Chapter 2

The fist floor will be known as the Land of Dragons due to the first boss being a Five Headed Dragon that is known as the Sin of Wrath. But he won't appear to any player unless three requirements are met. And now let's begin!

One Week Later

A pair of girls that looked like they were in middle school were looking at the game their friends told them about. The first girl had fair skin and shiny black hair that extended beneath her chin, with a short ahoge. Her eyes were a shade of cool grey. She wore a white clip as an accessory. The clip is made up of four rhombuses, each facing the cardinal directions, connected to a presumed diamond-like piece. The clip's shape is similar to a compass. She was wearing a white and pink-striped hoodie sweater with matching shorts that reach only until her upper thighs.

"Hey Risa how long has this game been out?" She turned to see her best friend and her classmate replied. "It's been out for a week and rumor has it that there was a player who's still on Level one despite being there a week early.

Risa was a former gaming champion and was surprised to hear that this game was unlike any other game that's ever been produced. Risa was a healthy girl, even though she had a thin body. She also had a flat chest, but didn't seem to not mind about it. The color of her eyes and hair are the same, ash brown.

The two decided to try out the game as its Kaede's first time even being able to play a video game. Kaede was nervous and asked. "You can't get hurt right?" Risa sighed and nodded. "Yes for the hundredth time. Yes. The helmets only make the game seem real and the damage is fake. Honestly, you are such a worrywart. Why are you so scared of being injured? It's just a game."

Kaede sighed. "I know but I just get nervous about being injured. Please don't complain when you see my avatar!" Risa patted her head. "It's not a problem. Just remember that it's a game and have fun." The two girls smiled as they put the helmets on they were taken to Class Selection.

Risa and Kaede were getting their classes and after they were done, they teleported to the front of the tree that was in the town square.

The two new gamers were amazed by the many players in the game until they saw a stuffed dragon fly in front of them.

"Welcome to the Town Square! Here you can buy weapons and armor. Craft materials and supplies. Look for Quests. Make Friends and much more. Have Fun!"

The dragon flew away leaving Risa and the two looked at the Quest Board and saw the Wrath BossQuest. Risa was shocked. "I can see why this is taking that first guy awhile. He needs to complete three Quests first in order to face the boss." Risa looked at the list to face the boss.

Facing the Dragon of WrathBoss.

In order to face the boss, the players must complete three different Quests to enter the Five Headed Dragon's Dungeon.

Quest 1: The Triple Beast Slayer.

There are three Beasts that reside in the East, South, and West. The Wise King of the Southern Forest, The Giant of the East and the Demon Snake of the West. You must defeat each of them.

Recommended Level: Level 5 for East, Level 10 for South, and Level 15 for West.

Quest 2: Dragon Slayer Sword.

You must have a Dragon Slayer weapon but in order to make the weapon you will need the core and scales of a dragon for your weapon.

Recommended Level: Level 10.

Quest 3: Familiar Comrade.

You must have a familiar with you and if the beast must be at least Level 20 or higher. Recommended Level: 5.

Players cannot go on these Quests unless they are at the recommended Level for each Quest or higher.

Risa sighed. "Makes sense since the game is new and they want to make sure people don't rush into these things without a proper plan. So since were Level 1 we can go to the training grounds. Hopefully we don't run into any of the mini bosses." This made Kaede pout. "Aw. But want I to try a quest."

Risa sighed. "I know but looked at them. We can only do one of them at Level 5. Plus we only have beginners gear. We would get stomped on unless we leveled up." Kaede put her shield out. "Not unless I protect you. Hahaha!" Risa looked at it and stabbed her dagger into it and that scared Kaede.

"Tough Shield indeed." Risa began to walk to the training area until Maple walked to her and lifted her shield. "Wait for me!!"

As the two girls left, a figure was observing them both and he was surprised to see an interesting duo. "A Shielder and a Swashbuckler. A very odd duo wouldn't you a say Semi-Chan?" A pair of arms wrapped around his neck and as a black haired beauty with pointed ears smiled at him. "Indeed. Plus they seem to rely on speed and defense. The Shielder being a defensive unit and the Swashbuckler using speed to get past her opponents and finish them. Not a bad pair at all. Let's go Master. We have a dragon to slay."

Issei left his spot and began to head to the palace they resided in to continue the weapon. "I wonder what you children can do. Though there are two others that do interest me. The Black Knight and the White Knight. Their like a pair of Chess Queens. So many people here and it's going to be fun."

