Evil, Amy and Charlie met each other in front of Jerry's house after supper to wait for Elvira. Elvira stepped out of her car and walks up to Charlie, Amy, and Evil. She looks up at Jerry's house, and murmurs "Huh, doesn't look much like Dracula's Castle to me."
"Thank you so much for coming." Charlie says.
"Sure thing." She looks down at her cleavage, and adjusts herself, much to Charlie and Evil's delight. Amy looks at her angrily. "What?" she asks sarcastically. "It's like my mother always used to say: 'A girl's gotta look her best, especially when dealing with the undead'". Billy Cole opened the door and invited the four of them in. He then pressed a button on an intercom to tell Jerry that his guests have arrived, and the suspected vampire made his entrance, walking down the stairs to greet them. Elvira moved forward and shook his hand. "Thanks for doin' this, hon." "Glad I could be of service." Jerry replies. Jerry nodded politely at Ed, then moved to greet Amy. It was remarkable how much she looked like his lover so long ago. Jerry took Amy's hand and bowed his head, kissing her hand. He lifted his head back up and looked at her.
"Charmed."
Amy looked at him and smiled, blushing while Elvira looked at Jerry suspiciously. Jerry turned to Charlie and smiled, asking him if that was what vampires are supposed to do. Elvira was relieved when Jerry, an older man, wasn't actually coming onto her niece, but pretending to just to get under Charlie's skin, a boy who apparently had been harassing him. Amy, Ed, Elvira and Jerry walked into the living room while Charlie stood in the foyer, lost in thought. He quickly turned around when he felt a tap on his shoulder and saw Billy Cole staring him down angrily. Charlie quickly joined the others into the living room, followed closely by Billy who stopped and stood in the doorway of the living room. Elvira gave Jerry the holy water. He looked at the water, hesitant to drink it at first, then decided to take the risk. If it really was holy water, he and Billy could easily kill their guests before they escaped.
"Bottoms up."
Jerry drank the water and smiled at Charlie, relieved that he didn't need to resort to his back-up plan. Elvira told him that no vampire could drink blessed water, therefore Jerry Dandridge was not a vampire. He flinched slightly when Charlie, still not convinced, pulled a cross out of his jacket. Elvira grabbed the cross from Charlie and put it back into his jacket pocket.
After Jerry had "proven" his innocence to the group, the four prepared to leave. In the foyer, Elvira pulled out her makeup compact for a quick touchup. As she applied more powder to her face, her brow furrowed. She dropped the compact, eyes wide with surprise. Jerry had no reflection in her mirror! She picked her compact up off the floor, and impatiently pushed Amy, Evil and Charlie out of the house, smiling and pretending that everything is all right. Elvira offered Amy a ride home then took off when she said that Charlie could walk her home.
"She looks just like her doesn't she?" asked Billy while watching their guests leave from the window.
Jerry looked down at his ring, remembering the promise Eleanor made him just before she had turned him into a vampire. Hearing a crunching sound, he snapped out of his distracted state and looked down to see a shard of glass underneath his shoe, left behind when Elvira dropped her compact. Jerry told Billy to meet him at Club Radio in the jeep and that would be bringing Amy and perhaps Ed with him. He then left the house to quietly follow the three teenagers until they stopped because Charlie got into an argument with Ed about whether or not to go down an alleyway. Edward started down the alleyway, splitting up from Charlie and Amy. After he was out of their sight he suddenly screamed loudly and they both ran to see if he was ok.
"He got me Charlie. You know what you're going to have to do now. Kill me Charlie, before I turn into a vampire and…GIVE YOU A HICKEY!"
Charlie jumped backward as Evil lunged at him. Evil Ed laughed at Charlie as he stormed out of the alley way with Amy.
"There are no such things as vampires, fruitcake!"
Jerry smiled at Evil Ed's sense of humor as he watched the teenagers from the roof, then silently moved down into the alleyway and followed Evil Ed, eventually boxing him into a dead end. Once he had Ed trapped he gave him an offer to become a vampire. Afraid to die, Evil Ed reluctantly choose to become a vampire and took Jerry's hand, standing up slowly. Ed screamed in shock as Jerry bit into his neck, only to have Jerry cover his mouth as Ed continued to make muffled whimpering. As he began to lose consciousness he heard Amy yelling in the distance.
"CUT IT OUT EVIL! IT'S NOT FUNNY!"
Evil Ed, now a vampire in service of Jerry, knocks on Elvira's door, warning her that there's a vampire out in the hallway.
"Get in here, quick!" she hisses, poking her head out and peering around the hallway to make sure the coast is clear after pulling him into her apartment.
"Shucks, why'd you lead it h- Ahhhhh!"
Her words become a shriek as Evil's face transforms into that of an undead demon, grinning fangs and glowing eyes.
"Awwww, what's wrong, Elvira? I thought you were the 'Mistress of the Dark'?" he says sarcastically. "This is most disappointing." He hisses, and lunges for Elvira. As she grapples with the vampire, a familiar voice rings in her head, the voice of her mother:
"The ring, Elvira! Remember the ring! It will protect you from all things evil and unclean!"
