his neice hitting that stage in life "listen Tai I'm sorry but you're so screwed" he said laughing a little as Raven became much worse when she hit puberty
"Laugh it up Qrow I got a few more years with Ruby you have two girls that hit puberty as well good luck with that" Tai said laughing at his friends realization
Qrow tried to think of something but his slight panic of thinking about Mira in puberty was as bad as Raven Wendy was a delight so he felt safe with that one but Mira's unique personality sometimes scared him "...shit" he said realizing how fucked he was
Unknown to the two men Mira and Yang were in front of full body length mirrors examining their chest areas checking out their two mounds on their respective chest's focusing on the strong feelings they felt that was amplified by their increase of hormones
'Will I be bigger' Mira thought to herself wondering if she'd regain her former rack or hopefully get a bigger one 'wonder how Wendy's coping' she thought wondering how the bluenette was dealing as she was pretty flat when she was young
Wendy was actually calm and was eating correctly also drinking plenty of milk with Ruby as Yang gave her 'the talk' much to Tai's horror and Qrow's amusement as Ruby was to innocent and sweet to ever be fully affected by that like most people 'I will not be flat' she thought to herself remembering her edolas self seeing that as her goal

"So I don't have to tell you anything" Qrow asked feeling relieved as Tai dragged him to give Natsu 'the talk' and Natsu said he knew and was good "awesome" he said in relief
"So you have no questions….at all" Tai asked curiously ignoring the dirty looks he was getting from Qrow
"Nope I've seen plenty of naked women" Natsu said nonchalantly
Qrow had a hard time holding in his laughter seeing Tai's face "so c'mon spill which of the girls did you see" he said finding this humorous and wondered what caught Natsu's eye
"Hold on" Natsu said as he left to his room
"How are you ok with this what if he saw Yang or Ruby" Tai said to him
"Ok A if it was Yang we'd have known cause let's be honest she'd have broadcasted it" Qrow said seeing Tai conceded to those points "and B if it was Ruby she would've shown signs and lets be honest she doesn't lie well on personal matters" he said as Ruby's ability to lie wasn't that good when it came to things with family but there were moments where she did it successfully
"Alright here" Natsu said handing them a sketchbook in his spare time he drew pictures of his friends and loved ones
Qrow raised a brow and soon opened it and was baffled "let me get this straight you've seen these women naked" he asked as these women looked full grown and much more attractive than the women he knew and met and the detail along with the girls name's on the page made him think these sketches were the real deal "you lucky bastard" he said not sure whether to be jealous or impressed
"Still proud" Tai said teasingly to Qrow
"...Yes" Qrow said to him as he really wanted to ask Natsu for some pointers "hey kid think you can get me some action" he asked not below asking a child for help to catch some tail god knew that a lot of men did that
"What happened to Robyn" Natsu asked him curiously
"Who" Tai asked seeing Qrow becoming stiff and just as he was about to say something Tai punched him in the throat
"This lady Qrow met like a year ago she calls him a lot" Natsu said to him simply as he also had Robyn's number as she wanted to talk to him as Qrow talked about him a lot to her
"Wait wait wait hold on Qrow Mr cool bad boy Qrow has a woman interested in him" Tai said as he laughed at Qrow
"Screw….you" Qrow said rubbing his sore throat
"Yeah she's actually pretty cool" Natsu said as she had a maternal like vibe about her which wasn't really surprising as she cared for a lot of people
"Oh man I gotta meet this woman" Tai said as he fell to the floor laughing "I can't believe you have a girlfriend oh man this is the greatest day of my life" he said with tears in his eyes
"I do not have a girlfriend" Qrow said to him
"What you mean you don't have a girlfriend the fuck happened with Robyn" Mira said as she came to them "Natsu what did he do" she asked looking at him
"Nothing" Natsu said to her nonchalantly
"Listen I don't have a girlfriend Robyn Hill is not my girlfriend you can't cage this bird" Qrow said as his scroll began to ring and the caller ID read 'Robyn Hill'
"Yoink" Mira said swiping his scroll "hi Robyn" she said looking at Qrow evilly
"Give me my damn scroll you little hellion" Qrow said chasing after the she devil who began speaking to Robyn as she ran
Mira smiled as she gave Robyn her scroll number and soon hung up and looked over Qrow's personal info in his phone and his scroll's info "oh you two call each other a lot" she said teasingly dodging Qrow's attempt to grab her "and what's this a news article about Robyn why did you zoom in on her picture hoping to see something" she said laughing at him
"This is the greatest day of my life" Tai said as he had tears coming out of his eyes
"Here" Mira said as she tossed him his scroll "Robyn's calling me" she said as she ran off
"Fuck" Qrow said angrily
"What's 'fuck' mean" Ruby said making her presence known
All the men froze not knowing how to answer the 9 year old girl