With Maple and Sally

The two were slicing through dog like beast and the cute but deadly rabbit like creatures that were charging at them. Sally panted as she cut another one down. "Man theres no end to them. We must be near a nest of these things. Maple, let's go!" She ran and Maple was slowly catching up to them and she was panting until she unlocked the Dash Skill and was able to stay away from the dogs and rabbits that chased them.

Maple knew her defense was strong but those dogs were eating her shield like a chew toy while Sally was getting tired from the running. The two looked at the quest and groaned. "We still haven't even found the reason we keep seeing them. There got to be a nest, but where is the question?"

Maple was holding one of the rabbits and giggled as it tried to bite her but it tickled to her. "Hey Sally can I keep this little cutie with me." She rubbed her nose against it and Sally looked at her like she was crazy. "Maple. We can't do that until Level 15 and we're only Level Three since those dogs and Rabbits kept fighting us. I wish we could find this nest so we can destroy it and complete this quest."

The rabbit was whimpering until it wiggled out Maples arms and went forward until it looked at them. Maple was curious as she spoke to Sally. "Hey Sally. I think she wants us to follow her." Sally looked at the rabbit and sighed. "What have we got to lose but you take the front. You are the shield after all."

Maple nodded as they marched and follows the rabbit.

Some Time Later...

The two gamers were following the rabbit until it stopped and whimpered as it tried to push them away. Sally saw the rabbits desire to push them away until she pushed away the branches and gasped. "Maple. I think we might be in over our heads." Maple looked out and was surprised to see a giant vicious rabbit as it ate a giant carrot and was munching on it until it looked at the little baby ones.

"Awww..."

It then ate the two babies.

"Ahhh!"

The Big Rabbit looked at them before it shirked into the sky and the little one pulled on Maples hair to move them away. The two began to run as a swarm of bunnies and dogs ran towards the two gamers. They ran until Sally and Maple saw them surrounding them.

The two were getting scared as the rabbits and the dogs were glaring at them with red eyes and pawed the ground before they were getting antsy. The lone rebel rabbit leaped in front and snarled at them.

The dog leapt at the bunny and was about to eat the rabbit until Maple got close to it and blocked the dog but the shield began to break as the dog began chewing it harder thanks to its Strong Jaws skill. Maple was getting worried until Sally used her Slash skill and cut the beast in half.

"Maple we need to stand our ground." Maple nodded as she readied her shield and the Queen came out as it roared at them. The little ones charged at them and the three glared at them until...

"Not so fast."

The Queen Bunny's head was sliced off its body and it became pixels as a girl with long black hair was on the ground and held a black long sword in her hand. She turned to them and shouted.

"Asuna!"

A girl came out of the woods and sliced the dogs and rabbits as she passed through them before she sheathed her sword and many of them fell as the minions charged at them and the two warriors were back to back. The auburn haired girl turned to them and asked. "You two want to level up and join forces?" Maple and Sally nodded as the four girls and their rabbit charged into battle with the vicious bunnies and the rabid dogs.

Some Time Later...

The four panted as they were done with killing all of them and smiled as Sally stabbed the last dog and collapsed on the ground. "Man. That was both fun but exhausting." She looked at the two who saved them and both Maple and her were finally able to get a good look at them.

The first one had long, orange-brownish chestnut hair and hazel eyes. She wore a dark red leather tunic with a lightweight copper breastplate and leather pants with boots up to the knees along with a hooded cape. The cape was opened enough to reveal that she wore a red and white uniform with a rapier at her side.

The second one had black hair and eyes. Her hair flowed down to her shoulder blades, while her eyes were quite large and surprisingly shiny. They had some sort of innocent bewitching gaze from them as they were somehow enhanced by the long eyelashes. Her attire told Sally's gamer intuition that the black one was a gunslinger but also a sword user as she saw a sword and a gun pouch on the side. (Basically It's Female Kirito in Gun Gale Online)

The two looked at them and asked. "So first time?" Sally sat up. "Yep. This is Maple's first time even playing a game like this so she was a little nervous but I think she's happy now." The two turned to see the Shielder smile as she was playing with the bunny that became her familiar as she was now a Level 7.

The two knights laughed a bit before introducing themselves. "Well my name is Asuna and this is Kirito. We're old friends and have been here for a while. We were doing some grinding until we saw a horde of animals charge at two rookies so we decided to help them out."

Sally nodded. "Thanks for the save by the way. I thought we were going to be dog or rabbit food." Kirito giggled. "It's not a problem. And the great news is that you two can head to the Southern Forest and challenge the Wise King of the Forest but don't be fooled by its appearance. It may look cute but trust me. It uses its cuteness to catch others off guard before it kills them. Also there's one thing you need to know about Mini Bosses."

