After the most satisfying night of their married life Ali Riza and Halide wake up to Halide's phone ringing.
Halide: Hello… Derya ….. has something happened
Derya: I hope I didn't disturb you… but I can't contain myself….. Thank you…. Thank you
Halide: slow down a bit, Ali Riza and I are still in bed , so give me a chance to get my head cleared… What are you thanking me for

The honeymoon week goes by quickly and upon their return Hasmet requested that they a conversation about their future.
Hasmet: With all the events that happened we haven't had much time to talk about the future for the three of you… especially with you being pregnant Halide. As troubling as my world has been it provided a financial security.
Ali Riza: I will do whatever I have to…. Legally to take care of Halide and the baby
Hasmet: I know you would… but the reason for this conversation is about what Muzaffer told me trying to get out of the noose that I put around him

Ali Riza: What money has my name on it… I didn't take any of the money we dispersed from the shadows… so what money are we talking about.
Hasmet: Muzaffer has been playing a cruel game at your expense ever since your birth…. You really were Berguzar's son but Muzaffer was playing a game of bait and switch and using her illness to try to swindle her money away from her…. That's why he took you away from her and gave you to the Altay's to be raised. He never counted on that you would be the man that you are and defy him and his scheme.

Hasmet: Son, I don't…. Now with Berguzar and Safin are both dead… that may remain a mystery…. But Berguzar still believed that you were her baby and put all of her assets in your name…. Even though she was mad at you for rejecting her and naming Burak as her heir apparent…. The Tumor that was killing her did let her make some mistakes. She never removed your name from being her son
Halide: What does that mean… daddy…
Hasmet: what it means is that you are the sole heir to the Berguzar assets … even if the country's she played with lay claim… that will be forced to try to take it from you… it's your money for the taking
Ali Riza: What should I do… I promised Halide …. I would no longer be part of this world and now you are telling me I can't escape it
Hasmet: Son … you and Halide are in the same situation…. All my assets are Halides….. when I die this money will be hers ….. even though it comes from the world I've lived in… but it's still hers, she ….. we have paid a great price for living in this world… let my assets do some good if that's what the three of you decide….. Hasmet: You could easily legitimize this money and put many people to work… take the Nihan Clinic…. You could expand it in different areas…. Take the taxi's you could mobilize the taxi's throughout Istanbul and put them under one central control… you and Halide need to think about this but it will need to be done soon before the sharks begin to understand what is out there. If you decide to claim it I will get you the best lawyers to make this as easily as possible… remember it's not only your future it's also my grandchildren's future , especially this one that is on the way. Halide looks at Ali Riza and he shakes his head with approval
They take their luggage into Halide's room and make it their bedroom
Halide: Sweetheart… what's going through your head with this latest news…. You know I will support whatever decision you want to make
Ali Riza: It's not just my decision it has to be our decision … you need to voice your opinion….. what do you think we should do
Halide: Daddy is right….. a lot of good can come from it…. Let's face it my fathers money allowed me to become a doctor… how many doctors could our clinics employ if we should expand Nihan Clinics… we could pay for Asli going to college to become a doctor or we could set up scholarships for those most needy… if you don't take it who will and what would they do with it… will it be wasted away because of bureaucrats greed and power…. Sweetheart it is your birthright that's the simple answer for it and it will remain our child's birthright also. We have to think of that also

Halide: I agree we will use the time before our child is born to find our own house and we will settle the issue as to what we will do with this great wealth of yours
Ali Riza: We are married ….It's no longer your's or mine …it's ours…. Every decision we make we make together
Halide: What will we do …. As soon as the word spreads that you … we….. are billionaires …. Everyone including our friends will look at us differently….. money changes everyone's perception
Ali Riza: we do have an advantage…. I was raised without money…. You were raised with a lot of money …. We can now look at it from both sides before we make our decision
Halide: let's just go to bed and enjoy ourselves …. These decisions can wait till morning … if I scream Daddy will just have to get use to it until we find our own house….
