Hello everybody! here is part 2 of 'theL3monTart''s story.

*once again, I do NOT own 'Danny Phantom' or 'The fairly OddParents'

Chapter 2

Danny had just stopped another ghost attack and was on his way home, flying at breakneck speed. He prayed that his parents had not yet barged into his room to wake him up with another Birthday surprise, just like they did every morning on this day of year. Though he guessed it couldn't be called a 'surprise' anymore since he knew exactly what they were going to do.

It was the usual: his father jumping onto the bed like a little kid, almost crushing Danny under his monstrous weight (fudge is not exactly the healthiest thing to eat), while his mother and sister smiled brightly and enveloped him in a bone crushing hug.

Danny usually didn't like mushy stuff like hugging, (which boy ever does?) but today he always made an exception. And though he refused to admit it, he enjoyed the feeling of being surrounded by the ones he loved. They made him feel… safe. And seemed to chase away all his worries and stress accumulated from all the ghost hunting, school and life in general. Compared to other kids his age, Danny knew he had overenthusiastic, slightly eccentric parents and a way too overprotective and psychoanalyzing sister, but he loved them all the same.

He wouldn't change them for the world.

Danny shook his head to clear his thoughts. 'Since when have I gotten so mushy?' he thought to himself.

He couldn't help but wonder though…

What if his parents ever found out about his ghost half? Would they still feel the same way? What if they considered him ectoplasmic scum and continued to hunt him down until eventually…

No. Not today. He could not think about such depressing things today. Today was supposed to be a happy day. It was his special day, and nothing was going to ruin it for him.

Except maybe the ghosts. They always ruined everything. Well, the bad ones did anyway. Danny prayed they wouldn't give him too much trouble, but when have they ever not given him trouble?

Danny phased through his bedroom ceiling right above his bed and transformed back into Danny Fenton, still wearing his pajamas. He quickly dove under the covers and feigned sleep, waiting in anticipation for his parents to burst into his room at any second.

Danny waited.

And waited….

And waited some more.

The longer Danny waited, the more confused he grew. He poked his head out from under his sheets and peeked at his alarm clock. 'It's 9am! They usually rush in here about 8:30am. What's taking them so long?' the halfa thought.

'Maybe I should check out what's going on. Maybe they overslept or something.' Danny pushed off the covers and was about to hop out of bed when he heard a soft knock on the door.

"Umm.. come in?" Danny answered uncertainly.

That was weird... his parents never knocked. Even on normal days. They usually just barged in, threatening to tear the door off his hinges and give him a near heart attack in the process.

The door slid open slowly with a soft creak, as Maddie and Jack made their way soundlessly into Danny's room. A look of worry and nervousness replaced their usual happy, carefree smiles.

"Hi mom. Dad. Is something wrong?" Danny frowned.

His mother and father came to rest on his bed and let out simultaneous sighs.

"Danny.." his mother began. The brims of her eyes were beginning to wet with tears. "There's something we need to tell you."

For a second, Danny froze with fear. Did his parents finally find out he was half-ghost? Is that why there were so upset? What was he going to do? At least it looked like they weren't about to capture or start shooting at him just yet.

His mother reached over to placed her slender hand onto Danny's thigh. Danny stiffened. "Honey.. I know this is going to be hard for you to take in.."

Huh? Oh.. so his parents still hadn't discovered his secret yet. Otherwise, why would he be the one finding it hard to take in? Obviously he would know if he was half-ghost.

Danny let loose a small sigh of relief, which went unnoticed by his parents. He shook his head and continued to listen to his mother.

"..but your turning 15 today and we thought it was time to let you know." She finished. A single tear escaped her amethyst eyes.

Danny was taken aback. His mother never cried. Not unless she was very, very upset. Whatever was happening, it must be really important.

Danny placed his hand over his mom's and squeezed her hand. "What's wrong? What is it I need to know?"

Maddie turned to Jack for help. She didn't think she could say another word without bursting into tears. Jack wrapped his arms around his wife's shoulders in comfort before looking at Danny with sad-filled eyes.

"Son... we're not your real parents."

. . . .

What?

"Wha.. what do you mean you're not my real parents!? Am I adopted?" Danny asked stunned, his eyes wide with shock as his brain tried desperately to process the situation.

"Not exactly." His father answered, making the halfa even more confused.

"You see," Jack continued. "about 10 years ago, on this very day in fact, we found you in a weird space-ship looking thing while we were walking through the park looking for ghosts. At first we thought you were some kind of alien or something, but you looked so human we couldn't believe it. We took you home and checked you over; ran some DNA tests, X-rays, all sorts of other tests but found nothing inhuman about you."

Danny snorted internally. 'Do any of those tests now and you wouldn't get the same results.' he thought briefly. Danny shook himself out of his thoughts, 'Focus, idiot!' he scolded himself.

By now, Maddie was crying softly beside her husband, who continued speaking."We have no idea how you got there, Danny, or who your real parents are, but we decided to take you in as our own." Jack smiled sadly. "And we just wanted to let you know son, that no matter what, we love you."

Maddie nodded her head furiously while trying to hold back her tears. She lunged at Danny and wrapped him in a tight embrace. "D-danny, w-we're so sorry for k-keeping this secret from you for so long. It was mostly my fault. I was selfish." His mom sniffled.

"Maddie, its not your-" Jack began to retort but maddie put a finger to his lips to silence him. He nodded softly and motioned her to continue.

"…. I was scared that if you ever found out the truth, you would leave us." Danny's eyes widened. How could his mother even think something like that?

He squeezed his mother's hand in his tighter and looked at the both firmly.

"Stop. Stop, saying stuff like you think I would leave you guys, because I would NEVER do something like that!" His parent's eyes widened. Maddie covered her hand over her mouth in surprise.

"But.. aren't you surprised? Angry? We've been lying to you all this while, Danny." The woman said, her voice slightly quivering.

"Of course I'm surprised, but why would I ever be angry? You might not the people who gave birth to me, but you guys are still my parents. You raised me, took care of me, loved me! And that's all I care about."

