(A/N): To be clear about something I know that after the Slayer killed the Dark Lord, he lost the powers of the divinity machine, but for the sake of the story let's just say he didn't.

Some Hours Ago

Unknown Forest

The Doom Slayer

The Slayer looked up towards the sky, he did not know where was he, the last thing he remembered was being put back into the sarcophagus, had the demons won? had the Dark Lord put him back in there as a way to mock him? he made an effort to recall what had happened and then he remembered.

He had won, he had struck down the Dark Lord, he had sealed hell, he had stopped the demons, he had avenged not only the Argenta, the humans and every other race the demons had destroyed, but he had avenged Daisy, he had done it, finally, he had done the impossible and saved countless worlds from Hell, he slowly let himself fall to the ground, always looking at the sky, he then closed his eyes, he had finished what the demons started so many years ago, finally he was at peace...

Yep...

...

Peace...

...

No more demons...

Damn, was this boring!

He had fought for so much that he just now realized he had nothing to do now that Hell was defeated, but what was he supposed to do now?

He had nowhere to go, or at least nowhere to go that he felt he could fit in:

Earth? A calm life in an office work wasn't exactly something that got him really excited, and that was if he could even have a calm life with all the people that would see him as a messiah or a God, without mentioning the fact that any government that is left on Earth would more than likely come for him and his equipment... Not that they could take him on a fight but he felt that dealing with them would be more work than it was worth it.

The Sentinels? They might be an option, if it wasn't because of his actions on Sentinel Prime, while he was pretty sure everyone knew that killing the Hell priests was the only way to save not only Earth but all of creation, he still had broken Sentinel law and he was not willing to be the reason more Sentinel blood was spilled.

The Maykrs?... No... Just no...

As he wondered what he could do now, he heard strange noises coming from the forests around him, he got up and pulled out his trusty shotgun, Lucifer's Bane... He honestly didn't remember who Lucifer even was but he didn't care that much.

Then from the forests, different creatures started to emerge, thin and disgusting zombies, putrid and ferocious ghouls and hulking abominations surrounded the Slayer.

As he looked around him, he saw that he was surrounded by these creatures, he could feel a smirk crept onto his face under his helmet as he loaded Lucifer's Bane.

Maybe his "Retirement" wouldn't be so boring after all!

Hours later

Tirisfal Glades

Treemuncher

Treemuncher had been following the strange armored man for some time now.

He didn't know why, after he had gone back to munching on trees, he had felt this sudden urge to follow this man, maybe it was the Lich king's making him follow the man, maybe it was a remnant of who he was before that felt a weird kind of pleasure at seeing the same undead monstrosities that destroyed his life be mercilessly destroyed.

He honestly didn't care which one was.

As he thought about it, he saw how 2 more abominations attacked the man, he simply evaded their hits by jumping backwards into a zombie, that was easily thrown away by the push into a tree, and aimed his gun at one of the abominations, instead of firing its cannon, he fired the strange hook that the gun had under it.

It incrusted itself into one of the abominations and then started to pull him towards it, when he was close enough, he pulled the trigger completely destroying the abomination's head and sending it's corpse to the ground, as he was sent flying by the force of the shot onto the shoulders of the second abomination, he proceeded to put his gun away and hen ripped off the abomination's head with his hands, he then jumped off the already falling corpse of the abomination and landed on the ground, he threw the head away and pulled the shotgun and shoot a zombie that had wandered close to him during the encounter, after that he started to move again, Treemuncher following on every step, wondering..

Just how powerful is him?...

And also...

Would he accept him as his follower?.

Scarlet Monastery

Inquisitor Whitemane

The tale that the patrol had just finished telling her was... interesting.

They told her how the only thing they found were the destroyed remains of the foul undead, they were very explicit too.

How they found the bodies burned, maimed, cut to pieces, simply crushed beyond recognition, etc...

She didn't worry about the patrol's honesty, they had sworn time and time again that it was the truth, what she did worry was what had done that to the undead.

She was sure it hadn't been them, none of them, not even Herod, were strong enough to crush what the patrol said could only be and abomination as if it was nothing.

She thought that it maybe had been the Argent Dawn, the Forsaken or maybe even the Scourge but she soon decided that none of them were likely the responsible.

The Argent Dawn, as traitorous and despicable as she saw them, she knew that none of them would use attacks or was strong enough to kill an abomination as they had told her, not even the savage orcs or the Tauren they had been recruiting.

