Unknown POV

Darkness... It was evidently seen everywhere. A cold liquid of lead flowed out of my mouth. I took every breath like it was my last. Wondering why? because it might be. My Lungs are ruptured due to a rod stabbed through them. Wondering How? I fell off a tall building under construction and landed on that rod. As I felt my fellow mates take me out of it, I felt myself dissolving into that darkness.

*Nobody POV*

In '64 Tenohira' Hospital,

Sasuke Uchiha was being treated by the doctors. They were trying their best to save him and reached the end of it. Loud steps of someone were heard through the hall. A woman with crimson red hair and beautiful blue orbs. She comes in front of Sasuke's room and asks the doctor who came out. She asked panting, " Doctor, How is he? ". She was on the verge of tears. The doctor replied, " He is out of critical condition for now. We had to replace his heart to do it. ". She asked, " Who was the donor? ". The doctor showed a man's corpse being taken away. She made her way to it.

The man's friend was with him and was crying tears of sadness. She asked him, " Did he donate? ". He asked, " Who are you? ". She replied, " My name is Kushina Namikaze, I am Sasuke's Friend. ". He introduced himself, " My name is Hiroto. ". Kushina asked the donor's name. Hiroto told her his name. Kushina looked at the donor and thanked him even though he can't hear her.

Some moments later,

After a heartfelt conversation, Hiroto carried on with his responsibility of making a grave for his friend and comrade. Kushina in front of Sasuke's room to find a man in a suit with a 16-year-old girl dressed in elegant clothing. By the looks of it, she looks like his daughter. He looked at Kushina and asked, " Are you his friend? ". Kushina replied, " Yes? ". He said, " My name is Hiashi Hyuga and this is Hinata Hyuga. ". Hinata bows to her," It's nice to meet you! ". Hiashi explained, " Your friend Sasuke, is in his state because he tried to save my daughter on the road. I was here to thank him for that. ". Kushina smiled and said, " He'd be happy to know that she's safe. ".

Hiashi continued, " So as thanks, we'd like to help in this operation as much as we can. ". Kushina asked, " Oh we can't expect you to finance us for this! ". Hiashi replied, " 64 Tenohira Hospital belongs to the Hyuga Family. So, We're not financing Sasuke. We're not going make you pay. This is for free of charge. ". Kushina said, " Oh we can't- ". Hiashi said, " I insist. ".

Hiashi got her to accept his offer. The Doctor told them that they can visit her. They went in to find him all stitched up. Kushina's hand covered her mouth to resist her pain to form a sound. Her eyelids closed themselves to resist tears coming out. Hinata tried to comfort her by placing her hand on hers. Hiashi asked, " What is his condition now? ".The Doctor replied, " He is okay now but... ". Hinata asked, " But what? ". The Doctor replied, " He just doesn't want to wake up. He is scared. Scared of his reality. I can say this because I have cured patients like this before. ".Hiashi asked, " How? ".

The Doctor replied, " He needs someone to give him a kick start. He needs encouragement from someone he values the most. Presumably parents but we couldn't establish a connection with them. ". Kushina sits near Sasuke and spoke, " So that's it huh? Isn't it Sasuke? You're just going to go like this? You're also going to leave me like Naruto? What did I do? I know you have problems. I know you are depressed. I know your weak heart has given you many issues due to which you suffered. But, I won't allow you to die because of that. I know you are strong. Even if everybody in the world hates you, even if you can't do anything, I'll always love you. So...So...Just stay with me like you promised damn it! ". Kushina storms off the room with tears in her eyes.

The others run after her. She can't afford to cry in front of him. But, Her tears refuse to stop. So, She ran out to let it all out. While Hiashi, Hinata, and the doctor comfort her, A tear comes out of Sasuke Uchiha's sleeping eyes with a thought of one person running inside him, " Kushina! ".
