A pale doll stood on a table in Captain Hook's bedroom. Black hair reached her waist. Dark blue eyes were almost hidden by a bonnet. The white dress managed to hide her feet.
Peter still smiled as he focused on the window. After he flew to the bedroom door, he opened it. He had no idea where Captain Hook and Cecilia were. Peter was sure that he could take the doll with ease. If Captain Hook found him? He always did enjoy forcing Hook to pursue him. The latter's scowl. His inability to capture him.
Peter approached the doll and lifted it. His eyes were wide when footsteps were heard. He watched as Captain Hook appeared with Cecilia. Their eyes widened for a few moments. Captain Hook scowled as tears ran down Cecilia's face. His body shook.
After Captain Hook ran to Peter, he brought his hook down by him before the latter flew up.
Cecilia sobbed.
''Stealing my betrothed's doll? You'll suffer slowly and painfully,'' Captain Hook said as he hissed.
It was the return of Peter's smile. ''If you can catch me,'' he said.
Captain Hook chased Peter another time.
The doll remained in Peter's arms while he looked back and laughed. He flew far from the ship. He eventually viewed Wendy gathering berries.
