There was laughter around the room. Mr Hummel was feisty. The look on Sebastian's face was priceless. He was funny and did it in a way you could learn as well as laugh. It was highly amusing for them all. Kurt was standing in front of him class while the laugher filled the room. Kurt may be there teacher but the age gap was small. He could get away with it.

"I'm guessing you do this a lot?" Blaine said laughing.

"I've did countless of Sex Education classes Mr Anderson. I can promise you anything you all say will not make me uncomfortable." Kurt said said smiling at him. God, he really is gorgeous.

"Why is it called a blowjob, when no blowing is involved?" Jeff asked questioned and the whole classroom laughed. "What? I'm being deadly serious! I'm honestly confused by the term!"

"Fellatio was once known as a below job for you know. Obvious reasons." Jeff laughed an nodded. "The term for shorted to b'low job." Kurt wrote it on the board so they could see the spelling. "Or simply blow Job and Victorian prostitutes used the term all the time."

Kurt smiled at Jeff's satisfied look.

"Also, in the act of performing oral sex, exhaling or blowing will ease the act of taking the penis deeper down into the mouth while reducing gagging or the choking."

"Damn." Jeff said with his mouth wide open. "Seriously? It helps?"

Kurt smirked. "There are many reasons why it is called what it is. It's up to you to decide what you want to believe."

"That's insane. How does that even work?"

Kurt lifted himself into of the desk and placed his hands on his knees.

"In order to prevent your airways getting blocked or choking. The epiglottis, a thin piece of cartilage folds back over and covers the opening to the lungs. The giver most of the time holds their breathe during the act of a blowjob, which stiffens the oropharynx, a region behind your uvula and above your tonsils. So this can make the giver gag when the penis is pushed further into the mouth. By exhaling gentleman, it relaxed your oropharynx and opens it up much wider because the trachea is a lot bigger than your oesophagus."

They was all smiling at their new teacher. Damn. He was good.

"That's insane! How do you even know that?" Jeff said laughing.

"The human anatomy is a beautiful thing Mr Sterling."

Kurt jumped off the desk and made his way over and sat himself down in front of him.

"Do you want to do a fun exercise?" Kurt said laughing.

"Yes sir!"

"Hold your breathe and try and swallow."

Jeff held his breathe and swallowed.

"You can do that right?"

Jeff nodded.

"Now, try swallowing while you're exhaling."

Jeff did it and shook his head.

"I'm guessing you couldn't do it right? Only after the process of exhaling."

Jeff nodded again and laughed.

"Have you got clean hands Mr Sterling?"

Jeff rolled his eyes and nodded.

"If you don't mind embarrassing yourself in front of the whole class room. Take your index finger." Kurt showed him which one and Jeff nodded. "And reach into your mouth as far back as you can with gagging yourself."

Jeff smirked before doing what he was told. Everyone was leaning in close so they could see what they was doing.

"Now, adjust your finger accordingly as you're breathing in and out of your mouth."

Jeff did and got it now and he nodded.

"As you noticed, as the air is being moved, the back of your throat will expand and pull back and when the air stops. The back of your throat relaxes and touches your finger again."

Everyone had joined in. They wanted feel what Jeff could fell. When they all realised they started to laugh.

"You see? It's just science Mr Sterling." Kurt said with a grin and Jeff laughed at the demonstration.

"Thank you Mr Hummel. You've just made my boyfriend extremely happy." Jeff said smirking turning to his boyfriend who had his hands in his palms and Kurt belted out a laughter as the chorus of wolf whistles was spread across the classroom.

"How long have you both been together." Kurt questioned pointed between the two young man.

"To long Sir." Nick said laughing and Jeff turned round and threw a pencil at him.

"Two years to long." Jeff said with a roll of his eyes turning back to his teacher.

"Cute." Kurt said simply before walking back in front of the classroom.

The rest of the hour flew by quickly. It involved a lot questions and a lot of laughs. They found out new things every minute. It wasn't just talking about sex, they was actually learning from Kurt. The last ten minutes they was casual talking among themselves as Kurt was in the hallway speaking to Gerald.

"Would you mind if I go and speak to your class? I have to ask them how you was. It's standard procedure I'm sorry. I know you would of aced it anyway." Gerald said laughing.

