As the Warhead docked on to the grounds of Beacon Jaune decided to go to the bathroom one last time before getting off the ship as he had a habit of always going to the bathroom before he went anywhere just in case he ever had to hold it for some reason which he really didn't like doing.
After doing his business and carefully washing his hands Jaune walked out of the Warhead and began looking around noticing the many different weapons people were holding.
"Man mecha shifts really are the rage on this world. Oh well that doesn't really matter to me as my swords are all the weapons I need."said Jaune as he looked at his swords carefully.
'I can actually use Haki but only Armament Haki... I can't see an attack before it's coming although I can predict where it's going based on the movement of an opponent's attack thanks to my training. I still don't know if I can use Conquerors Haki since only one in a million can use it. I don't have Aura so I haven't used my Armament Haki in front of anyone, especially my family.' thought Jaune as he looked at Enma.
"Enma is a sword I've hardly used and I doubt I have tamed him. I know it has great potential but it's only thanks to Wado Ichimonji that I can even control it at all. Both were made by the same sword maker so they're basically brothers and I guess that's why I can use them so easily with my two sword style technique.' thought Jaune as he looked around.
As he was looking around he noticed the same pair of sisters he noticed on the Warhead earlier. He was too far away to hear what they were saying but then out of nowhere the blonde pulled the redheads hood over her head and then ran away with a bunch of people she assumed were her friends.
These people inadvertently caused her to start spinning around and eventually she knocked into the suitcases that several people that look like butlers were moving.
As Jaune was going to go see if she was all right some girl started yelling at the redhead.
She had white hair like snow which he had in a side right ponytail. Her eyes were light blue and her attire consisted of a white dress with a matching white mini jacket and high-end white shoes.
Her weapon was on her left side and it appeared to be some kind of mecha shift rapier
Jaune noticed that her clothing was is what one would call a combat skirt as it was addressed but one could also fight in it. The redhead was also wearing one
The white haired girl began yelling at her and shaking what Jaune notice was a vial of dust.
"Oh shoot!"said Jaune as he quickly ran over as he knew he had to interfere before things blow way out of control
... Both figuratively and very literally...!
Without wasting a moment Jaune knocked the vial of dust out of the white hair girl's hand.
"Hey what is the big idea!"yelled the crabby girl at Jaune.
"Me?! What's the big idea of you shaking that vial of dust in front of her face. You know that stuff is highly dangerous and even sneezing in front of its presence could have caused an explosion! So get off your high horse princess and apologize to her for almost blowing you and her up!"yelled Jaune in a stern and angry voice.
Even in his past life he was never afraid to speak his mind when he felt it was right and didn't care about the consequences either... even if people told him to shut his mouth or threaten him with violence!
"How dare you talk to me like that don't you know who I am?!"said the crabby girl offended that a boy she didn't know talked to her like that.
"No I don't and I honestly do not care!"retorted Jaune.
"Her name is Weiss Schnee, heiress to the Schnee Dust Company, the largest producers of dust in all of Remnant."said a girl about their age who walked onto the scene.
Her hair was black with a bow on top and her eyes were noticeably cat-like as they were a strange color of yellow. Her attire consisted of a white and black top, white shorts connected to black leggings, and matching shoes.
Her weapon look like it was a combination of a handgun and an eastern short sword with what look like a ribbon at the end.
"Finally some recognition."said Weiss who had experienced nothing but "rude" behavior ever since you got to Beacon.
"The same company famous for its controversial labor forces and questionable business partners."continued the mysterious girl infuriating Weiss.
"Wha?!...How dare you!"said Weiss and she rudely took the vile of dust away from the mysterious girl's hand.
"Your just proving her point princess."said Jaune causing the redhead girl that was behind him to chuckle.
"It's not princess! My name is Weiss!"exclaimed Weiss as she walked off in a huff.
"Hey thanks..."said the redhead before noticing the mysterious girl walking off in the opposite direction.
"Great...hey thanks for sticking up for me. Oh I'm sorry I didn't even ask your name."said the redhead as she was slightly embarrassed by this.
"My name is Jaune Arc and you are?"
"Ruby Rose."
"Aren't you a little young to be attending Beacon Academy. No offense but you look like you're only fifthteen years old."said Jaune who was trying his best not to be rude.
"Yeah I am only fifthteen but let me tell you it's a long story how I ended up quickly graduating from signal Academy."said Ruby.
"Let's walk and talk as that will save us time."said Jaune as he grabbed her hand gently and began moving in the direction of the other students.
"...Sorry."said Jaune as he apologized for grabbing her hand without her permission.
"It's okay."said Ruby in a meek voice.

