Rebirth of the Ten Tailed God
Chapter 2
Naruto laid in a hospital bed bandages wrapped around his entire body despite the fact he had already healed himself long before he'd even gotten to the hospital, but the nurse told him if he tried to move she'd tell the Hokage that he was bad and that Naruto being bad would break the kage's heart, so he patiently waited for morning, okay maybe not patiently and defiantly not as still as the nurse wanted,
"Come oooooon mister sun," Naruto whined staring out of the window, "Rise faster, else Naruto is bad child," he said with his arms behind his head, "If only I had my staff then I could use sage magic to speed time," then he pouted "but in great hunger it was lost," he licked his lips, "should stop choosing such tasty staffs."
A giggle echoed in the mostly quiet room,
"Someone there?," Naruto asked getting on all fours, being careful to not trigger the weight seal on his bed else the nurse might believe he was escaping,
"Uh no?," a voice said,
Naruto pouted, "Oh," he said, "then I'm sad,"
"Why are you sad?," the person who wasn't there asked,
"Cause asm all alone and bored,"
"So you actually still believe you're alone?,"
"Yiss, you said no one here and why you lie?," Naruto said rolling over annoyedly,
A woman stepped out of the wall, "Naruto I actually am here," She said,
"Really?!," He asked excitedly,
"Yes, you just can't tell the Hokage or I may get in trouble," she said,
"Okay not tell Taichi-kun," Naruto said, the woman smiled and came closer as she stepped into the dim light Naruto realised she was one of the Anbu, "Who are you?," he asked,
She chuckled raising a finger to her mask covered lips, "Silly I can't tell you that, just call me Leopard."
"Okay Leopard," Naruto said, "can you talk to me until mister sun comes up?,"
She took a seat near the bed, "I suppose I wouldn't be doing any more harm," she crossed her legs and leaned her head on her hand, "what would you like to talk about?,"
"Ponies," Naruto said as seriously as one could,
Leopard giggled again, "They run fast," she said,
"Like really fast and they can carry a ton," Naruto said, "ponies are cool,"
Leopard lifted her head up and quickly jumped into the wall, then Naruto's door was pushed open by the nurse that bandaged him up, she had a single arm and brown hair, "Blah blah blah Hokage," she said throwing Itachi in the room,
"Ow," He said, "It's me-,"
The nurse hit him on the head, "Quiet, patents are resting."
He nodded rubbing his head, "Sorry," he whispered,
The Nurse nodded walking over to Naruto she gave him a quick check up, "Haven't been trying to escape have you?,"
"Me ecsape?, you crazy me am love smell of bacteria wipes." Naruto lied, not about not escaping, just about the smell,
She smirked, "I know that's why this room is reserved for the only person in Konohana capable of blowing there own legs off,"
Naruto gulped, "Me lied not actually like smell,"
The nurse pouted, "Aw really?," she patted him on the face, "well can't un-reserve the room now, guess you'll have to deal with it." she said, she checked his equipment was still working and the weight seal was undamaged before turning and leaving,
Itachi stood up and walked over to Naruto, "She's a peach isn't she?,"
Naruto nodded, "Yiss, she really cares for patients,"
"I'm glad we agree on that," he said before his expression darkened, he held up a bottle, "so buddy I was wondering if you know what is in here?," He asked, Naruto shook his head and hid under the covers, "really?, cause it was found in the clearing you sleep at, in a small wooden pool," Itachi said,
Now Naruto was sweating, "Uh nobody told me how to make it," Naruto lied, "especially not Kyu-kun," he chuckled nervously "who even mentioned Kyu-kun?, cause they lie."
