Hello everyone. This is an announcement; please leave a comment on my stories to let me know what you think. Except troll comments. Those are not allowed. But, without further ado. Let's begin. Also, there's a continuity error. It WAS an Earth traveler spell, NOT an inter-dimensional spell. also, there is a surprise in terms of the dark signers. Because in this story, Grieger isn't going to be one. One of the female characters from Helluva Boss/Hazbin Hotel is. Who is it? Well let's say it would SUCK for you to find out so early. I don't own either Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss.
Chapter 2
My name is Octavia
Octavia POV
As I sat down on a chair, Yusei, two twins with aquamarine hair (Leo and Luna), a buff guy with the hair of the Statue of Liberty (Tanner), an old guy (Tenzen) and some guy with stubble on his face (Blister) heard my whole story front start to finish.
"And then I kick a guy in the face, ran off and this happens" I said. The made some of them gasp.
"So, you ran away from home because your parents were having a fight because your dad slept with a hired assassin?" Asked Tanner.
"Yes", I said. "And you make it sound so simple".
"I'm surprised that your parents didn't get divorced from that affair" said Blister.
"What's an affair?" Asked Leo. God, that kid is fucking innocent.
"Pray that you never find out" I said.
"Haven't you tried talking to them?" Asked Tenzen.
"You think my angry, British mother is going to listen to her 17-yr-old emo daughter?" Asked Octavia.
"She does sound rather unreasonable" said Luna.
"You don't know the half of it" I said. God, fucking damn it. It's hard not to swear in front of those kids.
"So, what do we do now?" I asked. I then heard sirens outside. It was the police and they were being lead by a guy who had a scar under his left eye.
"Who's that guy?" I asked.
"Our ride" said Yusei.
"Alright Yusei, I got your message!", the scarred one shouted into a megaphone. "Now get your deck and get down here! I'm not gonna wait all day because we're teaming up temporarily teaming up! Okay!".
"That guy is your protection?" I asked.
"You took the words right out of my mouth" said Tanner.
"I have no choice", said Yusei. "If he gets me to Goodwin, we might just have to call Trudge one of the good guys".
"I don't mean to sound like a buzzkill", said Octavia. "But it doesn't seem like the two of you are on good terms".
"We might not be on good terms, but he's the only one who can get me to Goodwin" said Yusei.
"So what do I do?" Asked Octavia.
"You come with me", said Yusei. "The rest of you stay here". That, kinda scared me.
"Wait, you want me to come with you?" I asked.
"Yes", said Yusei. "After my duel with that shadow drone, my mark kept glowing. I then saw the cops talking about the Domino Owl Lady and one of them had a large feather in his hands. Yet, the closer I got to them, the brighter my mark was glowing".
"This mark wouldn't look like a dragon's tail, would it?" I asked. This shocked Yusei. How did she know about the crimson dragon.
"How do you know about the Crimson Dragon?" Asked Yusei.
"I'll explain when we get to meet this Goodwin dickhead" I said.
"Hey", said Tanner as he and Blister covered Luna and Leo's ears. "Language. There are kids present".
"Sorry, couldn't hold it in anymore" I said. Me and Yusei made our way to meet this 'Trudge' asshole. We then made it to the front door.
"You got a lot of nerve keeping me waiting you-". Trudge then stopped when he saw me.
"Well, what do ya know", said Trudge. "I guess Billy was right, the Domino Owl Lady is real".
"Seriously?", I said. "What. The. Fuck".
"And she's got a foul mouth as well", said Trudge. "Heh. Fowl, I'm funny".
"Yeah, like viruka", I sighed. "Anyway, which one of you was the one that pluck my tail feather?".
"That would be Kevin" said Trudge.
"Could I speak to Kevin please?" I asked.
"Kevin", Trudge called. "This owl wants to speak to you". Oh of the officers came towards me.
"You wanted to talk to me?" Asked Kevin. I then kicked him in the dick. He screeched a bit as he fell to the floor cupping his balls.
"THAT'S for pull out one of my feathers" I said. I stomped away and got in one of the patrol cars.
"You know", groaned Kevin. "In retrospect, I kinda deserved that".
POV end.
As they drove through the city. Yusei kept thinking about something. 'This seems rather strange', he though. 'First some guy with a spider mark challenges me to a duel with a negative level synchro monster and know I'm talking to an owl girl who knows about the Crimson Dragon. What is going on?'.
