Chapter 2: Realization

Tae woked up resting her head on Kondo's chiseled chest. She sat up and stared at her partner. They slept without a blanket on and their bodies almost resting on the floor as the futon not properly laid out anymore. Her eyes roamed on his body. He was naked a lot of times but she didn't appreciate his sexiness until today. Then her eyes suddenly rests on his private. It stood still. She knew some boys have this "morning wood". She wonders how that big thing fit inside her. She remembers every little detail happen last night and her breathe suddenly became heavy. She decided to act on it before she finally gave in. She went straight to the bathroom to freshen up. After that she went inside their shared bedroom. As soon as she dropped her towel, Kondo woke up.

"Ah Kondo-san...Ohayo", she greeted him while naked. She doesn't show inhibitions anymore and proceeds to look for her kimono. Kondo watched his partner getting dressed up. He noticed his morning wood and touched it. He's controlling himself not to rip his partner's dress. Instead he greeted her back.

"Quick. Help me cook some breakfast." And just like their usual morning before their lovemaking happened, Kondo proceeds to teach Tae how to cook. As they finished setting up plates and dishes onto the table, Shinpachi came out. Tae suddenly became quiet and Shinpachi's cold aura says it all. He sat infront of them. Tae decided to be honest with him. After the intense breakfast, Kondo left to arrange some things at the headquarters and Tae followed Shinchan to the kitchen, "Shinchan...I"

"You slept with him..." Shinpachi finished her sentence. Tae froze. "Am I right Aneue? You slept with Kondo-san last night."

Tae's eyes dropped to the floor, "Yes Shinchan I slept with Kondo-san last night".

"Do you have feelings for him?"

"Yes..."

"Ah...I see..."

"I've missed him Shinchan! Then this war, this house,Gin and Kagura leaving us. I'm happy when Kondo returning to us just to leave us again forever...I got overwhelmed with these emotions that I threw it all out to him. I want to forget everything and somehow I melt in his arms last night."

"You're aware that he's getting married right?"

"I'm not stupid..."

"You just did that to the extent of giving yourself to him?! Somehow it seems that you're right. You do have feelings for him by the sounds you're making last night. Edo is changing and I got that but Aneue I'm not ready for you to get married...I just didn't expect you'll give in to Kondo-san, out of all people. You did forget he was your stalker. I know he's changed and he's doing everything. I trust him but all I know is he should take responsibility of you. He should come up with a plan to stop the wedding."

"No worries Shinchan,his subordinates will never leave him."

"Do whatever you want with him Aneue .I dont care anymore it's your life. I just don't like to see you cry." Then he left.

Tae finally decided to help Kondo in his upcoming wedding.

In the Shinsenggumi headquarters, Kondo was thinking how he could face Shinpachi. He wonders what if he will not come home tonight. Tae confessed last night that she misses him and doesn't actually want to leave her for good. She loves him but he's a samurai with duty comes first. He sat up and decided to cherish the last 4 days with her. He went to a nearest store and bought something. He went home and saw the younger Shimura went to his bed to sleep. He went to the other side and saw nothing. He searched the whole Kodoukan dojo until he heard something in a shower. He went inside and saw Tae putting body soap all over her body. He dropped everything not making a sound and hugged her from behind. Tae looked at hIm in shock but didn't say anything as Kondo proceeds to roam his hands on her slimy body. Tae began to breathe heavily as he massaged her everywhere.

"Otae-san...can we make love everyday before I leave?" His question answered the question in her mind. She faced him and smiled, "Yes...we should".

Kondo's smile widened then he knelt in front of her and kissed her down there. Tae began to moan and pulled his hair avoiding to slip as they were now both covered in soap. "yeah...I'm sure...Its been a long time I've never seen you...so much relief that you don't up dead and you return to us. I'm happy then you got to marry to another gorilla when I'm right here. That's why I'm crying. That's the reason I melt with you last night. "

Tae blushed and cannot even look straight to Kondo's eyes.."I--I love you Kondo-san..."Its her first time to say those three words and didn't expect that it would be for her former stalker.

Kondo carefully lay her body on the bathtub (they were on a bathtub actually) and both started kissing passionately. The soap added fire to their lovemaking. Kondo decided to open the shower and open her legs. Tae helped him by holding her feet upwards. Her one hand still holding the used condom.

"I'm ready Kondo-san..."

Those words turned him on, "We'll create our child right here right now Otae-san...right in this bath tub". Then as usual they become as One again and proceed to their love making. Tae never knew what she got until its gone and now she's having a second chance to spend some time with him, she doesn't regret making love to him and bearing his child someday. She matched his quick pace as her mind filled with the thought that she is now creating a baby with the Shinsenggumi commander. What they're doing right now on the bath tub will be her future family. Kondo was glad to see that Otae can now match her movements with him in terms of speed. He thought Otae was really eager to bear his child.
