Report:
438 was born at 5:16 AM with no complications. Weighed in at 6.8 lbs and 19 in. long. Injection QE-98 at 11:30 AM, along with 435, 436, 437, and 439. Immediate affects were blue discoloration around injection and increased heart rate. In the thirty minutes following, it suffered four heart palpitations, and after ten minutes (approx. 1:16 PM), we put it in an incubator.
At 1:56 PM, 438's heart stopped for approximately 57 seconds, before Perry revived it using CPR. At 2:04, 438's heart stopped again, and Perry revived it using CPR again. Ten minutes later, 438 was put into a stable condition, and if it remains so for the next 48 hours, 438 will be moved into Phase 2 of USQE.
435 died at 1:13 PM. 436 died at 11:34. 437 died at 12:01. 439 died at 11:41. All were disposed at 5:14 PM.