"Freaking nark!," Spoke the booming voice of the Kyubii no Kitsune,
Itachi froze, "Kyu-kun?," he came close his expression turned soft, "as in the Kyubii?," he asked, Naruto shook his head slowly, then he stopped and nodded,
"Narkruto!," The Kyubii cried, "I thought you were a bro,"
"Oh Naruto," Itachi said patting Naruto's face, "I'm not mad at you, just that I wondered who taught you how to make sake," then Itachi considered what he just learned, "The Kyubii that tried to destroy our village taught you how to brew sake?," he asked,
Naruto nodded, "He said that since Shikaku-kun can control me while I sleep he might hurt others, so he taught me to make sake so Shikaku-kun would get too drunk to hurt anyone,"
Itachi raised an eyebrow, 'The Kyubii protected us from a rampaging Shikaku, why?,' curiosity over took the Uchiha and he asked "did the Kyubii say why he wanted to stop the Ichibii from hurting others?,"
Naruto nodded, "He said-," Naruto clamped his mouth shut,
Itachi sighed, "He wants to kill us himself doesn't he?," Naruto nodded, "of course he does," Itachi smiled "well he'll have to get through Konohana's greatest hero first,"
"Yiss Taichi-kun is unstoppable," Naruto said,
"Not me," Itachi booped the white haired boy on the nose, "you,"
The door opened again and the nurse walked back in "Here's your stuff," She said throwing the armour onto the boy, "you're free to go,"
"Y-,"
Naruto was about to jump up but both Itachi and the Nurse put their arms on him, "None of that," The nurse warned, "You may heal fast but I'd rather you stop braking your own limbs entirely," she gave a sadistic grin "wouldn't wanna end up like me would ya?,"
Before Naruto could answer the Nurse turned and after grabbing Itachi's arm walked out of the room dragging the kage out with her,
Naruto smiled he ripped off the bandages and quickly changed into his armour that protected less then a female Jrpg character's armour did, he crawled over to the door opening it and exiting it,
"Ah done already?," Itachi asked,
"Yiss, am combat ready." Naruto said,
Itachi chuckled, "Which reminds me, would you like to hear the early drafts of the team placements?,"
Naruto nodded, "Yiss yiss who am on team with?,"
Itachi chuckled and opened a file and read, "Team 7 will consist of genin Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, and Kagero Fuma, led by the Jonin Kakashi Hatake due to his high level ninjutsu and knowledge about a certain eye,"
"Next is Team 8 which will be Shino Aburame, Hinata Hyuga, and Yakumo Kurama, led by Jonin Kurenai Yuuhi the team was mostly requested by her because she's trained two of them before,"
"After that is Team 10 being made up by Kiba Inuzuka, Shikamaru Nara, and Choji Akimichi, led by Jonin Asuma Sarutobi due to his tactical mind and easy going nature,"
Itachi smiled at Naruto, "And that's it,"
Naruto blinked, "Huh?,"
"You see Shinobu is being scouted by a Jonin for an apprenticeship, and you and Ino can't be a team alone,"
"Why not?," Naruto asked puffing up his chest "am super strong, am have more strongth then can handle,"
Itachi patted Naruto's head, "Exactly, and that's why as of right now I won't let you pass," he said as they left the hospital,
"But Taichi-kun," Naruto whined,
Itachi stopped, "Naruto six hours ago you broke every bone in your body because you got too exited and channelled chakra into your jump," he said, "genin teams are three man for a reason, if one gets hurt two are there to protect them, but what if when you punch someone like that and they use a substitute?, you hit a log shattering your arm and are left with three more attacks?, you'll die and get your team killed too,"
"But I-,"
Itachi pulled Naruto to his feet and got down to his level, "What if an enemy ninja substitutes with one of your allies?,"
Naruto looked down at his hand, "Punch would hurt them,"
"No, it would destroy them," Itachi said, "Naruto I'm not trying to isolate you, I don't want you hurting yourself or doing something you'll regret, and so until further notice you're benched," he said,
Naruto was ready to cry but Itachi wiped them away, "Don't cry, I just need you to understand me right now, don't get me wrong, this draft isn't final and anything could happen to change my mind, in fact if you can gain some control over your excitement and rein in this... god like power then I'll consider adding you back onto the team placement, nothing definite but I'll consider it okay?," Naruto still looked down, "It's okay if you don't believe me, but you being the last Jinjuriki has painted a target on your back the size of this village itself, I couldn't bear with you getting hurt or worse cause I was too rash,"
Itachi frowned at the lack of a response, "You aren't the only one you know, Ino Yamanaka is also off the course for personal reasons," Itachi patted Naruto on his head, "buddy I know it sucks, cause even out of everyone on this list you've been striving for this since day one, and something you had no control of has stopped you time and time again, but take heart, cause out of everyone on this list I know you'll be the one to surprise me and believe me when I say I want nothing more then to put you back on this list, but as your frie-," Itachi wrapped his arms around the boy, "As your unofficial big brother, and your Kage, I couldn't stand never seeing you again,"
The two stayed locked in an embrace for a while Naruto didn't remember when Itachi let go or when he started walking home, just that he was there now,
