AN: Sorry for taking so long to update this story, but here we are. Hopefully, you guys like what I have planned. Many of you have pointed out that wouldn't be Sekirei without it being a harem and I realized with the power of Uzume's winging, Minato is very likely to attract other Sekirei to his side, and powerful ones at that. I will be dropping a hint this chapter about a possibility I'm contemplating, but whether or it actually happens is up to you guys. I'll leave up a vote in the review/comment section.

Chapter 2

Minato and Uzume were helping Miya clean the dishes as an apology for injuring her, as well as a way to thank her for all her hospitality for the short time Minato was there but also all the years she's taken care of the clothe wielding Sekirei after Uzume went to pack what little she had.

"You know you don't need to help, I'm still perfectly capable of doing household chores." The widow said calmly, trying to hide annoyance.

"Nonsense, you've been an amazing host, and you've taken care of Uzume all this time. It's the least we can do." Minato said with a kind smile.

"He's right Miya, besides, even if it wasn't intentional, I hurt you and I feel horrible for that." The brunette said with a frown.

"I said it's fine, but thank you for your concern." Miya said kindly. 'Although, I am feeling uneasy around him, but why? I couldn't be... no that's nonsense. I'm just feeling the after-effects of Uzume's winging.'

Just as they put away the last of the dishes there was a knock at the door, much to Miya's relief. "It would seem your ride is here. Uzume have you packed your things?"

"I don't have much of anything other than a few outfits to blend in, and that's all in my backpack by the stairs." She said with a sad smile. "Though I am going to miss this old place."

"We'll back here fairly often while helping the other little birds out there right?" Minato said putting his arm around her waist getting a nod of thanks in return.

As they open the door they see Takami standing there, looking exhausted. Minato looked worried. "Mom are you ok?"

"It can never be easy with you, can it Minato..." She said in reply before addressing everyone else. "Hello Uzume, please take care of my son for me. Miya, thank you for feeding them, we haven't had the chance to stock the house yet. Kagari, it's good to see you."

"It's no problem Takami, It wouldn't be right to send them off without feeding them when food was practically ready. Besides, it was a send-off to a long-term resident and friend." The Innkeeper said with a smile hiding her injuries the best she could. "If I may ask, where is their new dwelling? I only since Uzume is still a dear friend."

"It's still in the north here but closer to MBI tower so we can keep a close on them. Unfortunately, Minaka has taken an interest in these two, which is never a good thing." The grey-haired woman sighed earning wary sighs from everyone knowing she was right.

"Well, we'll see you around everyone. I'll send you our address after we settle in." Minato said with a smile earning a nod from Kagari.

Takami looked between to two of them before sighing, figuring she'd ask about it on the way to her son's new house. Uzume smiled as she climbs in the car with Minato not far behind with Miya the same smile, eyes closed saying. "Don't be strangers. As long as you keep your hands to yourself, you will be welcome here at Maison Izumo."

With that Takami got in the back seat with her son and the busty brunette, closing the door signaling the driver to head to their destination. However when got in, she saw Minato and Uzume snuggling up, his arm around her, her head resting against his shoulder with her arm around him, their free hands interlocked, overall looking perfectly content and like the perfect couple.

'Well, at least I don't need to worry about my son's happiness. Just witnessing this tells me nothing will ever separate these two.' She thought with a smile on her face before she cleared her throat getting the lovebird's attention. "Glad to see you two are getting along so well. Now, care to tell what that interaction between Homura and you was about?"

"We made an agreement that we'd help him protect the unwinged Sekirei from the assholes out there that would forcefully winged, or those would stop them having the chance at true happiness, like Uzume and myself." Minato said, not bothering to let go of his soulmate who nodded softly, using that as an excuse to snuggle closer to her Ashikabi without climbing into his lap, if that was possible.

"Ahh, I see." The MBI director said thoughtfully. "But will you be able to do that separately? I heard about your separation anxiety... if you could call it. Now I don't know the distance, but you two were hysterical after being separated."

