The next chapter is up! Enjoy :)

Christina stretched and took a deep breath when she finally got off the plane. Even though she has traveled all over the world and to places that were even further from Japan, it seems she can never get use to the long hours stuck on a plane. She went to retrieve her luggage and then wait for the crew to come out with the crate that held her dog.

About ten minutes later, a couple men came out with the crate rolling between them. She approached them with a smile and she handed them the papers as proof of pickup. The excitable pooch couldn't wait to get out of the crate and stretch his legs. So Christina pulled out the leash and they opened the crate to let him out. He started hopping around a little to get some movement back in him as she clipped on the leash.

Afterwards, Christina headed for the exit, where drop off and pick up were. She went through the sliding doors and looked around for Bulma. She heard someone calling her from her right. That's when she noticed Bulma waving and heading her way. The blue haired woman wasn't alone, as she seems to have managed to bring Trunks and Bulla with her.

"Hey girl! How was your flight!?" Bulma asked, as she made her way over.

"Long & pretty boring. Though I must say, it's a good thing they at least had a nice movie selection on the small chair t.v.s, otherwise I really would've been going crazy." Christina joked.

"Hey!" Trunks said.

Christina smiled and knelt down to his level.

"Wow, Trunks. You have certainly grown quite a bit since I last saw you. I better watch out, because pretty soon; you will be taller than me." She said.

"Nah, I still think I have a long way to go. It's nice seeing you again though." The youth replied.

Her smile widened as she stood up and turned her attention to the baby girl in Bulma's arms.

"She's beautiful, Bulma. And she looks just like you. I'm just sorry, I couldn't visit you after she was born. I'm surprised you also brought her. Because last time we talked, you said you didn't want to; because it would be too crowded." The young woman said.

Bulma waved her off, "I figured since we'd be waiting outside, it wouldn't be too bad for her. And it's fine, Hun. I know your super busy with you're career. It probably would've been hard for you to visit at the time anyway. You were performing in Russia at that time right?"

"Yeah, in Moscow. I'll tell you; I'm not crazy about cities. But that city was quite beautiful and unique. It was a nice stay while it lasted." Christina stated.

They only chatted a little more, before they decided to make their way to Bulma's car. At the same time, Trunks was getting quite infatuated with her wolf dog, Anubis. Who was giving the boy equal attention back.

"You sure Vegeta won't mind that I brought Anubis along? This is the first time bringing him out and overseas. Last time I was here, I didn't even have him yet. So it's quite a different visit this time around because of it." Christina said.

"Don't worry about him. If he doesn't like it, than that's his problem. I wouldn't be all too surprised if your dog is better behaved than Vegeta is." Bulma joked.

It got a chuckle out of the younger woman. Leave it to Bulma, to reply with a joke to lighten concerns or worries. It was enough consolation in the end for Christina.

Trunks helped her put the luggage in the trunk. Christina took the front seat, while Anubis sat between the two kids in the back. They continued chatting for the remainder of the twenty-minute ride, before they made it up the driveway. They brought out the luggage and Christina was nice enough to let Trunks take Anubis's leash. She trusted the huge wolf dog not to pull the smaller kid up the driveway and into the house.

They we're greeted at the door by Bulma's parents, who shared a hug with Christina on the way in. The only one who wasn't currently present in the home; was Vegeta. Not all that surprising, knowing he was most likely out with Goku; training somewhere.

Bulma handed Bulla off to her Mom, and led Christina upstairs to one of the guestrooms. Trunks remained downstairs with his Grandparents, Sister, and Anubis. While his Mom helped her friend get situated in the guestroom.

"You need a hand with unpacking?" Bulma asked.

"Sure, I really didn't go too crazy with packing. But I can always use another hand." Christina replied.

Bulma brought some of the clothes over to the dresser and asked Christina where she wanted them.

"You can put those shirts in the middle drawer, Thanks." The young woman told her.

Christina pulled out the few capris she packed, along with her cotton shorts. She knew the older woman would laugh once she saw how many pointe' ballet shoes she shoved into the bottom of the extra-large nylon bag. She may have been on vacation, but she rather pack more shoes then less. Because even she knew, she wouldn't be taking a break from dancing for long.

Eventually, Bulma did spot all the pointe' shoes at the bottom, and gave Christina an amused look.

The younger woman just shrugs, "I know, I know, it's suppose to be a vacation. But you know me. I can never stay away from training for long. I'm already giving it three days tops, before I start up practice in that training room of yours." She joked.