Morning comes and Halide prepares breakfast for her husband and her father
Halide: good morning daddy
Hasmet: did you get any sleep last night … that baby needs a rested mother
Halide: yes, daddy… we got some sleep
Ali Riza: Good morning…. I feel awkward asking this , but how do you want me to address you
Hasmet: Like I told you when I gave you my daughter… you are my son… if you want to call me dad… father … I will be very pleased…. If you rather call me Hasmet that is fine also… did you two actually do any talking last night about the inheritance or are you still just discovering each other
Halide: we did talk ….. in between
Ali Riza: We want your input … since you've been in charge of this kind of money… Halide made a great point…. Everyone will look at us differently because of the money…. we want to live and raise our children in a normal setting and environment
Halide: ever since I've entered Ali Riza's world , I found the happiness that we had when I was a child…. I want our child to experience that happiness …. Also.
Hasmet: one way to not put the focus on the two of you is to open a foundation that you endow the inheritance towards. We can get the lawyers to draw up a charter with how the money is to be used and a board of directors to ensure that it's used properly. You and Halide can be named chairman and president of the foundation
Ali Riza: Can I still allocate some funds to other ventures
Hasmet: Like what
Ali Riza: The car dealership made Rasim feel like he was someone… I would like to buy it and give it to him and my sister
Hasmet: because of the war… ownership of that asset is still in your name… if you want to transfer title to Rasim and your sister, Emine you don't need anyone's permission….
Halide: I say do it
Hasmet: I will give a word of advise….. you can't be Santa Clause to everyone… there isn't enough money in the entire world to take care of everyone's needs…. That's why I say pick specific needs and stick with them. Also don't be foolish enough not to leave yourself with anything…..
Ali Riza: I understand we have to give this greater thought. However, we do agree on the foundation ….. get the lawyers to formulate it and we will decide where we want it to go
Halide: Let's get Mother Rukiye input also , along with showing her that we are home
Hasmet: I'll get the lawyers that can handle this large project along with discovering all the assets that are in your name and what tax liabilities come with it
Ali Riza: It's good that you are our father… thank you for helping us
Ali Riza and Halide walk in into Mother Rukiye's house and surprise her
Rukiye: What a pleasant surprise…. I thought you would have stayed on your honeymoon a lot longer… there isn't anymore trouble is there
Halide: No mother…. We had the best week of our lives, but we had to come back to handle an unexpected surprise that my father had for us.
Rukiye: he is alright …. He isn't sick….. is he
Ali Riza: No he isn't sick …. He informed us of things that Muzaffer was trying to do that involved me
Rukiye: you're not in any danger are you
Ali Riza: No... I'm … we are not in any danger… but more was revealed about my birth…. You don't have to worry… you are still my mother ….. but it turns out that Mrs Berguzar was in fact my biological mother….. Muzaffer was using her illness against her so that she would turn against me and then he could manipulate and control her fortune to his advantage
Rukiye: What an evil man Muzaffer turned out to be….. so what happens now
Ali Rizza: Father Hasmet found out that Mrs Berguzar had put all of her assets in my name but Burak killed her before she had time to take my name off of them… We now control all of Mrs Berguzar's assets and wealth…. This is turning out to be a bigger problem than we can imagine
Rukiye: What is the problem….. you now are rich…. This baby is now blessed with every advantage
Halide: It's not that simple …. Mother….. the money and assets far exceed anything even my father has….. being rich does have it's draw backs….. We have to carefully think about what we do with it before word gets out that we are the newest billionaires in Istanbul. Until we decide what we will do … you can't mention this to anyone, including Emine, Asli and Mert
Ali Riza: especially Rasim…. I will have a special surprise for Emine and Rasim but not before we have everything in place and organized. We are telling you because we will want your input in how we deal with this… Father Hasmet has given us a great start and he is getting the lawyers to put this all together
Rukiye: not a word will come out of my mouth about this …. So tell me daughter….. is the baby doing alright
Halide: the baby is doing fine, now that her daddy is no longer in danger
Ali Riza: Do you know that it's going to be a girl
Halide: I don't know , but my feelings tell me that it will be…. We will be going for a check up and my first sonogram we may be able to tell….. Will you be disappointed if it is
Ali Riza: Why would I be disappointed if we have a beautiful daughter like her mother
Rukiye and Halide both smile seeing Ali Riza's face light up at the mention of a daughter
As the weeks and months pass the team of lawyers that Hasmet assembled have been working feverishly in identifying and claiming all the assets in Mrs Berguzar portfolio that now belong to Ali Riza Altay Family Foundation. It's Charter stipulates that the Nihan Clinics will be funded and expanded as long as they maintain a non profit status and never turn it's back on those in need of medical care. Full Scholarships to Medical School will be given to those that agree to work for the Nihan Clinics for three years after graduation. Other scholarships will be granted to those that meet certain criteria in need and want.