That caught their attention as they looked at eat other with wide eyes. They almost forgot about that. "Well, we don't know if that was because our bond not being solidified yet or if it's a limitation period... we haven't been apart since then." Minato said trying and failing to hide the fear in his voice.

"...Yeah... And since I needed up hurting Miya... they just left us alone since they didn't want to test that theory. If I'm to be honest... I don't want to try. I've never felt fear like that before." Uzume said clinging to Minato, shaking in fear.

"Unfortunately, we are going to have to test this..." Takami said seeing the fear and worry in their eyes. "Don't worry about hurting someone, I'll do the test myself and I'll have a protective suit. However, this needs to be done. Minato, while Uzume has an MBI card with unlimited funds, I want you to get a job and be able to support yourself and your wife, which is really what she is if we go by her people's culture. You can't rely on money from the company to live your lives."

The lovebirds look at each other, then back to Minato's mother nodding slowly knowing she made good points. "Very well Mom, but only if you wear protective gear. I don't want to lose you, it was only because of Miya's reflexes that her injuries were so minor."

After that silence fell over the car until 10 minutes later as they were driving by the park that Minato's head shot up to one of the windows causing Uzume to look at him with worry. "What's wrong Minato?"

"Mom stop the car. I'm sensing something weird. A half emerged Sekirei, in the middle of the park, not moving. I think they may be hurt." He said frantically.

'Half emerged? Akitsu!' Takumi pieced together. "Driver stop the car!"

"Right away Ma'am." The driver said, doing as ordered.

As the three of them climbed out of the car the Grey-haired woman looked to her son to guide them while Uzume was somehow in her Sekirei outfit, one that Minato had to stop himself from passing out due to blood loss. Her top, if you could call it that, was a white cloth that crosses just below her neck, giving an ample view of her assets, a white skirt with a white sash hanging over the front of the right side, white gloves that reach all the way to her mid-bicep, and thigh high heeled boots, top with a white veil concealing her face from her nose up.

'Goddamn it Uzume... if that's your battle outfit I'm not going to be able to hold back much longer.' He thought while the Veiled Sekirei was only thinking about being ready to defend her Ashikabi and mother-in-law in case the Sekirei turned out to be violent.

"There! The girl by the fountain. She doesn't look good." Minato said pointing to a girl with messy light brown hair, wearing a bloodied lab coat that barely covered her and not much else, with the Sekirei symbol on her forehead and lifeless blue eyes. Seeing her caused Uzume to gasp in shock, her eyes full of pity for the sister in front of her.

"I thought so, this poor girl has had it rough." Takami said with a frown. "That symbol on her forehead is the mark of a scrapped number. However, this is Akitsu, Sekirei Number 7..."

"Is there anything you can do to help her? She deserves the right to find her own Ashibaki and not be left alone and discarded." Her son asked, his desire to save the girl in front of them clear as day.

"Uh...Ashibaki...?" Akitsu said quietly looking up seeing Minato, his mother, and his Sekirei. "And...Ms. Takami? What are you doing here...? Who are you Ashibaki?"

He looked at his mother as if asking if his relationship with her should be kept secret, and getting a shake of her head and look in her eyes said to keep quiet. He nodded and spoke to the downed girl. "I'm Minato... this is my Sekirei number 10, Uzume."

"Why...? Why do you care about me? I'm broken." She asked in her defeated tone laced with curiosity.

"Does anyone need a reason to help those in need?" Uzume said, despite not knowing Minato for longer than the past few hours, could tell he was the type that didn't turn away from those in need.

Takami sighed. "Alright, we'll take her with us in the car, I'll see what I can do to help her."

"Wait..." Akitsu sounded getting everyone's attention before looking between Minato and Uzume. "You two...feel familiar..."

"Oh? How so?" The black-haired teenager asked.

"Uh... that...explosion of warmth... that was you two, wasn't it? I... can still feel a smaller degree of warmth coming off you... it's comforting." The Ice Sekirei said her breath starting to get labored.

"Crap, we can do this later! Sorry, you two but I need to get her back to the lab now!" The white-haired scientist said fearing the woman in front of them was going to pass out from blood loss.

