Episode 2: License to Chill
Nick pounded the ground hard enough to cause a bit of a shake in the room. This made Doctor Gelee smirk, thinking Nick's aim was lousy.
"I would appreciate it if you let me get back to my work, spies," Gelee remarked.
"Fat chance, buddy boy!" May exclaimed.
"Exactly! That's out of the question, mister snowman!" Mat added.
"You may have forgotten the big thing when it comes to our circle: you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us!" Nozomi emphasized.
"Ooh, I'm scared," Gelee taunted.
"We're not kidding," May quipped. "And that doesn't even count Nick over here. I really think he wants to bean your face in, buddy."
"So, I'd be shaking in my pants if I were you, pal," Alex added.
"Is that a fact, boy?" Gelee taunted, looking at Nick.
"Don't test me, asshole!" Nick growled. "You do not want to know what's happened to certain villains who've sent me over the edge, and I definitely don't think you want to get added to my 'list'."
"Empty threats..." Gelee scoffed. "That's all they are to me..."
"You seriously want to try your luck with that?" Mat wondered. "Don't say we didn't warn ya!"
Clover and Blaine used a Laser Lipstick and Chapstick to make Doctor Gelee "dance" on his feet like the water hose wars the spies had at their beach house over the summer.
"I was HOPING we'd get our rogues' gallery to do this," Clover quipped.
"Yeah, dance, Mr. Ice Freak... dance!" Haruka laughed at Gelee's actions.
May used that as an opportunity to beam Doctor Gelee on his shoulder.
"Advice for heroes, number three," Haruka quipped. "Use some of your fun activities (like this) on your enemies."
"I could get used to hearing that," Bridget commented. "And kudos to you, Clover for using our car wash, slash, water hose war antics on him."
"Can't keep it up for long, though," Blaine pointed out.
"Allow me to help," Klee quipped, taking to the sky and darting forward to rain psychic bolts on Gelee from above. Despite his best efforts to dodge, a few bolts hit Gelee in the chest and knocked him to the ground.
"Good move, Klee!" Alex exclaimed.
"Now, it's my turn!" Nick proclaimed as he charged forward while Gelee was still picking himself up from Klee's attack.
Nick didn't even give Gelee a chance to recover, blasting the mad scientist right in the chest with a super-powerful Final Shine Attack and sending him crashing into a console along the wall.
"I warned you, didn't I?!" Nick growled.
"Hey, I think I see our chance!" Sam proclaimed.
Doctor Gelee reacted quickly and pressed a button on his nearby control panel. An army of henchmen came in on call.
"Déjà vu," Alex quipped.
"No doubt we can still take them," Nick replied.
"And don't leave us out, Nick," Sam quipped as she and Mat stood side-by-side.
"We may be down a couple peeps, but we can still take your mooks, Gelee!" May shouted, spinning her anchor around in her hands to get a few henchmen to back off.
"...wait, where did he go?" Clover asked. Sure enough, Gelee was nowhere to be found, having used the arrival of his henchmen to make his escape.
"You dirty little coward!" Nick shouted. "Ooh, just wait until I find you, then you're dead meat!"
Nick jumped in order to dodge a henchman's attack, then retaliated with a flying kick that sent the mook flying.
"Hey, I can still sense Gelee's thoughts," Klee quipped. "That means he couldn't have gotten too far!"
"Can you all take care of the mooks?" Nick asked. "Klee and I are gonna go after Gelee."
"Just leave it to us, Nick!" Alex proclaimed as she leaped over another mook before soccer-kicking him into a growing pile of mooks.
Nick and Klee quickly made their way down a nearby tunnel that eventually led back outside to the mountains, though this path ran along a rather icy cliffside.
"Okay, that's not inconvenient at all," Nick sighed.
"Let's keep moving, papa," Klee answered. "I'd probably advise against flying around, just in case he sees us from wherever he is."
"Good idea, Klee," Nick replied.
Nick and Klee made their way through the icy cliff area as quickly and quietly as they could, making sure to keep their pace up so they wouldn't lose Gelee.
"You know, I was just looking forward to a nice, relaxing winter vacation, and then this crapola has to happen," Nick sighed.
"That happened a lot in my time, too," Klee giggled. "And how you're acting is exactly how future papa acted about it, too."
"Nice to know some things never change, even far into the future," Nick laughed. "Speaking of which, Klee, did any more of your memories return yet?"