The Forsaken, those who called themselves "free undead", that were not controlled by the Lich King, she laughed at the thought, even if they were free as they assured, they were, they still were undead and thus a stain on the world that the Scarlet Crusade needed to eradicate, even then, she doubted they had anything that could actually do that to a zombie or a ghoul, much less an abomination.

And lastly the Scourge itself, while to an outsider this option would sound ridiculous, she knew that the Scourge would be more than willing to let some of their minions, even the abominations be destroyed if that way they could test some new monstrosity their evil necromancers had created, but according to what the patrol described they would have lost way too many undead if it was just testing, and if they were testing something with all the destroyed undead it was more than likely that they had lost control of it and now was rampaging its own creators, but she also doubted they had something stronger than their abominations and if it was something the Scourge had made they would have stopped throwing their undead to it and instead left it alone so it would eventually reach either one of the Crusade's outposts or villages they had under their protection or a Forsaken outpost.

After discarding the last of the possible suspects, Whitemane couldn't help but get even more worried than she was before, if it had been the Forsaken or the Scourge, they could have at least known what to expect, even if it as the Argent Dawn they could count on them focusing on the Undead instead of on them, but this was a totally unknown creature, they couldn't know what to expect, for all they knew it could just as well have come to take Lordaeron for itself or, Light forbid, themselves

"Milady, what should we do?".

She was snapped back to reality by the same soldier that had told her about the patrol coming back, she looked at him and spoke.

"Send our fastest riders to all of Tirisfal outposts with a message for their commanders".

"What is the message Milady?" He asked.

"To come here as fast as possible, there is something that must be discussed".

"As you wish Milady" he said as he ran away to inform the riders of their mission.

Whitemane just stood there, submerged in her thoughts, she was worried, this was clearly something that the Crusade couldn't handle, much less control, she could feel herself filling with dread and desperation, but also, she could feel... hope?

She did not know why or how but there it was, hope, something she hadn't feel since a long time, she was wondering why had she felt this emotion she had forgotten so suddenly, that's when she realized.

What if whatever was there wasn't their Doom?

What if it was... their Salvation?

New Avalon, The Scarlet Enclave

Aela

As she made her way towards the Chapel of the Crimson Flame, she couldn't help but ponder Thassarian's words and orders, a few minutes earlier she had helped Koltira Deathweaver to escape High Inquisitor Valroth and his acolytes, slaying him and taking his head to Thassarian on the way.

While she knew she shouldn't be pondering this so thoroughly she simply couldn't help it, the way Thassarian had ordered her not to go and kill the High Inquisitor, but to save Koltira and only that, the only reason she ended up killing the High Inquisitor was because he tried to stop them from escaping.

She did not know how to feel about that, while she knew that one could interpret it as just rescuing another one of them because they still had uses for him, but the way Thassarian had put it really had stuck with her.

They were Brothers and Sisters in death, Thassarian didn't order her to save Koltira because they needed him, he ordered her to do it because he wanted to save Koltira.

She did not remember a lot of her past life, when she was actually alive and not an undead, the most she remembered where a place called Teldrassil, a distant continent called Kalimdor, the Argent Dawn, a group that, like the scarlet crusade, opposed the Scourge and the last moments of her life, fighting against the scourge and eventually falling to them, only to then be raised as a Death Knight.

This was all she remembered of her past life, at least till now, she now remembered 2 concepts that she had forgotten when she was raised as one of the undead.

Comradery and Brotherhood.

This was what her fellow death knights were, at least in the case of Thassarian and maybe Koltira, they were her comrades in arms and brothers in death.

It felt good, knowing that even in death she had someone who would be watching her back, but this feeling was quickly overwhelmed by the feeling of rage.

The Scarlet crusade had attacked and tortured Koltira, the scarlet crusade had attacked and tortured her comrade in arms, they had attacked and tortured her brother in death.

Now this was personal.

She urged her Deathcharger to go faster, she hoped that she would be able to reach the Chapel before or at least at the same time that Plaguefist and his company of death knights did, so she could participate in the massacre of the scarlet bastards.

Of course, she did not manage to reach the Chapel in time, and when she arrived the chapel was already in flames with every single of the scarlet dog's dead on the ground, Plaguefist watching as his death knights kept throwing torches to the burning Chapel.

