Hi, y'all! I saw you liked the first chapter. Thanks for your reviews I appreciate it and it helps me write better. I saw some of you had very good questions so I will be answering them.

Brittany is Shelby's adopted daughter along with Quinn. Brittany lived alone in her apartment in Lima and has been teaching for four years now. She is 24, Quinn and Santana 12.

Hope it's more clear like that. Enjoy!

Santana slammed her locker door shut before leaning her head against it. She let out a sigh and tried very hard not to cry. It's been a week since she came to live with her teacher. Brittany was nice but the preteen was now feeling angry, angry about what her uncle made her endured. Angry at her aunt for leaving her, angry at life. She didn't speak to Brittany unless asked a question and stayed most of the time in her room. She was sure Brittany wouldn't keep her.

The first night she stayed with Brittany, she overheard the blonde teacher on the phone with her mother Shelby. The older woman told Brittany she couldn't handle raising a preteen at her age, a should have gone to a group home. She told her that Santana was to a handful. The young brunette ran off to her room before she could hear Brittany saying that she was the first to take care of Quinn before living with her. For the rest of the week, Santana decided to not bothering Brittany and avoided her. She thought she could trust her teacher but it seemed that adults were all the same. On top of that, Brittany told that her social worker Anna was coming to talk to her at home about her situation. She was certain she would be placed elsewhere, probably out of Lima.

At school, everyone quickly knew about Santana and her story. Except for Quinn who said nothing and just gave her a big hug, she could hear everyone talking about her, and some laughing at her. She heard that some said she probably deserved or faked it for attention. And there was this girl named Rachel who was the head cheerleader who hated her for some reasons she didn't know. She has been calling her "little orphan" and some other names. She also pushed her, made her trip, or just knocked out her stuff from her hands. Santana didn't know how long she could ignore before punching her.

Santana groaned when the bell rang, signaling the end of lunch break. Just at this moment, Quinn came out of the bathroom and went to Santana. They both began walking to class in silence when Rachel walked past her, shoving her in the locker, pinning Quinn in the process. Quinn let out a whimper when her shoulder hit the hard metal. Santana was fuming, getting hurt was one thing, hurting Quinn was different.

"Watch where you're going losers!" Rachel laughed with her band.

Santana quickly throw her bag on the floor and grabbed Rachel by her shirt before slamming her body against the locker. Rachel's eyes widened and fried to push Santana back.

"Touch me or Quinn again and I'll fucking end you Berry! You little bitch!" Santana shouted, raising her fist to punch the other brunette. She stopped however when she felt Quinn's hand catching her arm.

"Don't San! She's not worth it, " she whispered.

Santana huffed when she realized everyone was watching them and let Rachel go. She quickly scampered away, glaring at both of them who returned the favors. "Listen to your girlfriend little Annie, " Rachel giggled.

"Are you okay?" Santana asked, thanking Quinn for handing her bag.

Quinn smiled and shook her head. "I'll be fine, thanks tho for you know defending me, " Quinn replied.

"Nobody mess with my friend, " Santana chuckled, putting an arm around the small blonde making her blush.

When they entered the class, Santana glared at Rachel before taking their seats. Thirty minutes during the lessons, Santana felt something hitting her head, she turned slightly to see that Rachel was throwing her paper toilet. Santana growled and ignored her. Unfortunately, a second and a third ball landed on her head. She angrily pushed back her chair, stood up, and threw the ball back to Rachel's head.

"Fucking fuck off already!" she shouted, the whole class falling silent.

Santana's chest was rising up and down in anger. She didn't hear Brittany coming to them until the teacher's hand grabbed her by the upper arm.

"Santana! What are you doing?!" Brittany scolded shaking the girl slightly. "Apologize to her!"

Santana glared at her teacher, trying to push her. "No fucking way! She started it! Let me go!" Santana shouted, trying to get free. She could feel her eyes watering in frustration and anger.

Brittany's face hardened and she began to pull the struggling girl to the door. "I won't tolerate this behavior and swearing. I don't care who started it but you do not swear to me or anyone else!"

