An Ultimate Betrayal-Ch 2
As the two people in the small black car watched as the couple strolled up the sidewalk and through the front door of the restaurant the driver gripped the steering wheel tight. The passenger looked at him and said, "now what"?, the driver smiled and said, "now we pay Dereks abode a little visit and leave him with a little something to talk about" and both men laughed as the car started and pulled out into traffic.
Derek smiled as he pulled out Penelopes chair, she kissed his cheek and said, "thank you so much, you are always the gentleman aren't you sug"?, Derek said, "only for you baby girl, only for you". After plopping down beside her he said, "any idea on what you want"?, she tapped her finger to her chin and said, "ohhhh the pasta medley sounds good".
He said, "yeah it does, ohhhh but that steak is calling my name", she laughed and said, "my man likes meat", Derek growled and kissed her lips and said, "is their any way we can skip dinner and go back to my place for dessert"?, she ran her finger down his chest and said, "the sooner we eat dinner, the sooner we can head back to your place".
Derek said, "point taken" and motioned for the waitress, she smiled and said, "my name is Suzy and I'll be your waitress tonight" and the couple smiled. She said, "what can I get you to drink"?, Penelope said, "I think I'll have an ice tea please".
Suzy said, "ice tea for the lady and for you sir"?, Derek said, "I'll have a lemonade", she said, "alright and for your meal"?, Penelope said, "I'd like the pasta medley please". Derek said, "and I'll have a ribeye medium rare with a baked potato please", Suzy said, "would you like butter and sour cream with that sir"?, he said, "yes please".
She took their menus and said, "I'll be right back with your drinks", as they watched her walk away Derek intertwined fingers with Penelope and said, "you look so amazing tonight". Penelope said, "awwwww thank you sweetie", Derek licked his lips and said, "I can't wait to see that dress your wearing puddling at your feet when we get back to my place".
Penelope laughed and said, "is that so"?, Derek brought her hand to his lips and kissed it and said, "yes mam that is so, that is definitely so" causing her to grin. Suzy smiled as she placed their drinks in front of them she then stepped back and said, "I'll be back in a few minutes with your food" before she walked away and headed back toward the kitchen.
A few minutes later Derek and Penelope were enjoying their meal and conversation about their plans for this years summer vacation. About an hour later the happy couple were walking arm-in-arm toward Dereks truck, he opened the door for her and kissed her lips and growled as she slid into the seat.
The ride back to his place didn't take long and soon they were walking up the steps and onto his beautiful front porch, she stood looking around with a huge smile on her face while he opened the door and pushed it open. The smile fell as they stepped inside and saw that his house had been trashed.
Derek said, "what the hell happened" as they walked around looking at the complete and total devastation that was now his home. Penelope said, "ohhhh hotstuff, who would do this, who would destroy your beautiful home like this"?, Derek said, "it's hard to tell momma, hard to tell".
Penelope glanced around the room and said, "oh my God", Derek said, "what"? and turned to see her pointing to the red writing on the wall. Derek read "HOW LONG WILL YOU BE ABLE TO KEEP HER DEREK", he pulled out his cell and said, "whoever did this is gonna pay, they're gonna pay" he then dialed 911 while Penelope pulled out her cell and called Hotch.
It was only a matter of a few minutes before Hotch and the rest of the team were walking through his front door, Dave whistled and said, "wow, somebody did a job on your house". Reid said, "have you checked every room, are they all like this"?, Derek nodded his head and said, "every room is destroyed like this one".
JJ looked at the wall and said, "how long will you be able to keep her"?, she glanced at Penelope and said, "so somebody breaks into Dereks house and trashes it and to make matter worse they are taunting him about Penelope". Emily said, "so chances are whoever is doing this is either jealous Derek has Penelope or they want her for themselves".
Reid and Hotch looked at each other and said in unison, "OR BOTH", Derek wrapped his arms around Penelope and kissed the top of her head and said, "don't worry baby girl, no matter what we have to do we'll keep you safe". She wrapped her arms around him and buried her head in his chest as he repeated, "we'll keep you safe".
Meanwhile up the street the two men sit laughing and the passenger said, "well I think phase one was a huge success don't you"?, the driver smiled and said, "that it was my friend, that it was". He then laughed again as he started his car and headed down a side street as they continued making plans on when to start the next phase of their plan.