The large ring on her finger begins to glow a poison green, and she presses it to Evil's forehead.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Evil screams in pain, his forehead hissing and steaming on contact with the ring. She pulls it away, and holds it up to examine it closer. "Cool."
Ed jumps out of Elvira's apartment window, landing on the pavement below. He points up at her threateningly. "My master will kill you for this!"
"Well, then I'll just have to shove this ring thingy right up his—"
Evil ran up the street and was out of sight before she could finish.
Jerry had chased Charlie and Amy through several streets and alleyways, manouvering them into Club Radio where he could easily separate them. Once inside they went immediately for the payphones where Charlie comforted his girlfriend. He then hugged her, promising that he wouldn't let anything happen. Charlie turned toward the payphone and dialled the police. As he was doing this, Amy turned to look at the crowd and saw Jerry from across the dance floor, only to disappear a few seconds later. She moved forward panning the crowd and caught another brief glimpse of him, only to lose sight of him again. She walked forward, still searching the crowd for Jerry. She gasped in surprise when he suddenly appeared in front of her. Amy wanted to run to Charlie and warn him, unable to move as Jerry locked his gaze with hers. Charlie continued to argue with the police officer, unaware of what was going on behind him as the vampire led his girlfriend toward the dance floor into the crowd. Jerry stood behind Amy and hovered his hand over her shoulder, giving her a mental command her to stop. He rested his hands on her hips, letting their bodies sway to the music. As their bodies swayed, Jerry reached down, moving his hand underneath her dress, then started to move his fingers against the inside of her thigh. She reached her hand back and ran her fingers through his hair, then craned her neck to look at her seducer. As Amy was turning her head she caught sight of herself reflected in a row of mirrors mounted on the dance club wall. She was snapped out of her haze when she realized Jerry, the man she was dancing with had no reflection.
"Charlie! I have to warn Charlie!"
She darted toward the payphones but stopped, feeling strangely compelled to look behind her. Jerry reached his hand toward Amy, commanding her to take it. She reached forward, staring blankly as their fingers began to interlock, then was pulled forward, hearing Jerry's voice in her mind.
"Forget about Charlie."
Jerry smiled at Amy as they danced, sensing her willpower crumble. Soon he would be with his Eleanor again. All he had to do was turn Amy. She felt Jerry pull away briefly when she heard him talking to someone with a familiar voice but couldn't focus on who it was. Jerry put his arm around her and started to guide her toward the exit, but turned around when someone pushed them apart. When she saw her boyfriend she broke free from Jerry's influence over her and quickly grabbed Charlie's hand. Jerry started to go after them as they ran to the exit but was stopped by bouncers, allowing Charlie and Amy the chance to escape. Jerry wouldn't be separated from his reincarnated lover by a mere boy and lost his temper, attacking the bouncers who had gotten in his way. The people in the dance club panicked when they saw the bouncers getting torn apart and started surging toward the exit. In the chaos Amy was separated from Charlie and pushed over a railing, hitting her head on the way down. Charlie pushed through the frightened crowd toward the railing to see if she was ok and saw Jerry holding his unconscious girlfriend in his arms. Charlie struggled through the crowd to save Amy but when he finally got outside they were long gone. Needing help, he ran to the only person he could think of.
Amy stirred, hearing music and opened her eyes to look around. She was sitting on a soft rug in front of a lit fireplace. The clothes she had been wearing were neatly folded on a chair and she was now wearing a white dress. Her eyes continued to pan the room and she focused on what looked like a painting of her.
"She was someone I knew. A long time ago."
Amy quickly turned and saw Jerry step out from between two sets of double doors with his shirt unbuttoned, watching him look at her. Her heart beat quickened as he started to walk toward the fireplace.
"Where's Charlie?"
Jerry said nothing as he continued to walk toward Amy.
"What did you do with him?"
Jerry stopped and stood in front of Amy, still saying nothing as he looked at her.
"Please tell me…"
Jerry kept eye contact with Amy as he took off his shirt and sat down. She sensed something familiar about him and slowly relaxed, closing her eyes as Jerry moved forward and started to kiss her. Jerry guided his lips toward the left side of her neck and was suddenly pushed away by Amy, trembling nervously. He could sense her still trying to fight his influence.
"Jerry I…"
Amy was silenced by Jerry as he gently pressed his fingertips against her lips. She hesitated at first, blinking her eyes, then reached to the back of her neck and unhooked the dress clasp. As the front of the dress fell, Jerry panned his eyes over Amy's body, then back up to meet her eyes. It was remarkable how much she was like Eleanor. He closed his eyes, feeling Amy start to guide his lips toward hers. Jerry lost himself in the moment for a short while as they kissed, then guided his lips slowly toward her neck. Amy tilted her head slightly, letting out a soft sigh of pleasure.
"My neck…"
Jerry briefly stopped, extending his fangs, then bit down on Amy's neck, causing her to gasp painfully.
"My neck!"
He gripped Amy's shoulders securely as her body shook with pain. She quickly opened her eyes and pressed her hands against his chest trying to push Jerry away but was far too late to react. He embedded his fangs deeper into her neck, still feeling Amy fight as he continued to drain her blood. Her arms gradually became limp and as Amy's vision slowly went dark she called out for her boyfriend.
"Charlie…"