Octavia POV
We arrived at some kind of large building and we were then directed into another room where we were told to wait for Goodwin. Then that Trudge guy came along with a guy who looked liked a clown, who I later found out his name was Lazar. He then sent that Trudge bastard to fetch someone called Jack Atlas. We then arrived at some unfinished bridge where some guy in a blue-grey suit with long grey hair was waiting for is. I'm only assuming that this is that Rex Goodwin guy.
"How do you like the bridge?" He asked.
"It's a bridge, so what?" I asked.
"Well, did you know that it was going to connect the satellite to Domino city?" Rex asked.
"So why was it never finished?" Yusei asked. Rex then frowned at this.
"I'm glad you asked", he said. "If the construction had been finished, the evil beneath the satellite would have easy access to my city".
"But what about the people trapped in the satellite?" Asked Yusei.
"They be enveloped in eternal darkness" said Rex. "That is, unless someone can save them".
"And that someone is the signers right?" I asked. Rex looked me when he heard this.
"Have you heard of this before?" He asked curiously.
"That's what I was wondering as well", said Yusei. "She also knows about the Crimson Dragon".
"My, what a turn of events", said Rex. "Tell me ma'am. What is your name?".
"Octavia Goitia" I replied.
"Well then, Ms. Goitia", said Rex. "How do you know of the Crimson Dragon?".
"My dad used to tell it to me as bedtime story every night when I was younger", I said. "He told me that God and Lucifer once teamed up to stop seven embodiments of the seven sins that were created from the seven princes of hell that were to be used as weapons, but ended up turning on them. So, God sent down a giant crimson dragon that split itself up into five smaller dragons and they were used to defeat these creatures. But not before they took one of the dragons hostage".
"You are quite intelligent in knowing so much detail" said Rex.
"I'm a 'smart little owl' as my father puts it" I said.
"So where you come from", said Yusei. "The Crimson Dragon is a bed time story?".
"That's pretty much it", I said. "I'm just confused as to why you, Rex, haven't freaked the fuck out by the fact that you're talking to someone like me?" .
"In this crazy world of ours, anything is possible" said Rex.
"So what's the plan?" Asked Yusei.
"I want you, Yusei, to go back to the satellite", said Rex. "Ms. Goitia, on the other hand, will come with me back to my office".
"You try anything funny with me, and not even the fucking Crimson Dragon will save you" I said with a growl.
"I can assure you, I won't" said Rex. Then a sector security aircraft arrived with Yusei's motorcycle, which I later found out was called a Duel Runner and went to the satellite.
A limo appeared for Rex and myself and he asked me what I was doing in New Domino city. I then told him about my 'home troubles'.
"Well, I'm, sorry to hear that" he replied.
"Well, don't be", I said. "It's my problem, not yours. Also, I haven't even had a family meal without my mother and father shouting at each other".
"Believe me, I know how you feel", said Rex. "My mother and father didn't get along that well either. Especially after me and my brother turned 16".
"Soooooooo, why did you wanna talk to me?" I asked.
"I want to know more about this story your father told you", answered Rex. "Did he say anything about what happens should they return?".
"Should they return, then all three realms will have their barriers broken", I said. "If that was to happen. Heaven, Hell and Earth would suffer a great catastrophe".
"I see, and what is this catastrophe?" He asked as he took a sip from a glass of wine.
"The end of creation" I said. Rex almost spat his wine out in shock.
"I see", he said placing his glass down. "Octavia, I have something to give you". He pressed a button on his door and a table appeared in front of us. On it was deck and a wristwatch-like device called a 'duel disk'.
"You will need these if you are going to fight against these creatures" said Rex. I was a little taken aback by this.
"Whoa, you want me to fight things that even the seven princes of hell had a trouble beating?", I asked. "You must think I'm either crazy or stupid!".
"I think that you are neither", said Rex. "But, with your knowledge, I know that it could be a turning point for us in this war". The limo then stopped, the driver opened the door and we both walked out, with me wearing my new duel disk with my new deck inserted.
"A sewer pipe?" I asked.
"This pipe will allow you to travel to the satellite", said Rex. "There are too many people who saw you to risk it. So, the best place for you to travel there is through here".
"Oh well", I said. "Guess I'm going to save the world". I then walked through the sewer. I hated the smell, but I hated loosing my home even more.
"Good luck Octavia", called Rex. "You might just be our only hope".