"So let me get this straight you stopped a dust robbery, took on a bunch of goons, chased after the Mastermind, almost got burnt to a crisp until Professor Goodwitch stepped in and saved you, got yelled at, and Headmaster Ozpin himself personally invited you to Beacon Academy."said Jaune as he was summarizing Ruby's story.
"Yeah that's pretty much it oh and I ate a bunch of cookies too."said Ruby who forgot to add that part.
"Wow... and I thought I was stupidly brave."said Jaune as Ruby gently punch him in the arm.
"I am not stupidly brave. I will admit I'm reckless but not stupidly brave."said Ruby was a little offended that she began pouting.
"Sorry."he apologized.
"It's okay...So I have this!"said Ruby as she pulled out a giant red scythe from behind her!
"Wow!"said Jaune as he didn't see the weapon before because of her cape.
"Yeah it's a scythe in a customizable height impact sniper rifle."explain Ruby as she cocked the gun part.
"So it's a scythe and it's also a gun." said Jaune as that was the gist of it.
"Yes. it's name it's Crescent Rose and I love it dearly. So... what do you got?"asked Ruby as she was what many would call a weapon geek as she loved weapons.
"I got these katana swords made by a not so famous sword maker but I can tell you he was a master of his craft. They are known as Wado Ichimonji and Emna. Wado Ichimonji is the traditional looking sword and Emna is the not so traditional looking sword."said Jaune as he pulled both swords out of their scabbards.
"Huh..."said Ruby
"You don't sound impressed."said Jaune who noticed that she wasn't sounding impressed.
"Oh no I am as no one really appreciates the classics anymore but I sure do. So what can you tell me about these swords?"asked Ruby.
"Well for one thing they're old but don't let their age fool you they're sharp, really really sharp! The swordsmith who crafted them Shimotsuki Kozaburo wasn't well known but he dedicated his whole life to sword making and these two were his masterpieces."said Jaune who was technically telling the truth except about Shimotsuki Kozaburo.
"Wow so those two swords are his masterpieces."said Ruby as she looked at the swords closely.
"Yeah and even though they're classics these katanas are the only weapons I will need when I'm attending this school."said Jaune as he placed Wado Ichimonji and Emna back in their scabbards before Enma got any funny ideas.
"Well if you believe those weapons suit you then and that's all I can say. I really like your swords Jaune as I don't know why but they have this vibe that they're strong."said Ruby who had picked up on this because of her expertise on weapons.
'Oh you have no idea Ruby.' thought Jaune before noticing something.
"Hey are we supposed to be attending some kind of opening ceremony?"
"Yeah that is why I was following you."confirmed Ruby.
"No... I was following you."said Jaune before the two realized that they were lost and began looking around until they saw where a large group of people were gathering so they quickly ran over there as fast as they could.
Once inside they looked around and both of them let out of sigh of relief realizing that they made it just in time.
"Ruby!"Yelled the blonde girl from earlier.
"Yang!"yelled back Ruby identifying her sister.
"Well it's been fun Jaune but I really need to get back to my sister."said Ruby as she excused herself before running off towards Yang.
"I honestly don't mind. Now to find a proper place to listen before the Headmaster gives his speech."said Jaune not noticing he was being looked at from behind.
The girl looking at him from behind had red hair tied in a ponytail and she had prominent green eyes.
Her attire consisted of some kind of metallic tiara, a metal chest plate, upper arm length gloves with her left arm being covered with a metallic gauntlet, a short red skirt covered by a red sash, and metallic high heel boots that let all the way up to her thighs.
Her weapons look like a spear and a small circular shield.
As for Jaune he found a nice spot near the front but not too near the back around just the middle to stand as Professor Goodwitch and the Headmaster of Beacon Ozpin took the stage.
"Yeah and we can paint our nails and talk about cute boys like tall blonde and scraggly over there."said Weiss as Jaune noticed that for some reason she was talking to Ruby and Yang.
"Bite me princess!"Yelled Jaune causing Weiss to turn around and look at him and was about to say something before she heard the sound of a mic tapping so she turned back around.
Headmaster Ozpin tapped on the mic that very few times to make sure it was working/getting everyone's attention before he began his speech.
"I'll keep this brief."said the Headmaster as he adjusted his glasses.
"You have traveled here today in search of knowledge. To hone your craft and acquire new skills, and when you are finished you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people. But I look amongst you and all I see is wasted energy. The need of purpose, direction, you assume knowledge will free you of this. But your time at the school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step."said Headmaster Ozpin before leaving the microphone and began walking off stage as Professor Goodwitch walked up to the microphone.
