The Finale

"Hey um" Dina led over to Garrett drawing his attention away from Mateo's interview video "when the store closes do you wanna keep… hanging and banging" she hesitated slightly and added "like as my boyfriend"

Garrett thought about it, though was immediately nodding and agreed rather quickly "yeah… yeh"

"Okay cool" she smiled to herself, as did Garett and they both focused back on the video. Neither of them were really paying attention anymore and spent the rest of the video with small but noticeable smiles on their faces

Garrett was outside the store looking back at the place he had worked for so long. He always kind of expected the store to close at some point but not that time was here. He had thought everyone had gone home already but the doors opened and Dina appeared next to him

"Hey," she said uncharacteristically quiet

"Hey" Garrett returned turning his attention to her rather than the store "you know I am almost sad to see it go"

"Oh come on… don't you go getting mushy now" Dina said in her usual loud and mocking tone but he knew she felt the same.

"Yeah well moments over, let's go" Garrett turned around and started heading to the cars knowing that wherever they were going they were going together

"So what do you want to do tonight?" Garrett asked knowing they hadn't actually discussed it.

"Well… some of the others are going to a bar and getting drunk" Dina suggested

"Sounds good to me" Garrett shrugged

As they walked towards the car Dina let her arm brush against Garrett's shoulder and he took her hand in his. It was small but something they had never done before. The nature of their previous relationship meant they never held hands, not ever. It was something that a couple would do not two people who were just banging each other. But now it felt right and It felt good.

They arrived at the bar together and were the last to do so. Jonah and Amy were massively flirting having just gotten back together, Cheyenne and Mateo were on the Karaoke and had somehow learnt a whole routine within the 5 minutes they had been at the bar. Sandra and Jerry were sitting drinking but not talking or even looking at each other and Glenn was drinking some new cocktail which he was highly enjoying, primarily because it was mostly juice.

"Want a drink?" Garrett offered

"Sure, whisky on the rocks" Dina immediately responded "but none of that jack daniels shit, I only drink pure scotch"

"Got it" Garrett rolled his eyes, knowing that Dina was going to be particular about her drink.

Dina wandered over to where Amy and Jonah were sat, she decided that there was no way she was sitting with either Glenn or Sandra and since she wasn't drunk enough to do Karaoke yet they were the lucky winners of her company.

"Hey guys" She interrupted them whilst in the midst of kissing

"Oh Dina, hey" Amy pulled back smiling at her friend despite the awkward interruption

"Sorry, didn't want to interrupt but it was you guys or Glenn" Dina stated and Amy gave her a knowing nod

"So, back together huh. Congrats" Dina said as sincerely as she could

"Yeah" Amy smiled giving Jonah a knowing look.

"Look at us all settling down," Dina said then realising that she hadn't actually told Amy or Jonah about Garrett, therefore, needing to clarify further "Oh sorry, yeah me and Garrett are dating now"

"Ah congrats," both Amy and Jonah said in unison

"Thanks, I mean so far we have only driven here but I am a great girlfriend so far," Dina said proudly

At that moment Garrett came over to the table two drinks in hand giving one to Dina and clearing a space for himself at the table "What's up guys" he said innocently not knowing the conversation he was interrupting.

"Dina just told us you guys are officially dating" Jonah filled him in

"Oh right yeah" Garrett replied casually glancing over to Dina to give her a small smile.

"Aw I am so happy for you guys" Amy chipped him, noticing the look.

"Guys I just want to say, I know the store closing is a bummer but I feel like so much good has come out of us working there. If we hadn't then none of us would have met and we would probably be alone. I mean I don't know where I would have ended up. Maybe I would have gone back to school and been miserable or …" Jonah was babbling again.

"Yeah, yeah, sunshine and rainbows blah blah blah" Dina cut him off "So when are we getting drunk" she quickly downed the whiskey that Garrett had gotten her.

"I say now" Amy replied instantly, calling over the waiter for a round of shots.

That night they all got smashed, sang Karaoke for most of the night. Jonah and Amy split off from the group periodically so they could flirt and make out. Dina and Garrett were not so inseparable and hansy but Dina did end up sitting on Garrett's knee towards the end of the night which she blamed of a ridiculous amount of alcohol. As people started to go home, Dina and Garrett knew they would be heading back together and left the bar as they arrived, hand in hand.

They got to Dina's house in record time and were both barely through the door before they started removing their clothes.

"Get on the bed" Dina ordered and Garrett quickly obliged

Garret positioned himself on the centre of the bed having successfully removed his clothes as had Dina. He propped himself up slightly so that Dina could sit on top of him and their lips could meet.

They were both becoming impatient and Dina was still wearing her bra and underwear despite removing the rest of her clothes. Garrett reached around her back and undid the clasp allowing the material to drop on to the bed.

"Damn" he commented in appreciation at his new view. Garrett had always loved Dina's breasts and will never get used to seeing them every day.

Dina smiled at his reaction and pulled his face furiously into hers to continue their ministrations. She reached down between them, found him hard in her hand and started to move her hand over his shaft.

At the same time, Garrett was massaging one of her breasts with his other hand reaching down to rub his hand against her centre.

Already they were close to release but neither wanted to come before feeling all of each other. Dina stopped what she was doing and moved to remove her last piece of clothing to allow Garrett access. As soon as the panties were gone Garrett was pushing into her taking her slightly by surprise.

"Oh god," Dina said in delight, feeling him inside her bringing her closer and closer to the edge.

They reached their peaks one after the other breathing heavily into each other necks basking in the afterglow of their intense sex session.

"I could get used to this," Dina said, resting her head into Garrett's chest. Dina was always at her softest and most vulnerable after sex. It was a side very few people got to see and it was part of the reason it took them having sex for Garrett to fall in love with her.

"Me too" Garrett agreed, running his hand over her hair and drawing lazy patterns on her shoulder.

"You know I am a great girlfriend I think you're really going to enjoy this" Dina said fully seriously.

"Yeah, yeah. Amazing" Garrett said sarcastically but he knew she was right, he would enjoy it. Despite all of her quirks, Garrett had realised it was her oddness that drew him to her.