"A few of them, but nothing related to what year I was from," Klee answered. "I'm actually remembering more of my friends from my time, though, so hopefully it won't be too much longer until that last missing puzzle piece clicks into place. I hope everyone's actually worried about me..."
"Knowing you, they're probably worrying their heads off," Nick responded, leaning over to ruffle Klee's hair even through her cap. "That's the proof that you're a good kid."
"Awww, thank you, papa," Klee giggled, jumping up to kiss Nick on the cheek. "Now let's go find Mister Freeze and sock him back to the actual ice age."
Thankfully, it didn't take them too much longer to find Gelee marching through a nearby mound of snow in order to reach his next lair.
"Can we get a tracker on him from this distance?" Nick asked.
"Allow me," Klee stated as she flew into the air, now that they were safe to do so, and tossed a tracker onto Gelee's back which he thankfully didn't notice. "Ummm, papa? Why do the bad guys never notice when we put a tracker on them? You'd think they'd catch on to that by now, right?"
"Hey, that's something I've never actually questioned, as long as it helps us keep tabs on them," Nick quipped. "I really should work on extending the range my psychic radar can cover..."
Nick and Klee continued to be as stealthy as possible, hoping to get the jump on Gelee from behind...
...only to be blocked from doing so by way of a barrage of dark energy blasts falling just in front of them.
"All right, who's the wise guy?!" Klee shouted.
"Do you really need to ask that question, Klee?" Nick asked as he pointed upwards. The source of that attacked turned out to be none other than Corvus, who slowly descended from the sky to face down his opponents.
"We really need to stop meeting like this," Corvus laughed.
"That's exactly what Gelee said to us," Nick shot back. "And in case you couldn't tell by my expressions, I'm in no mood for your bullcrap either, so move it."
"Oh, why so agitated, boy?" Corvus laughed. "I figured we could have some fun before you head off in a different direction."
"You heard my papa, robe boy," Klee taunted. "We're not in any mood for shenanigans right now, so just buzz off or we'll make you!"
"Now that's more like it!" Corvus exclaimed, his hands glowing with dark magic. "Savor your last moments of free will while you can!"
"And there you go again, spouting stupid things," Nick growled. "Does this have something to do with your supposed grand master scheme?!"
"I thought you'd have figured it out by now," Corvus cackled.
"Not when you keep giving us vague hints with nothing to go on!" Klee shouted. "Now, I'm only going to threaten you one last time. Explain yourself this instant!"
"I suppose you deserve that much, at least," Corvus proclaimed. "My followers in the future and myself plan to take control of every single person in your future country and make it so that they only follow my demands. I assume you know what collective consciousness is, right?"
"Yes, I do, and that just means you're even more insane than I thought," Nick growled. "You really think we're all just going to bow down to someone like you?!"
"Oh, but that's the best part," Corvus laughed. "You won't have a choice in the matter when I'm done. I've almost got enough of my own power back to make my own jump back to your time, Klee, so I hope you recover the rest of your memories very soon. You wouldn't want to finally make it back to your time, only to find everyone you know under my thrall, would you?"
("Counter Strike" by Lyn plays)
Klee raised her hand and unleashed a Final Shine Attack straight for Corvus before he could attempt to retreat, blasting him into the nearby cliff wall.
"You're not getting away this time, buddy!" Klee shouted.
Further away, the remaining spies, having just taken care of the mooks, had followed Nick's X-Powder signal and arrived to find Nick and Klee fighting off Corvus.
"Him again?!" Alex exclaimed. "Doesn't mister robe know when to flake off like dandruff?!"
"Regardless, we should probably get over there and help Nick and Klee," Sam stated.
"Yeah, that's definitely a good idea!" May responded as the spies rushed towards the battle that was just getting underway.
The spies made it just as Corvus was about to unleash an attack.
"NOT SO FAST!" May exclaimed and hurled her anchor at Corvus.
To say that Corvus was caught off-guard was a real understatement.
"WHAT?!" Corvus exclaimed and managed to dodge May's anchor just in time.
"You've got a bad habit of appearing whenever we don't want you to, buddy boy!" Mat proclaimed.
"I go where I please, kid," Corvus chuckled. "You're just in the same place as me..."
"Something tells me you're tracking us for reasons we don't know," Nick deduced.
"Rules for villains, number eighty-nine," Haruka quipped. "Don't stay in one place all the time..."
"Ain't THAT an understatement," Clover groaned.
"No doubt," Blaine remarked.