"Wait... I don't think that's it." Uzume said cautiously. "Akitsu, what are you feeling right now...?"

"Huh...?" The injured Sekirei asked before locking eyes with the Ashikabi. "I...don't know. I feel...warm, comfortable, my heart feels like its beating faster but afraid... and...di..zzy"

"We can figure that out later!" The older Sahashi said in worry fishing out the keys to their place and gives the entire ring to Minato, confusing him. "Take the keys and tell the driver to continue to his original destination and that there was a company emergency for me to take care of. I'll explain everything later!"

The poor teenager just nodded as his mother was on her phone calling the company for med-evac while standing over a now unconscious Akitsu. Uzume was worried about her fellow Sekirei but grabbed her Ashibaki's arm. "Come on, it's getting late. Let's go check out our place. Akitsu will be alright, I'm sure we'll see her again soon."

Minato dumbly nodded and walked back to the car with his lover. She could tell he was worried as well, but what she didn't understand was why there was the beginning of a connection between her, Minato, and two others, hell she shouldn't be able to feel any connections that Minato was forming. 'I'll have to mention this to Minato when his mother is testing us, but...why two connections? I get Akitsu might be one but... what's going on?'

Having giving Takami's message to the driver, they spent the rest of the ride in silence while cuddling. 10 minutes later, they arrived at their place, however calling it a house would be an understatement. It was practically a more modern version of Maison Izumo just from the outside. Inside was just as big as the outside.

"I swear, this is the exact layout as Miya's place only modern! She wouldn't be happy to hear about this." Uzume said in awe.

"You're telling me... let's take a look around the place." Minato said.

This place was huge. 6 bedrooms, 2 on the main floor and 4 on the second floor, which was one more than Miya's place, however, they notice there was a big basement complete with a washer, dryer, and areas that looked they could be turned into more bedrooms or be used as storage rooms, and there were 3 of them down there. Not to mention the kitchen was massive as well and the yard itself looked big enough for training if needed.

The couple were in absolute shock. 'How the hell am I supposed to pay rent here?! Mom said she wants me to become responsible and support Uzume, but how the hell am I supposed to do that with a place this big?!'

"Wow... this... is definitely bigger than Maison Izumo... though I'm surprised there is only one bath... even if that bath is massive well... It looks like it could fit at least 6 people comfortably." The Brunette said still in shock before smacking her face with both hands to snap out of it. "Let's find the master bedroom... it's ours after all."

Minato nodded with a smile, deciding to wait to hear from his mother before he starts worrying about how to pay for the house and followed after his girl. Seeing as how it had a similar layout to her old place, Uzume led him to where Miya's room would be, and sure enough, she found the biggest room in the house, complete with a king-sized bed that looked like it could fit 5 people easily, a walk-in closet, and an end table on either side.

"Really mom...?" He groaned. "What? Is she expecting me to have multiple female Sekirei?!"

The busty brunette just giggled. "Well, at least 80 – 90 percent of us are women, after all, it is very possible. Come on let's get some sleep. We can go shopping tomorrow, and hopefully, your mom will get a hold of us with an explanation for this place."

[Next Morning – MBI: Sekirei Division]

Takami had pulled an all-nighter to just stabilize Akitsu's life, she didn't even start trying to figure out how to fix the poor Sekirei's Tama. In her half-emerged state, she could be a danger to herself and others... What confused her was the interaction between Akitsu and her son and Uzume. It was almost like she was having a reaction to both of them.

'What is going on? Was it just lingering emotions from Uzume's emergence? Her winging was felt by the entire northern district...but that shouldn't affect anyone that we deemed unwingable... but...if Akitsu WAS reacting to Minato, does that mean that...? Oh, gods... I really hope I'm wrong. I need to call Homura and ask him to keep an eye on Miya.' She thought getting increasingly worried before sighing. "I need to call Minato first... he's probably worried about that house and how to pay for it."

"...uh..." Akitsu groaned as she woke up before looking around at the mention of Minato's name. "...Ashi...baki...? Where...is my Ashibaki...?"

