Part 2 - Confrontations at the Diner with Reactions
Bella and Eddie walked over ignoring the Cullens and the Blacks were even there, and sat down in free booth of the diner and picked up their menu's. Edward and Jacob both stared longingly at her, while they all could see her baby-bump clear as day, soon before anyone could react for now, the waitress came up to them, said politely;
"So can I take your orders? Wait, Bella is that you?" Bella looked up and smiled happily, said
"OMG, Maria is that you? It is so good to see you again." Maria the waitress smiled happily, as Bella stood up and hugged the woman, who hugged her back, while the man that they didnt recognize or know who he was, smiled at the two women, while Bella sat back down, as Maria said;
"And oh you are pregnant, arent you?" Bella nodded happily rubbing her belly lovingly, as most were in shock of this; said
"Yes, Maria, I am, 4 and half months along, with our first baby, and oh, Eddie, meet my best friend of many years, Maria. Maria, meet my husband and love of my life, Eddie Spears." Maria and Eddie shook hands, when a voice from behind Maria, said irritated
"Maria, get a move on and stop flirting with the customers." Maria turned to the person, said
"I am not flirting with anyone, Jessica unlike you, I have standards and very loving husband back home, unlike yourself. And I was being introduced to Bella's loving husband and father of their child."
"Bella, who?" Bella rolled her eyes, as she said
"Don't you recognise me, Jessica? Have I changed too much for you even to recognise me?" Jessica gulped when seeing her in fear, as their boss came out from the kitchen, said irritated
"What is going on here, wait is that you, Bella?" Bella gave the cheif and boss of the place a happy smile, said
"It is me, Matt, I am only here for quick visit that went to hell with my father." Making him nod, and look concern, while others in the diner including Jessica shocked of her being here and what she said too.
"And, Matt, I would like you to meet my husband of 4 years, Eddie, and father of our unborn child. Eddie, meet Matt, my male best friend of many years."
Matt went up and shook Eddie's hand too, while smiling happily for the two.
"It is nice to finally meet the man that has made Bells happy again." Eddie just smiled happily, said
"She makes me happy too, more than you think." Matt just chuckled and nodded his head, as he said
"Jessica, go back to what you were doing, while Maria can take care of Bells and Eddie here." Jessica huffed and stormed off to the customers she was ordered to help out, while Maria took care of their orders. Edward kept staring at her with "love" in his eyes, while Jacob stared with longing looks at her back. Eddie seemed to take notice and gave them both a death glare, which caused to cowardly look away for now. He rolled his eyes and mumbled something they couldnt hear at all, but Bella did and just shook her head at him. Not even scolding him for whatever he had said under his breath, just smiled happily and taking his outstretched hand in hers over the table. While the two doing so, Edward suddenly stood and walked over making most stared in wonder and awaited the reactions of the two seeing him here too.
Suddenly, Bella and Eddie was interrupted by a voice say;
"Love, is that you?" Bella groaned irritated, while Eddie looked up and glared at the boy calling his wife love. Bella said loudly;
"Well look who had to come back with his tail between his legs to this town, none other my bastard ex, Edward, and do not call me Love again. Capishe?"
Many stared in shock, while Edward stood there staring at her with shock of her harsh words, as she continue;
"Was there anything you wanted or needed of me, no, then kindly take your coward behind and go back to your pathetic family."
He gasped of her words, and left the two for now, and Bella rolled her eyes at them as Alice stared longingly at her, vibrating to see if Bella wanted to talk to them at all.
After another while another new voice said
"Bells you are back in town?" Bella looked up at the person and said with glare in her eyes
"No, Jacob i am not back in town, just quick visit to my father and tell him some news, that he took horribly, not it is your business really. And do not call me Bells, as you have no right to do so."
Jacob looked hurt at her words towards him, as she turned to Eddie as the two were done with their food, and the two then left money with hefty tip with them, and stood and not looking at anyone in the diner, as they opened the door, they were met with her now ex-father who gave the two a glare, said
"Haven't you two left town yet?" Maria who overheard, said
"How can you treat the two like that, chief, your own daugther?"
"She is no daugther of mine, when she chose to run off to college and marry this punkhead over Edward or Jacob who still have feelings for my ex-daugther?!"
"Did you even ever thought of what your daugther wants over your own wants for her?! No, well I am glad then that you disowned her so cruelly you did, afterall that was Martin told me what happened back in your station earlier?! How pathectic your life must be, to treat your own daugther like shit under your shoe to this day you never care about her, for she wasn't born boy or submissive to listen on her father's every move and word? Well, I am happy you are happily married now and pregnant with your first baby of few more children and wont let yourself become your parents for them!"
Bella gave her a smile of happiness, while Charlie just pushed forward and went over to sit with the Cullens, and Maria just shook her head at this behaviour, and went back in, while Bella and Eddie left the diner for good this time. Everyone else just stared in shock of what was revealed, while Martin rolled his eyes and turned to thank Maria and get his order from her too.
They found their car and left the town to go back to their home in South Dakota and forget their visit to see her father and the others in there. She would keep in contact with Maria, Martin and their son, Riley despite this, as Bella wrote Riley a email of what had happened and she would soon know his reaction for sure, as the two saw each other like siblings and she was a daugther to Maria and Martin too.
