Bobby x Lori: Devotion

The sun started to set over the west coast of Lake Michigan. From a set of lake houses along the coast, there was a spectacular view of it slowly descending towards the horizon where the lake and the sky met. These houses were available to rent for people who wanted to stay in them while on vacation. And at one of the vacation homes were two people who were doing exactly that.

Bobby Santiago and Lori Loud were spending their one year anniversary of marriage at this place. They traveled across the state and rented one of the houses for a few days. Bobby had come up with the idea and arranged everything as his anniversary gift for his beloved life partner.

Lori was immensely grateful as the love of her life was doing whatever he could to please her just as he usually does. He was truly a god amongst men to her and sometimes she had a bit of a hard time understanding how she deserved him in the first place. She felt that she hadn't always been the best girlfriend she could be for him, but Bobby and her other loved ones had assured her that she was a good girlfriend and that he was lucky to have her. Her family and friends had faith in her that was enough to inspire her to not only be a better girlfriend, but also a better sister and person overall. And now that she was a wife, she was devoted to being the wife she could for him.

Still, Lori knew how devoted her husband was to her. He had done so many more things than she can count to make her happy in the time they've been a part of each other's lives. She made him happy too but she always wanted to show how devoted she was to him too. Bobby showed her that he rented a vacation home for the two of them to celebrate their first anniversary a few weeks back. It had been his anniversary gift to her and she became determined to give him something in return.

Then just a few days before their trip, she had discovered something that she knew would be the perfect anniversary gift for her husband. And she would give it to him while they stayed at the house.

Bobby stood on the outdoor patio behind the house that faced the lake. It had some comfy patio furniture and a roof over it. He wore a dark green satin robe and shorts that was a birthday gift from his fashionista cousin Carlota. He looked out at the sun about to go down over the lake. The beautiful scenery, the quiet atmosphere and the warm summer breeze gave him a feeling of absolute tranquility. This was his gift for his wife and he anticipated receiving her gift for him.

He then felt a pair of slender arms wrap around his torso from behind and knew it could only be one person.

"It's literally so lovely out here this evening, isn't it?" Lori asked as she hugged her husband from behind. She was wearing a gorgeous light blue silk nightgown that was a birthday gift from her fashionista sister Leni.

Bobby smiled. "It sure is, babe. The ambience of this place makes it awesome to stay at this time of the year."

"You always know how to establish a romantic setting for us, Boo Boo Bear," she said as she started petting his hair and kissing the side of his head. Bobby relished in feeling her delicate lips trail along his cheek and temple. After a moment, he took her hands and carefully pulled them off him so he could turn around and put his own arms around her. The couple held and nuzzled each other as they stared out at the sunset on the water. They enjoyed a quiet moment before Bobby spoke again.

"You can be just as romantic too, Lori," he complimented. "Still waiting for you to present your gift to me, but you can do it anytime now."

Lori gently placed her hands on the sides of his face and stared deeply into his eyes. "You'll get it soon tonight, I promise," she said reassuringly. "Right now, let's get into the mood and honor our commitment to one another."

Bobby knew what she meant. The mood was set just right for them to commemorate their marriage by showing their love for each other. "Couldn't agree more, mi amor," he whispered wholeheartedly.

The lovers proceeded to kiss with the sun shining on them while it was still visible. Bobby held Lori at her sides while she still held his face. Then she moved her hands down to his shoulders. Soon their lips separated so they could catch their breath and look lovingly into each other's eyes.

"I love you so much, Bobby," Lori said sweetly.

"I love you too, Lori, with every fiber of my being," Bobby replied with sincerity.

They got more into the tranquil feeling and kissed more passionately. Bobby completely wrapped his arms around Lori's waist and she wrapped hers around his neck. They slowly moved over to the couch on the patio while making out. Bobby took his robe off leaving him shirtless. Lori caressed his body while still kissing him. He carefully laid her down on the couch and got on top of her. He began kissing her neck and cupped her breast. It felt good to Lori and she stroked his hair in response. Bobby gently pulled the top of her gown down leaving her breasts exposed as she wasn't wearing a bra underneath. He started to suck on her nipples while still massaging her cleavage.

They sat up on the couch and put their clothes fully back on. They could still have sex outside on the patio as the other houses weren't that close to them and anyone who was staying in them wouldn't see or hear them, but they were more comfortable doing it inside as being outside was more to help them get in the mood more.

Right now, they snuggled close together on the couch and watched the sun as it was almost completely behind the horizon. While enjoying the view, Lori decided it was the right moment for something very special.

"Before we turn in for the evening, I'd like to give my anniversary gift to you," she said.

"Whatever it is, I know I'll love it," Bobby replied in a calm but excited tone.

They looked deeply at each other as Lori explained. "You actually gave it to me without realizing it. It was a result of you showing how devoted you are to me. So now I will reveal what it is to show how devoted I am to you."

Bobby became very confused. "I'm not sure I follow."

Lori grabbed his shoulders and looked him in the eye. She spoke with a soft and honest voice, "Bobby… we're gonna be parents."

Bobby immediately was stunned. He could tell she was serious but he still couldn't believe what he just heard. He had knocked her up. He was going to be a father. "For… for real?" he stuttered, "You… you have a little bundle of joy in you… thanks to me…?"

"That's right," Lori said quietly but emotionally. Tears formed in her eyes. "I found out a few days before we left. No one else knows yet. I knew it was literally the perfect gift to give you. The news that we're officially starting our family!"

Bobby started to cry happily as well. "Me… a dad…"

Lori wiped his tears. "Yes, and you will literally be as good as a dad as you are a husband."

He smiled and sighed. "Best anniversary gift ever! Thank you so much, babe."

The two shared another passionate kiss. Then they saw that the sun had completely disappeared behind the horizon and the last glimmer of daylight was slowly dying.

"Linky and RA will be the first to know," said Lori. "Won't they be ecstatic."

As soon as they return home, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne would take them on a double date to celebrate their anniversary more. They were definitely in for a surprise when they'd tell them the news.

"They'll be so stoked to hear they're gonna be an aunt and uncle," Bobby said.

"They'll be such an awesome aunt and uncle like they'll be awesome parents when they get to the stage we're at. Same with the rest of my sisters," Lori said with confidence.

"The future looks bright for us, mi amor. Nothing will ever stop our devotion to one another."

They leaned their heads together and sat for one more peaceful moment. As night had fallen, they were ready to turn in.

"Now let's keep showing how much we love each other by continuing to make sweet love," Lori said happily.

"You don't need to ask me twice," Bobby replied with a smirk.

He stood up and put his arms under her back and legs. He lifted up his wonderful wife in a bridal style and carried her back into the house. She wrapped her arms around his neck and rested her head on her shoulder.

"I love you, Bobby."

"I love you too, Lori."

The loving couple proceeded to share a night of passion and intimacy as a sign of being devoted to each other. And they would continue to show their devotion through the life of parenthood in the years to come.

Bobby and Lori may be a bit of an exaggerated romance, but they can still be wholesome whenever they can.
