Batman had vanished, but Harley Quinn and the rest of the league were none the wiser. Everyone slept through the night and met up in the Batcave for their daily meetings. Though it was there that they started to notice that something was up.
"Supergirl, Kori, Babs, Selina, The Flash, Olly and Dinah, and Hal Jordan, Blue Beetle and Firestorm are off doing something else. Where is Bats he is usually the first person to get here?" Harley Quinn said.
"I hope he hasn't gotten in any danger," Supergirl said.
"Relax Supergirl I can track Bats suit using Brother Eye," Harley Quinn said.
"Bruce sure has a plan for everything," Catwoman said.
"He installed this in case he ever got in trouble. Huh, that's weird It says Batman's last location was at Arkham Asylum," Harley Quinn said.
"What could he possibly be doing there the place has been abandoned for several years, don't even know how it is still standing?" Batgirl asked.
"Wish I knew," Black Canary said.
"He was tracking down Solomon Grundy but I don't see a reason that Grundy would head there more likely for him to go back to the swamps," Harley Quinn said.
"Since Batman is missing who is going to lead the team?" The Flash asked.
"Well, since I was the one who was by Batman the longest It will have to be, also I'm the one operating Brother Eye." Harley Quinn.
"Can't say I can argue with that," Green Arrow said.
"Babs, Selina you go check out Arkham, Barry, Supergirl fly and run around in other places to see if you can find Batman. The rest of us will stay here to hold down the fort," Harley Quinn said.
"I can go with that," Catwoman said.
"I guess we're a team then Selina," Batgirl said.
"Don't get your hopes up," Catwoman said.
"I will keep an eye on what is going on through Brother Eye if anything goes wrong alert me," Harley Quinn
"I and Flash look around in the other parts of Gotham in case he is there," Supergirl said.
"Why is it that I am staying behind in the Batcave instead of going with Flash and Supergirl?" Starfire asked.
"We need someone with your power here in case someone tries to attack," Harley Quinn said.
Batgirl and Catwoman head to the ruins of Arkham Asylum the last location on Batman's tracker.
"Can't say I am happy to be visiting this place again," Catwoman.
"What reason could Batman have had for coming here?" Batgirl wondered.
"Could any number of reasons Bruce is weird like that," Catwoman said.
"My scanner says there are some heat signatures at the top of the building," Batgirl said.
"Remember though Barbra since Grundy is a zombie and thus already dead, it won't pick up one. Anyway, how many are there," Catwoman said.
"Three," Batgirl answered.
"Who could want to hang out in this wretched place?" Catwoman wondered.
"Wait a second, I spot someone else in the distance, but they aren't showing up on the tracker," Batgirl said.
"Is it Grundy?" Catwoman asked.
"It doesn't look like Grundy and there are also two," Batgirl said.
"How is the possible?" Catwoman wondered.
"I recognize the suit that one has from somewhere," Batgirl said.
"Let me take a look," Catwoman said after which Batgirl hands her the binoculars. Catwoman looks for a bit and recognizes the suit before saying, "No it can't be."
"What is it?" Batgirl asked.
"That is Lex Luthor's suit and the other one is Shazam," Catwoman said.
"How is that possible there both dead I saw Luthor die?" Batgirl wondered.
"Well, there is only one way to find out," Catwoman said.
Catwoman and Harley ran out to Shazam and Luthor. They were spotted right away and Shazam shouted "Intruders."
"It is you Shazam, how is this possible?" Batgirl asked.
"A gift from Black Hand you may say," Shazam says as he is showing his black ring to Batgirl.
"A lantern corp ring how is this possible?" Catwoman wondered.
"You would be surprised what these things can do. Soon everyone will bow before us," Shazam said.

"What is going on?" Batgirl wondered.
"As the Regime falls, a new power will take its place," Lex Luthor said.
"Don't count on it Luthor," Catwoman said.
(Match 2: Batgirl and Catwoman Vs Lex Luthor)
"I'm sorry Luthor," Batgirl said.
"That is very weird, to say the least," Catwoman said.
"I am guessing that this Black Hand was someone able to resurrect the two as a form of zombie. How is he doing this though and how does it tie into the lantern corps?" Batgirl asked.
"I have no idea, where's Hal Jordan when you need him," Catwoman said.
"Luthor must have alerted the people at the top I see two heat signatures coming down," Batgirl said.
"We need to hide then," Catwoman said. Right after both hid in a nearby bush as two people they did not expect came out Raven and Damian Wayne.
"Raven, I thought she was dead, and Damian," Batgirl said.
"Someone must have tracked Batman here," Damian Wayne said.
"This oversight must be corrected," Raven responded.
"You go and handle Batman I will take care of the intruders," Damian Wayne said.
"Don't mess this up," Raven said then went back into Arkham.
"Come out intruders face me if you dare to, you don't stand a chance, so you better run away," Damian Wayne said.
"Man the arrogance of that guy is insane," Batgirl said.
"Why did I ever listen to his suggestion to join the Regime to protect Batman," Catwoman said.
"No need to get caught up in the past, we need to help Batman," Batgirl said.
Batgirl jumped out of the bush and surprise attacked Damian and punched him in the jaw.
"You hit like a girl Barabra," Damian Wayne said.
"Very respectful you brat," Batgirl said.
"Batman is weak and you're weak for joining with him, soon the regime will rise again," Damian Wayne said.

"Never again," Catwoman said.
"I wish I understood what was going on," Batgirl said.
"So do I, but we can't keep wondering, we need to help Batman," Catwoman said.
Batgirl and Catwoman ran into Arkham and up the stairs to eventually came into the room with Raven, some mysterious guy and Batman.
"Should we call for some help?" Batgirl asked.
"No time we need to help him now," Catwoman said. After which she kicked the door down, which slightly surprised Raven.
"I see that Damian couldn't stop you from intruding on our business," Raven said.
"It is you, Raven, I thought you were dead," Catwoman said.
"After the Regime fell I bided my time In another dimension. Eventually, I met up with Black Hand we formed a partnership I would help him summon his zombie lanterns and we would restore the Regime," Raven explained.
"Your responsible for Shazam and Luthor's return," Batgirl said.
"Among others, Raven get rid of these people there in our way," Black Hand said.
"I have a new trick just for them," Raven said. Right after she brought out Batman, who was now brainwashed and completely under Raven's control.
"Soon all will bow before us," Batman said.

"I'm sorry Bruce," Catwoman said.
"I guess I have to do everything myself," Raven said. After which she summoned the power of Trigon and still being tired from their battle with Batman she easily took down Batgirl and Catwoman and had Catwoman in her grasp.
"Harleen we need help we don't stand a chance against Raven, Harleen, Harleen where are you," Batgirl said.
"Get out of here Barbara get some help," Catwoman said. Reluctantly Batgirl fled Arkham to go back to get some help while Catwoman was taken for a different purpose.
"The Batgirl escaped," Black Hand said.
"Don't worry about her this war has only just begun," Raven said.