Jack and Maddie were overwhelmed with happiness. They lunged forward and wrapped Danny tightly in their arms. Danny was a little surprised at first at the unexpected action, but eventually squeezed back. They just stayed like that for awhile, enjoying each others company till the heard the sound of Danny's door creaking open.

"Hey…" Jazz said softly, peeking her head in. "Don't I get to join the group hug too?"

"Jazz.. you knew too, didn't you?" Danny asked with a small smile.

Jazz rolled her eyes. "Of course I did. One, you can't hide anything from me…"

"Anything. " she stressed. Obviously hinting about his half-ghost side. "and two, I was like, 7 when mom and dad found you so of course I would know."

Danny face-palmed. "Oh. Right."

Maddie, Jack and Jazz laughed at Danny's cluelessness, while the halfa blushed in embarrassment. After they quieted down, Maddie released her hand from Danny's to fish something from her hazmat suit pocket.

Danny watched with curiosity as she brought out a small, metal box about the side of an apple.

"What's that?" Danny asked as his eyes examined the box.

Maddie reached out and placed it in Danny's open hands. Danny looked up at her and Maddie nodded her head as a sign for him to open it.

Danny lifted the cover of the box and took a lot inside.

It was a gold, star shaped necklace, which shone a weird combination of green and pink when held up near light. He felt a strong sense of nostalgia as lifted it up from the box and dangled it in front of his face.

"We found it in the rocket you were in." said Jack while pointing at the piece of jewellery. "We think its yours and must have fallen off your neck while you were inside it."

Danny turned the necklace on its over and noticed his name, 'Danny', in cursive writing sketched on its back.

"Oh, so you knew my name was Danny because of this necklace." The halfa stated to which his parents nodded yes.

"How come I don't remember anything about my past?" he asked with a frown. "I've always wondered why I could never recall anything about myself before I was 5."

Maddie sighed. "You had a concussion when we found you in the rocket. Your father and I believe that is what caused the amnesia but we can't be too sure."

"Maybe a ghost took away your memories!" Jack suddenly blurted out.

Danny chuckled and shook his head as Jazz and Maddie rolled their eyes.

"Dad, ghosts aren't the cause for everything you know.." Jazz sighed. "I swear, every conversation in this family always ends up leading back to something ghost related."

Jack didn't seem bother by his daughters comment. "Well you never know Jazzykins! Who knows what kind of bad things those ecto menaces might be planning!"

...

In an unknown location very far away..

"I say, it has been a rather long time since we've caused any mischief. I think its time we say good day to some old chaps." said a voice with a heavy british accent.

A second voice answered a few seconds after, "Why, that sounds like its gunna be a hoot!"

Looks like ghosts weren't the only creatures who could be up to no good.

~~~Line Break~~~
"Come on, Cosmo! Wanda! What are you guys doing? It's Saturday, both mom and dad are out, and I have the whole day to myself to do absolutely anything I want!" Timmy yelled impatiently in front of his fish bowl, arms crossed and foot tapping. "And you know what I want? I kinda want to start looking for Danny, which is what we should be doing. Right now!"
"Hold your horses Timmy! We're coming, we're coming!" Wanda yelled back and not a second later both she and Cosmo poofed into existence beside Timmy.
"We were just getting a thingy!" Cosmo blurted aloud happily, flying in circles in the air.
Timmy raised an eyebrow. "A 'thingy'? What kind of thingy?"
"This." Wanda replied while holding up a star shaped locket. She wiggled her fingers into the opening and spread the locket open.
Inside of it was a picture of her, Cosmo, and a little ebony-haired, blue eyed boy that had to be Danny. Hugging each other, smiling goofily at whoever was holding the camera.
"Oooohh!" said Timmy as he looked at the small picture. "So this is what Danny looks like!"
Wanda huffed and crossed her arms. "We took so long 'cause we were getting the locket. How are you going to help us search for Danny if you have no idea what he looks like?"
Timmy realized his goof up and rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment. "Oh... right... heheh."
He continued to stare at the photo taking in every detail about the missing boy, even though he figured Danny would surely have changed a lot after 10 years.
"You know, I can definitely see the family resemblance." Timmy suddenly said, catching Cosmo and Wanda's attention. "He sure looks a lot like Cosmo. You guys even have the same hairstyle!"
"That's because we're cool people, and cool people have cool hair!" Cosmo exclaimed while poofing up a comb. In an Elvis-like manner, he combed his hair upwards exposing his forehead then letting the hair fall comically down his face, covering his eyes.
''Whoa! Wanda? Timmy? Where'd you guys go?" asked Cosmo, flying around grabbing at air.
"Don't mean to sound rude, but I sure hope Danny didn't get his brains from Cosmo." Timmy said half-jokingly, letting out a low laugh.
Wanda rolled her eyes at her husband's antics. "Don't worry, Danny most certainly got his brains from me. He's an extremely smart boy. Aced all his subjects in school and was particularly interested in astronomy. I remember how excited he was when we used to lay on the hill near our house in Fairy world and watch the stars at night. If you think the view of space from earth is amazing, imagine seeing it from FairyWorld."
While Wanda was lost in old, happy memories of her son, Timmy's grin grew.
"Well you know what? You guys are going to be able to do all those kinds of stuff again real soon; we just need to find Danny! So what are we waiting for? I wish we were in Amity Park!"
Wanda smiled and raised her wand, sparkles dancing on the golden star top. Cosmo followed the motion and in a puff of white smoke, the trio was taken to Amity.
"So...what have we got planned for today?" Danny asked, wondering what his parents had thought up for his special day.
"Oh don't worry about that sweetie!" Maddie answered cheerfully. "After a little bit of talking, Jazz, your father and I decided that since you're older now, we'll save the partying for later this evening. You have the whole afternoon to spend anyway you want and knowing you, you'd want to spend it with Tucker and Sam."
Danny beamed and nodded his head. "That sounds perfect! When does the party start?"
"I'd say around 6pm and make sure to invite Sam and Tucker."
"You betcha!" Danny answered while moving to stand up on his feet. "Well, I better get ready. See you later this evening!"
His parents and Jazz waved goodbye and made their way out the door, shutting it behind them.
'Wait till Sam and Tucker hear about this! They're so gonna flip." Danny thought as he took his shower and changed into his usual white t-shirt, blue jeans and sneakers.
The ghost boy bid his family goodbye as he walked out the front door and reached into his jean pocket for his cell phone. Halfway writing his message to his two best friends, several loud explosions resounded throughout the town; shaking the ground beneath him.
Danny unfortunately lost his grip of his phone and the fragile device shattered upon impact with the sidewalk...
"Whoa whoa whoa! What the heck was that?" Danny exclaimed from his crouched position on the ground.
The raven haired teen glanced up and noticed fast-moving dark blue shadows fly overhead. Whipping by at such great speeds even he, a half-ghost with enhanced senses, could not make out what they were.
Another big explosion erupted near Town Square, leaving the Amity citizens running in terror, weaving through fallen debris to get as far away from the danger as possible.
Being the hero he was, Danny ran into a secluded alley and transformed into his ghost half. Soon he was off, flying quickly to what seemed to be the center of the destruction.
"So, where do you think we should start looking first?" Timmy voiced while kicking a can down an Amity Park sidewalk.
His pink shirt pocket shook slightly before two pennies popped out, one pink and the other green.
"Since Danny's 15 years old, why not check out the school? He probably goes there to learn stuff and fall asleep like you do." Cosmo suggested.
"That would be a good idea," Wanda answered, "if it weren't Saturday. The school's closed."
Timmy nodded in agreement. "I guess we're just going to have to walk around all day till we find someone who looks like him." The buck-toothed boy was about to take a step forward, ready to begin the search for his long-lost fairy god-brother when the ground beneath his small feet started shaking.
"Whoa!" Timmy shouted, stumbling around.
Suddenly, windows around him started shattering, hissing black cats sprung out from alleyways out onto the street; cracks appeared on the tarmac streets.
"Oh no." Timmy groaned. "There's only one thing I know of that would cause there to be this much bad luck..."
Wanda gasped. "The anti-fairies!"
Speaking of bad luck, just as Wanda uttered those words a portal burst to life just beside Timmy with thousands of anti-fairies pouring out from the opening. Timmy ducked to avoid being blasted back while Cosmo and Wanda hovered protectively over him.
"Hello Old Chaps! I see we meet again!" They hear someone say.
Knowing exactly who it was, they raised their heads staring at two very familiar faces.
~~~Line Break~~~