"Let me go! Fuck off!"

Brittany ignored her and dragged her outside the classroom and forced her to sit against the wall in the hallway. Santana tried to get up but the teacher pushed her back and held her there by the shoulders.

"No! You stay here until you calm down!" Brittany said sternly.

"But-!"

"No but except yours on the floor! You need to calm down!" Brittany wasn't messing around.

"She was the one who started it!" Santana cried angrily, hugging her knee.

Brittany sighed and knelt to her level. "I will be talking to Rachel but Santana, you can't behave like that in class. You should have come to get me. Now I want you to sit there for a while until I tell you, alright?"

Santana sniffled and just kept her head down, refusing to look at her teacher slash foster mother. Brittany stood up and went back inside. Santana stayed seated in the hallway, trying to calm down. It's wasn't fair! All Santana wanted to do was leave. And so she did, she quietly stood up before running to the entrance and walked out of the school. Two hours later, Santana was in the park sitting on a swing when she heard movements beside her.

"So that's where you were hiding?" she heard Noah who was standing in front of her.

Santana quickly looked up to the school security guard before returning her look to the ground. She knew she was in trouble for sneaking out but she was still angry at Brittany for some reason.

"Want to tell me what's wrong?" Noah asked, kneeling to her level.

Santana shrugged, "don't know." when Noah didn't respond, she continued, "I guess I was mad at Brittany. She wouldn't listen to me first."

"Ha so you're mad at the parent hun? I shouldn't tell you that but Rachel got a detention but unfortunately also you," he replied.

Santana looked at him with wide eyes, "why? She started it!" She snapped.

Noah chuckled at the fierce latina. "You also left the school kid," he told watching her standing up and beginning to leave. "You know she was worried that you left? She offered to leave early to search for you."

It made Santana stopped, she turned around and shot him a confused look. "Why? Why would she do that?"

Noah sighed, "well she loves you obviously. Like it or not, she's also your mother now."

Santana was quiet for a moment. "She's mad huh?" She asked quietly.

Noah walked to her and put a arm around her shoulder, leading her to his car. "Well she wasn't happy but everything will be fine trust me. Come on, I'll bring you back home."

Meanwhile, Brittany was waiting on her front porch nervously. When she came back in the hallway to see that Santana left without notice. She ran to Will's office and was frantically saying she needed to find her daughter. Will saw how distraught Brittany was and called Noah to look for the young preteen. Now that she was home, knowing Noah was somewhere with her, she had times to figure what to do next. She knew she needed to be firm.

Brittany lift her head when she heard a car pulling up and stood up when Santana and Noah both get out of the car. Brittany joined them halfway and engulfed Santana in her arms, kissing her repeatedly on the head.

"Ho babygirl, I was so worried," Brittany whispered, hugging the girl close. She looked up to Noah and mouthed a small "thanks you" which he acknowledged with a nod and smile before returning to his car.

"I'm so glad you're okay," Brittany finally said, brushing some hair out of Santana's face. The young preteen saw concern, angry and love in her foster mother's eyes and she quickly dropped her stare to the ground. "You scared me a lot Santana. I'm very disappointed you chose to sneak out of school," Brittany saw how Santana winced at her words, "but I still love you and that's why we'll talk about it. You're in big trouble young lady," she finished, turning the girl to the side and swatting her backside hard once.

"Ow I'm sorry!" Santana cried, putting a hand over her backside while Brittany dragged her inside to the apartment.

Brittany said nothing, entered the house before going to the living room where she made Santana sit down on the couch. The preteen was squirming and sniffling at the same time, trying to find a comfortable position. Brittany stood before her with her arms crossed.

"Now tell me what were you thinking? I thought I told you to stay in the hallway," she told her sternly.

Santana shrugged, looking at the floor. "I wanted to leave," she mumbled.

"Santana, look at me," Brittany demanded, surprised when she shook her head no. Brittany bent down and grabbed Santana's chin in her hand, lifting her head. "Look at me. You scared me to death, it was incredibly dangerous and immature. There was no reasons for you to do that."