"By all means." Kurt laughed and nodded knowing about the procedure.

Mr Banks entered the classroom and shut the door gently. "Good afternoon gentleman. I'm here to see how Mr Hummel got on today?"

They told him everything. They told him how informative he was and that he answers even the most absurd questions. That they actually learnt for the first time in Sex Education and that they was extremely comfortable around him. They had basically pled him to hire him full time.

"We would listen to him all day Mr Banks. He's incredibly funny." Blaine said smiling.

"Oh man his humour is off the rails! Not to mention the brains. He literally knows everything." David said laughing.

"You should definitely hire him Mr Banks. We would all love to have him permanently." Wes said formally looking at his principal.

"Plus he's easy on the eyes." Sebastian said grinning and Mr Banks just rolled his eyes.

"Sebastian." Mr Banks said sternly and the whole classroom started to laugh.

"What? He is!" Sebastian said laughing.

"So are you all happy?"

They all nodded with a laugh.

"More than happy. He's great." Jeff said sweetly.

"I wish he could be our teacher for everything." Thad said laughing and the all nodded in agreement.

"I'll go and get Mr Hummel." Mr Banks said smiling before opening the door and gesturing for Kurt to come in.

"You got A pluses across the board Mr Hummel. You should be extremely proud of yourself." Gerald said before nodding and leaving the room.

"So I passed?" Kurt said smirking.

"Hell yes." Jeff said punching his first in the air.

The bell rang and they all groaned not wanting to leave.

"When will you be back?" Blaine asked placing his things away.

"I haven't got a clue. I'll find out later on today. I'm just here when required Mr Anderson." Kurt said softly drinking the last of his cold coffee. He looked over at Blaine who was smiling at him and he got a feeling in his stomach. Butterflies

"Maybe we can poison one of the teachers." Nick said and they all laughed.

"Now now Mr Duval. That's not how you get away with murder. You don't tell." Kurt said grinning and Nick laughed and nodded his head.

"You can say that again Sir."

They all laughed thanking Kurt for a great lesson and left for their next class. Kurt smiled and sat down on his chair and closed his eyes. He couldn't stop thinking about his student. Blaine. He tried to shake the thought away but it burnt through to the back of his brain. Fuck off kurt. You're with Elliot.

Kurt sighed and stood up and gathered his things before tidying up the class room and making his way out the room and locking it behind him. He pocketed the keys and made his way to Gerald's office.

"How was your first class?"

"It was great. They are a lovely group of people. I'm very displeased I'm leaving already." Kurt said admittedly before taking a sip of his coffee Gerald had made him.

"Would you apply for a permanent position Kurt?"

Kurt had never had a permanent position before. It wasn't that he didn't get asked but because he always got asked but he always declined because he liked being flexible.

"I know you're an incredibly busy man. I know your schedule is immensely large but if you wanted it. I can give you one easily."

Kurt didn't know what to say. It was always easy for him to decline but it was struggling on this one. He really liked it hear and the students were great.

"May I think about it?" Kurt said tilting his head.

"Of course you may. Take as much time as you need." Gerald said drinking from his mug. He would love to have Kurt teaching permanently here at Dalton. Who wouldn't? He practically could teach anything.

"Thank you. I really will think about it. It's more the journey for me. I live three hours away and the commute back and forth, trying to get home to my dad is awfully bothersome."

Kurt knew his dad would be okay with it. Would I be okay with it?

"You're more than welcome to have a room. It would be yours for as long as you're here."

"That's very generous of you." Kurt said smiling up.

"I don't mind Mr Hummel. Anything for her you to stay."

They laughed and chatted for a while. Gerald was a lovely man. Very easy to get along with. He always enjoyed the company of the older generation. They got him. They understood him and they actually appreciated him.

"I'll most definitely think about it and talk to my dad."

Kurt could feel his eyes dropping at the wheel. Come on Kurt you only have ten minutes left. He stopped the car for moment and took a deep breath. Why am I so tired now and I could sleep but as soon as I get home and get into bed the nightmares start?

Kurt ran his hands up his face and turned the car back on. Come on Hummel, ten minutes.