"I'm out" Natsu said jumping through the window
"Same and also" Qrow said as he punched Tai below the belt making Tai fall over and turn red from pain "payback" he said following Natsu's lead jumping through the window
Tai felt incredible pain as Qrow didn't pull his punch
"So what does fuck mean" Ruby asked him curiously
Tai could only groan as that was even more painful

"You sure you wanna do this" Natsu asked Yang curiously as she asked him a pretty big favor and that was to find her mother
"Yeah" Yang said seriously as she didn't want to drag Natsu into this after what happened when she brought Ruby along
"Ok" Natsu said as he grew wings and picked Yang up and flew

"She's close" Natsu said as he was picking up some scents of blood and ash 'just like last time' he thought to himself remembering the scent from when he first met Raven
Yang was slightly nervous as she was finally going to meet her mother
"Can I ask you what you are expecting" Natsu asked her not wanting her expectations to be crushed as Raven was a warrior and warm hugs and the like weren't something the seemingly cold woman would do
"I don't know" Yang said as from what little she heard from her father and all that she heard from her uncle she could tell her mother was a piece of work much like herself
The two began to walk in silence and soon heard loud noise
"Listen assholes I don't have time for you and if any of you remember me you know it's a bad idea to fuck with me" Natsu said unleasing some bloodlust and killer intent 'Qrow was right' he thought to himself as bandits only had a strength in numbers and they only became a threat when Raven began to teach them ways of the huntsman making this clan of bandits slightly more than the rest of bandits everywhere else
(10 minutes later)
Natsu and Yang were looked at as they entered the camp
"So the Salamander decides to return hello Natsu" Raven said coming out of her tent
Yang went stiff seeing her mother feeling her heart clench and rush of emotions in her
"Yeah I didn't come here for a visit she did though" Natsu said looking at Yang
"Hello Yang" Raven said to her daughter
"Hi mom" Yang said feeling a little numbness not knowing what else to say
All the bandits tensed hearing that the little girl was the daughter of their leader
"Come both of you" Raven said going into her tent
Natsu hated how much that sounded like an order but went in with Yang
After a few awkward minutes of watching Raven make tea and sat quietly
"I see you kept my sword" Raven said as she saw her old sword and Qrow's old Harbinger
"They seem to work for me" Natsu said as people always found it odd he used a heavy sword along with a simple regular looking sword
"So I've seen" Raven said as she did periodic checks on her daughter and Natsu as well since they lived together she approved of the enhancements he made to the weapons "you've added dust into the metal I must say that is an impressive feet" she said as she was being perfectly honest as dust being infused in clothing was something but to infuse it into a weapon was unheard of as dust was highly flammable
Natsu nodded as it was a dangerous process but after the time with ethernano this seemed easy "I infused both blades with tungsten to handle the heat I let out better along with all types of dust" he said as he knew and encountered multiple magics that linked to dust so it wasn't that hard to use them
"And Yang I must say gauntlet shotguns creative but you should extend the metal to act like shields for your arms" Raven said to her daughter giving her some tips as Yang adapted to Tai's style of fighting and didn't have any bladed weapons
"Oh um thanks" Yang said a little excited from the praise
"Do you mind" Raven asked looking at Natsu wanting to inspect his weapons
Natsu tossed her her former blade and handed her Qrow's old blade
'Impressive craftsmanship' Raven thought as she remembered these blades perfectly and they seemed to be kept in perfect condition "you infused dust into the hilts as well" she said looking at the blades completely analyzing them carefully
"Yep" Natsu said activating the gravity dust summoning them to him
"So how is the dust working through the sword" Raven asked as her blade didn't have a gun but was cable of using multiple types of dust
"It's ok" Natsu said as he always used his powers to amplify the dusts power
Yang felt a little awkward really wishing she paid more attention to Ruby's weapon fetish as she didn't have much of an interest in weapons but seeing her mom talk to Natsu about the different parts and deadliness of the weapons
"Also it's a nice spring isn't it" Natsu said giving her a knowing look
"I….like the season" Raven said as she knew he knew
"Yeah always changing the seasons just like people" Natsu said to her
The tent was then very silent at that moment
"So Yang would you like to join the tribe" Raven asked her daughter curiously
"No" Yang said immediately thinking about her sister
Raven looked deep into her eyes and was a little impressed "ok" she said as she was glad her daughter had that trait of hers "be careful Yang" she said calmly "loyalty is a strong and respected quality but it is not always fully appreciated and there are those who don't share those views like us so be careful with who you put your faith in" she said to her as she knew who her brother and ex-husband trusted and put their faith in and she didn't share their sentiments
