A/N: Okay, so, here's the deal, this fic may take a bit to update. The first several chapters are at beta, but the plot….I know it, they know, but they refuse to listen to me and just be out here wildin'. So if you want some different Charah, come on in. The plot…I'm gonna try but…well….kids.
Disclaimer: I don't own Chuck.
"Jill, go," Chuck said, taking her arm and trying to hurry her out the door.
"You need to call the police," Jill told him, yanking away from him as she stared down at the woman collapsed in front of them. Chuck had already bent down, scooped up the blonde and, standing, carried her to his bed. "Chuck," she began again, seeing the blood.
"GO!" he snapped. Jill huffed, grabbed her things and stormed out, slamming the door behind her. Chuck had already turned back to Jenny. "I'm gonna have to deal with her sooner or later." He shook his head and began to examine Jenny. "Not bleeding too bad," he murmured. Walking over, he grabbed his cell phone and placed a call. "Sis, this is a pineapple situation." He listened for a minute. "She's shot, Sis." Chuck listened calmly, stuffing his laptop in his bag, and grabbing his go-bag. "Yes, I trust her." He looked back over to the girl who he had seen in his dreams for more than ten years. "It's her, Sis."
There was a silence on the phone, and Chuck knew he had to snap out of it. "Listen, I just need you to come visit me as soon as you can. We're going to have a toga party." Ellie replied that she understood. Chuck hung up, shoving the phone in his pocket. He put his messenger bag over one shoulder, his go-bag over the other, and lifted Jenny. "Hang on for a few more minutes, Jenny," he muttered, taking her out of the room.

Chuck carried her out of his room, telling one of his housemates that she drank too much. The housemate grinned knowingly. Chuck loaded her into the backseat, laying her down, and quickly drove to the safehouse Stephen had sat up for him in case things ever went sideways. He pulled into the garage, shutting the door behind them. Pulling Jenny from the car, he carried her inside. Taking her to the living room, he placed her on the couch, and went to prepare the back room. He placed a sheet over the bed, knowing it was about to get extremely bloody. In his mind, he reviewed everything his sister had taught him.
He hoped Ellie would get here soon, but he knew he had to sew up her leg wound as quickly as possible, before she lost much more blood. He gently picked her up, carried her to the bedroom, and lay her down. She began to stir. "I need to get this bullet out of you," he told her. "It's going to hurt." He held up a belt.
He watched her eyes eventually focus on the belt. "Damn, you get kinky fast," she muttered, trying to stay conscious.
"I haven't even got your pants off yet," Chuck told her, trying to keep the mood light. "I mean it has been twelve years." He paused.
"What?" she asked.
"You don't go commando, do you? You know what, never mind. I'll just cut the pant leg off," Chuck said, shaking his head at himself.
"Let me get this straight: You're about to get your fingers in me," she began, watching Chuck's eyes widen, "and you're worried about me going commando? You haven't changed a bit, Chuck Bartowski."
"I have so… I'm much taller," he said, grinning at her. He grabbed a bottle and brought it over. "It's the only pain killer I have," Chuck told her. "I'm sorry, Jenny."
"It's Sarah now," she told him. Chuck nodded. "Four Roses? Jesus, you go all out, huh?" She took a pull from the bottle, winced, and then took another. Chuck gently unbuttoned her pants, and pulled them off as she lifted her hips, as he tried to avoid looking at her bare legs. "Seeing anyone?" she asked.
"No," Chuck replied. "Never know when I might get involved in something like this." He looked into her eyes. "Might wanna bite down."
"No foreplay, no nothing, huh?" She grabbed the belt, and positioned it between her teeth.
"I'm so sorry, Jenny," he said, and he began to extract the bullet.

She awoke to a cold washcloth being gently applied to her forehead. She turned her head and saw him, concern on his face. "Hey," she said, smiling. "Thank you."
"Glad I could help," he replied, still gently dabbing at a cut on her forehead, wincing as the bruise began to deepen. "Not to be a jerk, but it has been twelve years since I last saw you. And while I did say you know where to find me if you need someone, this is a little drastic."
"Your dad sent me, Chuck."
"Of course he did," Chuck replied, letting out a rough breath. "So, you need something?"
"Yeah, I have to complete a contract," Jenny told him. "This is all part of your dad's master plan to allow my dad to come back."
"Okay, I'm in. What can I do?"
"I need to find someone named Piranha. Can you help me?"
"Sure can," Chuck replied. He shook his head. "I sure can."

She awoke sometime later, hearing muffled voices. She kept her eyes shut, and listened. "You can't," she heard a woman's voice say. "You can't just turn yourself over to them."
"I have to, El," she heard Chuck say. "It's our fault that her life is the way it is."