"He is right you know?," Kokuo asked her voice was always gentle, but now it seemed almost pleading, "Just imagine hitting someone you cared for with all our power, it wouldn't be right to put you through that,"
Naruto gave a dull nod as he sat next to the field he grew leeks at, he pulled one out of the ground and started eating it, "If I was a real sage he wouldn't say that,"
"Sw-" Kokuo stopped, that was a line between the two she dared not cross, "Naruto it's not that you aren't a sage anymore then it is about you having us-,"
"Yes it is," Voiced Kyubii lazily, "If this brat could harness a fraction of our combined power he'd already be Hokage,"
"For once we agree on something fuzzball," Cried Shikaku, "If he was capable of using our strength then he could-,"
"Urhhg do you all have to start when I just started napping?," Matabii groaned, "are they picking on your brat again Kokuo?," She teased,
"Leave the boy," Isobu said, "he has nothing to do with our imprisonment, and has suffered greatly because of it,"
Just as Naruto shut his eyes and held his head as their voices started getting too much, they stopped,
"Enough," She said, "Thy hast made us grow weary of the senseless bickering over naught but a child,"
"You?," Naruto asked opening his eyes, he looked up at a three eyed pale skinned woman sitting in a throne made of gold, Naruto was in his mindscape he must've passed out,
"Thy hast forgotten," This was Kaguya Otsutsuki, Naruto only knew two things about her, she was the most powerful creature ever and she was responsible for him being able to grow new bones whenever he wanted, she reached a pale hand to his face, "crying again will not change what hast been done," she noted,
"I know," he said wiping the tears away, he was always embarrassed around her and he never knew why, he looked away from her as she gently caressed his face, "did I come here?," he asked,
"No, we brought you before us," She stated, "we wanted to hear you say it."
"Say it?," Naruto asked,
"We want an admission that we were right, then thou must state thy new objective." Kaguya explained,
"Wrong?," Naruto asked, she always used big words so it took him some time to figure out what she wanted, but Naruto did remember when and why he told her before she was wrong,
-Flashback Nine years ago-
Naruto was four and at the time he still lived in the village, he'd been so excited for today, today was the day Itachi was going to address the public after arresting his own father and finally revealing that Fugaku had started coup,
But Naruto wouldn't make it there in time, tears ran down his eyes as he heard the words again 'It's going to be difficult for me since he is my father, I'm going to need my entire family supporting me, that means you too Naruto.' came the voice of his surrogate older brother, he'd been smiling ever since he heard Itachi say that, apparently too good a mood,
Three villagers had caught him and thrown him into an alleyway the three crowded around him and started stomping him against the wall, they shouted things at him too but it was the same things they'd always shouted at him, "You damn demon," "We'll take revenge for the fourth you monster," and his favourite "You'll wish you were never born,"
Naruto just laid there and took it, not that he could've done much to stop it, he was only four, and he was pretty sure his entire body was shattered as well,
The villagers stopped, "Whew, that's some good stress relief," one said smiling,
"I know the little bastard just makes it too easy,"
"Why dost thou not stop this?," A voice asked,
"hu-," Naruto's curiosity was cut off by a boot that stomped on his head,
"Shut up demon," The youngest one said, "nobody cares to hear it,"
"These vermin have attacked thou," The voice said again, "why dost thee allow such insolence?,"
'Insolence?,' Naruto thought,
The villagers raised the feet up again ready to crush his body,
"Thou sees that unless thee acts swiftly these vermin will continue to harm us correct?,"
'I can take it, I'll just heal anyway,' Naruto tried to say, but his entire body wouldn't make a sound let alone say anything,
"So thy would allow vermin to abuse it forever?," The voice was at first curious, but now it seemed annoyed,
'They won't when I become the Hokage,' Naruto would've smiled at that, imagining the people who were hurting him, and those that had hurt him, finally seeing him as an equal,
"An equal?," The voice asked dangerously, suddenly Naruto's body started emitting white chakra, the villagers backed away in fright, as Naruto's broken body twisted and healed as he stood to his feet, Naruto could see everything, and the pain was gone, "Equals?," the voice asked using Naruto's mouth, scaring the people who were hitting him before,
The young one stood up "D-don't think y-you can-,"
Naruto's body raised a fist and swung upwards hitting the man's stomach, "Vermin should not address us in such manner," the voice said as the force of the punch decimated the entire alleyway and Naruto's right arm was torn apart leaving him without an arm, a second later and the pain his him, it wasn't just his arm his entire right side had no skin on it,
With his new vision Naruto saw something that terrified him, he saw what happened to the men he'd punched, watched as the force of his swing had reduced them to a puddle and blew the puddle so far away no one would ever find it, Naruto trembled,
"Now the vermin have gotten better then they deserved," The voice said haughtily, "a quick mostly painless death."