(1 hour later)
"So" Natsu asked her curiously wanting to know how she was
"It was ok" Yang said to him calmly
"Yang you at least got some closer that's more than most people" Natsu said to her
"Yeah I think I'm good" Yang said finally having some clarity in her life
Natsu gave her a hug at that moment
Yang eased into the hug and relaxed being at peace in that moment
'Hmmmm at least she has taste' Raven thought currently as her namesake watching the children be children
"Can't believe you went to my sister" Qrow said to them sending his now bird sister a look
"Not my first time" Natsu said to him
"Oh my god" Qrow said as he sighed taking a large swig from his flask before they began to walk
(few days later)
Everyone was looking at Natsu as he was currently meditating
"How long has he been here" Qrow asked as he usually slept till after noon
"Since six in the morning" Tai said to him
"Wonder what he's meditating about" Wendy asked curiously
"He's channeling his power" Mira said as she was more in tune with her senses as do to her take over abilities she had superhuman senses even when she wasn't using her powers and she could feel his power rising up to higher levels affecting the natural elements 'he's been getting better with the elements' she thought as it was impressive for the dragon slayer
(6 hours later)
"Wow" Ruby said as she was sitting on the grass watching the show Natsu was giving while meditating as when the sun set the night showed his power in action seeing sparks and embers appear even snow
Everyone had to agree as the more time went on the more beautiful the elements that appeared were
'I'll be damned' Mira thought looking at Natsu 'he's learning control' she thought completely amazed
(few months later)
"Hey" Natsu said in an alleyway talking to a girl with green hair
The girl jumped in surprise grabbing a dagger she had on hand
"Nice illusion" Natsu said seeing the girl in place when she circled around him
"You can see past it" the girl said in surprise feeling slightly helpless seeing his giant sword
"Yep name's Natsu Dragneel" Natsu said introducing himself
The girl felt a little on edge that he was being so natural about this conversation it made her fear the worst
"Wanna get something to eat" Natsu said hearing her stomach growl at the mention of food
(20 minutes later)
"So what do you want" the girl asked him stuffing her face
"Nothing much just thought you needed a friend" Natsu said as he saw her in the market take a ring from a man who didn't even notice her take it "nice skill by the way when I was around I saw that guy be a dick" he said as he was in the area looking for new parts and there were a few stands selling random stuff on the side and he just saw her take it and it made him curious
"Right" the girl said chuckling slightly as she hated that guy as he was a popular choice for her when she robbed people "so I gotta ask you're not turning me in but you're talking to me and taking me to lunch what did you want a date" she asked raising a eyebrow
"Nah I'm good like I said I thought you needed a friend all there is to it" Natsu said to her as he drank some water
"Why do you want someone like me as a friend" the girl asked feeling a little small now
"Why wouldn't I want you as a friend" Natsu asked her watching her stumble and trip on words to come up with something to say
"...Can I be your friend" the girl asked him quietly
"Yeah" Natsu said with a smile "can I get my friends name" he asked her curiously
"Emerald Sustrai" Emerald said as it's has been a while since she told or used her name

"Impressive that he's started his own team" Ozpin said pulling up Natsu's and all the girls files the initials 'NMWE'
"What are you gonna do let them in when they get here their skills alone are in a class of their own" Qrow said as Natsu and the others were almost 13
"I'd like them to take the entrance exam when they arrive" Ozpin said as he was amazed by their progress
"It is impressive how good their recent addition is" Qrow said as Emerald reminded the man of himself and his sister at that age as he could tell she was a survivor 'these kids will go far' he thought to himself
"I think it has more to do with the fact that Natsu is who he is" Ozpin said with a smile as he never once saw the light dim within Natsu
"Kinda stating the obvious Oz" Qrow said to him
"So how is Natsu with his team" Ozpin asked curiously
"Been testing them their skills mainly been giving them limitations" Qrow said as he sent them on missions limiting them to weapons, powers, and once to see if they could their bare hands
"The next generation is truly something else" Ozpin said as it never stopped making him smile and bring him hope "so tell me Qrow how goes it in your life" he asked wanting to know how the person he considered a friend was doing
"Honestly pretty great" Qrow said to him as he can't remember when the last 'accident' happened around him happened
"That's nice to hear so what are you doing with your new found liberation" Ozpin asked as Qrow always saw his semblance as a curse preventing him from living always seeing himself as a danger
