Reviews make me happyyyyy. Thank you Amliha and everyone who followed/favourited this story!
This one may seem lighthearted when you read it, but there's a very twisted and dark context behind Wally's return that will appear in the main plot later on. It takes place a few months after the Tower of Heaven children join Fairy Tail. Nonetheless, enjoy!

Chapter 2: Love Triangle 2.0
If anyone knew that Team Jellal had two love triangles, it was only one person: Millianna.
Simon, Erza, and Jellal were the main love triangle, since that one formed first. But now, Millianna had given it a thought, and wondered if Wally or Sho would be the perfect match for her.
Love Triangle 2.0, as she called it.
She was currently seated between Erza and Jellal, both whom were participating in the heated game of cards. Naturally, Sho was winning, followed by Simon and Millianna. Although, everything Sho learned about cards was practically from Jellal. They found it ironic that he of all people was losing.
"I'm actually better than Jellal at something!" Simon exclaimed, causing Erza to laugh. Even she was off better than him.
Jellal smiled, "It seems you are. I can't win." He looked at Millianna, who was in a daze as she surveyed her cards. "Millianna, it's your turn."
"Oh..."
The boy peeked at her cards, helping her place down the lowest one possible so she was left with her trump cards in the end.
"Thanks," Millianna murmured, to which Jellal smiled.
"Don't mention it."
"Hey, that's not fair!" Simon whined, now placing third. At this rate, Millianna was about to top Sho.
"In my defense, I'm losing, and Millianna's playing this for the first time."
Erza passed, moving onto Sho. The man placed an ace, with one card remaining.
Jellal knew exactly what that card was. Everyone passed on Sho's card, except the cat lover.
"Millianna, place your joker down."
"What? But I should get rid of my twos first."
"Trust me," Jellal winked, to which she hopefully nodded.
"She burned the deck!" Sho exclaimed, frowning. He knew exactly what Jellal's strategy was.
"Another one," he whispered, to which she obliged. Now all she had was the two she smugly placed, shocking the others.
Erza sighed, "Jellal technically won. He's the one who assisted Millianna."
"Milly's president! Great job!" Sho cheered, to which she blushed.
"President? That's a good thing?"
"It is," Simon chimed in, holding a thumb out to her. "You'll be a pro in no time, Millianna."
Being the youngest member of Team Jellal felt great. Millianna was showered with compliments and was able to request help whenever she wanted. Nobody ever refused her, not even the members of the guildhall. Macao and Wakaba were a bit strange in that regard, but she didn't care, not when Jellal, Simon, and Erza were by her side.
They had their fair share of brawls with the other members, more-so Erza because everyone wanted to challenge her.
Millianna swung her legs as she watched the remainder of the game. Sho declared, "Milly might be pres, but I'll become vice-president." Placing his last card down, the boy crossed his arms and beamed widely.
"Neutral," Simon called out, flicking the King of Spades down.
"Looks like Jellal and I are competing for last place." Erza said, almost relieved.
They all noticed he kept on passing, despite being able to play on the cards. Erza ended up placing a nine down, finishing her deck. "Hm? You weren't able to play on any of my cards?"
"I bet you he had the remaining twos," Simon predicted, to which he predicted correctly. Jellal plopped the cards down, shrugging. "Well, looks like I lose."
Erza blushed, "You did that on purpose, didn't you?"
"My cards were bad, anyway. Don't worry, I'll climb back to the top, just watch."
"Showoff," Simon mumbled, giving a knowing look to his friend.
Macao and Wakaba watched Jellal and Simon's staring contest. "Kids and their unrequited love. Talk about competition for little Erza."
Macao swirled a glass of wine in his hand, "Tell me about it. Reminds me a little of ourselves, don't you think?"
"We weren't ever as clueless as these kids. Just look at the girl, she doesn't even know Simon and Jellal fight over her."
"Do they even know they fight over Erza?" Gray added, eavesdropping on their conversation.
Wakaba laughed, "We all know you like her, Gray. Too bad you can't compete against the big boys."
"I DON'T!" Gray yelled in response. "Besides, they're only a year older than me."
"Why do you shy away from them?"
Gray huffed, "None of you even dare approach Jellal. Is it because Master said he's a powerful wizard?"
"Nah," they both claimed simultaneously.
"He ain't our age," Macao reasoned.
"Sure," Gray said, satisfied with how he shut their mouths.
Sho piled the cards together and began shuffling, to which Millianna shifted uncomfortably in her spot.
"Millianna?" Jellal asked in a whisper, "What's wrong?"
"I...I'm confused, that's all."
"About the game?"
"No." She pointed at Sho, then gestured to the guildhall doors. Jellal caught on, grinning widely.
"You like both of them?"
She shrugged, unsure of how to answer. "I think it's the Love Triangle 2.0," she replied quietly.
"2.0? Do we...have another love triangle?"
Millianna shook her head, "I just like the name better, that's all."
Yes, Millianna was the only one that would ever be aware of the two love triangles. Sho was more like Millianna. Someone who needed protecting from the seniors in their group. Leave it to the main love triangle to do that.
Wally in her opinion was very adorable, with a cheerful smile.
Speaking of him, the boy returned to the guildhall with a faint headache. Millianna ran to embrace him as he gave a toothy grin to his group.
Jellal noticed the changing countenance, asking, "Wally, where were you?"
The boy scratched his head, "Uh, well...the last thing I remember is walking by a restaurant to grab a bite. I didn't reach it, and now I'm back here."
"How can't you remember?"
"I dunno...it's like something's interfering with my memory."
At this, Jellal seemed concerned, examining the boy's body. "Your left hand...why is it changing into a block-like shape?"
"Kinda cool, huh? Never seen it."
Millianna smiled, regardless of how any of friends looked, she would love them all. "Welcome back."
The group embraced with many unanswered questions. They abandoned their game of cards.
All that remained was them, and the future they fought so hard for.