Naruto just stood as still as a statue, every inch of his body was in searing hot pain, but his vison blurred with tears from the mix of the pain in his body, the sorrow from what he'd done, and the terror of what he'd become.
Naruto saw Itachi standing at his side with a expression of fear and shock, "Naruto?," he asked,
Fatigue shot though him and he collapsed barley being caught by The brother he always believed in and said a sentence that scared Itachi more that the memoires of his time in the Anbu, "I'm a monster." then he passed out,
When Naruto woke up he was in some cage,
"You're awake," A gentle voice spoke, Naruto looked around trying to find who spoke, "below you little one," the voice said giving a chuckle that shook the ground, Naruto looked below his feet, he was standing on a massive horse like creature, "good morning Naruto-san, I am Kokuo the five tailed horse, but please call me Kokuo-san, or if you'd rather not be so formal I'll except Kokuo-chan."
"Five tailed horse?," Naruto asked,
Kokuo closed her eyes and gave a kind smile, "Yes, and I'm not the only one here."
Naruto followed her eyes and found two thing, Kokuo was laying on the floor, but the others certainty were not, as he looked around he saw more massive creatures that looked down at him, each gazed at him with curiosity, Naruto felt like an ant as he looked around at them all, "Who are you all?," Then he started panicking "wait where am I?, did Tachi-kun throw me in a dungeon with monsters?!," He cried,
"Easy child," Kokuo advised, "take a deep breath and relax," Naruto nodded and did as Kokuo asked, "there, we are what you humans called the Biju and we are currently sealed inside of you little one, which created this place, we've been calling it the mindscape, though it is not that accurate of a term it will suffice for now, you are here because you lost consciousness, and arrived here," Kokuo explained,
"You're all inside me?," Naruto asked, "how?, you're all so big,"
"Unfortunately such knowledge is beyond us, since no human has shared their secrets with us and we did not invent the concept," A giant armoured Turtle said, "apologies I am Isobu,"
"N-nice to meet you," Naruto said shaking slightly,
The biju's eyes widened, and they all looked at each other unsure of what to do, they'd never been told it was 'nice' to meet them before,
"Is it nice to meet me too?," A large blue rhinoceros beetle asked buzzing, "I'm the Nanabi, just call me lucky number seven Chomei-chan!." She exclaimed,
Naruto scratched the back of his head "Can I just shorten that to Chomei-chan?," he asked,
"Nope you gotta call me the whole thing,"
"Alright then Lucky number seven Chomei-chan," he said, "I'd say it is nice to meet you too,"
"Why are you acting like this?," A really deep voice asked, Naruto turned to see who spoke and then he was sure his heart stopped, "ah now that's more like it," grinned Naruto's worst fear, The Kyubii no yoko's massive eyes glared back at him, "I guess you just didn't put two and two together," the fox took a step closer glaring down at him, "tell me is it nice to meet me as well?,"
"You're-, I'm-," Naruto shook, "why?," he asked,
"Well human, is it nice to meet me?," The fox asked,
Naruto fell back onto Kokuo's head, "little one?, are you alright?," she asked,
Naruto just laid on her head, he wasn't sure where he was, or if he could trust anything anymore, "I wanna wake up now," he said,
Suddenly Naruto wasn't on Kokuo's head anymore, he was in front of a large golden throne and a giant woman sat on it, "Thou can't wake until thy body does," The voice shook Naruto and slowly he looked up, and his chest felt weird as he saw a beautiful white haired woman,
"Little one?," Kokuo asked frantically, "where did you go?,"
The woman leaned closer to him, "We are certain thee would rather our company than those of those beasts?," she said,
"Y-you?," Naruto asked, she was the one who killed those people,
She gave a beautiful smile, "Dost thou wish to thank us?, kind but unnecessary after all-,"
"K-," Naruto froze as her the woman raised her small and circular eye brow at him, summoning all his courage Naruto did something reckless, he turned from the gorgeous woman and ran towards the giant monsters, "KOKUO-CHAN I'M OVER HERE!," he screamed running towards her,
"Little one?," She called, then steam shot into the air and Kokuo shot past the others and was in front of Naruto in an instant, she turned to face him, "are you hurt?," she asked steam shot out of her horns making her look far more intimidating,