"I wish I wasn't so used to this," Klee added.
"I'm starting to... unfortunately!" Nick proclaimed.
"Now, WE WANT ANSWERS!" May emphasized as she retrieved her trusty anchor.
"Uh-huh," Alex proclaimed. "You TELL US if our future selves are okay, RIGHT NOW!"
"And more importantly, DON'T EVER screw with us since we have two others to save simultaneously!" Nozomi exclaimed.
Corvus just laughed. "I can't help you with EITHER one..."
"Yeah, you will, you son of a bitch!" Mat proclaimed.
"The only thing I'm guaranteeing is that your future selves won't be killed... for now," Corvus sneered.
"You sure as hell know how to ruffle feathers and strike nerves, pal!" Nick growled.
"Then I'm leaving it at that," Corvus sneered again and vanished a second later.
Britney tried firing her Laser Lipstick at Corvus, but she missed.
"Got away again!" Bridget chastised.
"This guy is driving me nuts!" May exclaimed, obviously aggravated.
"Corvus is worse than James Stewart winning races left and right in Supercross this year," Mat commented.
"Still, as much as it stinks, we can't think about Corvus or our future selves yet," Sam told the others. "We got Melissa and Dawn to save!"
"Totally," Clover emphasized. "But I sure as hell wish we knew where to go..."
"Aren't we able to track them by their X-Powders?" Klee wondered.
"I tried, but I'm not getting a reading," Sam told the others. "I'm hoping Doctor Gelee didn't destroy them..."
Nick took another look at Melissa's scarf he found, but he noticed something in particular that either Melissa or Dawn had attached to Melissa's scarf. It was some coordinates.
"Oh my god..." Nick chastised.
"What?" Haruka wondered.
"I think they both told us..." Nick told the others and showed them Melissa's scarf.
Sam and May were the first ones to take a look, and they knew only Jerry and RiCO could tell them. Sam got out her X-Powder immediately; Jerry's visage appeared shortly thereafter.
"How goes the mission, spies?" Jerry asked.
"We had to outrun an avalanche like once before..." Alex chastised.
"But we got out of that, thanks to Bridget," Mat added.
"And we think we have a clue towards Melissa and Dawn's whereabouts," Nick added and showed the coordinates on Melissa's scarf to Jerry.
"Let's see..." Jerry quipped as he ran his computer back in his office. "This appears to be somewhere further down the mountains."
"How many freakin' lairs does Gelee have?!" Clover exclaimed.
"I don't care how many he has, I'll trash every single one of them if I've gotta," Nick proclaimed.
"Spies, we also have a problem," RiCO added. "My sensors are picking up Corvus' whereabouts near the resort lodge... but Kana is safe for now."
"Uh-oh..." Sam and Mat chastised together.
"Now what?!" Clover exclaimed. "Kana's gonna be in trouble sooner or later most likely!"
"I'll handle that one," Klee replied, her aura flaring to life around her. "I've still got a few bones to pick with mister cloak boy, after all. The rest of you just get to those coordinates so you can save Dawn and Melissa!"
Klee floated into the air a bit before flying back towards Resort Ridge.
"That just leaves us," Sam stated. "Let's head towards those coordinates, quickly!"
Just to get there faster, the spies all pulled out Head For Cover Hoverboards and used them to snowboard down the slopes that led to their destination.
"Still got the moves!" May exclaimed as she leaped over a bump in the path while spinning around.
"Okay, now you're just styling, May," Nick laughed.
"Hey, gotta rub it in Souji's face somehow, right?" May giggled.
Nick glanced down the mountain as they all continued to snowboard, hoping that Dawn and Melissa were safe.
Please be okay, you two, Nick thought. I'm coming to the rescue.
Thankfully, at the speed they were going, it only took about five minutes of snowboarding to reach the location of the mysterious coordinates.
"...okay, was this what anyone was expecting?" Alex asked once they were able to get a good look at the area.
"Definitely not," Nozomi admitted.
The area in question appeared to be some kind of ship graveyard, with the wreckage of various different kinds of ships strewn about, inadvertently forming many winding pathways around the area.
"No wonder no one normally goes here," Clover stated. "This place is a mess!"
"On the other hand, it makes a perfect hiding spot for a frozen psychopath," Nick replied. "Let's look around and see if we can find a way into Gelee's lair."
No sooner did Alex take a couple steps forward than the dock she was walking on gave way, but May quickly pulled her back to keep her from falling into the freezing water.
