"Do you think she will finally wake up?" A familiar voice worriedly said.

"I hope so." A man said.

Shiho can hear the voices around her even her eyes are closed.

'Where am I? Am I really dead?' She asked herself.

A hand touches hers. It's soft and warm and she feels comfort and calm while her hand is being touch with someone she didn't know. She slowly open her eyes and see a long blonde hair woman with glasses wearing a lab coat greeting her with a smiled.

"M-Mom?" Shiho said weakly.

"YOU'RE AWAKE SHIHO!" Elena yelled in excitement. She's happy seeing her Daughter finally wakes up.

Shiho eyes wandered restlessly in the hospital room. She see Akemi and her Dad Atsushi smiling warmly at her. The door suddenly opened and a doctor Araide came by.

"She's finally awake!" Doctor Araide smiled.

He walk towards her. Her parents and sister are watching while Doctor Araide is checking her.

"She just need some rest and she'll recover." Araide said while he looks at Shiho's parents.

"That's a good news! Thank you Doctor Araide." Elena smiled.

"I'll give her some medicines and I have a word for you Mister and Mrs Miyano."

Elena and Atsushi nods and followed Araide outside. Akemi walk and sit in Shiho's Bed. Shiho looks at her sister. Tears are forming to escape her eyes, Akemi looks worried.

"Are you okay?" She asked.

"Ye-yeah... I'm just happy to see you again." Shiho answered.

"I'm happy to see you either finally you're awake!" Akemi said.

"I'm so happy, we're gonna live together again with our parents! It's just a dream come true!"

Akemi laughs.

"You're exaggerating! We've been living with our parents ever since we're young you know..."

Shiho got confused. She looks at her sister, she stay quiet for a while.

"I never live with our parents because the organization took me an-"

Akemi laughs again.

"What the heck are yo saying? What organization?"

"Hey don't prank me. I know all of us are dead and here we are in after life. Remember Gin killed you?"

Akemi tilted her head while staring at her younger sister looking clueless.

"Who's Gin? And what are you saying we're all dead?" Confused Akemi asked.

"You know what? being comatose for like half a year must be the reason why you're strange. You must take your rest for now alright?" Akemi smiled.

She left Shiho's room and now Shiho's all alone in the room.

'Wait what? This is weird!' Her thoughts.

She slowly and carefully sit on the hospital bed, she's feeling her body is kinda weak since she's been in comatose for half a year so that means she just laying on bed all day all night. She looks in the corner and there's a mirror in it. She see herself with a long strawberry blonde hair. She pinched her cheek hard.

"Ouch!" She said.

She looks at her own reflection surprised. She can feel herself, she can feel she's alive. She can't believe it. She pinched herself again over and over until she gets tired.

'How come I'm alive with my late family? What's happening? I was shot by Gin straight in my heart so there's no way I will be alive... Kudo kun was there helplessly watching me in his arm having trouble breathing... I'm dead and so are my family.' Her thoughts.

She laid back on the hospital bed. She's staring at the white ceiling. She can't stop thinking about the battle between the black organization. That memory was still clear to her. Her eyelids are getting heavy, her eyes are shutting down. She fall asleep.

She opened her eyes and see she's in a park. She see a two young kids playing on a seesaw. The vision isn't that clear but she can see a black hair kid boy with a strawberry blonde short hair kid girl. They're laughing and playing, she automatically smiled while watching the two kids playing.

'The boy reminds me of Kudo kun...' she said to herself.

She keeps watching the two young kids playing. She can tell that the boy is protecting the little girl when a 2 bully kids come near them. He's not letting those 2 bully kids to touch the little girl. But one of the bully kid get something from his pocket and it's a gun, he shot the little boy. Shiho suddenly wakes up.

'That's a weird dream...' her thoughts.

Hours passed... Akemi went back to the hospital room she's in. She bring foods and fruits for Shiho, she's helping her younger sister to eat.

"Mom and Dad can't come right now. They're busy in the clinic so I told them I can go here to feed you." Akemi said.

Shiho blinks and staring at her.

"Is there's something in my face?" Asked Akemi.

"No."

"Why you keep staring then?"

"I'm confused."

"Confused?"

"We're dead aren't we?"

"Huh? Ofcourse not!"

"But I got shot straight in my heart!"

Akemi laughs.

"I'm serious! Gin clicked the goddamn gun straight to my heart and I fell unconscious on the ground. I was battling with the black organization with Kudo kun because we wanted to end their evil doing and I wanted to take a revenge for taking everything to me! Mom and Dad died since I was a baby and the organization take me and let me study in the USA. You were in Japan living in a normal life but the organization is watching you and I never had a freedom. The organization force me to create a drug. That drug was originally created by Mom and Dad but since they died I continued the research because the organization wants me to. Then Gin killed you and I stopped the research. I was locked in a basement waiting for the decision of the boss, I was going to be killed so I took the poison I made but instead of dying my body got shrunk into a 6 years old body. That's how I escaped and I went to Kudo kun house but Professor Agasa found me and help me. I-"

"Wait this is too much! All I know is we are still alive and there's no Black Organization exist! If they exist then we are definitely not part of it. Trust me Shiho you're just exaggerating, maybe when you're in coma you dreamed about it but it didn't happen. When we were young, we always play and spend our lives together." She smiled.

"Don't overthink alright? Just take a rest and forget it. I'm going home now but I'll come and visit you here tomorrow." She added.

Akemi clean up the foods and fruits container and put it inside the bag. She help Shiho to laid back on the bed and left the room.

It's already now midnight and Shiho is still awake. She can't sleep and can't stop wondering about what's happening.

'is this really real?' She asked herself.
