"Dis guy keeps coming back like a bad credit coin!" cussed Ace.

"Well he didn't come up with that Nano-Bionic Armor on his own," replied Tek, "Someone was helping him from the inside of prison!"

"And he stole our powers again!" added Lexi.

"Well we've beaten him a couple of times before," said Duck, "We can do it again!"

"Really?" said Sypher, "What makes you think I'm letting any of you out of my sight? What makes you think I'm giving you any time to make countermeasure suits to use against me?!"

"And he took out out gear with an EMP Burst!" said Rev at a reasonable talking speed.

"I can shield our gear from normal EMP Bursts," argued Tek, "but if it's electronic, it will at some point be vulnerable to a strong enough pulse... even vac tubes..."

"Maybe if we split up..." began Ace.

"Between Quacking and Superspeed, there's no way any of you are getting away from me," boasted Sypher.

"Excuse me," said someone behind him, "I sorry for being the lateness."

Spinning round, he came face to face with a purple femme skunk.

"Who are you?!"

"Watch out, Skunk," called Lexi, "If he touches you, he'll take your powers!"

"Well it's always nice to meet another Loonatic," he said as he offered his hand.

She shook his hand. The whites of her eyes turned purple.

"IDIOT!" yelled Duck.

"Do not fret, Mister Duck," she replied, "My powers will do him no good."

"Huh?"

"My cybernetics are resistant to EMP and electricity," she continued as she tightened her grip on his hand, "and he cannot take them away from me."

He winced at her mechanical strength.

"He probably doesn't even know what Skunk's powers really are," agreed Lexi.

"Don't be so sure!" he called, "I might not be able to shock you into next week, but I got six more targets in my sights! Let me go, or they're electro-barbeque!"

"Je crois que non! (I think not!)" she replied as she popped the claws on her other hand.

They blinked as she grabbed the collar of his chest plate and tore it loose from his body. Then she reached around his head to rip off his helmet.

"Stick a fork in him," muttered Duck, "I think he's done..."

She grabbed his jaw from the underside and kissed him on each cheek once. Her eyes turned to glowing purple as her power came back.

"Talk about getting your powers back with style," mused Lexi.

"Now to show you the other thing you couldn't have stolen," she muttered as she dragged him towards a nearby alley.

"Is she gonna?!.." asked Duck.

"Administer a bit of justice?" mused Ace, "I think so..."

"I can't watch!"

A moment later, she returned dragging Sypher.

"Who am I? Who are you?" he asked, "Why do I stink? Why can't I remember anything?"

"Yep, he stinks alright," muttered Ace.

"I'm glad I don't have a super nose as good as my super hearing," agreed Lexi.

"Roo rada rada roo!" said Slam.

"I'm sure she did that," mumbled Duck.

"SKUNK!" cried Ace and Lexi. They both rushed her at the same time to hug her from different sides.

"Mes vrais amours. Tu m'as tellement manqué," she purred as she hugged the bunnies.

Tek glanced at Duck before he said, "She said she misses her true loves..."

"Yuk," he muttered back, "Let's just get our powers back before they haul his butt off to prison... again..."

"And after that, we're having a HUGE PARTY for Skunk!" announced Ace.

"Merci beaucoup (thank you very much)," replied Skunk.

"You know how long it's been?" asked Lexi, "Two years!"

"It might not feel like that to you," said Ace, "Since people in stasis have no real..."

"Notion of the passage of time?" said Skunk, "I am... aware of that."