"Oof, thanks for the save, May," Alex quipped. "I would not want to fall into the freezing water that's also full of sharp objects..."
"Looks like we're probably not gonna be hoofing it here," Sam answered. "A lot of these structures look like they'll collapse at any second just by stepping on them."
Nick floated upwards, projecting his psychic radar outwards in hopes of finding a clue to Melissa and Dawn's whereabouts.
"Any sign of anything, Nick?" Bridget asked.
"I'm picking up some thoughts deeper underneath all of these wrecked ships," Nick replied. "Gelee's lair must be somewhere underneath this place."
Nick flew around what he decided to call the "Sunken Shipyard" in search of a way into the lair, and he eventually found one in the form of a ship's mast collapsing the instant he even touched it to reveal a doorway underground.
"Convenient," Haruka quipped.
"Well, deeper into hell we go, it seems," Mat proclaimed.
This lair appeared to be much like the other ones, only with a few more data screens that seemed to be displaying a progress bar for a complex-looking machine.
"You think it's his big plan?" Britney asked.
"No doubt about that," Sam replied, taking a few more pictures with her X-Powder.
"There's still no signal from Dawn and Melissa," Haruka quipped as she checked her own X-Powder. "Can you sense their thoughts, Nick?"
"Yeah, it's very faint, but I can sense them nearby," Nick responded. "Let's get moving, everyone!"
Upon reaching the main control room of the lair, Nick noticed two things about this place.
One, both Dawn and Melissa were at the corner of the room, still frozen in blocks of ice.
Two, Doctor Gelee was approaching them both with a dangerous glint in his eyes that made Nick want to fly off the handle.
"Well, my lovelies, it won't be much longer before the Winterizer is complete," Gelee proclaimed. "Humanity had its chance, you know. Better to just wipe the slate clean and start over. And what better do-over than for me to rule this frozen world, with the two of you as my queens? Ooh, the fun we'll have..."
Nick glanced back at the other spies, the look on his face broadcasting that he wanted to break something right now.
"All right, Nick, go nuts," Sam stated.
Gelee reached for the frozen Melissa, only to find himself being blasted backwards into the nearby wall by Nick's Final Shine Attack.
"You touch either of them with those greasy hands, Gelee, and I swear you'll lose those hands!" Nick growled.
"You certainly are stubborn, aren't you?" Gelee responded as he picked himself up and grabbed his freeze cannon from off of his back. "I don't know how many times I need to say this, boy, but your efforts are absolutely futile. When humanity is culled, my Winter Queens and I will repopulate this world so that only the worthy may inherit it."
Gelee aimed his freeze cannon towards Nick, but he charged forward, formed a psychic blade on his hand, then slashed forward with it, slicing the freeze cannon clean in half.
Before Gelee could even comprehend what had just happened, Nick slammed Gelee back into the wall with a psychic pulse, then rushed forward and aimed his psychic blade for Gelee's neck.
"You're out of your freakin' mind if you think I'm going to let you lay your mitts on my family," Nick snarled. "And in case you missed the memo, screwing around with my family is an extreme line crosser."
Nick slammed his free palm into Gelee's chest, creating a ring of psychic energy that bound him to the wall so that Nick could rush to the opposite side of the room to free Dawn and Melissa.
Remembering what he'd done to get Wink Weatherdale off of him, Nick put each hand on one of the ice blocks and focused his psychic powers to heat up the blocks enough to eventually melt them and set Dawn and Melissa free.
"Ugh... my head hurts..." Dawn groaned. "Why do I feel like a popsicle or that one Scooby-Doo caveman?"
"I feel more like that time Nick accidentally dunked me into a snowdrift," Melissa admitted.
"Oh, you had to bring that up," Nick teased. But sure enough, his emotions got the better of him and he jumped forward to hug both Melissa and Dawn.
"H-Hey, everything all right, Nick?" Melissa asked as Nick placed his hands on their backs, using his psychic powers to warm both her and Dawn up.
"It's just... the things Gelee said he was going to do to you... or possibly with you... it got me so mad..." Nick answered.
"Well, you don't have to worry about us," Dawn replied. "We'd never settle for a four-bit ripoff of Mister Freeze, and that's just fact."
Nick let a few tears fall, happy that his sister and cousin were going to be all right.
Just then, Gelee fell to the floor, as the psychic ring binding him to the wall had dissipated. (Nick had only meant for it to be a short hold so he could rescue Melissa and Dawn.)