"It is not, Chuck. Langston Graham is responsible, and you know it." Hearing that, she began to sit up. She was able to get about halfway up, when a pretty brunette rushed over, and helped support her. "Hey, take it easy," she said with a smile. "You're his first, and I want to make sure you live through it." Sarah couldn't help but smile.
"So let me get this straight; you give me Four Roses, have me bite a belt, and I'm your first?" Sarah asked him. Chuck looked away, a bit of blush hitting his neck. "You're Ellie, I think?" Sarah asked the grinning brunette.
"And you are formerly Jenny Burton," Ellie said. Sarah nodded. "I am so sorry about our dumbass father."
"Your dumbass father has kept me alive the past several years," Sarah pointed out.
"If he hadn't gotten your family involved, he wouldn't have needed to keep you alive," Chuck countered.
"Aw, he's still cute when he's concerned about me," Sarah told Ellie. "Does he still give good hugs?"
"The best," Ellie told Sarah. "Get over here, doctor's orders."
"You aren't a full doctor yet, sis," Chuck pointed out. Ellie gave him a flat look. "However, you still terrify me a little, so…" He walked over to Sarah, and gently hugged her. Sarah pulled him close and Chuck tightened the hug. "Is it crazy how little we saw each other, but I still missed you as much as I did?"
"No, I missed you just as much," Sarah told him. After a minute, they released each other. "So, I guess we owe each other backstories."
"I'm gonna give you the Reader's Digest version," Chuck told her. "I'm Piranha."
Sarah groaned, and put her face in her hands. "Of course you are."

"So, you haven't seen your father since mine went on the run?" Sarah asked, making sure she understood everything. Chuck and Ellie nodded. "It's like our families got wrapped up together."
"Yeah," Ellie began.
"Babe?" A booming voice came from the front door as it slammed shut.
"Easy, Sarah," Chuck said, barely flinching as she drew a knife. He really wasn't sure where that had come from, and he was not sure he wanted to know. "It's just Awesome."
"Will you quit calling him that?" Ellie asked.
"Who or what is an Awesome?" Sarah asked.
"Hi," a tall blond man said. "You must be the infamous Jenny." Sarah gave Chuck a curious look. "Chuckster's told me all about you."
"Has he?" Sarah replied. "You know we haven't seen each other in years, right?" Devon nodded, and Sarah turned to look at Chuck, who was scratching the back of his neck. "So how do you know Chuck?"
"Well," Devon said, glancing at Chuck. "It's kind of a long story."
"He's my boyfriend," Ellie told Sarah. Chuck snorted, and Ellie gave him a dirty look. "Well, he is," she insisted.
"I'm not saying he's not…" Chuck trailed off, and Sarah found herself grinning. She didn't know why, but this felt familiar, right, and she had missed his jokes and the things he did to make her smile. "Buuuttttt…"
"FINE!" Ellie nearly growled as she rolled her eyes. "Devon's parents are former spies that knew our mother. When dad left, he had left a contingency plan for us to…" Chuck cleared his throat, and Ellie took a deep, almost growl-like breath. "FINE!" Ellie looked quite irritated.
"I can tell it," Chuck offered, grinning and looking a bit smug.
"I will tell it," Ellie said in a clipped voice. Sarah was nearly certain it was both full of love and hate for Chuck. It was one of those brother-sister things she would never understand.
"After you left, Chuck…" she gave him a look, "bugged our father relentlessly." Chuck shrugged, not seemingly bothered in the least. "Chuck wanted to find you, and he insisted on learning how to fight, if needed."
Sarah raised an eyebrow at him. "What can I say? I was a kid that had seen too many space movies. I should have known you were more of a Princess Leia."
"Because she's the one that saves everyone?" Sarah asked. Chuck nodded.
"Anyway," Ellie said, fighting to not roll her eyes at her brother. "Dad introduced us to Devon's parents, Woody and Honey, and all of their kids. Devon and Chuck kind of clicked for some reason, and Devon began to be Chuck's fitness coach."
"Really?" Sarah asked, a little impressed with Chuck.
"I figured if I was going to lead a rescue attempt, I needed to be in better shape," he said with a shrug. She began to chuckle, and tried to stop herself. "It's fine," he said with a wave. "Too many movies."
"No, it's sweet," Sarah told him.
"Meanwhile, you have a whole damn armory hidden on your person, and I really have no idea where that knife came from earlier," he told her. She winked at him.
"So how did you two wind up dating?" Sarah asked Ellie and Devon.
"She would make sure and be around when I was trying to work out, because Awesome doesn't like to wear a shirt," Chuck replied. Ellie glared at him again.
"Babe… he's right," Devon said with a shrug. "I hate sweating on my shirts."
