Now that I think about it, maybe this isn't a hundred percent Reverse AU, really the only thing that makes it a Reverse AU is that Luz is a witch and Amity is a Human. But I guess that makes mine unique.

Luz pulled Amity into the kitchen, where a woman was cooking.

"Mami! I made a new friend!" Luz said.

"That's wonderful Mija, Wha- a human?" Camila said, "Let me guess, they found you mom's portal?"

Camila noticed something near Amity's neck.

"Luz, can you leave us for a minute?"

"Okay, Mami!"

Luz left the room and Camila moved closer to Amity. She lightly grabbed Amity's shirt collar and pulled it down a little, showing more of the dark purple bruise on her shoulder.

"You're hurt." Camila said, "That's not from anything natural. Someone intentionally inflicted that on you."

Amity looked down and Camila placed a hand on Amity's cheek. The way Amity temporarily froze and tried to recoil from the touch is all Camila needed to tell what the problem was.

"You ran away from home, didn't you?"

Amity closed her eyes and felt tears run down her face. Amity nodded and Camila pulled her into a hug. Amity broke down crying, this stranger that she's only known for a minute, has given her more love than her parents have in fourteen years. Camila broke the hug and wiped the tears off Amity's face.

"Are you alone?" Camila asked.

Amity shook her head.

"I-I-I have my brother and sister with me."

"I'll talk about what to do with you three after dinner. Until then, I'll take you and your siblings upstairs to see the extent of your injuries."

Camila walked over to Eda and gave her a kiss.

"Hey, Cami. How's dinner going?" Eda asked.

"Good, I need you to take over while I deal with these children." Camila said, turning to the twins, "You two, follow me."

The twins followed Camila and Luz walked up to Eda.

"Mom, when does Aunt Lilith get here?" Luz asked.

Eda smiled and rolled her eyes.

"What, you mom ain't enough for ya?" Eda asked.

Before Luz could speak, a white staff landed in the yard and a dark haired woman got off.

"Aunt Lily!"

Luz ran at Lilith and nearly tackled the older woman with a hug. Lilith smiled and rubbed a hand over Luz's hair.

"Hello, Luz. How's my favorite Niece doing?" Lilith asked.

"I'm your only Niece." Luz said, letting go of Lilith, "Is Trips not coming?"

"Unfortunately, your cousin had a date tonight." Lilith said, "They grow up so fast."

Eda walked over to Lilith and the two stared at each other. They have a... rocky relationship, to say the least. Upstairs, Camila was looking over Emira. The number of scars she has is horrifying.

"Who could do such a thing to a child?" Camila wondered out loud, while gently touching Emira's side, "This burn only happened a few day ago, didn't it?"

"A... a few hours ago, actually."

Camila made a dark blue spell circle and moved it towards Emira's burn. Emira winced for a second before closing her eyes, welcoming the cold touch on her burnt skin. Camila placed her other hand on Emira's shoulder.

"I don't know what we'll do with you three. But I promise you, you'll never be in a situation like that again."

Emira's breathing hitched and tears started falling.

"T-t-thank you." Emira said, "Just a warning, my brother is going to be a lot worse. He's taken a lot of beating in our place."

"He sounds like a great sibling."

Emira gave a small smile.

"The greatest."

Luz walked into the front door and Eda and Lilith walked in behind her.

"Eda-"

"Lilith, I don't want-"

"Stop right there." Luz said, "This is going to be a calm night, where nothing bad is going to happen. No fights, no arguments, nothing."

"Sometimes I wonder how you're my daughter." Eda said.

Luz held up a wallet.

"I have Aunt Lily's wallet." Luz said.

"That's my girl!" Eda said, hugging Luz.

Lilith facepalmed.

"Is it too late to renounce you as my heir?"

"Yep." Luz said, making a popping noise with the p, "Oh, I have to introduce you to the people we met!"

"Yeah, the girl that has stolen my little girl's heart." Eda said, dramatically.

"Mom!" Luz yelled while blushing.

Eda just laughed.
