Panic had set in. Fear filled every mammal that had its eyes on the television. The news had started early. And the normal life of Zootopia's, was turned upside down. Six a.m. The big screens all over Zootopia, were announcing a robbery. A robbery, and a big one at that. No less than the great and prestigious Sapphire Bank.

"How is such a thing possible?" the fury in his voice denoted his displeasure with what was going on. "Security is the highest level!" the plans had been changed and he was not happy at all.

"We need to get our best agents on the case." The other voice prattled on, alarmed at what might happen from there.

The day had barely started, and he already had an unbearable headache. His eyes went to the cup with coffee still untouched. He had plans from higher orders to train the new recruits who had come in a week ago. He would have his best officers help with the training. However, everything changed with the assault that shouldn't have even happened in the first place. He closed his eyes and sighed.

"Inform Wilde and Hopps that they need to go. Now they are enough to gather information since we have in there more departments."

The cheetah in front of him nodded positively and turned away, leaving the office. Bogo sighed again. Peace would go on vacation for a few days.

The scene looked like it was from a movie. Except that the film crews were not there. That place was filled with several blue and red uniforms.

"Incredible!" were the words that came out without thinking.

"This is terrible!" muttered another voice between teeth.

The car was parked, and the seat belt unbuckled. The door opened, and he got out.

"Oh, wait!" another voice said, coming out of her trance and unbuckling her belt, running after her partner.

The uncontrolled atmosphere was filled with the noise of the various sirens coming together in a deafening melody. The astonished murmurs, along with the screaming and crying, added to the out-of-control melody, as if it were a horror song.

"News?" the partner's voice roused the attention lost in such a scene.

"The thieves have escaped. With them, a million dollars." Answered an officer from another police department. His paws presented themselves at his waist. His expression denoted the upset of the situation.

"Only?" asked in astonishment.

The bank was huge. The most reputable in all Zootopia with millions and millions of dollars inside. And the robbers only got away with almost nothing?

"Whether they are dumb or not, the money shouldn't be very important. However, they made an escape scenario to a level of a horror movie." The officer said, pointing his finger in front of him.

Judy checked the entire perimeter and indeed it was a grim scenario. In their escape, the robbers ran over and killed civilians who are passing by. The stores near the bank were destroyed due to the explosion that took place inside the Sapphire. And the injured mammals sitting on the ground receiving medical treatment were not countable on their fingers.

"Where did they run off to?" asked the fox.

"We don't know. By the time we arrived, they were gone. However, the Sahara Square patrol has already begun the chase." Answered the policemammal in a shrug.

"Thanks!" said the fox and turned away, walking toward the car.

"Wait!" asked Judy reaching out and grabbing him by the arm. "We can't go!"

"Have you seen what they did?" the doe was startled by her partner's aggressive tone of voice. "They killed innocent people. They hurt children and destroyed the stores."

"I know, but we have no orders to chase them." Warned Judy. Disobeying Bogo carried consequences. "I want to get them too just like you do, but we need authorization."

"Fuck the authorization, Judy. They're a danger to everyone." Nick jumped out of her grip and opened the car door, getting in and sitting down. "Are you coming or not?"

Judy stared at him in shock. Nick had been acting different for days and she had missed countless opportunities to be able to talk to him about it. Unexpected events had stood in her way. But never in a year had she seen him react that way. Although she agreed with him about catching those thieves, they would be reprimanded as soon as Bogo knew about the case detour they were going to make. Judy sighed deeply and decided to go around the vehicle and get in. She fastened her seat belt and Nick started the car.
