The time came for the Hivemind Universe Hiveminds who were chosen by the Universal Mind to begin preparations to travel outside the Hivemind Universe. The hiveminds chosen for the Hivemind Universe Expeditionary Force were: the Andromeda Hivemind, the Aquarius Hivemind, the Capricorn Hivemind, the Centaurus Hivemind, the Cassopeia Hivemind, the Corvus Hivemind, the Cygnus Hivemind, the Draco Hivemind, the Eridanus Hivemind, the Gemini Hivemind, the Hercules Hivemind and the Hydra Hivemind.
The Andromeda Hivemind was excited because they had been chosen by the Universal Mind to be among the Hiveminds who will travel to the new worlds. They couldn't wait to see new things and meet new people they were going to enjoy this adventure!
The Aquarius Hivemind sighed about how troublesome this whole affair is. They had been chosen for this interdimensional expedition and they couldn't be more annoyed at this fact but they had no choice.
The Capricorn Hivemind idly wondered how was the world they had been selected for was like? According to the Universal Mind some of the worlds they had been designated to were magical worlds, they wondered how the magic of those worlds compared to their own.
The Centaurus Hivemind was conducting drills because they were leaving nothing to chance for all they know the worlds they were about to enter was either very dangerous or very safe but it was better to be safe than sorry.
The Cassopeia Hivemind mediated to relax and clear their mind for what was to come. They didn't believe in rushing things so they will go with the flow. For them it did not matter how or why new or unexpected things like this appear in life for they will always take it in stride, one step at at a time.
The Corvus Hivemind read all available information about the worlds. They were going to make sure to factor in every variable and calculate the advantages and disadvantages as they went through various hypothetical scenarios before they left. For they always believed that the early bird always got the worm.
The Cygnus Hivemind was optimistic about their upcoming excursion outside their dimension, to be among the first to ever do so filled them with pride.
The Draco Hivemind scowled at the information given to them about their new neighbours, many of these worlds they read about had appeared to them as being subpar and worthless. They already felt like this expedition was a waste of time and could already a headache coming on.
The Eridanus Hivemind grinned they were very amped and could not wait for the expedition to begin. They will test how strong these worlds are and they were hoping get some strong opponents to fight against and push themselves to their limits.
The Gemini Hivemind decided to spend the time before they left with their friends. The twin hiveminds made sure to visit every friend they had in the Hivemind Universe.
The Hercules Hivemind was training for the expedition. They wanted to be in the best possible shape and form for interdimensional travel.
The Hydra Hivemind was scrying the future for they like to plan ahead like the Centaurus and Corvus Hiveminds. They knew they should not and would not be surprised by anything when they began travelling they will make sure of that. The Hydra Hivemind saw many visions of their departure, their meetings with the inhabitants of the new worlds and future battles in the New Multiverse however one vision stood out from the rest. They saw pitch black darkness engulfing the Multiverse and demonic creatures emerging destroying everything in their paths, they saw heroes of the Multiverse join forces to fight these monsters while villains of the multiverse joined forces with the invaders. They tried to see how the war ends but was unable something was blocking their future sight and it didn't feel friendly and the Hydra Hivemind found themselves forcibly ejected from their divination. Surprised and shocked the Hydra Hivemind contemplated what they had seen and wondered what was this threat they had foreseen?