"Anti-Cosmo, it's such a surprise to see you... NOT!" Timmy said sarcastically, rolling his eyes. "We totally had no idea you guys were coming. I mean, it's not like the sudden extreme amount of bad luck was a big hint or anything." Timmy shouted, waving his arms in the air.

"My word, how rude!" Anti-Cosmo said looking appalled. "And after we tried so hard to escape just to meet you lot again."

Anti-Wanda floated up next to her husband with a goofy grin on her face.

"Reaaallly? I just thought some fella had got us out!"

The boy and his faeries raised their eyebrows.

"Some fella?" Timmy questioned. "Who is this fella and why would he purposely release the anti-fairies!? Didn't he know how much destruction they would cause?!"

Wanda had a thoughtful look on her face. "Maybe.. the person knew what they could do and wanted this to happen?"

"But who would wanna do that?" Cosmo asked. "That would be stupid and the only one around here whose allowed to do stupid things is me!" he finished looking upset and pouting.

Timmy shook his head. "You know what? It doesn't even matter. I'll stop you all again just like the last times!" Timmy shouted to Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda.

"Do not think that we can be fooled again! We have learned very well from our mistakes!"

"AHHHH!" Timmy suddenly heard shouts behind him and swiveled around to see Cosmo and Wanda trapped in a dark blue and black rocket. They fairies panicked and started banging against the metal walls.

"Quick Timmy! Make a wiiiiiisssssss-!" Wanda tried to cry but the rocket suddenly took off, carrying Wanda's and Cosmo's shrill scream up into the sky.

The Anti-Fairies watched the rocket's ascent into the sky and laugh evilly. "Bye y'all! See ya later!" Anti-Wanda shouted while waving, her crooked teeth pulled into a goofy smile.

"My, my Timothy." Anti-Cosmo shook his head. "You surely didn't think I'd give you the chance to make a wish, did you? You as well as I know that without Cosmo and Wanda, you're just a little, useless boy." The male fairy grinned evilly and started floating towards Timmy. The boy's eyes widened and he took several steps backwards.

"Now my dear boy, I believe it's time for a little… revenge." He chuckled, with Anti-Wanda following his actions.

Timmy tried to turn around and make a break for it, but the male fairy simply waved his wand and Timmy fell flat on his face. The boy attempted to stand up only to lose his balance and fall again. Eventually he noticed why- his shoelaces were tied. Like, extremely tied up together, in loops and knots.

As Timmy fiddled with them in a panic, getting his fingers stuck in between the knots, Anti-Cosmo and Wanda were now only a few feet away. Both fairies raised their wands simultaneously and Timmy closed his eyes in fear and held his arms up to protect himself as best he could. They were halfway bringing their wands down when they felt a painful sting hit their backs.

They fell out of the air in surprise and skidded across the pavement. Timmy sneaked a peek in between the spaces of his arms and let out a surprised gasp. Not more than 15 feet away was the great Danny Phantom! A certain hero he had recently started worshipping and fanboy over. The ghost boy was floating in the air with his right arm outstretched and a faint green glow surrounded his hand.

"Leave the kid alone!" He yelled and shot several more shots at the Anti-fairies.

A few of them hit and the fairies grunted in pain. "You can think again if you think I'm going to let you.. um…" He paused, wondering exactly what these beings were.

"We're fairies you twit! Anti-fairies! And I could ask you the same question! What exactly are you?!" Anti-Cosmo argued.

Danny raised an eyebrow. They seriously didn't know what he was? Well.. not more than a minute ago he didn't know what they were. 'Okay Fenton, focus.'

"I'm a ghost." Danny deadpanned.

The fairies faces, one goofy and one annoyed, quickly changed to a mixture of shock and fear.

"A Ghost?! Wanda, I do believe it is time for us to.. retreat!" Anti-Cosmo yelled, holding up his wand, and both him and Anti-Wanda vanished in a poof.