But Naruto smiled and hugged her leg, "N-no, I-," he stopped it was kind of embarrassing to say, "Sh-she scares me," he said pointing at Kaguya,
"Do I not frighten you?," Kokuo asked,
"A little at first, but you're like-," Naruto clutched her leg tightly, "like how I imagined my mum would be,"
"An interesting statement," The woman said, "you fear me, but the giant horse you liken to a mother?," She noted, "how odd,"
Naruto shook his head, "It's not odd, you killed those people, and you said they deserved it," Naruto said, "but Kokuo-chan's super nice, of course I'd be scared, you're a monster"
"Stop," Naruto turned seeing a giant ape walking over to him, he put his hand on the floor and beckoned for Naruto to get on it, A quick glance at Kokuo's face, she gave him a smile and a nod, and Naruto climbed into the giant hand, the ape raised Naruto to his face, "I could crush you you know?," He asked softly, "yet one nod from her and you just jump right on?,"
Naruto nodded "Kokuo-chan is nice, she wouldn't nod if you were going to hurt me,"
"You trust her that much?," The ape asked, "but she's a biju, like us," he noted,
"You're right," Naruto said, "so that means that there must be good in you all,"
The massive ape smiled, raising a hand to the tiny human, "I am Son Goku," Naruto looked at the massive hand, he put his hand on one of the fingers,
"I'm Naruto Uzumaki, It's nice to meet you Son Goku,"
"Could you be he?," Son said putting the boy On Kokuo's head, "the one we've been waiting for?,"
"Who," Naruto asked,
Before anyone could answer Naruto he was again in front of the really pretty woman again, "Are you he?," she asked, "was this what Hagamoro foretold?," She placed a hand on his head, "I do not understand, why do you feel regret?,"
"You killed people," Naruto said, then he shut his eyes tightly, "and because I enjoyed watching them die," he admitted, "they hurt me and made me feel so much pain, but I shouldn't enjoy hurting others, it's not right."
"Do not fret we killed monsters, and the quick mostly painless ends are better then the vermin deserved, that is all any who would dare harm us deserve, and what those who would harm a child deserve," she smirked, "enjoying the deaths of those three is nothing to be ashamed of."
"That's wrong,"
"What?," she asked,
"You're wrong, they were wrong too, but that doesn't make what you did right,"
Kaguya's cheeks heated up, "Wrong?, I am not wrong, they enjoyed hurting thee thus it is only natural to enjoy the inverse of that,"
"No you should never enjoy killing,"
"Thee should enjoy revenge on those whom made thee feel helpless,"
"By making them feel as helpless as I did?,"
"If the vermin didn't want to get harmed they shouldn't have taken such glee in harming others,"
"But its okay to take glee in their deaths?,"
"Tis how the vermin acted,"
"That still doesn't make it right!,"
"Ist thou thick headed?, If they truly believed thy were a demon then why harm thee?!," Kaguya asked, "the answer plainly simple, because they knew who thou was, a small frail child, and they were simply evil,"
Naruto didn't have an answer for that, "Even if that's true, you're still wrong,"
"Thou clings to delusion," She smirked, "tis fine, one day this village will push thee too far and thy will admit that we are right," She smirked, "we bet that when such a time comes thee will want the destruction of this entire evil village by then as well,"
After she had spoken Naruto's vision turned white,
-Flashback end,-
"Now thou see we are right, so thou should tell us, go on, it is right to enjoy the suffering of evil people," she said,
"I still not think that," Naruto stated,
Her smirk caved in on itself, "Surely thou can not be serious?," she asked, "thee distanced thyself from all, loved and cherished friends and hated enemies alike, stayed in this dangerous forest to attempt honing thy power, avoiding human contact, slowly becoming less man and more like a wild beast, getting drunk every single night to keep thy body from being used against those whom care for you, and now one of those people told thee t'was all for nothing,"
Naruto shook his head, "No Taichi-kun wouldn't say those things less he needed too, and he right, Naruto am too strong for own good, must start learning how punch like normal person, or at least do less damage to own arms when punch,"
"BOIL RELEASE!," Kokuo screamed, making everyone turn to her, "I mean that, if he wanted to I could try teaching Naruto-kun how to use my boil release to power up his regular punches,"
Naruto grinned, "Yiss then wouldn't have to use my strongth,"
"He gets flight after that!," Chomei cried, "I get to teach him next."