Ali Riza had one stipulation that was very dear to him…. The Foundation would purchase a Tax Cabs for those individuals that wanted to be their own boss but also provide rides for those in need. The Foundation would fund the Ali Riza Taxi Driver Dispatch Center that would make it easier for the Taxi drivers to find fairs throughout the days and nights.
Once the Foundation was structured, organized and funded, Ali Riza and Halide decided it was time to do what they had intended to do from the start. Mother Rukiye was instructed to get the family together and would be picked up by Ariza taxi cabs.
Emine: Mother where are we going… Rasim do you have any idea
Rasim: Mother Rukiye told me to be quite and not to ask any questions…
Asli: Grandma wouldn't even tell me and I'm her granddaughter
The cab pulls up to the Car Dealership that Ali Riza owns
Rasim: Why are we here… I use to love this place…. As they all get out of the cab Ali Riza and a very pregnant Halide come to greet them
Ali Riza: Brother in law when I took these keys away from you I was sadden because this place gave you life and purpose….. As it turns out it still was mine….. Halide and I have decided that these keys belong to you and my sister along with the ownership of it.
Emine is shocked but rushes to give her brother and sister in law hugs
Rasim is left speechless while Asli takes a selfie in front of the dealership
Asli: Mom ….. Dad can I now have a car of my own
Rukiye, Halide and Ali Riza all bust out laughing
Seven months have passed and Halide had a very sleepless night , but woke up with splurge of energy. She wakes up Ali Riza and asks him what he plans to do today
Ali Riza : I planned on meeting with Hassan and going over the protocol of the Taxi Dispatch Center… It's grown so large that I want to make sure we aren't drifting away from our original intent….. Do you need me to do something
Halide: no, I really don't … I want to do the same and check out some of the clinics… I want to see how they would handle a pregnant woman
Ali Riza: Have Sabri take you … don't try to drive yourself
Halide: Dad's van would be more comfortable …. Ok Sabri can drive me
Sabri helps Halide out of the van
Sabri: Can you walk or do you want me to get a wheel chair
Halide: I can walk ….. it's not like I'm giving birth today
Sabri remembers when Halide was born and her mother said almost the same thing… this was an omen that today may be the day
Halide walks into their newest Clinic and many of the staff weren't very familiar with her…. A nurse comes up to her
Nurse: Are you experiencing any discomfort…. Would you like to sit down, while I ask you a few questions
Halide: No I'm fine … I just came in to see how everything works ….. Is your Clinic Manager available
Nurse: She hasn't arrived yet… she worked rather late last night, but she should be in very shortly… If there are any questions I would be happy to answer them
Halide: Can you give me a tour of the facility
Nurse: We don't allow tours,… it's for our patients safety and privacy... The Clinic Manager walks in and recognizes Halide
Clinic Manager: Mrs Altay… I'm sorry I wasn't here to greet you… It was a very long and hard night, but that is no excuse … would you like to come into my office and I can answer any questions you may have
Halide: I perfectly understand those type of days … Halide stands and then experiences a very sharp pain as her first contraction occurs and her water breaks
Clinic Manager: Mrs Altay… your water broke you are going to deliver your baby….. I don't suggest moving you… we are well prepared to do the delivery
Halide: just call me Halide… can you have someone tell Sabri my driver to call my husband … my intention was to see how the clinic would handle a pregnant woman, now I will find out