"You'll see him when I can fix whatever your adjuster did to you." The elder Sahashi said not looking back to her, figuring she meant her son going off her theory, while pulling out her phone and lighting a cigarette, dialing Minato's phone. "Uzume? Where's Minato?"

[Minato's place – Same time]

Minato was off having a bath, leaving Uzume to sleep. What woke the busty brunette, who was wearing nothing but her panties much to Minato's discomfort and test of resistance. Thankfully the bath wasn't far from the Master bedroom. What woke the busty brunette was Minato's phone vibrating on the nightstand.

"...Hello...?" Uzume asked half-asleep. "Oh, Takami..."

"Uzume? Where's Minato?" She asked over the phone.

"...In the bath from the sound of it?" The half-naked brunette said unsure. "How's Akitsu? Minato seemed worried about her last night before we went to sleep."

"I was able to stabilize her but I haven't had time to try to fix her Tama, but for some reason she was asking for him, calling him her Ashibaki." She said earning a gasp from Uzume. "I know she shouldn't be able to be winged much less has a reaction. Tell me has anything been weird on your end?"

"Actually, yeah, I don't know how to explain it, but I have been feeling as there was a connection between Me, Minato, and two others..." The brunette explained the best she could. "It's weird, I mean from what I could tell, it looked like Akitsu was reacting to not only Minato...but me as well. It doesn't make any sense. Sekirei shouldn't be able to react to another, right?"

"...No, you're right. Everything Takahito said in his research that reactions should only occur between Ashikabi and Sekirei... for you to have sensed the reaction of our friend in my care, but one other is highly unusual and unheard of." Takami said thoughtfully. "Are you able to tell where the other reaction is coming from?"

"No, but whoever is giving off, while the connection is barely there, they are extremely powerful." Uzume replied just as thoughtfully.

There was silence on the line as if the mother was in thought before she broke the silence. "Alright thanks. Tell Minato I'll be by around supper time, hopefully with Akitsu, then I will explain everything regarding the house."

"Alright, I'll let him know. We need to go shopping for food and additional furniture since it seems you only got us stuff for the living room and our bedroom." The Veiled Sekirei teasingly.

"Cut me some slack... I only had an hour to find that place, put a rush on the payment paperwork, you're lucky to have all the utilities working and the furniture you have." Takami said irritably as she hung up the phone.

"See you tonight..." The brunette giggled as she closed the phone just as Minato came out of the bathroom dressed in only a pair of boxers and a towel wrapped around his shoulders, his hair damp, and water droplets glistening down his bare, lean chest, causing the poor Sekirei to drop the cell phone on the bed, her jaw drop, and her mouth and lower lips dampen. 'Damn... No! Now's not the time to impale myself on him. We have essentials to get.'

"Who was that on the phone?" He asked curiously. "It was either Mom and my sister, Yukari, since I don't have a job yet...there is no one else would be calling."

'I wish she'd get dressed already, was bad enough I had a woody this morning. Even though we almost went all the way in Miya's living room, I'm not quite ready to take that step. I hope she understands.' He thought moving to get dressed in the wardrobe.

"Oh, it was your Mom. Seems some abnormalities are involved around us... Akitsu asked for you, calling you her Ashikabi... and...I feel a connection between you, and two Sekirei: Akitsu and one other. Who? I don't know, but they extremely powerful. However, call it superstition, but I have a feeling that Takami is afraid she may have a hunch who the second Sekirei is and afraid of what that would mean if she's right."

"What do you mean?" He said coming out completely dressed in his usual attire. "And you please get dressed? We have a lot to do today."

"Aww... what's the matter? Seeing me like this too much for my dear Ashikabi?" She asked teasingly while being sensual at the same time "Don't you want to resume what we started at Miya's?"

"Look, you're amazing and perfectly beautiful, We just met yesterday... and I'm... not ready to take that step... not yet." Minato said awkwardly.