"You will gather in the ballroom tonight. Tomorrow your initiation begins so be ready.. you're dismissed."said Professor Goodwitch as everyone began leaving or going to the ballroom.
"He seemed a little off."said Yang.
"It's almost like he wasn't even there."added Ruby.
"By the way princess I'm a natural blonde and next time don't use me as an example just because you hate my guts."said Jaune who walked away before Weiss had a chance to respond.
"I seriously don't like you!"yelled Weiss but Jaune was ignoring her.

Hours later it was nightfall in all first year students were in the ballroom gathered for the night having what many would call a big slumber party.
Ruby was in her pajamas and appeared to be writing a letter when Yang laid down beside her also in her pajamas.
"It's like a big slumber party!"said Yang in an excited tone.
"I don't think Dad would approve of all the boys though."said Ruby as she continued writing her letter.
"I know I do."said Yang as she whistle that some of the boys who had their shirts off.
"Woah...!"said a muscular male student as he was pushed back so much that he fell onto his back side.
This got Yang and Ruby's attention as they look towards where the male student had come from and they saw a familiar face among a bunch of shirtless boys wrestling.
Jaune who is wearing nothing but black shorts was currently lifted on one leg but no matter how much the other guy was trying to move him he would not budge and before he could do anything Jaune grabbed him by his shorts and twisted him in a circle wheel motion.
"Demon wheel!"exclaimed Jaune as he slammed the other guy onto the ground.
The guy quickly got up and walked away as Jaune lifted his left leg as high as he could in the air and then slammed it down causing a loud slamming sound as soon as his foot slammed on the ground.
That's when Yang and Ruby noticed how muscular he was as compared to the other boys he was much more muscular especially in his back muscles that look like a hardened natural piece of armor on his back.
"Whew okay guys let's stop for now since we don't want to wake some people who are already sleeping."said Jaune before he noticed his friend Ruby was watching him.
"Hey Ruby."said Jaune as he pulled out a towel from his backpack and began wiping himself as he walked over to Ruby and Yang.
"Was that wrestling?"asked Ruby.
"Those guys I was fighting against were using pro wrestling techniques I on the other hand was using Sumo wrestling techniques."clarified Jaune.
"Sumo?"
"Yeah I've been doing sumo exercises since I was a little boy and I guess they're the reason I'm so well I don't eat the sumo diet I'm a slim as I am right now."said Jaune as he placed his towel over his shoulders.
"Wow well it's clear that you're really in shape right Yang... Yang?"said Ruby who noticed that her sister was staring at Jaune.
"I'm sorry what."said Yang who really wasn't playing any attention.
"Never mind...Oh I almost forgot you guys have it introduced yourselves yet. Yang Jaune, Jaune Yang."said Ruby as she and Yang got up.
"Nice to meet you Yang I'm Jaune Arc."said Jaune as he extended his hand in friendship.
"Nice to meet you too I'm Yang Xiao Long."said Yang as she shook Jaune's hand and was surprised by his grip strength as this was the first time a boy ever beat her in grip strength.
"I'm assuming your half sisters since you have different last names and you don't look anything alike."pointed out Jaune bluntly.
"Yeah we have different moms but the same dad..."said Yang as Jaune notice when she said the word moms she became sad for a bit so he decided not to ask any more questions as it was really none of his business.
"So what are you doing Ruby?"asked Jaune hoping to change the subject.
"Yeah I was about to ask you that sis."said Yang not noticing Jaune let out of sigh of relief.
"Oh this is a letter to the gang back at Signal. I promise to tell them everything about Beacon and how things are going."said Ruby with a smile on her face.
"Ah that's so cute."teased Yang.
"Shut up!"said Ruby as she threw a pillow at her sister's face.
"I didn't get to take any of my friends with me to school it's weird not knowing anyone here."pouted Ruby.
"What about Jaune. I I mean he counts as a friend so there you go one friend, there you go that's a hundred percent increase."said Yang trying to make her sister feel better.
"Yeah."said Jaune as he considered Ruby his friend.
"Pretty sure Weiss counts as a negative friend. Back to zero."said Ruby as she laid back down and rolled on her back.
"There is no such thing as negative friends. You just made one friend and one enemy."said Yang before Ruby threw another pillow at her face.
"Look it's only been one day trust me you have friends all around you . You just haven't met them yet."
"Yeah like her."said Jaune as he pulling into the mysterious girl from earlier who is now reading a book with a candle next to her.
"That girl."said Ruby as she looked at the mysterious girl.
"You know her?"asked Yang.
"Not really.. she saw what happened this morning along with Jaune an interfered on my behalf as well, but she left before I could say anything."clarified Ruby.