Matabii yawned rolling over, "I'll teach him how to conjure my fire, only because he can use it to cook food which might be nececssary for him not to die,"
"But wait," Shikaku called "doesn't he have too much chakra to use jutsu?,"
"Yes, and while transforming chakra is no jutsu nature manipulation is a form of chakra control, which while he is capable of the task will not be easy, but it is still possible," Kaguya stated, "yes but you will not be able to launch it at others as you can not preform most ninjutsu, but you could do something so reckless every other ninja would refuse to do it,"
Naruto scratched his head "What that?," he asked,
"Punch thou opponents and as thy fist connects emit chakra from thy fist and turn it to flame," Kagyua stated,
"Or boil," Naruto said,
"Actually that's not how how it works, you'd have to make a furnace and manipulate the water and the fire together to manipulate the steam in order to propel yourself toward enemies," Kokuo said, "you would need to wear a furnace at all times though,"
"Then had best get started now!," Naruto grinned "not want mess up," He waved to all the Biju, "Bye guys!,"
"Bye Naruto-kun," Kokuo smiled,
"Hurry up and finish learning steam power so I can teach you how to fly already," Chomei pouted,
"Don't die before learning fire," Matabii yawned, "it would be a pain for me to have made that offer only for you to perish,"
"Later little one," Son Goku said,
The rest of the biju simply gave the boy a lazy wave before he turned back to Kaguya,
"We bid thee farewell Naruto Uzumaki," Kaguya stated,
Naruto waved at her as well, "Bye miss Kaguya,"
After he had vanished Kaguya's cheeks heated up again, "He's so innocent," she cooed, "It's adorable."
As Naruto woke he grabbed a leak placing it in his mouth and ran out of the forest on, he needed to find Itachi, and he skidded to stop finding the robed Kage on a bench,
"Naruto-kun?, why are you running around the village?," He asked then he lowered his head, "are you still angry at me?,"
"Taichi-kun was right," Naruto said, "If own punches break own arms then can't rely on power, might hurt someone, but Kokuo-chan said can teach how to use steam to-," He stopped "pr-, pro pell?, propill?,-"
"Propel?," Itachi asked,
Naruto nodded, "Yes can use steam to propel self forward adding strength to own attacks,"
"Strength?, I thought you pronounced it stronght,"
Naruto shhok his head, "Strength am normal power, strongth am beyond normal power,"
Itachi nodded, "So when you use strength your body is fine, but when you use stronght your body breaks?," Itachi asked, "huh, I get it, well I'm please that the gob- I mean Kokuo-san is teaching you how to fight without hurting yourself you'll need actual results to convince me to put you back on the team placements,"
"Know that Taichi-kun but Kokuo-chan said I need to wear a furnace to use steam power,"
Itachi nodded, "I can have a wearable furnace made for you," Itachi said, "but I myself need a favour, you remember I told you Miss Yamanaka has dropped out of the academy?," Naruto squinted he felt like that sounded familiar, "well she hasn't told anybody why, and more importantly she ran away from home, you'll have to help me find her," Itachi spun Naruto around, "why don't you look in park six while I check everywhere else?."