"So now these two are studying to be doctors at UCLA, and I'm working on my electrical engineering degree here," Chuck continued. "Dad has a few safe houses for us, and the key to this place showed up at Woody and Honey's when I got accepted to Stanford."
"I knew you'd go someplace great," Sarah told him. Chuck gave her a tight grin. "What's wrong?"
"You didn't get to go to college. I know you would have done great, and, well… I'm not going to get to finish here, at least for a while," Chuck told her.
"Wait, what?"
"Sarah, my roommate is a CIA operative. The woman that was in my dorm room…she's up to something, watching me. They've got eyes on me, and now that you showed up… I can't go back," Chuck told her.
"Wait, I thought she was Jenny," Devon said, confused.
"She is, but changed her name to piss off Graham, and make him chase her instead of her dad," Ellie explained.
"I'm not sure I understand, but not important," Devon said. "What's the plan?"
"We take out Vaas Montenegro, take out Volkoff, and somehow deal with Graham so everyone's parents can come home," Chuck said as casually as if he was discussing the weather.
"Wait, we?" Sarah asked.
"Right, we. Because of your leg," Chuck explained.
"Hold on," Sarah told him. "I've been doing this on my own, just fine-"
"Or, with my dad, and not so fine," Chuck countered. She started to retort. "You did say my fingers were in you, remember?" Devon's eyes widened, and he grinned at Chuck.
"Jesus," Ellie muttered. "Come on, Devon, these two need to get it all out of their system."
"Yeah they do," Devon said, winking at Chuck. Ellie shook her head, grabbed him by the arm, and lead him out of the room.
"They make a cute couple," Sarah said, watching them leave.
"Yeah, they're pretty terrific… it's enough to make you want to throw up," Chuck said, chuckling. He was silent for a moment. "How are you feeling?"
"Like some jackass shot me in the leg."
"That checks out," Chuck told her. "Can I get you any pain medicine? You passed out before I could give you any earlier…plus I didn't have any," he added with a wince.
"Please," Sarah said.
Chuck went through the bottles Ellie had brought. "Got some antibiotics as well." He paused. "Ellie reminded me you might want to eat some yogurt while taking them, because…" he trailed off.
"Got it," Sarah said, winking at him. He brought her some pills, and a bottle of water. She took the pills as he walked back over to the dresser, leaning against it, his arms crossed in front of him. "You okay?" she asked.
"Just never thought I'd see you again," he admitted. "I've missed my best friend."
"I've missed mine," Sarah replied. "Listen, you can't go with me-"
"I can't go back to Stanford," Chuck told her. "So, you have a choice: Either I go with you, or you stay here."
"Excuse me?"
"You heard me," Chuck told her, grinning.
"Who are you, and what happened to my Chuck?"
"He's right here, Sarah," Chuck told her softly. "Get some sleep. Neither of us are doing anything for a few days."
"Thank you for helping me," she told him. He pushed off the dresser, came over, and wrapped her up in a hug. "God, I've missed this."
"I'll always be here for you, no matter your name. You know that, right?" She nodded into his shoulder, then pulled away and searched his face. "Did you really do all of that to get your dad to find me?" Chuck didn't answer, but his smile was answer enough. "Why would he help me this entire time, but not tell you where he was?"
"Dad has reasons. Not good ones, but reasons, and he sticks to those reasons. He's complicated, when he doesn't have to be," Chuck explained. "He thinks he does the right thing, but he doesn't always."
"Was I really your first surgery?" Sarah asked him.
"Yeah, I couldn't wait on Ellie," Chuck told her. "But I promise you were safe. I'll explain more tomorrow." He started to step away, but she held onto his shirt.
"I knew I was safe with you," Sarah said softly.
"I've missed you." He leaned forward and kissed her forehead softly. "Let me help."
"Okay," she said, holding him close, breathing him in. "But if you get hurt…"
"You won't let me get hurt," Chuck told her. She gave him a shove, and he backed away, grinning. "Goodnight, Sarah. I'll see you in the morning." She laid down, and as he shut off the light, she closed her eyes and was asleep quickly.
A/N: Look at them being all cute…..WILL YOU QUIT IT! *huffs* Oh, next time? Fine.
"Okay," he said. He sat on the bed, looking her right in the eye. He gently pushed a lock of hair behind her ear that had escaped. "I think I've loved you since I first met you. You're the strongest person I know, and at the same time, the greatest protector, the funniest, the kindest, and you're the person with the biggest heart. I don't think I deserve to be with you, but if I could, if you'd give me a chance, I'd do everything I could to be worthy of you." He leaned forward, paused, looked her right in the eye, and then kissed her gently on the lips.
*Spits out drink* WHAT!? I swear to…come back next time when I put down on paper what these two want to do and refuse to listen to me. Take care, see you soon. DC.