She managed to reign in her rage and went towards Plaguefist, who had now noticed her presence and was now looking in her direction.

"Seems you and your men had your fun with them Plaguefist" she said as she dismounted her deathcharger.

Plaguefist only huffed in response.

"They're only flesh and bone, no match for the Scourge". He spoke.

Then he looked at her straight in the eye.

"We didn't find any of our brothers, but we did stumble upon something special".

"Oh?" she answered, he now had caught her attention.

He started to walk towards the nearby prison house, with Aela closely following him.

"We got here, tore the place apart, and headed toward the prison house. We weren't expecting what we found in there, Aela". He told her.

"Seems the crusade's been really busy. That whole thing is full of Argent Dawn prisoners. Most of them were already dead by the time we arrived, but a few were still breathing". He continued and turned towards her.

"I was about to go in there and execute the rest of them, but I think you should have the honors. In particular, there's a real feisty Night Elf in there that I think you'll take great pleasure in executing" he pointed to the open door and then simply proceeded to walk towards the wall of the prison house and lean back on it.

To be honest Aela wasn't as thrilled about killing some Argent Dawn prisoner as she was about killing more of those scarlet dogs, but she guessed this was the best she could get for now, and that she would be getting her revenge soon enough, till then, she could let her blade taste the blood of those who opposed the Lich King and did not serve the scarlet crusade.

As she entered the prison house and looked around, she realized just how many of the prisoners were still breathing, she was honestly impressed that so many were yet alive, she also was impressed at the diversity of all the prisoners that there were there, there was a dwarf, a human, an orc, a Tauren, a troll and a... night elf.

She realized that it was the only night elf in there, meaning that this was the one Plaguefist told her was being feisty, she also realized that for some reason, she couldn't help but think that she knew that night elf from somewhere.

She supposed she must have known her in her past life, maybe she was a rival? in that case she was more than happy to be the one to kill her, maybe they could even forget their rivalry once she was also raised as a death knight and become sisters in death, but this was all something to worry about in the future, the only thing that should worry her now is that the night elf was still breathing.

As she came closer to her, she seemed to realize that someone was approaching her.

"Come to finish the job, have you?" She said as she slowly started to stand up.

"I'd like to stand for..." then she suddenly stopped when she saw Aela's face and a look of surprise and horror appeared on her face.

"Aela?"

Acherus, The Ebon Hold

The Lich King

The Lich King observed from Acherus the lands below the mighty Necropolis, what once was known as Havenshire was now nothing more than a dead ruin like most of Lordaeron and not far he could see the city of New Avalon, the next target of his death knights.

He watched as Noth's plague cauldron spew more of its vile fumes, slowly making the land around it decay and die, he also saw several deathchargers now roaming the abandoned stables of Havenshire with their caretakers patrolling to make sure that nobody threatened the deathchargers, he also saw near the cauldron plague hounds roaming around making sure that any survivor that could try to make it to New Avalon was quickly brought down.

He allowed himself a little smile as he saw the smoke of a fire raising behind the walls of New Avalon, he knew that Plaguefist and his death knights had been sent there with the objective of avenging Koltira deathweaver.

While he couldn't care less if Koltira died or not, they had at least achieved something by killing more scarlet crusaders and instilling fear in the hearts of the citizens of New Avalon.

He knew of the brotherhood some of his Death knights had developed with each other, but he didn't care, as long as they knew that he was their master and them his servants, he did not care about how they saw each other.

Something that did manage to get his interest was something he had felt on Tirisfal.

There he felt how something had gone and started to destroy his undead minions, he did not know what it was and that annoyed him, while he could sense how his minions were destroyed, he could not see through their eyes and know what it had done this to them.

But even then, he didn't really worry about it.

Whatever it was it would eventually fall, and when it fell, it would also raise once again, to serve death.

Until then the matter at hand still was taking care of the last smudges of life that existed in the eastern plaguelands, what was left of the Scarlet Enclave and Light's Hope Chapel.

Soon Death would reign supreme on the eastern plaguelands.

And soon in all of Lordaeron.

(A/N): I hope you liked it, by the way i did decided that i will do it a kid of harem story, but not that every female will be after the Slayer because they are in love with him, if you read the GOd of Death, you will surely understand what i mean, and if you didn't, basically some girls will be after him out of love, but others will be after him because they want him to serve them or because they were ordered to, well that's all i really hope you liked it.