Timmy stared in awe of his hero. That was the second time he's saved him and it wasn't any less amazing and exciting as the first time.

"Woaaahh.." Timmy gasped out. "That was soo cool! Thanks for saving my butt again Danny Phantom!" Timmy's eyes sparkled with adoration.

Danny smiled and shook his head. "Don't worry about it kid. Though I think you've got a bit of explaining to do. I mean seriously? Fairies? And what did they want with you?" Danny asked as he floated down to Timmy and helped him undo his laces.

Timmy's eyes widened to the size of footballs. "Ohno! Ohno! Ohno! That's right! This is sooo not good!" The buck-toothed boy began freaking out, pacing up and down the sidewalk looking on the verge of hyperventilating.. "Cosmo and Wanda have just been kidnapped! Fairynapped! Whatever the heck it's called! What am I going to do?!"

"WOAH woah woah! Calm down, kid! That's what I'm here for! I'll help you save your, um, fairies was it?" Danny reassured.

Timmy gaped. "You mean.. You're going to help get them back? You'd do that?"

"Well.. I am a hero, aren't I? I don't only save humans, you know? I'm there for whoever needs help! Be it people, ghosts, and even fairies. Though I have to say, saving fairies is definitely something new for me."

Timmy rushed up to the ghost boy and gripped both of the Phantom's hands into his own. "Thank you! Thank you!" he yelled jumping up and down, forcing Danny's arms to follow the motion.

Danny shocked face relaxed into an amused one as his eyes followed the moving youngster. "Don't mention it.. um..?"

The boy stopped jumping and smiled at he ghost, showing off his two abnormally large front teeth. "Name's Timmy ! Timmy Turner!"

"Well Timmy, any idea where the fairies might have escaped to? You seem to be the fairy expert here."

Timmy thought for a second and snapped his fingers when he thought up an idea. "I'd say we go look at Fairy World first! We can look for them there and see if we can figure out who let the Anti-Fairies out in the first place."

'Fairy.. World?' Danny questioned in his head. 'Well, considering I'm a ghost and there's a Ghost Zone, I guess I shouldn't really be all that surprised'.

"Okay, so where is Fairy-World and how do we get there?"

"I guess getting there is going to be a problem.. I mean, I usually Cosmo and Wanda -the green and pink fairies from earlier-" Timmy added in when Danny raised an eyebrow. "use their magic and poof us there. I have no idea where to even start.." Timmy ended with a troubled tone.

"You mean there's absolutely no other way to get there? Boy, is this gonna be difficu-.."

"Hold on a sec!" Timmy shouted cutting Danny off and making the ghost jump several feet into the air in surprise. "I remember a few months ago how I wished for that emergency pod to the FairyWorld! And Wanda said it was a stupid wish! Hah!"

'Wishes.. okay..' "That's great kid! Where is it?"

"At my house!" Timmy suddenly deflated as he realized.. "and it's in Dimmsdale.. "

Danny merely shrugged his shoulders. "No Biggie, it's just half an hour away if we fly at my top speed."

Timmy's eyes lit up. "We get to fly?! Sweeet!" He fist bumped in the air.

Danny moved and wrapped his arms tightly around the smaller boy's waist. Danny could have sworn he heard Timmy give out a small squeal but just shrugged it off.