Kurt could of cried when he pulled up home. It was nearly 7:30pm. Kurt jumped out the car and ran up to his door and quickly opened it and walked through, shutting it gently and thew his keys on the side and made his way into his home.

"Is that you kiddo!" Burt shouted standing the the kitchen.

"Yeah dad it's me!" Kurt shouted back and walked through to meet his dad.

"God you look exhausted kid." Burt said looking up at his son. His eyes was nearly knocking together.

"I don't like you doing that drive kid while you're like this."

Kurt nodded. "I know dad. I felt pretty bad then."

Kurt walked over an hugged him dad. "I think I'm just going to try and sleep."

"Have you ate?"

"Yes da-

"Have you ate?"

Kurt laughed and shook his head and his dead pulled out the home phone. "Pizza or Chinese?"

"Pizza."

Kurt had been showered and was already ready for bed. He made his way down as his dad finished shutting the door for the pizza delivery.

"You look better kid." Burt said balancing the pizza box in his hand and the soda in he other. Kurt rolled his and made his way over and took it from his hands and carried it in for him.

"I feel better dad." Kurt said smiling as he placed the pizza on the table in front of them. Burt poured his son and him a drink and made his way over.

"How was work today?" Kurt asked as they started to eat.

"It was great today. Very busy." Burt said taking a slice of pizza and putting it on his mouth. "What about you kid? How's that fancy school?"

Kurt laughed. "It's beautiful dad. The students are too. They're very kind and welcoming people. I think the kids like me."

"You kidding? They most likely love you now Kurt." Burt said and Kurt laughed and nodded his head. "I've seen your talks the kids are on the edge of their chair with you. You have a gift kiddo."

"I have something I need to talk to you about." Kurt said staring at the tv in front of him. He was worried about him dad and what he would say about his new job offer. His hands started play with the pizza in his hands.

"Are you sick?"

"What? No dad I'm not sick!"

"Have you finally grown a pair and broke up with Danny?"

Kurt rolled his eyes and laugh. "Nope."

"Are you pregnant?"

Kurt glared at his dad. "Congratulations you're going to be a grandfather!" Kurt said sarcastically turning towards his dad.

Burt laughed at his son's sarcasm. He was the spit of his mother.

"Then whatever you need to say is not going to be as bad as you think." Burt said.

"I've been offered a permanent position at Dalton."

Burt smiled. He knew his son always turned them down but he could see he was debating this one.

"That's great kiddo, I'm really proud of you."

Kurt smiled and started to eat his pizza again feeling relieved at his dad's answer.

"It's a three hour drive dad, there and back."

Burt turned his head so he could see him son.

"The schools headmaster has offered me a room so I could board and not commute everyday to the school."

That's very generous Burt thought. He had to thank his sons new boss for the kind gesture.

"Is that's what worrying you kid? Not being here?"

Kurt lifted his gaze and nodded. "I jus-

"Kiddo. I can see how much you like it there. I'll be fine."

"I just don't want you on your o-

"I'm a grown ass man Kurt."

Kurt laughed and rolled his eyes. He loved his dad. He was so understanding about everything. He didn't even batted an eyelid when he told him he was gay.

"I just worry about you."

"It's meant to be me worrying about you. Not the other way round."

"I don't know. I'll think about it."

It was the next day. Kurt hasn't slept again. Maybe an hour in total. His son was giving a lecture in a university today. He knew he wouldn't be back until at least 2pm so he had made his way to Dalton. He didn't want to intrude on his sons work life but he needed to speak to the principal. There was many reasons why he didn't want to take it. He had called Mr Banks earlier that day and he was more than willing to meet with him. He seems like a genuine nice guy. They was currently sitting in his office, drinking a cup of coffee.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Mr Hummel honestly, your son is an absolute delight. The students here love him already." Mr Banks said smiling at the man.

"He is. He's a star. Gets that from his mother and please, call me Burt. I feel like my father when I get called that."

Gerald laughed and nodded his head. "Then please, call me Gerald."

They chatted lightly. They got on pretty well. Gerald and Burt was around the same age and both had a love for football. Burt knew he would have to bring the conversation up.

"My son. He told me you offered him a job and a home?" Burt said taking a sip from his drink.

"Your son is a remarkable young man Burt. I would love to have him become a permanent faculty member. My students would. The room is a courtesy to him, I know his commute is a long one."