"I'm sorry babe... I know we're both fighting the urge to completely claim each other, but you're right. It's too soon." Uzume nodded with a sad smile. "And to answer your question, There is one person MBI fears above all else, and much like Akitsu, it should be impossible for her to emerge, much less react to someone, and they were practically at 'Ground Zero' when we solidified our bond. But I guess we can ask her tonight, Takami said she'd be by for supper to explain about the house and everything."

Minato walked up behind her and hugged her around her waist whispered into her ear making her shiver. "I'm sorry too, I promise you I won't make you wait too long."

She nodded and leaned into her man as she enjoyed being held. "As much I'm enjoying this, I can't get dressed with your loving arms wrapped around me."

"Alright, alright, get into that wardrobe and get changed, then we'll go get breakfast before we go shopping. I'll call Kagari and give him our address and maybe get him to ask Matsu to help us monitor the city." He said untangling himself reacting for his phone.

"I wouldn't mention her, like at all... we don't know if MBI has bugged our place or monitoring your calls." She said from the closet.

"While I hate to admit, but you're right, even if I wanna trust mom, she does work for them..." He said sadly before dialing the Flame Sekirei's number. "Hello? Kagari?"

"...Minato...?" Homura said over the phone. "Do you have any idea what time it is...? I'm not usually up till much later considering my cover job, and please don't ask."

"Sorry, but I was just calling to give you my new address... and as you not to tell Miya, this place is much like Maison Izumo, except bigger... more rooms... more modern. We even have a basement with 2 rooms that can be changed into storage or rooms." The Ashibaki said while trying to sound apologetic.

"What? How did Takami find something like that?" The Guardian Sekirei said now fully awake. "I still have to tell Miya though, she's been oddly concerned about you and Uzume. She was still awake when I got home a couple of hours ago and I can hear her in the kitchen now."

"Miya's that worried about us?" Uzume said fully dressed in the usual pink and purple shirt and blue capri pants overhearing Homura on the phone so Minato turned on the speaker on the phone.

"Yeah. I don't know why." The silver-haired Sekirei responded clearly confused causing Uzume to start thinking that she was right about her theory.

"Alright. Call us if she gets any worse alright? We'll drop by for lunch once we finish our shopping." The Ashikabi said with a frown, clearly concerned causing his soulmate to chuckle and Homura sigh.

"Whatever, I'm going back to bed. See you at lunch...if I'm awake." Kagari said before hanging up.

"Must be hard living a double life." Minato said awkwardly before coughing. "Alright, let's go."

[Later]

As the soulmates were walking to do some shopping, they ran into someone Minato wasn't expecting.

"Minato! It's been a while bro!" A petite and slim young woman with black hair and blue eyes, dressed in a white dress shirt, red tie, black dress with a brown belt, black thigh-high stockings, and brown knee-high boots. This was Yukari Sahashi, Minato's younger sister, and had a massive smile and small blush on her cheeks seeing her brother again after so long. "And who is this gorgeous thing you're with?"

"Yukari?! What are you doing in town?" Minato said in shock before introducing his Sekirei, choosing his words carefully. "And this is Uzume, she's my... girlfriend. Uzume, this is my younger sister, Yukari."

"Nice to meet you." Uzume said with a smile, taking Minato's hand in hers.

"Wow, you don't waste any time! You've been here... what a few months and you already have a bombshell of a girlfriend, and you two seem so completely in love it's almost blinding." The younger Sahashi teased. "As for why I'm here, I got into a college here and just arrived. I was actually about to call you and see if we could have a meal together at some point."

"That sounds great actually." Uzume said with a smile. "How about tomorrow? We can meet for lunch and get to know each other. We're pretty busy today and have appointments with others today though."

"Sure sounds fun." Yukari nodded. "Well I better be going, I have my own appointment with the landlord of the apartment I'll be staying at. Call me later bro!"

Once Yukari was out earshot, Uzume looked to her Ashibaki, who had a look of worry on his face. "I take it she doesn't know about what's really going on, does she?"

"No, she doesn't know what Mom really does for a living, nor does she know about your kind, but I fear she'll be getting involved soon." Minato said shaking his head.

"You seem close, judging from that smile gave when she ran up to us." She stated getting a nod in return.