"So, you have half an hour to explain to me what are fairies, what they can do, how are you involved and whatever else you think I should know. Otherwise, hold on tight and enjoy the flight." Danny chuckled as he lifted off into the air, carrying a whooping Timmy by his side.

~~~Another Line Break~~~
"So let me get this straight, those fairies were your fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, who grant you wishes and stuff because you have neglectful parents and a demonic babysitter who makes your life miserable; and those dark blue fairies were evil-opposite versions of normal fairies, also known as anti-fairies, that go around and bring bad luck; and to get revenge on you they've fairy-napped Cosmo and Wanda and are trying to get rid of you?"
"Yep, that's pretty much everything." The pink-clothed boy answered.
The ghost boy shook his head. "And I thought my life was confusing."
Timmy chuckled. "Well, no one is supposed to know about the existence of fairies except for their god child, but since you're not exactly human, I didn't think Da Rulez would apply to you."
Danny let out a nervous laugh. "Sureeeee. Totally not human." At least not completely human, he thought to himself. No need for Timmy to find that out.
"So... are we nearly there?" Danny asked, scanning the ground below.
"Yup! It's that one over there." Timmy pointed at a white-painted town house with a red roof just a few houses ahead of them.
Danny slowed down his flight and descended, turning him and Timmy intangible and phased through the ceiling in the boy's room. Timmy searched for the button under his bed. And eventually felt the round edge under his fingertips. He pushed it down and immediately a hissing sound could be heard before the closet door burst open revealing a rocket inside, white smoke rising from the engine pipes. It wasn't a big rocket, but looked just enough to fit the both of them inside.
Timmy walked enthusiastically towards the rocket while Danny paused and looked it over in fascination. 'It looks exactly like a miniature version of the Endeavour* space shuttle, just blue in colour and decorated with yellow stars!'
"Uhh... Phantom, you okay?" Timmy asked, voice laced with curiously and mild worry.
Danny shook himself out of his stupor. "I'm fine! It's just... this rocket is awesome! I've always wanted to be an astronaut you know? But I don't this one would take us to space, would it?"
Timmy shook his head. "Nope! This rocket is a one-way trip to Fairy World! How about this though, after we kick some anti-fairy butt and save Cosmo and Wanda, I'll wish them to take us to space for real! I've even been there a few times myself already!"
Danny's facial expression flickered from shock to pure joy. "That would be awesome! Thanks Timmy!"
Timmy smiled, happy to know that he could now repay his hero in some way after all of this. What's another trip to space anyway? Maybe he could even introduce Phantom to Mark Chang.
Timmy and Danny got in the rocket, and strapped themselves in. Timmy pressed down the red 'Launch' button and timer started counting down from 10. Danny fidgeted in his seat with delight and a big grin on his face. 'I feel like an astronaut!' he thought happily.
Once it reached 0, the engine of the rocket powered to full blast with fire and smoke gushing from the pipes, lifting them off the ground and into the sky.
...
"So... this is Fairy World? A lot brighter and fun-themed than the ghost zone I can tell you that. "
Timmy eyes shone with curiosity. "There's a ghost zone?! Awesome! I definitely know where I'm wishing to next!"
Danny shook his head. "That may not be such a good idea. Take it from me; it's pretty dangerous in there."
Timmy made a 'pfft' sound and waved it off. "That's alright. I get into lots of stupid and dangerous situations all the time!"
"Kid, that isn't exactly a good thing..." Danny murmured. "But anyways, forget about that for now, where do you think we should start looking first?"
Timmy took a moment to scan their surroundings. They were in what looked like a housing area with houses of varying shapes, sizes and colours. There was even one that was upside down and another one with a rainbow slide circulating around the house.
"It doesn't look like there's anyone around here or in town." Timmy answered, looking far off into the empty town nearby. "I say we should head to the Fairy prison first. Since that's where they kept the anti-fairies in the first place."
Danny nodded in agreement. "Good idea, Timmy."
The ghost boy lifted Timmy into the air and flew straight to the prison. Timmy decided not to question Phantom on how he knew exactly where the prison was, this being his first time in Fairy World after all, but thought that maybe it was some ghostly energy thing and he could somehow sense fairy magic? Maybe he would ask about it later. The duo flew quickly and landed just outside the prison doors which were hanging off its hinges. They crept inside and travelled to the back walls, where there saw the large magic barrier that was used to imprison the Anti-Fairies. However, there weren't any Anti-Fairies in there this time, but fairy godparents! About every fairy Timmy knew was in there! He even saw Cosmo's mom!
Timmy scanned the mass of Fairies until he finally found the two he was looking for. "Cosmo! Wanda!" Timmy shouted, running up to the barrier.
'Timmy, what are you doing here?!" Wanda yelled in worry. "You've gotta run quick! What if anti-Cosmo and anti-Wanda come back?"
"Don't worry! Phantom is with me!" Timmy turned to his hero and motioned him to do something.
Danny decided to wave awkwardly. "Uhh... Hi?" he greeted to the imprisoned fairies. "Looks like we've found them. As well as everyone else in fairy world. So, how do we get this open?"
"There's a lock on the door." Wanda answered, pointing to the door that was locked with a humongous key hole that is about the size of a small car. "You're gonna need a key."
"A reallllly big key." Cosmo added in.
"You mean like that one on the wall?" Phantom pointed. True enough, there it was, a sparkling golden 3-pin key, hanging innocently on a hook just a few feet away.
"Right. Well that's a pretty big key... so no way am I gonna be able to carry that." Timmy glanced at the ghost boy. "Phantom, do you think you could..?"
Phantom smiled. "Sure thing kid."
Danny removed the key from the wall with ease, 'Thank you ghostly strength!' , and carried it over his head, slotting it into the keyhole.
"Aaaarrrhhhhhh!" Danny let out a yell of pain as his whole body was shocked. Green sparks sizzling over his body.
"Phantom!" Timmy yelled as he ran towards Danny and helped pull his arms away from the key. The ghost boy fell unconscious. Timmy started to freak out but still had enough sense to check for a pulse. After a few seconds, the pink-clothed boy let out a sigh. The heartbeat was indeed abnormally slow, but it was there nonetheless.
The Fairies behind the barrier watched the whole thing with worry. The teen may have been a ghost, but at least he had tried to help them. Suddenly, evil laughter filled the prison. There were two poofs of smoke, which revealed Anti-Cosmo and Wanda, still laughing at the whole event.
"Well, well, well, Timothy. Surely you didn't think we wouldn't plan something to be rid of you and the ghost?" Anti-Cosmo smirked. "So happen, we managed to steal some device from some idiot ghost hunters and attached it to the lock. Now there is no way for you to save your pathetic fairies!"
Anti-Cosmo laughed again, thrusting his arms in the air as a sign of victory. "Hey Cosmo, what ye think we gonna do with dem brats?" Anti-Wanda asked.
"Indeed! What should we do?" he put his hand on his chin in thought. "For now, let's throw them both in a jail cell till we can find a more suitable… punishment for little Timothy."
Timmy couldn't help but squeak in fear and instinctively hunched over Danny when he saw Anti-Cosmo raise his wand. He closed his eyes, and heard a 'poof' sound. When he opened them again, the boy realized they had indeed been transported into a jail cell. Three of the walls were solid stone while the other, which held the door, was steel bars. He noticed that they all glowed a mysterious green colour. Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda must have gotten anti-ghost material to prevent Phantom from using his ghost powers to go through the wall, he guessed.
Timmy stood up and began pacing the room. What were they gonna do now? With the ghost proof walls they really needed to find some other way to escape. Timmy heard a groan and turned over to look at Phantom and suddenly, a single white ring burst into life around the ghost boy's waist.
Timmy panicked for a second, thinking that the ring must have been an aftershock of the anti-ghost device from earlier. But if so, why wasn't Phantom in pain? Timmy watched as the ring split into two and travelled up and down Phantom's body. After the rings reached their end, no longer was there Danny Phantom, Hero of Amity Park. What was left was a human boy with black hair, a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
"No. Freaking. Way." Timmy stared, jaw dropped. "Phantom is... a human?!" The boy fell onto his bum in shock; the locket Wanda had given him earlier slipped out his pocket and slid across the floor, stopping just in front of the human teen's face. Mysteriously, the locket clicked open, displaying the picture of Wanda, Cosmo and Danny… and if possible, Timmy's eyes grew even bigger than they were before.
"And now not even a human... but a FAIRY?! Well, a magic-less fairy... but still! How can all this be real?!" Timmy shouted. Thankfully Danny was still out cold. "And if he really is Wanda and Cosmo's son Danny, then how did he become a ghost? Did he actually die? But that doesn't explain how he's a human now!" Timmy gripped his head in pain. "Ow! I don't think I've ever used my brain that much in my whole life!"
The buck-toothed boy took a huge breath, held it until his face went purple, and then let it out. "Okay.. So I've found Danny. When he gets up, I guess I have to tell him about Cosmo and Wanda. But first..." Timmy crossed his fingers and cracked them. "How am I gonna wake him up?"
~~~huzzah, another line break~~~

As Timmy paced back and forth across the room thinking of how to wake the ghost boy, he suddenly came to a quick stop; shoes screeching the floor comically, when he heard Danny shift his body and groan. Not knowing how to explain to Danny that he was actually Cosmo and Wanda son just yet, Timmy quickly tiptoed to the far corner of the room and lay down, pretending to be asleep; even letting out a few snores for added effect. He decided then that he'd figure out how to explain things to Danny after this whole anti-fairy catastrophe was over. After all, he'd need to tell Cosmo and Wanda as well about his discovery, so he might as well do it when they were all together.