Naruto nodded "Okay!," he cried,
"It's just round that corner," Itachi said pointing to the end of the street before sitting back down,
Naruto bolted running on all fours as he turned the corner and sprinter into the park he heard someone softly crying, Naruto followed the sound,
"You're a freak," A girl sobbed, "Like anyone could ever love you Ino, this is what I deserve," Naruto found Ino hugging her legs crying her eyes out,

"AHH!," Ino screamed, before realising who it was, a vein formed on her head, "DON'T SNEAK UP ON VUNRABLE GIRLS!." she shouted punching him,
"Sorry," Naruto groaned having been knocked into the ground,
"Phew," Ino breathed, "well good, wait why are you even here?,"
"Looking for you," Naruto answered jumping back onto the bench,
Ino raised an eyebrow at him, "For me?, why it's not like we know each other that well,"
Naruto blinked, "Why?," then he gave her a big smile, "cause we're friends,"
Ino sweat dropped at him, "We barley know each others names," she noted,
"Me Naruto, and you Ino-chan, what more need know?," Naruto asked,
"That's not the important stuff," Ino grumbled,
"Names important," Naruto said,
"Not really," Ino grumbled,
"Why call self freak?," Naruto asked,
"Cause I am a freak," Ino said gripping her skirt, "and that's all you need to know,"
Naruto looked away from her, "Naruto am freak," he stated, "after birth people sealed inside him, too much power to use jutsu, have to rely on own power, but power too much for own body to handle, Naruto hurt people and left to hide in forest, pretended to be sage cause people in head told him about sage they respect, aim to be Hokage but live during time of bestest Hokage ever, Naruto am freak," He patted Ino on the head, "Ino-chan am girl,"
Ino's face flushed, "I'm a girl?," she asked, "how can you be so sure?,"
"Not understand," Naruto stated,
"That's right, you don't understand!," Ino grabbed him, "Girls are soft and cute like Sakura-chan or Hinata-chan, boys are wild and rough like You and Kiba, so what am I?," she asked, "I can't tell anymore," she huffed dropping onto the bench, "Mum and Dad think I'll figure it out but I can't, I'm hitting puberty and all I can think about is sex!," she groaned curling herself into a ball,
"Really that bad?,"
She nodded, "The worst part is-," she bit her lip wondering whether she should tell the strange wild boy her biggest secret, she buried her face in her legs, and mumbled something barely audible,
"Both what?," Naruto asked,
Ino blinked, "Y-you heard that?,"
Naruto nodded, "But what Ino have both of?,"
Ino blushed, she'd expected him not to hear what she said but now she had to explain herself, she gulped, "I have-," she blinked, did he even understand sex?, did he understand any way she could explain it, "Y-you see boys and girls have different thing in between their legs okay?," Naruto nodded, "I have both what a boy has and what a girl has,"
Naruto looked contemplative, 'does he even understand in the slightest?,' Ino wondered,
"Me think me understand," he said, "Ino-chan am struggling with defining self as either boy or girl because of her ri-," Naruto squinted, "Rig-, rijeje-,"
"Rigid," Kokuo supplied,
Naruto nodded, "Yes rigid!," he said, "because of her rigid view of what makes boy a boy and what makes girl a girl," he said, "Ino-chan like boys and girls?," he asked, Ino nodded dumbly since the wild boy who spoke entirely in broken English seemed to understand what she was going through, Naruto smiled, "which confuses Ino-chan more cause she can't think cause her high sex drive makes harder for Ino-chan to think," Naruto patted her on the head, "Ino not supposed to know all answers to life this quickly, have long to live before need answers, but best I can say is having both girl and boy parts doesn't make Ino-chan freak, it makes Ino-chan unique,"
Ino leaned back into the bench "So, you don't think I'm creepy or weird?,"
Naruto shook his head, "Know how feels when others judge you for thing you not control or want, it suck, Ino not want both parts, Ino want love despite having both parts,"
Ino smiled at him, "Thanks," she said, "you really must be a sage knowing all this stuff,"
Naruto shook his head, "Kokuo-chan make Naruto read many book, say living alone in woods not excuse for being dumb,"
Ino raised her eyebrow, "Kokuo-chan, is she like your mum?,"
Naruto shook his head, "Not like, is Naruto's mum," he blushed "he just too scared to tell her,"
Ino chuckled, "Naruto-kun?," She asked, "I'm glad we're friends," she said,
"Ino-chan sound tired," Naruto noted,
Around the corner Naruto came from Itachi gave the okay for Ino's parents to start walking towards their daughter,
"I am I just want to go home," Ino admitted,
"Ino!," Her dad cried running over to her,
"Daddy?, I-," he cut her off by wrapping his arms around her
"It's alright, I-," he stopped,
"Is everything okay?," her mother asked joining the hug, "have you figured it all out?,"
"No," she said, "but I don't have too yet," she said, "my friend Naruto-kun helped me realise that,"
"Anytime," Naruto smiled,
Ino blushed, "C-can- if i need to talk to someone again, will you-,"
"Course, what else friends for?," Naruto said,
"Great, what's your number I'll text you if I need to talk," Ino said,
"Number?, test?," Naruto blinked,
"You do have a phone don't you?," Ino asked,
"What's a phone?,"
Ino's face fell, "how can we talk if you don't have a phone?,"
"Can talk at sh-cool," Naruto said,