Santana jerked her head away and sent her foster mother an icy glare. "You're kidding me! You punished me in front of the whole class for something fucking Rachel started!" She shouted.

"Stop swearing! And Rachel was punished also, Quinn told me everything but it doesn't excuse your behavior," Brittany told her.

"Whatever," Santana grumbled, crossing her arms.

Brittany had enough and grabbed her by the elbow, stood her up and gave her two swats. "Enough with your attitude! I understand your life is a mess right now but it doesn't mean you can behave like a five years old and except no punishment," she said in a menacing voice.

"W-what do you mean?" Santana stammered anxiously.

Brittany sat down on the couch and pulled Santana between her legs. "It means that I'm going to punish you by giving you a spanking!"

"What!?" Santana shrieked. "You can't do that!" She cried indignantly.

"I can and I will! I won't lose you because you decided to throw a tantrum at school. I've been lenient during the week but it stop now!" With that, Santana felt her pants and panties pulled down to her feet before finding herself over Brittany's knee.

"What? No, let me go!" Santana cried, trying to reach back.

Brittany pinned her arm behind her with her hand and started smacking the tanned bottom in front of her.

"Ow! No please stop! I'm sorry!" Santana shouted, kicking her feet on the floor.

Brittany ignored her and kept landing swats after swats on the soon pink bottom. Santana wailed and plead for her to stop with some "I'll be good" and "I'll never do it again". Eventually the swats became harder and landed unexpectedly over Santana's bottom and sit-spots. Two minutes later, Santana's bottom was hot and red. She was crying loudly over her foster mother daughter, not realizing that Brittany stopped. The blonde teacher rubbed her back soothingly, waiting for the girl to calm down some bit. After a good minute, Brittany make Santana standing up before walking her to the nearest corner.

Santana's cries renewed when she found herself nose facing the corner in only her t-shirt and her freshly bottom on display. She blushed and tried to rub some sting out of her bottom. She felt like a well chastised little girl.

"You stay here until I come to get you. And no running," Brittany lectured.

Santana immediately obeyed, not wanting more smacks and stood facing the corner, sniffling occasionally. Brittany watched her from the couch, wiping some tears of her own. Thirty minutes later, Brittany went to Santana and carried her back to the couch.

Santana clung to Brittany like her life depended on it and sobbed in her neck. Brittany rocked her, trying to calm her down. "Shh peanut, it's over. You're forgiven," she soothed.

"I'm sorry I scared you," Santana whimpered.

"You understand why you get a spanking then?"

Santana nodded in her chest, "cause it was dangerous," she mumbled.

"That's right, glad you understood. I hate doing this but I love you so much to lose you like that," Brittany said, kissing her head. "Why did you do it tho? Why did you have an attitude all week?"

"I thought you didn't want me. I heard you talking to your mother and Anna. I thought if I misbehaved long enough that you will send me away. It would hurt less," Santana admitted, having calm down.

Brittany pulled her head closer, "Ho baby! Of course I won't send you away! Look Anna is only coming to tell you what will happen with your uncle and that you will be staying with me because they didn't found any relatives, that's all."

Santana was surprised. "Ho?" Now Santana found herself feeling like an idiot.

"Don't worry peanut, we'll get trough this," Brittany reassured her, kissing her again on the head.

Santana blushed at the affection she was given and just snuggled back into Brittany's neck. "Will I get a spanking every time?" She asked quietly.

"No. Only for the big offense like lying, doing dangerous things or sneaking out for example," Brittany explained. "We'll do some rules sheet together alright?"

Santana nodded. "Good, come on. Why don't you go lie down for a bit and we'll do that after your nap," Brittany said, pulling Santana to her feet.

"I'm sorry again," Santana said quietly as Brittany lead her to her room.

"No problem, you're forgiven and it's a clean slate now," with that, Brittany helped Santana get ready, tucked her in and left the room when Santana fell asleep on her stomach.

And it's all for this one! Hope you liked it!