"Ughhh.." Danny let out a groan as he stretched his still slightly numb body. "Why do I always have to be stunned or electrocuted? Can't the villains ever use knockout gas or something?" he whined as he got into a sitting position. He started to get up and stretch his legs when he noticed something drastically different about himself.

He was wearing his favorite pair of blue denim jeans.

...

Which meant that while he was passed out, he must have reverted back into a human! 'Crud! What am I doing in human form? Please tell me no one saw me change back!' Panic rose in his heart as he searched his surroundings, taking note that he was in some kind of jail cell. His eyes landed on the glowing green walls and bars, and it took him only a second to realize that it was ghost proof.

"But wait.. what happened to-" He sighed with relief when he found Timmy sleeping peacefully at the far wall. "Well, at least Timmy's okay." Danny paused for a second and wondered, "I wonder if he saw me transform…"

Danny transformed back into Phantom, and nervously floated over to the pink-clothed boy. Unsure of how exactly to wake the boy up, Danny gave him a small poke on his face with his gloved finger and as soon as he did, the buck-toothed boy shot open his eyes and sprung up into a sitting position; scaring Danny so bad that the ghost boy flew up and hit his head hard on the ceiling.

"Wuh! What's happened?!" Timmy asked confused, staring at the halfa above him.

Danny drifted down from the ceiling and rubbed his throbbing head. That was gonna leave a nasty bump. "You nearly gave me a concussion is what happened! Wow, that actually hurt..." He said, still nursing his throbbing head.

Timmy laughed nervously. "Sorry about that.. But you surprised me! I thought we were under attack or something!"

"While we're already in a jail cell? I don't think so." Danny paused, and chose his next words carefully. "But anyway I've gotta ask.. did anything happen while I was knocked out?"

Timmy shook his head, a little too quickly, but nevertheless replied, "Nope! Nadda! Zilch! Pretty much anti-Cosmo announced how he was going to think up some sorta way to get rid of me, and then we were poofed into the cell. I got bored waiting for you to wake up and decided to take a nap in the meantime."

Danny nodded his head, buying the story. "Well then, I guess my next question would be," Danny said while walking up to the green glowing bars. "how are we getting out of here? I know anti-ghost material when I see it, so I can't just phase through these bars." Poking curiously at the object with his finger, he immediately pulled it back in pain when he received a little shock from it.

Danny turned to look at Timmy for answers, but the boy immediately began shaking his head.

"Hey don't look at me! I don't come up with ideas to problems. Usually the problems are caused by my wishes in the first place! I eventually have Cosmo and Wanda undo the wish or something."

"Well, seeing as they aren't here, we're gonna have to think up a plan." Danny said, putting his hand up to his chin in thought. After a few moments he clapped his hands together in excitement.

"I've got it! So Timmy, how are your acting skills?"

...

BOOM! A big blast resounded throughout the entire jail, catching the fairies and anti-fairies attention.

"Timmy!" Cosmo and Wanda immediately yelled, fearing the worst. If anything happened to Timmy, then they would have failed not one, but both their sons. A thought that deeply pained them.

"What was that infernal sound?" Anti-Cosmo questioned. "You there!" He said pointing to an anti-fairy nearby. "Go find out what mischief those two are up to!" The fairy made a saluting gesture with his hand and flew towards the source of the sound.

Deep in the fairy cell, a heavily built, muscular fairy with white hair, dressed in army attire let out a sigh as the sound of another blast echoed through the building; causing several fairies nearby to shake and cower. In a heavy Austrian accent he muttered under his breath, "You better have good reason for making me do this… old friend."

When the Anti-fairy reached the jail cell that was supposed to be housing the two prisoners, the scene he came upon caused him to start to panic. He found the young buck-toothed one lying on the ground motionless; the ghost was missing; and the green bars were smoking and slightly dented from what he had no idea.

"Woah what happened here! And where's the ghost?!" He furrowed his eyeborws in worry and confusion. "Better see if the kid's okay I guess. The boss said he had special plans for this one."

The anti-fairy opened the door with the key he was given and the second he opened it, he was kicked in the face by a white boot, immediately knocking him out.

Danny admired his work with a smile and turned to High five Timmy, who by now had gotten up to stand.

"Nice work Timmy!" Danny smiled.

Timmy shook his head. "I should be saying that to you! You're the one who blasted the bars with that ectoplasm ball and told me to pretend to be unconscious!" the young boy grinned, knowing he had just helped his hero.

"Okay okay enough flattery for now. We should be thinking about how we're going to get past those anti-fairies," Danny answered.

"Stop! The prisoners have escaped!" they heard a shout, and both turned to see a group of about 10 anti-fairies advancing on them, flying towards their jail cell.

"Orrr we could just start running." Timmy laughed nervously.

Danny nodded. "Good idea."

With Timmy squeezed protectively under his arm, Danny dodged left and right to avoid the anti-fairy blasts headed their way. He took a sharp right and turned intangible; flying harmlessly through the wall. They both let out a sigh of relief, thinking that they had escaped their pursuers, only to have even more anti-fairies suddenly appear, earning a groan from the two.

"Just how many of them are there?" Danny yelled as he took to the air again, using his hand to fire ghostly blasts at the enemies.

"Well, considering there are thousands of fairies in existence.. I think they're probably about just as many anti-fairies too." Answered his buck-toothed companion.

"Fudge."

Phasing through another wall, the duo found themselves in a familiar hall. "Hey, isn't that the way to the exit?" asked Timmy. "Should we leave first and come back with back up?"