"This and that" Qrow said to him
"Oh from what I heard from Tai it appears you are visiting Atlas frequently" Ozpin said with a smile as it was rare that he could have moments like these
"Only good thing about Atlas is that woman" Qrow said to him quickly
Ozpin looked at Qrow curiously "oh my word you haven't slept with her" he said in surprise and than began to chuckle
"Shut it Oz I get enough of this from everyone else" Qrow said not needing this
"Qrow I'm happy for you as it seems you actually found a woman where you'll actually restrain yourself for once" Ozpin said to him with a smile "let's hope for better results than from what happened with Raven" he said as when Raven married Tai he hoped for the best and hoped Raven would calm herself down
"I wouldn't hold your breath Oz" Qrow said to him as he drank
"Hmmm she's already having a nice effect on you" Ozpin said making Qrow raise an eyebrow at him "you've been on that same flask since you got here normally you would've emptied it and go for the reserve you keep" he said as it showed a change in habit for Qrow a positive one
"I'm outta here" Qrow said flying off

Natsu smiled as today was his birthday and it was a day he loved not for the gifts or the party he just loved having his friends with him and just as he was about to join the festivities he felt a familiar presence
(few minutes later)
"What do you want" Natsu asked a little on edge as he saw Salem herself walk out from behind some trees seeing a few plants and trees near her die
"I wanted to wish you a happy birthday" Salem said looking genuine
"Ok what do you really want" Natsu asked her finding her genuine look to be a half truth knowing the woman wanted more than she let on
"You know I had some research done on you Natsu" Salem said with a smile
"And" Natsu said as he then chuckled "I don't hide anything so you mind filling me in on what you possibly think is so interesting" he asked her finding it odd she approached him so calmly and touched his face
"Those gods didn't tell you did they" Salem said to him with a smile
"Oh I'm gonna regret this what did they fuck up this time" Natsu asked her curiously expecting the truth as the woman hated them
"Your eyes hold a secret" Salem said looking into both with fascination "a silver eyed person is said to have a warrior's spirit and is a born leader of the purest soul" she said as these were claims which she herself had a hard time disputing given how long and how powerful these people were and how much they have in common "you have a silver eye the gods had hidden it from you while the other is the true mystery" she said looking at his other with even more fascination "this is...is something else" she said making Natsu look at her even more strangely
"What are your thoughts" Natsu asked wondering if this was his life always having some kinda strange mutual respect relationship with his enemies till their later confrontation
"I believe the god of death blessed you with his eye" Salem said looking at her reflection in a nearby puddle wondering what his black eye would have on her red grimm eyes 'the silver eyes from the god of light petrify or destroy grimm I wonder what this new eye shall do' she thought thinking it might be some benefit to the grimm "but that is not important for right now here" she said presenting him a multi colored diamond shaped necklace "forged from my own magic" she said cockily
Natsu looked at the necklace and looked at her and soon he heated it "nice try I ain't being watched" he said to her
"That is why I like you Natsu" Salem said as she smiled as if she were a proud parent "always seeing the best and the worst" she said seeing the magic was still in the necklace but Natsu severed her link to it
"I appreciate the necklace so I'll keep it" Natsu said as he put it on out of respect and began walking away
"Smart boy but he obviously missed my main purpose" Salem said with a smile as she walked away
As Natsu walked the multicolored diamond necklace seemed to darken slightly in a certain spot and if one were to look closely they'd see something was moving in the bright necklace
"I wonder Natsu when the time comes what will you become" Salem said as that necklace was more than just her magic she placed her very essence in it was a single drop of blood "I wonder Natsu who shall corrupt who, after all this time I've come to care for you admiring you for your strengths not a small feat" she said to herself with a smirk "but I wonder how that effect will transpire, you someone blessed by the gods and I someone cursed by them I wonder how I will affect you as you have me" she said as she was aiming to affect Natsu on a much more deeper level and that necklace was the key to that plan
AU-Hey fans and readers wanted to get your opinion on something wanted to know if anyone had an idea for Natsu's team name and also weapons for Mira and Wendy because so far for Mira I may have a sword like Natsu's Harbinger but more regal like Mira making a dedication to Erza her rival and for Wendy I was maybe thinking a spear with a fan at the tip with blades on it to compliment her sky magic but I'm open to ideas and suggestions also link to Pat reon is on my bio (just remove spaces) have a nice one