Ino face palmed, "yeah of cor-, oh but I'm not part of the program any more," she said,
"About that," Itachi said walking into the clearing,
"Lord Hokage?," Ino asked,
"You see after you went missing I didn't have any time to stamp and file your request to be removed from the program," he said holding up the unstamped paper, "though from what I just heard we could all just pretend it never happened since you're feeling better now?,"
"C-can we?, yes please lord Hokage," Ino said,
Itachi smiled and held up the form blowing fire on it before he let it go, the whole page crumpled up into ash, "There like it never happened," then he seemed to remember something, "oh Naruto could you come with me so I can get the specifics on that furnace you wanted made?,"
"Be over soon!," Naruto said, "Ino be okay?," he asked,
She nodded, "Yeah, I've got my family with me," she smiled "it's nice to know they've always got your back,"
"Got your back?," Naruto asked his eyes widening, he looked up at Itachi, "Tachi-kun!," he called, "can furnace look however Naruto want?,"
"What do you have in mind?," Itachi asked,
-Five weeks later-,
Naruto smiled as he woke up looking at the furnace, to the man who designed it, it looked weird, but Naruto enjoyed seeing it every time he woke up, "Morning Kaa-chan," he said patting the furnace that looked exactly like Kokuo's face her horns serving as the pipes for the steam, her mouth being where the burning stuff went, he strapped it to his back not that it could be seen through his hair though only the pipes poked out from beyond his white locks far enough that Itachi was sure he wouldn't burn his hair with some seals on the furnace so that his hair couldn't get into the mouth, even when it was open,
But Naruto didn't care about that, his mum was watching his back, and that's all that mattered,
-Meanwhile in Naruto's mind-
Kokuo had been paralyzed since the incident when Naruto called her his mother, not out of pain or shock though, no she was paralyzed out of sheer joy, every so often she would twitch, "Not like, is Naruto's mum," she stated, her cheeks red despite the fact she had no blood, twitching again.
"When do you think she'll come to?," Chomei asked,
"Around the same time the brat realises we can hear him," Kyubii smirked, "likely after he wakes up and puts her back into a joy coma from calling the Kokuo furnace mum,"

Whew another chapter out and boy am I already panicking, I'm not sure I can live up to all of your standards, which brings me to an important correction from the last chapter, when Naruto healed Yakumo, he used green chakra because I was trying to hint to an ability I thought Chomei had which is healing through spider like webs, but that is an ability Fu has so I have to remember to change it, just for clarification how 'Naruto' healed her was by Chomei telling him to put his hand on her and then channelling her chakra into Yakumo to regenerate her bones, the reason Naruto didn't tell her what he was doing was because he had no idea either,

Guest 2: Thanks, I'm dying inside from how many people favourited this story the first day I know I'm going to screw up eventually,
Crywolfseven: while I am sorry this story didn't appeal to you right away I will say the first chapter will define the story's neutral tone, but when it needs to be serious it will be, think Minato in the first chapter, that was a sad moment that was let be sad, he having no choice tried sealing what most considered a demon inside his son and I tried playing it straight, the reason for the story's tone is simple, I didn't want a super serious Naruto, I wanted someone who has strengths and weaknesses and I wanted him to be a little weird,
As for the random Oc main characters I can only think of one main character I put in the first chapter being Shinobu everyone else was from canon,
Next the main character being brokenly op, maybe by now you don't think so, Naruto is a physical beast, but that's about it, and his full power decimates his body making him unable to fight, and ten percent brakes his bones making him wait for them to heal unless he wants to keep swinging, which I'll say having watched the episode with the bell test Kakashi switches out with one of Naruto's shadow clones making Naruto hit his own clone, now imagine it's say Zabuza changing with Sakura while this Naruto hits her with lets say twenty percent of his power,
As for Itachi I entirely agree, the second I read that Itachi had enough skill to be Hokage at seven my first question was why didn't the make him Hokage in cannon?.
It would've stopped the coup since now an Uchiha was in charge and Itachi proved he was trustworthy since he was their spy in the coup, and Hiruzen would've survived since now Itachi was in the village Orochimaru never would've been able to beat them both.
I also agree with the comment about the Reaper death seal, even more so when you ask what he gets out of the deals is what he was going to get anyway, souls, by now he has billions but sure Sarutobi he'll pull Orochimaru's soul arms, though I think that was the first time i saw a villan have plot armour,
And don't worry as I read your entire comment I had a smile on my face, you were very respectful and I hope if you aren't reading this story that someone writes a version you want to read, Stories are like movies, food, anything really, you can't enjoy something if it isn't your taste, and though you might not read this I hope that if you do this somewhat longer chapter is better for you.