"What back up?" Danny answered. "The whole Fairyworld is locked up in a cage"

"Yeahhh.. But I was thinking you could maybe get some of your ghost buddies to help out.."

Danny made a sour face. "Unfortunately, most of the ghosts aren't my 'buddies' and the ones that are actually on my side don't leave the ghost zone."

A blast suddenly collided with Danny's back, sending him and Timmy spinning through the air. He grunted in pain. He twisted his body and regained control, straightening himself in the air.

"Looks like the exit's blocked now." Groaned Danny as he took in the sight of about 20 anti-fairies blocking their way out. "Our safest bet right now.. is to head back to the main prison chamber and try to open that door!"

"But how are we-"

"We're going to have to find some way!"

Danny flew fast down the hallway, placing themselves further and further away from the exit. The wind whipped their hair around their faces as Danny tried to dodge the fairy blasts the anti-fairies were sending towards them. Unfortunately, one of the blasts managed to hit Danny on his shoulder this time, and Danny hissed as he lost control of his flight momentarily and was sent crashing into the ground. Though painful, he made sure to land on his back, so as to protect Timmy from the impact. The duo got up and Danny managed to push Timmy out of the way of another blast that may have left some serious damage if it had hit it's mark.

"It's me they're aiming for! Get away!" he ordered Timmy, his face filled with concern and determination.

Timmy hesitated a bit before realizing that Danny was right. They were in some serious trouble and were greatly outnumbered. They needed an army to fight an army, so he made a bee-line for the Fairies' jail cell, running as fast as his short, twiggy legs could carry him. A few steps into his sprint though, he was suddenly lifted off the ground.

"What the!" he exclaimed in shock before turning around, where he found himself staring into the evil smirking face of Anti-Cosmo.

"Now now Timothy. No misbehaving. You need to wait your turn. We're getting rid of the ghostly buffoon first before we have some real fun with you." He showed a toothy grin.

Anti-Wanda let out a snort behind her husband. "That de're ghost may be strong against bout 10 o us. But now les see him ave a go against hundreds o us!"

Timmy turned around and watched in worry as his hero flew around the sky, avoiding hundreds of fairy blasts heading his way. He watched as Danny used his green energy to form and circular shield around himself; arms shaking and straining to keep the shield solid under the force of the blasts. The anti-fairies flew above the ghosts and began firing downwards, sending the halfa with his shield crashing into the ground forming a crater.

Timmy could see cracks beginning to form on the shield, and realized that Danny could not keep this up for much longer. He was powerful, but there was just too many Anti-fairies. If only there was some way to neutralize the fairies' magic! Unfortunately, there weren't any dragons around, they didn't have a butterfly net and ghosts weren't immune to magic!

!

'Wait a second...' Timmy thought as his eyes widened. 'Ghosts aren't immune to magic, but powerless fairies are!'

He turned his head towards Danny and with all his might yelled out, "Phantom! Quickly changed back into a human!"

His squeaky request managed to reach Danny's ears and as soon as the halfa heard it, his eyes widened. "Hey! You said you didn't see anything!" he yelled back while trying, and failing to keep his shield up.

"Yes okay I lied!" Timmy struggled in Anti-Cosmo's grip. "But forget about that for now and just trust me!"

Danny tried to think of the consequences of what he was about to do, but didn't have long as a particularly strong blast managed to hit the shield and shattered it.

"Arrgh!" Danny grunted in pain, as the force sent him skidding across the ground. He slowly struggled to stand up and yelled, "Fine fine! But if I die, I'm haunting your butt for the rest of your life!"

Danny reached for the familiar feeling inside his being and brought forth the transformation. The white rings split and travelled to opposite ends of his body, changing him back into plain old Danny Fenton.

Danny cringed and threw his hands in front of his face, preparing himself to be pummeled to death by hundreds of fairy blasts. However, when all he felt was a light tingle, he slowly peeked out from the space in between his arms.

"Uh.. this should really hurt right now. Why doesn't this hurt?"

"I'll explain everything later!" Timmy answered. "Can you still use your powers?

Danny nodded.

"Think you could turn intangible and walk through the anti-losers?"

Danny smirked. "That, I know I can do." He did as told and ran through the frustrated, yelling anti-fairies who were still trying to blast him with their magic. Danny reached Timmy and a shocked Anti-Cosmo, kicking him in the stomach, which caused him to let go of Timmy, dropping him into Danny's arms.

"Timmy, you have some explaining to do after all this is over." Danny raised an eyebrow at Timmy, who wriggled under the stare.

"Heheheh I will.. But for now! Let's go save Cosmo and Wanda!"

