A scene soon showed a vast landscape of space before it narrowed onto one world in particular.
The world, a truly glorious place. For the very first time, we are going to take a look at this world in depth, and at the species that inhabits the planet, in all corners of the earth….
Out in space, small meteors float in space as they were rotating in the air. But there was something unusual about these meteors…. They were, Alive.
That species is all connected, created by one creature and made out to over 800 discovered creatures, captured and seen in regions around the world.
On the surface of the planet, a glimpse of a small catlike creature floated by the camera, before the scene shows dozens of different creatures in an open field area, all doing different things.
We call these creatures…..Pokemon.
Short for "Pocket Monsters", these wondrous creatures can be found in many different places all over the world. On the land...in the seas...even flying across the skies. These creatures can live just about anywhere.
In a particular City, some of these pokemon were even seen with Humans.
We have developed ways to tame these creatures. People who keep and train pokemon are called Trainers. These trainers use these pokemon to battle or become companions.
However, what you are about to experience today cannot be often seen by becoming trainers. You are going to see Pokemon in their natural habitats. How they live each and everyday in the wild. How they thrive and survive all over this world of ours.
Gather round and look closely. This is the world of pokemon like you've never seen it before.

The scene then opened to a forest with trees spreading as far as the eye can see.
The forest, a setting that is natural in almost every corner of this world of ours. Always a welcome home to a number of grass and bug type pokemon. In the past, we have destroyed them without hesitation, yet forests do have an astonishing ability to recover. And nature always has some majestic sights.
Emerging from the forest was a small pink deer creature followed by a larger deer with large horns with buds in it.
A Sawsbuck with its Deerling. They are known as the Season Pokemon since their bodies change with the seasons. For Deerling, its fur changes depending on the season and for Sawsbuck the method is the same except the season changes with its horns. As season pokemon, they always migrate with the changing of seasons.
The Sawsbuck and Deerling walked along with each other as they went through the forest together.
Both these pokemon are known to be rather solitary and Harmless. And they have a unique connection with us people. Some people use Deerling to tell when the seasons are changing. And as Sawsbuck migrate, they are known to usher in the coming of the Springtime. We can accurately tell if it is Spring, Summer, Winter or Autumn just by looking at the color of a Deerling, or the horns of a Sawsbuck.
The two Season pokemon then stopped suddenly, as if something was coming.
But as these majestic creatures migrate between the changing seasons, they always must look out for danger, whenever it is afoot.
The two of them quickly hid as passing by was a massive bear like creatures marching through the woods.
An Ursaring.
The large bear pokemon marched through the woods, grumbling to itself.
While these ursine pokemon are very good gatherers, they are also quite Territorial. Any fruits or berries that it favorably enjoys, it leaves its claw marks on.
The sawsbuck noticed ursarings marks on a tree nearby, and quietly snuck with its deerling past the Hibernator Pokemon.
Its best to leave a creature like that, to its own devices. Especially if it can easily defeat you. And angering one...may be the last mistake you ever make.
The scene soon changed to a couple of small worm like pokemon crawling along the ground.
Let's take a look at these three worm like pokemon. A Caterpie, a Wurmple and a Scatterbug. These three are currently inching their way towards a spot where they can eat and evolve without worry of predators. However, they are unaware of one looking at them right now.
As the three bug type pokemon continued to move, a bird pokemon with a red chest wit blue feathers and a forked tail looking right at them.
Swellow.
The swellow was gazing at the three caterpillar pokemon with locked eyes.
Accurate hunters, they are. They dive at incredible speeds, never missing their mark. Once it catches its prey in its talons, it is all over. And it may very well be for one of these unlucky larvae pokemon.
Swellow scanned the three before going at Scatterbug.
It has picked Scatterbug as its prey. However, this one has a particular defense mechanism.
Scatterbug then started spewing a black cloud as Swellow stopped in its tracks.
It spews a poisonous powder from its body that paralyzes on contact, meaning it will not become Swellow's prey.
Swellow wanted to take its chance with Caterpie and Wurmple, but it didnt want to risk anything with Scatterbugs poison in the air.
Dejected, the Swellow takes off without taking any of these bug pokemon's lives. Perhaps it will be lucky elsewhere.
The three Worm pokemon continue on their way as they climb the trees to eat some leaves.
Every pokemon has their right to life, and to defend itself. Just because it hasnt evolved, doesn't mean it isn't helpless. And soon enough, these three pokemon will change into something greater.
Scatterbug, will eventually become the vibrantly colored Vivillon. Caterpie, will turn into Butterfree.
The camera then focused on wurmple.
But in the case of Wurmple, it has a rather unique evolutionary line that is quite hard to predict. It all really depends on their personality. These three pokemon are always in danger before evolution.
Several bird pokemon were then seen looking right at them as they flew before the tree started shaking.
However, this is no normal tree.
Rising from the ground around the tree was a large turtle like pokemon as it roared, scaring off a number of bird pokemon. The three bug types chirped in delight.
Torterra. The Continent Pokemon. It is often mistaken for the real earth we walk upon. Although, it does not mind other pokemon nesting upon its back. In fact, some pokemon spend their entire lives upon it.
Now above ground, the Torterra began moving as its residents nommed on the leaves on its trees.
The camera then cut to another part of the forest, where some fog has settled in.
Forests in the pokemon world are plentiful, and full of life. There are no shortage of magnificent creatures to find inside this hallowed ground. There are grass and bug types, but sometimes… there can be so much more.
The fog had soon obscured the camera as the shadow of a fairy like figure flew in front of it.
There are always legends that tend to start up within these forests. Especially those of spiritual protectors that are said to take those that find them on a trip through time. We call them Celebi.
The fog then cleared, showing the figure wasn't there.
Of course, Legends like that are very elusive. Only the determined can hope to seek out and find it. And possibly… even catch one. However, these legends are the reason why many people travel all over the world looking for them. Besides, one never knows…
A fog rolled in more as two wolf like creatures were shown within it.
There may be more legends in the world than you can expect. After all, there's still so much about our world we've yet to understand.