"Remember what I said, boy?" Gelee cackled. "Those two girls are going to be my queens, no matter what you want. You'll have to take them over my cold, dead body."
"And what was it that I said?" Nick shot back, Dawn and Melissa shifting into fighting stances by his side. "If that's the way you want it, I can arrange that no problem."
"We'll take this one, you guys," Melissa stated.
"Are you two gonna be all right?" Blaine asked. "I mean, you were frozen for who knows how long..."
"Nick warmed us up enough, so we can handle it," Dawn responded before turning back towards Gelee. "We're not your trophy wives to put on display, Gelee!"
"And if you thought having an angry psychic on your keester is bad enough, now try adding his family on top of it," Melissa taunted.
"I warned you what would happen if you went too far, Gelee," Nick proclaimed, his aura flaring to life around him. "And lo and behold, you refused to listen. So I hope you're ready to get thumped into the floor!"
"Getting 'thumped' is unlikely to happen," Gelee taunted at Nick.
"You seriously think you're gonna walk away from this?!" Haruka scoffed. "Rules for villains, number seventy: cockiness is contagious."
"That's a good one," Mat commented.
"And a total understatement!" Alex chastised.
"I say it's time we branded him to be crazy cold-hearted kook of all time he wants so badly!" Britney quipped.
"I couldn't have said it better myself," May remarked.
"You don't even wanna KNOW how many lines you've crossed, Gelee!" Sam exclaimed.
"Crossed lines to victory!" Gelee cackled, obviously overconfident.
"Ah, shut up!" Clover exclaimed and attacked Gelee first.
"I'm siding with Clover here," Melissa exclaimed.
"Let us get back at him," Dawn added.
"You two sure?" Bridget wondered.
"Believe us, we are dead serious!" Melissa exclaimed.
"Then you're gonna need some extra help," Nozomi emphasized.
"We're not gonna say no," Dawn quipped.
The spies had agreed to split up and head back to Resort Ridge to save Kana from possible trouble and assist Klee in the matter.
"I'll join in the help," Blaine volunteered.
"Same goes," Clover remarked, vowing to work together with Blaine no matter what.
Considering that the spy team was now up to fourteen people (fifteen counting Kana), and Melissa, Dawn, Clover, and Blaine were volunteering to take on Doctor Gelee, three more stepped forward.
"You're answering to me, too," Haruka stated.
"And me," Nozomi added.
"Add me to the list, too!" May exclaimed.
"Even more fulfilling for me," Gelee sneered.
"You sure about that?" Nick remarked and gave Gelee a parting psychic shot.
The shot was a direct hit, and Gelee landed on his back.
"Call that a prelude, pal," Clover stated.
"A prelude to my victory, you mean!" Gelee laughed as he pressed a button on the nearby console to aim another freeze ray for the spies. Nozomi quickly stepped forward and opened her All-Weather Umbrella to protect the group from the freeze blast.
"Keep trying, buddy," Nozomi laughed.
Gelee snatched another freeze ray gun from off the nearby wall and began firing it all over the room, coating everything it touched in ice and forcing the spies to stay on the move.
During all of this, Dawn and Melissa slipped through another blast and moved to either side of Gelee before clocking him from both sides with a vicious right hook.
Not content with just that, however, Dawn and Melissa began punching and kicking Gelee in perfect sync, landing five hits before sending Gelee into the air with a rising snap kick, then jumping after him and smashing him back to the ground with a two-fisted overhead slam attack.
"You gonna give it up?!" Dawn exclaimed.
"Or would you rather get bonked by my anchor?" May taunted. "Because I'll totally do it, too."
Gelee stood there for a second, weighing his options, until he heard a series of beeps from his main console. Knowing what that meant, Gelee smiled evilly.
"And what exactly is so funny?!" Melissa shouted.
"Those beeps mean that the Winterizer is complete," Gelee laughed. "And that means I can begin the process of freezing this planet over. Which also means that I must bid you wretches farewell. Next time we meet, it'll be when you're in your icy hell."
Gelee retreated quickly, firing his freeze gun to create a large ice wall to block his escape tunnel.
"Of course he'd invoke rule twelve!" Haruka proclaimed even as May ran up to the ice wall and continually bashed at it with her anchor, eventually breaking enough of the ice to create a pathway for the spies to exit.
"Come on, everyone, let's head him off at the pass!" May exclaimed.
