Ten F-18 Fighter jets took off from the U.S.S Gerald R. Ford, along with five AH-1Z Cobra's. Zone and Jeovanni were tasked on protecting the landing crafts. They had both been put in the area a few miles from a massive wall. That's when they spotted what looked like a huge explosion of white gas.
"This is War Bird, I have a massive explosion to my left about two miles out over." Zone waited for a response from his radio.
"Copy War Bird, the admiral wants you to check it out, Be safe."
Jeovanni started to yell from the back seat. "Hey Zone, think we got some Chinese soldiers over there?"
"For god's sake's we already talked about this, the Chinese are dead." Replied Zone sounding annoyed.
The radio suddenly came to life. "This is Exterminator coming up on your right." Another AH-1Z Cobra was coming up on their right. "Command sent me with you just in case, we finally get some action."
Eren finally awoke hanging from his ODM gear. He looked around and saw nobody except for a dead man hanging a few feet away from him. He started to rappel up with his ODM gear to the top. When he got there he saw his friends attempting to fight the massive Colossal Titan. Eren joined the fight and started to go for the nape of the neck but failed doing so as steam spurted out from the nape.
He tried to hang on but the steam pushed him back and he landed on the top of the wall. He saw that the Colossal Titan had disappeared. When he looked below he saw Titans entering what seemed to be a massive hole created from the Colossal Titan. He was about to go down when Mikasa stopped him.
"We have to fall back and regroup Eren. There is no way we can stop the Titans with the seven of us out here."
"What!? There are people dying down there as we speak! We need to-" He was cut off when a sound was heard a strange noise coming from beyond the walls. He looked and tried to see where it originated. The sound got louder and closer, that's when he spotted it. Two strange massive gray birds were flying towards them. Everyone around him was stunned at the sight. Even the Colossal Titan turned it's head to face them.
"Permission to engage the massive creature over!" Zone lined up his 20mm Gatling gun on the Colossal Titan with his 20mm Gatling gun.
"Permission is granted, were sending in F-18 Fighter Jets to help you out. Over." With that said Zone started to open fire with his 20mm gun. Exterminator also started to fire with it's Hydra Rocket Pods. Jeovanni seemed to catch a glimpse of people on top of the wall. He saw them running away and then suddenly jumping down the wall. He was about to scream when he suddenly had his canopy covered in steam. It was getting so hot that the main rotors were badly damaged along with the tail rotor being completely torn off.
"This is War Bird going down! I repeat War Bird is going down!" Jeovanni started to try and lower the collective in an attempt for a auto rotation landing. The other AH-1Z however is unlucky since the main rotors were completely torn off leaving them falling to the ground like a rock. They managed to stop the spinning but are now in the path of a building next to a odd castle in the middle of the whole town.
"Brace for impact!" Yelled Zone.
The Cobra's tail slammed into the roof of the home while the fuselage crashed onto the ground. The main rotors were being thrown around due to the collision it had with the ground and house. After that they started to climb out unharmed by the crash landing. They started to run but was surrounded by what seemed like soldiers with muskets.
"Who and what are you!" Someone in the crowd yelled.
Zone responded by saying "I am Sergeant Zone Waltz, United States Marine Corps. I am just helping you defeat those monsters."
There was a lot of whispers in the crowd and they seem to be talking about the helicopter.
"You are under arrest for property damage and-" The ground started to shake and the soldiers that were walking up to Zone and Jeovanni had stopped. The ground shook for a few times and that's when a Titan had walked up to the crowd. Everyone started to scream leaving Zone wondering why the soldiers had not fired their muskets. That's when Jeovanni pulled out his M9 Beretta and started to fire it at the Titan. It looked straight at him and his skin started to crawl.
"Run, run!" Zone pulled Jeovanni. The crashed helicopter suddenly exploded in flames. The electrical sparks had started a fire with the oil making a massive explosion sending rockets that were still in the rocket pod flying out along with ammunition for the Gatling gun exploding, sending bullets everywhere. The Titan chasing them both was getting closer and closer. Zone pulled out his own M9 Beretta and started to fire. The Titan was about to pick up Zone when the Titan's head exploded. The Titans body now fell forward, Zone almost being crushed but managing to avoid it.
Three UH-1Y Huey's flew over Zone. Jeovanni came running up to Zone asking if he was ok.
"Come on we gotta get to the roof of that Castle." Jeovanni ran to the gate and opened it. Zone followed along and found an elevator shaft. He looked for a way to call the elevator but he thought logically that it needed something else to pull it down and up. He looked around and found a lever, He pulled it and saw the rope in the middle pulling the elevator up. When it finally came to a stop Zone and Jeovanni boarded.
"Any Idea how we can contact them?" Zone asked.
"I got my radio, what about yours?"
"Ah right, It was broken during the crash." The elevator came to a halt.
"Alright Jeovanni, remember to not carelessly turn and shoot a giant humanoid creature when you literally have nine milometer bullets." Jeovanni nodded and they both looked for a way to access the roof. They both checked each door and found empty rooms. When Zone entered a room he was tackled by someone. He tried to push them off but it seemed like there were more of them holding him down. Jeovanni came over and aimed his M9 Beretta at them.
"Alright hold it right there you bastards!" The people holding down Zone looked like the guys with muskets earlier but they had a little difference with their uniform. "Get off him." They complied but one of them charged Jeovanni which ended up with a bullet to the leg. The person cried out in pain while the other three charged Jeovanni.
"Quickly! He fired his only shot!" Someone shouted. They had mistaken M9 Beretta for a Flintlock Pistol and Jeovanni fired all his shots at the three people. They were not moving anymore and the person who was shot in the leg had slowly been drawn to unconscious and conscious. Zone brushed himself off while Jeovanni had grabbed the person who seemed to be a female teenager.
"Come on Zone, we gotta move before it's too late!" They both started running now and finally found the door that led outside. Jeovanni asked Zone to take his radio while they were finding a more open space for the Huey to land on.
"This is War Bird, we are currently on the roof of the castle that stands in the middle of the town. I want that evac here right now and we got one wounded person!" Zone heard them confirm the location of where they were and the pilots of the Huey were now attempting to land. Even thought there was not enough space to land, there was enough space for the Huey to hover on the end of the roof. (Kinda like the movie World War Z where the helicopter was hovering on the end of the apartment building.)
Zone helped Jeovanni get the girl on the Huey while the other two Huey's were raining machine gun fire on the approaching Titans. They both got on just in time avoiding the Titans.
"This is Major Lee. I got the downed pilots, 2 accounted for while the other two are M.I.A. We have one of the native people onboard and needs medical attention when we get back to the U.S.S America."(LHA-6)
20 Minutes after the rescue of War Bird.
Meanwhile...
Levi watched as the three strange flying creatures that made loud noises flew over them. Then two more figures approached eyeing the flying creatures.
"This is a new time discovery!" Yelled someone that was beside Levi.