Burt nodded. "He wants to take it. I can see that but he's worried about leaving me and a few other things."

Gerald smiled. "He loves you very much?"

Burt laughed and nodded. "He's like another limb Gerald."

Gerald could see how much Burt loved his soon. Him being here told him that. Gerald had a six year old little boy and his name was Alex. It was a surprise to him and his wife got pregnant. Alex's birth was incredibly difficult and it resulted in him loosing his beautiful wife, Samantha. His lost devastation him.

"Is that your son?" Burt asked looking at the photo on his desk.

"Oh yes that's my little boy, Alex. He's just turned six. He's a hand full I tell you but I guess you already know that with your boy."

Burt chuckled. "He sure was."

"My wife died in childbirth. I've been raising him on his own. I've had to have babysitters now and sometimes I'll bring him in with me while I do office work. The kids entertain him also." Gerald said sadly. He didn't know why he admitted that to his new friend. He had only known him an hour or so but he was pretty comfortable around him.

"My wife Elizabeth died too when Kurt was ten years old. Car accident. So trust me Gerald when I tell you I know. I promise it's gets easier." Burt said sincerely.

Gerald grinned. "Thank you. It's hard isn't it?"

"More than hard."

"How was Kurt?"

"Devastated. His brain didn't help. He relived it over and over again for years." Burt said truthfully drinking from his mouth.

"I'm sorry Burt."

"Me too. Just keep on going alright?"

Gerald grinned and lifted his coffee up too. He felt better for speaking to Burt. No one ever understood what he was going though and now he had found someone who did.

"Kurt suffers from PTSD. He has pretty severe nightmares every night. I'm not telling you to pry into my sons new life here at Dalton but that's one of the reasons why I know he's very wary on staying."

"I had no idea. I thought he looked exhausted yesterday but I didn't say anything. I know his schedule is extremely busy and I know the drive is long so I just put it down to that. That must be so hard for him."

"It is but he's a strong kid." Burt said proudly. "There is many more reasons why Kurt will be debating it but the sleep is one of the main ones. It's pretty bad Gerald, it's not just a nightmare. He's screaming out and sobbing uncontrollably. It's every night. He doesn't get a beak."

"That's heart breaking." Gerald was in shock. Kurt seemed so happy. I guess you never know what goes on behind closed doors.

"I just want my kid to be happy. I think here will help that. The nightmares, I don't know if he could deal with it on his own. I know when he works away he doesn't even attempt to sleep incase he has one and he's on his own."

"I promise you Burt I will look after him and do everything in my power to help him."

"I believe you."

They chatted for another four before Burt had to leave before Kurt realised he was gone and had a heart attack. Gerald had walked Burt out to his car.

"That you for coming honestly. I feel so much better about everything. Please try and get your son to accept my offer." Gerald laughed.

"Oh don't you worry. I'll push." Burt laughed back. "If you ever need help with your car also. Let me know."

Gerald had asked for a load of his business cards so he could pass them around the school.

"Of course! You'll be the first I call. Have a safe trip!"

Burt had just made it back in time. Twenty minutes to spare. He had decided to go the garage and help out. It was extremely busy today, it was always busy. His career was skyrocketing and he was so grateful for his son for agreeing to move back with him. He would never of did it if Kurt said no. His son comes first. He was currently looking through the finances for the last few days. They had made a fortune. He was trying to add the numbers but but he laughed. Maths wasn't his strong suit.

"Do you need help with that?" Kurt said smirking tilting his head.

"Nope I'm more than capable adding some numbers up kid." Burt shot back before sitting down and picking up the piece of paper again. Kurt was with his hand out. Burt caved and threw it at him electing a howl of laughter from Kurt. He worked it out in his head quickly and wrote the numbers down for his dad.

"Thanks kid, you're a life saver." Burt said proudly. "So, have you thought about the new job?"

"No not yet."

"Son."

"Dad it's a beautiful school and I really like it but I just don't think it's the right time at the moment." Kurt said biting is lip looking at his knee.

"It's totally up to you kiddo, I think it'll be good for you."

Kurt looked felt his phone buzz and he pulled it out.

18 miss calls : Elliot.