Danny nodded. "Let's do this."

~~~Line Break~~~
Danny and Timmy ran towards the jail cell where all the fairies, including Cosmo and Wanda, were shouting and watching everything that was happening outside the magical barrier.
"Woahhhhh what happened to Phantom?" Cosmo asked curiously, as the boys got closer to their prison.
From inside their jail cell, Cosmo and Wanda had not seen Danny transform as he was too far away, but they could only assume the boy running next to their godson was his ghostly hero and idol.
Wanda shouted at the approaching boys. "Timmy! We're so glad you're okay! Is Phantom alrigh-" she suddenly paused.
"Why does he have black hair now? And what happened to that awesome, super cool suit he had?" The green-haired fairy turned to his wife to ask her, but stopped when he noticed her shaking slightly.
Wanda's eyes began to tear and her hand reached up to cover her mouth in shock.
"Wanda? Are you okay?" Cosmo's eyebrows furrowed with worry, quite unlike his usual bubbly, hyperactive attitude.
Wanda's mouth opened and closed, no longer able to form words, as she took in the sight of the two boys in front of her. One, her godson Timmy, with his pure-white buckteeth, signature pink hat and clothes. And the other, who has supposed to be Amity park's local ghostly hero, was now a black-haired, blue eyed teenage boy.
She reached in and pulled out the star shaped locket she had hidden under her shirt and clicked it open. The picture of her, Cosmo and Danny, greeted her like always. She looked down at the picture, then back up towards the boys, and repeated this action 3 more times before she finally passed the locket the Cosmo with trembling hands.
"The locket?" Cosmo asked curiously, cradling the precious object in his hands. "But what does this have to do with Phantom and Timmy?"
Wanda turned to look at Cosmo. A soft smile on her face, as tears began to trickle down her cheeks. "Don't you see, Cosmo? It's Phantom. He's.. He's.."
Cosmo raised an eyebrow in confusion and turned to look at the young teenage boy that only a few minutes ago was glowing with ghostly power. Cosmo stared at him, wondering exactly what Wanda was getting at, as he watched the two boys grip onto the huge golden key that was still left inserted into the giant lock on the door.
Cosmo raised the locket in his hands up into the air in front of him; squinting with one eye as he placed Danny's face in the photo beside Phantom's.
"Nooo wayyyy…" his eyes widened as he finally understood what had made his wife speechless. "Do you mean that he... is he? That he's he and he's he?! Is Phantom... Danny?" he whispered frantically, facing his wife with a wide smile on his face. Tears now freely flowing from her eyes, she let out a happy laugh.
"I don't know how, but I think he is."
"Omigod omigod omigod! Our son's a superhero!" Cosmo exclaimed happily as a loud click was heard and the thud of the lock hitting the ground alerted the captured fairies to the now unlocked door.
In a matter of seconds, the fairies flooded out of their prison, hundreds of wings flittering and wands twinkling in unison.
Seeing their smiling godson, they realised Timmy knew exactly who the teenage boy standing beside him really was.
Timmy wiggled his eyebrows playfully. "Yeah, I was surprised too! Kinda figured it out on my own. Crazy right?!" The fairies nodded happily, while a certain halfa stared curiously at the trio, wondering what they were talking about.
"Uhhhh.. what exactly is going on here?" He asked.
"Well this is going to be a long story, but-" Wanda started, but was cut off by Timmy.
"Sorry, but I don't think we the time for a long story right now. There is an anti-fairy invasion happening after all."
"Timmy's right." Danny agreed. "Whatever you guys talking about, it's got to wait till later. Right now, we've still got to figure out what we're gonna do about the anti-fairies."
An idea popped into Danny's head and he face-palmed, mentally scolding himself for not thinking to ask sooner. "Can't believe I didn't think to ask this earlier, but do fairies have any weaknesses? Like, is there some sort of magic weapon or spell we can use against them or something?"
"Uhhh no. I don't think anything like that exists." Timmy answered. "But, they are actually weak against a few things. Dragons, butterfly nets, anything that prevents them from moving I guess, or if we take their wands away. They need their wands to cast their spells or wishes in the first place, and as long as they can't move, they can't use their magic."
Danny smirked, the green ectoplasm in his clenched fist glowed brightly and turned into a soft, icy blue colour. His eyes changed to match the colour as well. "Soooo if say they were frozen solid, would that work?"
Timmy smirked as well, mirroring the teen's expression. "Abso-freaking-lutely!"
Danny transformed back into Phantom and thrust out his hand, unleashing the ice-powered ectoblast straight towards the nearest anti-fairy. The anti-fairy, surprised by the sudden attack, could only watch as the blast hit him squarely in the chest, immediately freezing him solid. His body froze in the air, and fell onto the ground with a small clunk. His eyes moved around in panic, pleading at the other anti-fairies for help. They tried, but all their attacks did nothing to Danny's ghost ice.
"Man, why didn't I think about using it sooner? Could have saved us a lot of trouble!" the halfa scolded himself.
"You have ice powers too!? Could you be any cooler?!" The buck-toothed boy jumped up and down in the air. "Literally!" he added.
"And this isn't any ordinary ice either. It's ghost ice, and will only melt when, and if, I want it to."
"Hmmm.. I wonder what other sorts of powers you have."
Danny laughed. "Maybe when this is all over, I'll give you a demonstration. After you bring me into space of course." He winked.
"You got it!" Timmy shouted excitedly.
Danny smiled at the pink-hatted boy and slowly turned to face the army of anti-fairies who were now flying pretty close to them, with anti-cosmo and anti-wanda at the lead.
"One down.. another 500 or more to go…"
"Don't worry Phantom! I'll help! Cosmo, Wanda, I wish for a super, awesome freezing gun and Anti-fairy hunting gear!"
The mentioned fairies raised their wands in the air and granted their godsons wish. In a poof of magic, Timmy was now holding a silver and icy blue (same colour as Danny's icy blasts) freeze gun, which was attached to a cooler looking bag on his back. He was wearing a suit, much like Phantom's but with inversed colours, so it was mainly white with a black belt, collar, gloves and boots.* He was also wearing what looked like snowboarding goggles, which were the same silver as the gun, but with the icy blue trim.
"Let's do this Phantom!" He yelled at the halfa and ran towards the anti-fairies, blasting the ones nearby with his freeze gun. Danny followed suit and attacked from behind Timmy; helping the boy dodged the Anti-fairy blasts and covering the rear.
...
Cosmo and Wanda watched as the two most important people to them charged into battle, knowing that no matter what they said to them, they'd still go regardless. Both their 'sons' were much more alike then they probably knew. The two fairies were pulled away from the battle however, when they suddenly heard shouting behind them.
"There's no way they can do this alone! They're just kids! Well, a kid and a teen ghost, but still! There's just 2 of them, and hundreds of Anti-fairies!" A random male fairy shouted to no one in particular.
"The anti-fairies started this when they decided to capture us and locked us all up in that cell. Shouldn't we fight our own battles? Can't we make an exception to Da Rulez just this once?" A female fairy said.
Slowly, more and more fairies shouted their thoughts.
"Those boys out there are fighting our war. Fighting for us. Are we gonna let the anti-fairies push us around again?!"
"This is like the incident all those years ago! Fairy World took ages to recover."
"Well that's not going to happen again!" The first male fairy who spoke up raised his wand in the air, letting it glow with magic. One by one, more and more fairies raised their wands, including Cosmo and Wanda. The air quivered with the amount of powerful magic being released, as the fairies in unison let out a battle cry, and charged into battle.
...~~~oOo~~~...
And here we are. Starting chapter 3, this will be my take.
"Yay!"