Asuna nodded as she revealed the rules to them. "Should a player be defeated in the Mini Boss battle then they can choose whether to loose their Experience Points they've gained and keep the loot from that dungeon or they lose the loot and keep the experience points. But for the Main Boss if you face him and die fighting him then you lose both experience and loot you had in the dungeon. Trust me it's best you grind up as high as you can before taking on the bosses."

Sally and Maple were shocked before asking. "What Levels are you two?"

Asuna revealed her profile: "I'm a Level 15 and Kirito is a Level 13. She tends to be a bit wary as she hasn't played in a while. Personal Reasons. I don't ask. But if you want, we can form a team and work together to help you two get stronger and ready to fight. How about it?"

Maple smiled as she nodded and shook her hand. "You got a deal Mrs. Asuna." The Shielder smiled as she sent a Friend Request to them both and they accepted them and the four spent some more time training until it was time for them to Log Out.

Maple and Sally smiled and relaxed as they were both excited for tomorrow. "Man that was awesome! We should see if we can beat this Wise King of the Forest tomorrow and can you believe that we got some sweet new gear as well? You were right to ask them for help Kaede." She blushed and smiled. "Oh stop it. I'm blushing."

The two had a small pillow fight before they went downstairs to eat dinner and prepare for tomorrow.

Kirito logged out a while after the two kids did and Asuna walked past the city and made her way to a large city that was in the middle of a plains field where there was an army of Dragon Tooth Skeleton Warriors as they marched around and guarded the city from intruders until they noticed the woman approaching them.

She stopped as the girl flashed a badge to them and the skeletons backed off as they let the girl pass before she continued to make her way to the center of the city. Asuna stopped to see a black haired woman standing in the middle as if she was waiting for her to show up.

"I didn't expect you to show up tonight." The woman looked at the little girl and asked. "Why are you here? My master has already retired for the evening and left me in charge." Asuna glared at her. "I know but I'm curious. He's already past the recommended Level by a lot and has gathered interesting familiars. Why did those rookies get attacked by a mini boss? That quest is only allowed for experienced ones and yet they received it as their first one. How did they get it?"

Semiramis smiled as she sipped from a cup that was in the air next to her before setting it down. "The great part of being a summon is that I can only obey my masters orders and he was the one who wanted this to happen. He knew you and that black Knight would be near them so that's why he ordered me to place give them that quest. And it all worked out in the end did it not?"

Asuna held her rapier at the woman's throat but she didn't flinch as she pushed it away with her finger. "Cute but no dice. If you curious about his intentions then I can tell you this. You should be more wary of who the real boss is and trust me, it isn't the Seven Sins. Now I'm afraid it's time for you to leave."

Asuna lowered her weapon as she left the center before looking at her. "I will find out your true intentions and I won't stop until I learn of what your up to. But I'll pull back. For now that is." She logged out and Semiramis smiled as she giggled at her. "Oh little girl, you have no idea what my master is truly capable of."

She went to the tower and saw Issei on his throne as he twirled seven symbols in the air as he sighed. "It truly is boring having been the only one to win this game." Semiramis giggled as she pulled her master to a relaxing spot in the gardens and laid his head on her lap as she sat on the bench. "There's no reason to worry. I, Semiramis, and the others would be more than happy to make this a much more enjoyable game. Plus you did say that you wished to bring the game into reality didn't you?"

Issei smiled as he looked at the dragon mark in his hand. "Yes. This will be the beginning of a wonderful tale. The tale of the Seven Sins giving humans a chance against the supernatural. Even with the Sacred Gears, the Supernatural easily use them or dispose of them quickly unless I give them a nudge in self defense by bringing the game into reality." He smiled as he looked at the moon and enjoyed its beauty.

"This world is beautiful and it should be shared with everyone but I am not a lone king. A king needs a court and who better than the Seven Deadly Knights of the Round Table. I do wonder who will defeat Alter's favorite Dragon Fafnir?"

The Northern mountains quaked as the black dragon roared as it awaited its challenger while a white haired woman calmed the beast down and stare into the moonlight. And was heard a message in her head which made her smile.

"Looks like this game has only just begun. Let's see who is truly worthy of being the Dragon Sin of Wrath."

The Sin of Wrath Arc Has Only Just Begun.

End!

Finally, I will say this. This is going to be fun as Issei won't be a villain. No! He shall be an Anti Hero. He is Chaotic Neutral. So stay tuned for the Next Chapter.

The Black and White Knight Meet the King.