"Yeah, we never knew our father, and our mom was always busy with the company, so it just us for the most part... we looked after each other. One time she got lost in a forest and I had to go find her... she was terrified when I found her but she said she knows I'd find her like I always did. Sometimes I wonder if she likes me a bit too much, more than a brother with how she acts." He chuckles a bit.

"I can see why might want to be with her brother as more than that if you're constantly being her hero." She teased. "Especially if it was just the two of you most of your lives."

Minato chuckles sheepishly. "Well, even if she feels that way, we'll deal with it if she ever admits her feelings alright?" He asked getting a nod in return as they resumed their shopping trip, not knowing that his fears about his sister getting involved would be realized that every afternoon.

[Maizon Izumo – Lunchtime]

Miya was preparing lunch for her guests that Homura said were coming, and while she was looking forward to meeting Minato and Uzume again, she still hadn't gotten any sleep since whatever what going on with her body was making her extremely restless and she was sure it was connected to the new Ashibaki.

"Miya?" Kagari asked as he walked into the kitchen. "Haven't you slept at all? Are you going to be alright?"

"I'll be fine, I'll get some rest after our new love birds come to visit even if I need to use a sedative." She said trying to keep her usual smile only to fail.

'Is...she reacting to someone? That shouldn't be happening... I'll keep an eye on her when I can, and while I should Takami know, but I'm more scared of Miya. She'd kill me if I informed MBI.' Homura thought.

It was then that a knock at the door, causing the Innkeeper mood to brighten and her energy seemingly restored as if nothing had happened and she got a good night's sleep. "Kagari, can you get the door while I finish up here?" She asked a pleasant smile, though he knew it wasn't a request.

"Alright..." He said dully. 'She's definitely reacting, the way her energy seemingly returned when they knocked on the door.'

Outside the inn, Minato and Uzume were indeed waiting for someone to answer the door since they were not residences there. Uzume however seemed to be deep in thought. 'There's that connection again, no matter how weak it is right now. I'll wait to see if Takami asks if we have leads on the connection, and since Minato doesn't seem to be feeling it, it's not fully established yet.'

When Kagari opened the door, he sighed and waved them in. "So it was you guys... Though I guess the only other 'guests' we get is that damned mooch. Come on, Miya's just finishing lunch. Oh, and try not to destroy the place? We still need to fix the walls from last time."

"Sorry about that..." The busty brunette said with an awkward chuckle, rubbing the back of her head. "How is Miya doing?"

The Silver-haired Sekirei cocked his eyebrow. "It's weird... she was dead on her feet and fighting to stay awake, but the second you knocked on the door, she was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, like nothing was wrong."

Minato looked confused, silently wondering why that would be while Uzume nodded with a knowing look, getting Kagari to look at her for a bit as if having a silent conversation before nodding back, which only further confused the Ashikabi before shrugging. 'I'll ask about it later.'

Once inside they were surprised to see Matsu siding the living room waiting. However, before they could voice their shock, Miya called from the kitchen. "I'll with you in a second, however, I would like some help to bring everything to the living room. Can one of you come here?"

Minato and Uzume looked at each other nervously before nodding to each other. "Well... we do need to test this... and this is the best place for the benchmark." The black-haired teen said nervously.

The cloth-wielding Sekirei makes her way to the kneeling at the table before taking a deep, shaky breath and nods at her Ashibaki, he nodded and started walking to the kitchen. Everyone waited with bated breath, while Minato looked at the gorged-out walls with a sad frown before walking past the start of the drag marks with a sigh of relief. While they still felt an unknown force trying to pull them back together, it's still nowhere near to the same degree before they completed their pact.

"Oh! I wasn't expecting you Minato. How are you feeling?" Miya asked with clear concern.

"I'm fine. There is something trying to pull me back to Uzume, but it's faint, almost unnoticeable. How about you? I heard you get any sleep last night even if you seem just fine." He replied with a kind smile.

