It happened one night_2
One day after school Jay had picked up Emma to take her to the doctor's appointment to check up on the baby and to see if they could find out if it was a boy or a girl, while they were in the waiting room they had talked about baby names, Jay looked at Emma "how about the name Jemma?"
Emma was thinking about it when the nurse called them back, Emma was laying on the table when she turned to Jay "how about Aria Rain?" Jay looked at her and smiled "I like it, how about for a boy we name him Parker Greyson?" Emma nodded "I like it,"
shortly after that there was a knock on the door and the Dr. Martin walked in "okay Emma today we are going to check on the baby and see what you are having," Dr. Martin got the ultrasound wand and started checking on the baby.
"everything is looking good with the baby are you ready to find out the gender?" Emma and Jay both nodded "okay it looks like you are having a girl," after she was done she gave them an ultrasound of their daughter, "well now we can start getting everything else that we need."
When Jay dropped Emma off at home he went inside with her to tell her parents that they were going to have a grand-daughter, when they had told Emma's mom she asked if they had picked out a name yet and they told her it was Aria Rain.
Later that night Jay and Emma were laying on her bed and he was rubbing her stomach "what is her last name going to be?" Emma turned and looked at him "I was thinking Nelson-Hogart" Jay was surprised that Emma wanted their daughter to have his last name before he could say anything "she is your daughter to and you have say in her whole name."
Jay looked at Emma and then kissed her and then he had to go home, since Jay was working more he was able to get everything that the baby would need and he knew Emma cares about the environment he started buying cloth diapers and Emma was happy when he brought the diapers to her.
One morning when Emma woke up she had noticed that her stomach had gotten bigger and when she walked into school that morning people were looking, after school Jay had picked Emma up so they could get some more stuff for the baby and he had noticed that she had gotten bigger but he didn't say anything.
While they were getting stuff for the baby Emma had gotten some maturity clothes, when they got to Emma's house they put the baby's stuff away and Jay looked around "so do we have everything that she needs?" Emma checked her list "yes we do."
Emma was now seven months pregnant and her mom and Manny had thrown Emma a baby shower, Emma was grateful for people coming and getting stuff for the baby, after it was over Manny, Emma and Liberty were sitting outside when Liberty spoke up "so Emma who is the father?" Emma put her water down "promise me you won't tell anyone?" Liberty nodded her head "it's Jay Hogart."
On Christmas eve Jay had Emma over at his apartment "so I don't know if you would ever want her to stay the night but I got a room set up for her just in case," Emma got up and went to see the room "Jay it is beautiful,"later that night Emma and Jay were sitting on the sofa drinking hot chocolate when Jay pulled out a long box.
When Emma opened it she gasped "Jay this is beautiful, Jay had gotten her a charm bracelet with his and her birth stone "once the baby gets here I will put her birth stone on there, Emma smiled at him and pulled out a bag and gave it to Jay and he opened Emma had gotten a onesie that say "my daddy works on car what does your daddy do?" he smiled at it.
It was New years eve and Emma was sitting on the sofa eating popcorn watching TV when jay knocked on the door "hey I just came to see how you are doing?" she smiled at him and then tried to get up and he went to help her, jay stared at her stomach "how much longer?" Emma looked down "two weeks."
Suddenly Emma's face changed and then she looked down and Jay noticed it and also looked down "Emma what it that?" Emma looked at him "it's time," she walked into the basement and changed her clothes and got her bags, when she got upstairs Jay was still standing there looking lost and confused "what!" Emma smiled at him "come on Jay."
Jay finally snapped out of it and helped Emma to his car and he drove her to the hospital while they were waiting at a light Emma called her parents and Manny and they said they would meet them at the hospital.
Finally they arrived at the hospital and check it, Jay was in the waiting room while Emma was getting checked out and then he saw her parents and Manny walking in and he told them she was getting checked, finally they were allowed to go back and see Emma.
When they walked in Emma's mom walked up to her and was talking to her, Jay sat down next to Emma and held her hand just then Emma had a big contraction and squeezed Jay's hand, he started to feel bad for what he had done to her.