He groaned and quickly rang him back.

"Hello stranger. Was just about to put a missing persons out for you."

Kurt rolled his eyes. He was so dramatic. "I've been busy Elliot. I'm sorry. I've been placed at school in Westerville and the work load is a ballache."

"Ah I see."

"How's your day been?"

"Slow. I've missed you."

"I've missed you too."

"How's the school?"

Kurt sat on his bed and lifted his legs up and laid his head on the pillow.

"It's beautiful. It's an all boys boarding-

"All boys boarding school?"

Kurt rolled his eyes. Here we go again.

"Yes Elliot. It's all boys boarding school. Anyway, they've offered me a full time position and I'm thinking about taking it."

There was silence on the other side. He could practically here his gears turning in his head.

"You've never taken a position before. You like to be flexible Kurt. Why now?"

Kurt put his fingers to his temple. "It's a really good opportunity darling. I would love to work there."

"You've been offered countless of job opportunities Kurt. Amazing ones in actual universities as a professor and you're taking this one? To be a normal high school teacher with minimum pay? Come on baby, you're so much better than that."

Elliots voice was going through him. He knew Elliot was right. He had been offered many jobs through his life. He just couldn't shake this one.

"I will still be giving lectures, I will still be doing everything I normally do just on a smaller scale. I think I just need a break for a while."

"Totally up to you Kurt. I've got to go anyway. I'll speak to you later."

"Ellio-

The phone cut off. Fuck sake. Why is he so fucking dramatic? Kurt groaned and threw his phone and stood up and made his way to see him dad.

"Is that what he said?" Burt demanded looking at his son.

"I know you don't like him-

"This isn't about liking him Kurt! He treats you like shit." Burt said sternly.

Kurt sighed and sat back in the chair. "I just don't want to ruin our relationship."

"This isn't a relationship Kurt." Burt said. "It's an agreement."

Kurt rolled his eyes. He knew how much his dad hated his boyfriend. It wasn't nothing new. He was use to it but he also knew his dad was right also. He was on a battle without to figure out what he actually wanted. He wanted to please them both but he knew that wasn't going to happen.

"Just please call the school Kurt. Do something for yourself for a change."

Burt stood and kissed his son on head and pattered his shoulder. "I love you son but please just think about it."

Kurt nodded and sighed. Why does this have to be so difficult?

"Transport of heat through nonconvecting boundary layers, such as the earth's plates at the surface. As a result much of the planet's primordial heat, from when the earth first accreted and developed its core, has been retained."

Kurt was currently giving a lecture though conference call. He wanted to try something knew. Maybe doing this would help with his actually move to Dalton. Well, if I decide to go. He was enjoying it. No driving, no travel and he could stay in the comfort of his own home.

"And the Earths tilt Professor?" One of the students asked taking notes.

"The Earth's axis is currently titled around 23.5 degrees but the angle will vary over time, but the gravitational pull of the moon prevents it from shifting by more than a degree or so. The tilt is what gives us seasons." Kurt said politely back addressing the student directly.

It was back and forth for an hour or so. The students taking notes furiously and hanging onto every one of his words. He really enjoyed it. More than enjoyed it actually. It was refreshing. He had finished up the call and picked up his phone, it rang a few times before it answered.

"Hello Mr Hummel! Pleasure to hear from you again. How're you?" Mr Banks said cheerfully down the phone. Kurt smiled.

"I think we can drop the formalities if I will be working for you, Gerald. Kurt is more than fine." Kurt smirked.

"Seriously? That's amazing! I'm so happy you decided to come and join us at Dalton. I promise you won't regret it!"

They agreed on a few terms. Kurt asked if he could still do his lectures at Dalton and Gerald happily obliged. Kurt was extremely busy and if doing them online was better than Gerald was more than happy. They agreed could could be flexible and he would fill in for teachers when they was off sick and teach his own class on what subject he felt was fit. Gerald had kindly gave Kurt his own office. So he could work in piece and not have to work in his room which Kurt was so thankful for. The students could come to him anytime without the worry of invading his privacy. Kurt had a degree in psychology so Kurt had offered to be there for the students if they ever needed to talk and Gerald was astounded. This kid was unreal he thought. Gerald told Kurt because of his age he was more than welcome to interact with the students and even hang out with them when he wanted. It was completely legal. He wanted Kurt to have a life here that wasn't just work. He wanted him to have friends and healthy social life. Kurt didn't know what to say. He was more thankful.