Meanwhile, the remaining spies had gotten back to the Resort Ridge to assist Klee dealing with Corvus.
("Gone, Gone, Gone" by Phillip Phillips plays)
"I sure hope Kana's okay," Britney stated.
"Uh-huh," Sam added. "That's our daughter for sure!"
Nick ran a psychic scan back at the ski resort.
"I don't sense any distress from her, thankfully," Nick answered.
"I hope Klee's holding on," Sam replied, a little tense and nervous.
The spies got to the lobby to see Klee giving chase to Corvus.
"Let us help," Alex remarked and even tripped up Corvus.
Klee managed to get Corvus trapped with her own psychic hold.
"If only it was that easy," Mat commented.
"Thank you, mama," Klee quipped.
"Klee, is Kana okay?" Sam asked.
"She's fine," Klee answered. "I got to Kana just in time before Corvus could even think about anything."
"Now start talking, asshole!" Nick shouted.
"I believe I already told you what I'm planning," Corvus laughed. "I don't think I need to repeat myself."
"Not about that, jerk dip," Klee shot back. "I want a motive, a reason why you're trying to put everyone in my time under your control! It can't just be because you want to!"
"In that, you would be correct," Corvus chuckled. "Answer me this, little Klee. Have you seen the direction that society is heading? The environment that creates all of the 'villains' you and your cabal of spies fight on what seems like a daily basis?"
"Can you start making sense, robe boy?" Alex taunted.
"All the madness, all the suffering, it creates these villains, and then the 'good guys' head out to stop them, but then the villains cook up a new scheme, and the cycle repeats anew, for what seems like forever. Have you ever thought that you spies are just as much a part of the problem as they are?" Corvus explained.
"Okay, I'm going to have to stop you right there, buddy," Nick shot back. "The way you word it makes it sound like you're doing the world a favor, but your actions really make you no better than the criminals and bad guys we swore to stop."
Nick stepped closer to Corvus. "And you wanna know why I think that?" Nick proclaimed. "Because you're sounding almost exactly like that evil version of me we encountered in that other dimension. He told me the same stupid nonsense about 'cleansing this world of evil' when all he was really doing was enforcing his twisted will on the world no matter what anyone else thought."
Nick aimed his now-glowing right hand for Corvus. "And that sounds like the words of a would-be tyrant instead of someone who wants to stop evil," Nick growled. "What do you have to say to that, Corvus?!"
"I say you're smarter than I initially believed you to be," Corvus laughed, his body glowing with dark energy. Before Nick or Klee could make a move to stop him, Corvus broke free of Klee's psychic hold via a dark shockwave and retreated outside.
"Get back here, freak show!" Klee exclaimed as she and Nick chased after Corvus while the rest of the spies moved to check on Kana.
"Everything okay, Kana?" Sam asked.
"Yup!" Kana giggled. "Klee came just in time to drive off mister creepy!"
"That's a good sign," Mat sighed as he and Sam both hugged Kana.
"Here's hoping the others are doing okay with Mister Freeze," Britney responded just as Nick and Klee walked back in.
"Did you take care of Corvus?" Bridget asked.
"He chickened out on us again," Klee sighed. "Hopefully that'll be the last time we deal with him until we can head back to my time and put him away for good."
"At least now we know what his master plan is," Nick quipped. "It'll make it all the more satisfying when we can scuttle it."
"I'm just hoping the rest of my memories come back by then," Klee stated.
Just then, Nick quickly turned around, having sensed something ominous.
"W-what's wrong, Nick?" Alex wondered.
"...there's trouble approaching," Nick responded.
To be continued...
On the next episode...
Nozomi: Okay, what exactly is this "Winterizer" thing Gelee was blabbing about?
May: Maybe it's that thing?!
Haruka: Whoa, that's a pretty slick-looking robot.
Melissa: Haruka, focus! Now's not the time to admire the thing we probably need to destroy!
Haruka: Hey, I'll give credit where credit's due.
Gelee: Behold, the instrument of this world's new ice age! My incredible Winterizer will spell your endothermic doom!
May: How about you just shut your yap so we can beat you down?!
Bridget: Well, readers, we've got an alien-looking robot to trash and a mad scientist to topple! Don't slip on your way to the final act of Totally Spies: Stay Frosty, "Into the Deep Freeze"!
Nick: ...huh. No pun. I guess the scriptwriter wanted to chill and OH FOR THE LOVE OF MIKE