"Now Minato, you're not trying to seduce a humble widow, are you?" She says with a giggle, hiding her lower face behind her hand and sleeve, in an attempt to further hide the slight blush on her cheeks. She was very touched by his concern, more than it should have affected her. 'W-why is my heart beating so fast. Even Takahito didn't make me feel this way... Am I really...? This shouldn't be happening.'

"Sorry, I was just concerned. I'd never disrespect your husband's memory by trying to seduce you." Minato said respectfully, not knowing the effect he was having on her. "Come on, everyone's waiting for their meal."

The widow just nodded and grabbed the plates for herself and her residences, while Minato grabbed his and Uzume's plates, making their way back to the living room.

"So, what have you two been up to since last night? Have you furthered your connection yet?" Matsu asked with a perverted cackle.

"What?! No!...not yet at least. We both agreed to wait and get to know each of a bit more before we go all the way." Minato said with a heavy blush.

Uzume nodded. "Especially since our connection has calmed down considerably, proven by Minato able to Miya in the kitchen just now."

"Very admirable considering I had to replace the pillow you were sitting on yesterday since it was drenched in your fluids." Miya said with a too-sweet smile, her Hannya Head appearing scaring everyone.

"Y-yeah, sorry about that Miya..." The busty brunette said clinging to her Ashikabi. "Please put that thing away..."

"Now then, to seriously ask Matsu's question without the rather inappropriate addition. What have you two been up to? Did anything of interest?" The Innkeeper said in a calm tone with her mask dispelling.

"Actually, yeah..." Uzume said as she and Minato started explaining what happened in they last met with the residence of Maison Izumo, leaving out that she felt a connection to Miya.

"I see... you found Akitsu and despite not supposed to be able to react to an Ashikabi, she appeared to be reacting to Minato. Not only that but she was asking about him this morning while Takami is trying to fix her Tama. And you said you can feel the connection between your Ashibaki and potential Sekirei that may wing themselves to him..." The redhead said with a thoughtful expression.

"Yeah, but that's not all..." Minato said before looking at Matsu specifically. "Are you able to keep an eye on Sekirei that emerge and who their Ashibaki are?"

"Yeah, I can... but why do you ask? I can't exactly call you directly if MBI is keeping a close eye on you. I mean I could ask Kagari to contact you, but couldn't you ask your Mom as well?" She said awkwardly.

"No... I don't think asking Takami is a good idea. As much as she wants to help as much as possible, she still has to adhere to Minaka's whims and rules. That means keeping that information secret." The Flame Sekirei said, clearly annoyed.

"He's right, even if the reason is family-related. You see, my younger sister just arrived in town and I fear she'll end up being dragged into this 'Game of the Gods' as Minaka calls it." The Ashikabi nodded while clearly appearing worried about his sister causing everyone to sneer at the mention of white-haired lunatic while being sympathetic to the plight.

"Alright, I'll keep an eye out for any Sekirei that are winged by your sister. What's her name?" Matsu agreed, getting a nod from Kagari, seemingly agreeing to help relay the information.

"Yukari. You should be able to tell it's her since we have the same last name. Thank you, Matsu." The black-haired teenager said with a small bow.

"Eh, don't worry about it. Happy to help." She waved him off. 'Not only that if Miya's acting weird when he's not here, something tells me she's starting to react to him, which should be impossible, but regardless I have a feeling that she'd make my life miserable if I didn't agree to help.'

"Well enough business, let's eat and let our guests go grocery shopping for their new home." Miya said sternly getting nods from everyone.

"Minato? How are we going to get stuff home? I can carry more than humans but if we're going to buying enough to feed us for more than a day at a time, we're going to need to look at a delivery service." Uzume asked curiously.

"Yeah, not to mention I need to start looking for work as soon as we figure out our distance limit and if there are conditions for increasing the range." Minato said in response getting a nod from his soulmate in response. "Well, we'll figure it out as we go."

After they finished the meal, Minato and Uzume thanked Miya for lunch and excused themselves after Miya refused their offer to help with the clean-up. The Busty Brunette whispered to Homura, asking him an eye on Miya for her, and told him about the possible connection getting a nod in response.