Clinic Manager: Halide… Is this your first birth…. What month are you in … is there any complications that we should know about… just breath normally to control the pain
Halide: yes, this is my first child,… I'm in my ninth month and I've had no complications…. Is my husband coming
Clinic Manager: Your driver is contacting him …. Do you need anything for the pain
Halide: I can handle the pain… the only thing I need is my husband
Nurse: Your driver has contacted your husband and he is on his way
Clinic Manager: Are you somewhat comfortable…. We are monitoring your vital signs….. once your contractions get within three minutes apart we will begin the birthing process…. Your contractions are about 8 minutes apart… your baby is getting ready…. Just keep taking deep breaths to help with the pain
Halide: any word from my husband
Nurse : he just called , he is five minutes away
Halide: I don't want him to miss this
Clinic Manager: he won't miss this …. Stay calm and relax as much as possible… The contractions are three minutes apart….. we are going to start getting you ready
Ali Riza enters the clinic: Where is my wife
Nurse: Are you Mrs Altay's husband
Ali Riza: yes ….. where is she
Nurse: follow me … we have to put some medical garments on for her safety and your babies safety... Ali Riza enters the room all covered up with his mask on and Halide sees him
Halide: You made it….. I was getting so worried that you wouldn't
Ali Riza : Nothing would stop me from being here…. Are you alright….. Breath like we practice so the pain won't be so great
Clinic Manager: Halide… it's time... the baby wants to come…. When I tell you to push…. Push as hard as you can ….. Ok …. Push
Halide pushes down as hard as she can and screams with exhaustion
Ali Riza : your doing great sweetheart….. take some deep breaths
Clinic Manager: one more time push as hard as you can … I can see the crown of the babies head… Push again as hard as you can…. Your doing great….. one more time …. Push as hard as you can again…. You have a baby girl
The umbilical cord has been cut and tied and the baby is given to the Nurse to clean and wrap and then given to Ali Riza to hold
Ali Riza: hello my princess… look how beautiful you are just like your mommy…. Halide you did good she is perfect
Halide: we did good…. Let me hold her
Clinic Manager: we will give you some privacy … Is there anything we can get for you
Halide: thank you for being here…. You and your staff exceeded my expectation…. Thank you from all three of us
Clinic Manager: It was our pleasure…. They walk out the nurse asks the Clinic Manager
Nurse : Who was she….. she must be someone very important
Clinic Manager: that's Halide Gurkan Altay… the founder of this clinic… Her husband is Ali Riza Altay the founder of the Ali Riza Altay Family Foundation….. they put their money where their mouth is they are doing so much good in Istanbul
Nurse: Wow…they let us deliver their baby
Halide and Ali Riza have a decision to make what to name this baby girl
Halide: Of all the names that we talked about…. Because of where our baby decided to be born there is only one name we can give her … Nihan Altay
Ali Riza: Are you sure…. I know how much you wanted to name her after your mother
Halide: Our second daughter… we will name after my mother …. Nihan picked her own name.
Ali Riza: I love you two so much
After an hour passes, the Clinic Manager knocks on the door and asks if she can come
Clinic Manager: We don't have many babies delivered here, so I want to register the birth certificate properly…. Have you decided on a name
Halide: Her name is Nihan Altay in memory of her Aunt and whose inspiration was this clinic… I can't thank you enough … by the way tell your nurse if she wants to go to medical school and become a Clinic Manager… The foundation will give her a full scholarship
Clinic Manager: Thank you for putting your trust in us…. I will tell Siren about the offer … Thank you again