"It means so much to me Gerald. All of this. Your kindness is beyond imaginable."

"I want you to be happy Kurt and enjoy your life." Gerald said smiling on the phone.

"I want that too. May I call round first thing in the morning? I would like to get settled."

"Of course Kurt. A room is already made for you. Drive safe please."

"Thank you. Take care."

Kurt put the phone down and laughed. They already had a room made for him. He rushed out of his room and tell his dad. Fuck Elliot. This is what I wanted.

Burt was beyond ecstatic. His son would be a teacher. A hired teacher. He was doing something finally for himself. Kurt had told him everything Gerald had offered Burt grinned. Gerald was keeping his word and looking after him.

"Oh son I'm so proud of you!" Burt said laughing at kurt's eagerness.

"I need this dad." Kurt said smiling up at him a Burt nodded.

"Are you sure you're going to be okay?" Kurt said pulling back from the hug and looking at his dad in the eyes.

"I'm going to be more than okay." Burt said softly and hugged his son tightly.

Another sleepless night passed. Kurt felt like a zombie. He has the pills in his hand. Shall I take them? Kurt had been put on medication for sleeping. He hardly ever took them. He would rather go without sleep than be the way he was on them. He turned it around and read the side affects.

Burning or tingling sensation in hands, feet of legs

Change of appetite

Dizziness or lightheaded

Dry mouth or throat

Headaches

Heartburn

Constipation

Nausea

Attention difficulties

Impaired balance

Shaking

Weakness

Jesus. Kurt rolled his eyes. It went on and on. How could do his job if he was experiencing these problems? Would it be easier to just not sleep? He knew that he would need to soon. Maybe I should a few? Kurt sighed and leaned against the counter.

"Take them buddy." Burt said walking over and prying them out of his hands and placing them in his toiletries bag. "Take them just incase?"

Kurt nodded and continued to pack. He didn't take much just enough for a week and a little more. He had seven suits pressed and placed in suit bags all ready to go. He also had a case filled with actual normal clothes incase he got to wear them. He smiled. He loved fashion. It was completely different to his suits. His dress sense was young and trendy. He made sure he had everything and his dad helped him move everything to his car.

"I'm so proud of you kiddo. Call me okay?"

"Always dad."

Kurt was pretty emotional. He missed his dad already and it only been three and a half hours. He drove slow today. There was no rush and he was tired so he wanted to make sure he was driving safely. Mr Banks had already met him and was helping him take his belongings to his room.

"The room is gorgeous. Thank you." Kurt said looking around.

It was very spacious. A queen bed was placed in the middle of the room with a beautiful spread. There was a sofa to the left and facing it was a very big flat screen TV. There was a microwave, kettle and a fridge. There was two wardrobes. He rolled his eyes and he seen Mr Banks.

"I know you're into fashion and them fabulous suits of yours are going to need somewhere to go."

There was an en-suite bathroom. It had a bath and a shower and he nearly moaned. A large mirror was hanging over the sink. It was all marbled tiles. Very luxurious.

"The rooms are gorgeous here Mr Banks but they are nothing like this." Kurt said in awe looking around.

"I want you to be completely comfortable Kurt. Yes, I refurbished the room a little but this is one of the guest suites for visitors."

Kurt smiled and nodded. It really was beautiful.

"Your office is through that other door. It leads straight into your room. I thought it would be easier for you."

"My office is connected to my room?" Kurt laughed. To good to be true

"Is that okay for you?"

"Yes Gerald. It is fabulous."

Gerald laughed an patted him on the back. The office was gorgeous too. A large desk was placed at the top of the room with matching comfortable maroon shell shaped chairs. It was bright and open. There was also a matching corner sofa on the right with a little coffee table. There was also a coffee machine with a small cupboard filled with mugs and glasses. Another mini fridge was also placed underneath filled with expensive looking water.

"Please decorate it how ever you want and your room. This is your home now while you're here Kurt." Gerald said smiling at him.

"Thank you. For everything."

"No Kurt. Thank you."
