Now without further ado let's jump right in to it

Silence that was all that could be heard then Kiba shouted "Now why he's just a myth there's no way the dead last could be the legendary winter- soldier." Many of his classmates agreed and Naruto let out a sigh he didn't know if it was better or worse that they didn't believe that he was in fact the winter-soldier. Soon Iruka walked in and noticed Naruto's new appearance. He was a bit shocked by it but he was proud that Naruto finally decided to take his shinobi career seriously. "Alright everyone I'm going to announce teams that each of you will be on." So Iruka started to call team names until he got to 7 "Team 7 will be Sasuke Uchiha,Sakura Haruno, and Sai, Team 8 will be Kiba Inuzuka, Hinata Hyuuga, and Shino Abrume, Team 9 is still in service, Team 10 will be Ino, Choji, and Shikimaru." Said Iruka finishing the list of teams. As he did he heard a snarky remark from Sasuke "So it seems the so-called Winter-Soldier can't even get on a Team loser."

"Actually Sasuke, Naruto did in deed pass he just wasn't placed on a team, so instead Naruto you are to report to the Hokage's Tower after Lunch." Said Iruka with a smirk on his face seeing the last Uchiha get riled up.

After Lunch

We find Naruto walking into the Hokage's office with a smile on his face. Of course you couldn't see the smile on his face as he was wearing his mask. "Hello Grandpa just out of curiosity why didn't you put me on any team? I'm not mad or anything just as I said curious."

"Naruto you do realize that you're the winter-soldier right? Someone who has killed over 100,000 shinobi from the 5 great nations by the age of 9. I can tell that your skills are a little rusty but that's the thing even with your skills being rusty you're still on par with most jouin. So Naruto why would I let someone as strong as you be put on a team with people who have just made the rank of gennin?"

"Alright Grandpa that makes sense. So what does this mean regarding my career as a shinobi?"

"Simple you will be a one man squad. Unlike other gennin who at most could take a C-Rank you Naruto you will be eligible to take any mission as long as it has my approval. Understand?" Naruto nodded his head as he was getting ready to leave, he felt it. Someone was nearing the Hokage's office with reserves larger than the Hokage's. He activated his 5 tomoe sharingan as the person neared his office. He could tell 2 things about this person. The first was that it appeared to be a female the second was that she was alone. As she opened the door Naruto appeared quickly and had a kunai to her throat. "Hmm do you really think that one Kunai is enough to kill me" asked an amused voice "If it's wielded by the right person then, anything is possible." Said Naruto in a monotone voice, Hiruzen recognised her as the leader of Kiri's rebellion. "Naruto, that's enough withdrawal." Naruto nodded silently as he put his kunia back in the pouch and went back towards Hirizen's desk. "I'm staying I can tell that she's probably stronger than you old man, but with me here there's a chance we could defeat her."

"Very well Naruto you can stay besides this might benefit you." Now Naruto eyed the woman a little bit more closely at her appearance, she had red hair, as well as a blue dress that did little to hide her figure, not only that but she has D-Cup breasts, and leggings. "Hokage-Sama we'd like to request Konoha's aid to help defeat Yagura and claim Kiri back." Hiruzen frowned and looked at Mei "Sorry Mei but as of right now Konoha is still rebuilding itself from the 3rd great ninja war as well as the kyuubi attack 13 years ago, but that's not to say that you couldn't create a mission that has a Konoha shinobi help aid you or anything like that." Said Hiruzen with a knowing smile this would not only help Mei but it also help Konoha secure an alliance with Kiri just in case Suna would try to betray Konoha.

Mei looked at the old kage with a smile on her face as well, sure she had to pay for an S-Rank mission but the way she saw it was getting any help was better than no help at all. You see in Konoha if a person wants to file a mission that's higher than a B-Rank then they must file it with the Hokage himself or one his secretary. As Mei finished filling her mission she wondered who the Hokage would assin. Maybe it would be Kakashi, or Guy that would work though Guy was far too loud for her liking and as for Kakashi while she didn't mind him she just wished he had more stamina. Hiruzen found the file he was looking for and called said "Gennin Naruto Uzumaki do you wish to accept this S-Rank mission to help Mei end the civil war?" Naruto nodded his head. As for Mei she was pissed. She just had requested an S-Rank and he's assigning it to a genin?! "Hokage-Sama, why did you assin a Genin for an S-Rank mission and not a jouin?"

Hiruzen looked at Mei and everyone could feel that the temperature of the room was dropping a few degrees. "Mei I'll tell you but, you must keep this a secret unless Naruto allows you to share this information." Mei nodded her head.

"Naruto is the Winter-Soldier. Not only that but he's also the Kyuubi jinchuuriki so he will be a valuable assist to the rebellion." With that Naruto vanished and reappeared silently behind Mei "I'm ready" Mei's eyes widened this person was able to not only vanish without making a sound but also reappearing behind her without her knowledge. This boy is very dangerous and she's glad that he's on her side. "Alright Naruto let's go" With that both of them headed towards Kiri.

While Naruto takes his job as the Winter-Soldier very seriously he also wants to make sure that his clients are comfortable around him. "Mei-Sama what caused the Civil-War in Kiri?" Asked Naruto. After all, getting information on why this started would help him understand what to do while he was there.

"Well Yagura was a peace loving man who wanted for Kiri to live in peace and harmony. He helped Kiri prosper but then he changed into a tyrant, who wanted nothing more than to kill every blood user in Kiri. But the water daimyo wouldn't have any of that so he demanded that Yagura would step down from the Kage position but he didn't. So Yagura declared war with shinobi who have bloodlines. Lucky for us the water daimo supports the rebellion and even funds us. You see Naruto after Yagura is dead or defeated in combat will I be officially the 4th Mizukage.

"Genjutsu" Naruto said quietly to himself but Mei heard him. "What do you mean by genjutsu?"

"Well that's the only reason I can think of to suddenly go from a peace loving man who was helping Kiri prosper to a tyrant. But it can't be an ordinary genjutsu either. It's most likely that someone with a sharingan placed Yagura under control. Someone had most likely used shisui's eye as that's the only person in the Uchiha clan who had the ability to my knowledge."

"If that's the case then how do we break him out of it?"

"I'll use my sharingan to see if he is indeed under genjutsu. If he isn't then we kill him like normal but if he is then once I get close enough to him I'll use my sharingan to free him."

"Alright Naruto, that sounds like a plan but it's getting late so we should probably camp somewhere. Naruto nodded his head and they both found a spot near the wave country where there was a nearby lake with fish. Naruto and Mei set up for camp but you see there was one problem. While Mei brought her tent Naruto didn't. "Naruto it seems you forgot your tent no problem though you can sleep with me inside my tent."

"Alright" As both got into bed Mei wrapped her arms around Naruto to help make sure that they stayed warm and soon they both fell asleep. While Mei's sleep was dreamless, Naruto was less fortunate as his night terrors began.