Bulma just chuckles while shaking her head, "I swear, you're almost; if not just as bad, as my Husband and Goku. Those two can never seem to go more than a day without training."

"Does this mean I will have to fight them on who get's to use the training room?" Christina teased.

"Nah, they haven't been using it all that much. It's either they train out in the woods somewhere or over on Lord Beerus's World." Bulma said, with some laughter in her voice.

Christina flinches slightly at that. She recalls the first time meeting the Destroyer God and his Attendant. Even though she liked Whis; Lord Beerus creeped her out a little. She still can't wrap her mind around how Bulma could be friends with someone who once came close to obliterating their world.

Yet, the blue haired scientist assured her that he was no longer a threat to them. Christina was reluctantly willing to take her word for it. She was still getting over the surprise of hearing about the Tournament of Power and what would've happened if they lost. Their only relief is that it was long over now and there were currently no threats to Earth at the moment. Or so they hope.

"Why do they keep training, Bulma? There are no more threats to Earth, right?" Christina asks.

Bulma just gives her a soft smile, "Because it's what they do best. They're fighters, Chrissie. They are dedicated to fighting; just as you are to you're Ballet. It's in their blood. Besides, this Universe is still full of threats. One in particular, that doesn't know when to quite while he's ahead."

Christina arches a dark brow, "Really? Who? From what I heard, the last time there was a threat here, you said they were taken care of. Goku even ended up going back to the guy's planet and made friends with him in the end; right?"

"Yes, but we're not talking about Broly." Bulma replied.

"Than who?" She asks again.

Bulma was silent for a moment, before she finally spoke up again.

"Frieza, for one. He's still out there. No doubt, he maybe back here sooner or later. Take it from us; the little bastard is relentless." She said.

Christina recalls Bulma bringing up that guy before. Even Goku mentioned him before to her. From what she's heard so far; the guy definitely sounds like a Grade A Psychopath. Definitely someone she hopes she will never run into one day. Luckily, the odds of that happening were slim to none. Especially, with Goku, Vegeta, and the other Z Fighters around.

"He's crazy if he does decide to come back. Especially, since he'd be outnumbered with all the other strong fighters here. It kind of would be like suicide if he did." Christina states.

"That maybe, but it's still something that has never stopped him in the past. Not to mention each time he came back, he was stronger than before. Vegeta too, is thoroughly convinced that that monster will never stop getting stronger. And that is why he puts more and more into his training." Bulma added.

Christina just shrugs, and goes to put her pointe' shoes in the bottom drawer with her capris, and cotton shorts.

"Still, I wouldn't anticipate that slimy bastard coming back anytime soon. Especially, since that last fiasco that happened not all that long ago." She says, as she closes the drawer.

"I hope your right. Anyways, you want me to make you some breakfast? Because we both know the food on the plane could pass as school cafeteria food at best." Bulma joked.

Christina laughs slightly, "Yeah, I'm inclined to agree with you on that one. On one condition though; let me help you."

Bulma blinked a few times in surprise, "You really don't have to. If anything, I figured you'd want to rest. I'm sure you must be quite exhausted from that long fourteen hour plane ride. I know I'd want to murder my pillow after such a flight. Pretty certain I almost did once."

"Ehh, I'll curb my furniture homicidal tendencies until later tonight. Can't really sleep when the sun's up anyway." Christina says, nonchalantly.

Bulma laughs at her reply, "Alright fine, you can help. Odds are; Vegeta and Goku are coming back to eat. They maybe saiyans, but I swear they must have a quarter bloodhound in them. Because, I'm convinced they can smell our cooking from miles away. So I may need to prep even more food. If not for now, than definitely for lunch."

The older woman went downstairs to start. While Christina stayed behind for a moment to change into some lighter clothes. They must be going through a heatwave here, because it was definitely warmer here than at home. So she slipped on a lilac colored tank top with some light grey cotton shorts; before leaving the room.

Christina paused in the doorway of the bedroom, and looked briefly over her shoulder. She gave the room one last cursory glance, and lastly gazed out the back window. 'I really hope Bulma is wrong about that creep returning to Earth. I don't think anyone can deal with another world crisis at the moment.' She thought. She let's out a drawn out sigh, then finally exits the room.

Unfortunately, what Bulma said was very true. The question was; when will he make a move next. They can just hope Goku and Vegeta will be prepared for whatever he may throw at them next. After all, unbeknownst to them; the Galactic Tyrant was still sending down drones to spy on his foes.

Until Next Time ;)