"Well now's your chance!"said Yang as she grabbed Ruby by her arm and started pulling her towards the mysterious with Jaune following for emotional support.
The mysterious girl meanwhile heard all the commotion going on and looked over her book to see Yang, Ruby, and reluctantly Jaune approaching her.
"Heeelllooooo! I believe that you two may know each other."said Yang as Ruby pouted and turned around in a huff.
"Aren't you the girl that almost exploded today?"asked the mysterious girl.
"Uh yeah my name is Ruby."said Ruby as she extended her hand in friendship but got no response from The mysterious girl.
"But you can just call me almost crater... you know what you can just call me Ruby."
"Okay."simply said the mysterious girl.
"What are you doing?!"asked Yang in a whisper.
"I don't know help me!"said Ruby with a similar whisper.
"So... what's your name?"asked Yang trying to help.
"... Blake."said the mysterious girl in a annoyed tone.
"Well Blake I'm Yang, Ruby's older sister."said Yang as she pointed her thumb at herself.
"You probably don't remember me but I'm Jaune."said Jaune as you decided it was only the polite thing to do but to introduce himself.
"Your the guy that stopped her and that heiress from exploding."said Blake.
"I like your bow."said Yang.
"Thanks."said Blake.
"It goes great with your pajamas."
"...Right."
Jaune had a feeling this was going nowhere but Yang and Ruby continued...
"Nice night don't you think?"said Yang still trying to be friendly.
"Yes it's lovely...Almost as lovely as this book."said Blake hoping Yang and Ruby would get the point but it was clear on their faces they were not.
"That I will continue to read..."
They were still not getting it...
"As soon as you leave."said Blake who decided to be direct.
"Yeah this girl is a lost cause."said Yang as Jaune got a closer look at the book cover.
"...I recognize this book. It's about the man with two souls in his body battling for control."said Jaune surprising Blake that she did not expect someone to understand the book she was reading.
"You know about this book?"asked Blake.
"I like TV and comic books like any other teenager but I also enjoy a good read from a classic every so often when I want to be alone with my thoughts."said Jaune who was not lying as he enjoyed reading classic literature.
"I like books too. Yang used to read me one every night before bed. Stories of heroes, monsters.. they're one of the reasons I want to be a huntress."said Ruby who decided to add her two cents to the conversation.
"Yeah I like those books too in fact they're the reason I came to the school in the first place."said Jaune.
"And why is that? Hoping you live a happily ever after?"asked Blake to both of them.
"I'm hoping we all will. As a girl I wanted to be just like the heroes of those books has someone who fought for what is right and protected people."said Ruby with utmost sincerity.
"I honestly believe if you want to happily ever after you have to work hard for it but you can't do it alone. One cannot accomplish anything without friends and allies to have their back and you can go the lone warrior path as long as you want but eventually... it will drain you of everything. A lot of heroes from the stories I read met a tragic fate because they thought they could do everything themselves."said Jaune noticing Blake had a thoughtful look for a moment.
"That's very ambitious for a child and someone who looks like he hasn't seen much of the world. Unfortunately the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale."said Blake in a more enthusiastic tone before going quiet.
"Well... that's why we're here..To make it better."said Ruby and Jaune at the same time.
"Oh I'm so proud of my baby sister."said Yang as she grabbed Ruby and began hugging her.
"Cut it out!"said Ruby as the two began play fighting.
"Well Ruby, Yang, Jaune.. it's a pleasure to..."began Blake before she was interrupted by a familiar annoying presence.
"What is the meaning of this some people are trying to get some sleep."said Weiss who was also in her pajamas and had her hair down.
"Oh not you again."said Weiss, Jaune, and Yang at the same time as the friend and sister of Ruby we're not happy to see Ruby's enemy and vice versa.
"Guys she's right a lot of people are trying to get some sleep."said Ruby as she tried shushing them politely.
"Oh now you are on my side!"said Weiss.
"I was always on your side."countered Ruby.
"Just be quiet princess as you're just making the situation worse."said Jaune who swore that this princess was going to give him a migraine.
"Don't call me princess I have a name!"said Weiss as Blake blew out the candles indicating that she wanted everyone to go to bed.
Jaune decided then and there it was time to get out of there so he walked away from everyone else and carefully maneuvered back to his sleeping bag decided to get some sleep before he developed said migraine.
Hey guys PrimusPilus here with some news.
I decided to write this chapter early as I was feeling quite excited and I think I did quite a good job with it.
Yeah Jaune has Haki because that's pretty much the only way one could wield Emna!
He can only use Armament Haki at the moment but we'll see later on in the story if he develops the other two.
Next chapter should be out soon in the next couple of days so until then stay tuned and continue to like the story.
