A/N: So, in the first chapter i forgot to explain how this react fic will work. Let me explain. They WON'T be reacting to universes where they act as a characters from another universe. Nothing of swap characters. They will be reacting to my ideas of crossover's with RWBY and AU's. Saying that... Stay with the first universe.
A Cipher History
Chapter 1 - Changes
"A Cipher History? Why do I feel a pun on this title?" Tai asked.
"Because it's a pun." Black replied, laughing briefly.
"I'm feeling foreshadowing…" Sun commented with popcorn in his hands.
Gravity Falls, a simple, quiet town in the interior of Oregon, in the United States. It is not on any map, and if you ask someone, they will hardly recognize the name. But even so, there is something special about Gravity Falls.
There are always reports of strange things appearing and happening in and around the city. Creatures from fairy tales, terrible monsters, inexplicable things. Gnomes, unicorns, monsters in lakes, face thieves, zombies! The strange and supernatural surrounds Gravity Falls.
But that's not the only thing that makes Gravity Falls special, no. There are two young people, a famous twin couple from all over the city. Dipper and Mabel Gleeful, The Mystery Twins, adored by the entire population of Gravity Falls thanks to their shows at the Tent of Telepathy. Everyone in the city sees them as saints, respectful young people and people who deserve their fame, but not everything is what it seems to be...
"I have a bad feeling…" Velvet said after the pop-up informed about Dipper and Mabel as the screen took a close-up of a mansion on top of a mountain.
"I don't like the way this is going." Flynt said with narrowed eyes.
"Let's see... The Masters ordered me to get unicorn blood, gnome eye, fairy dust and zombie brain." A young adult with ocean blue hair with a bang on the left side of his face, ocean blue eyes and pale skin was in a room with several mystical ingredients. He wore a black top hat that floated on the right side of his head in a crooked shape, a triangular black eye patch covered his left eye, he wore an arctic blue vest over a black dress shirt with a black bow tie on his neck, black dress pants and black dress shoes. Strangely, he was floating.
"Look… If we forget about these strange orders, he is very cute." Yang commented looking at the person on the screen.
"You never called me cute." Blake said with a false disappointment in his voice.
"I don't need to say what is already obvious, Kitty Kat." Yang replied with a smile, making Blake blush. In the background, Sun and Illia shifted uncomfortably in their seats when they heard the short flirtation, while Adam just snorted.
"Ignoring the two lovebirds…" Yang looks at Adam angrily. "What exactly are these ingredients going to be used for?" Adam raised the question.
"Where is it, where is it… I found it!" The young man said with a pot in his hands. The pot contained a liquid with several different colors. "Unicorn blood. The only thing missing."
"Unicorn blood? Why kill unicorns?!" Ruby asked in exasperation.
"Look, in this universe, unicorns are assholes. They deserve it. And you don't have to kill to get blood, just a good beating will do." Black said, making Ruby look at him in disbelief.
The blue-haired boy left the room, then went down to the main hall of the mansion. He went to the library and went to the Horror session. He looked at the books, found a book called "Wolf In Sheep's Clothing", and pulled out the bookshelf. A passage opened, revealing a staircase down.
"Okay, this book is definitely a comparison. I guess it's talking about Dipper and Mabel." Roman commented suspiciously.
He followed down the staircase, where it ended in a wall. He took a knife from his pants pocket, then made a cut on his hand. He used the blood on his hand to draw an inverted pentagram on the wall, making the wall shine and open, revealing a ritual room.
In the ritual room, there were two figures, one female and one male. The male was a young man with dark brown hair, ocean-blue eyes, lightly tanned skin and a birthmark on his forehead that was the Ursa Major constellation. He wore a Lapis blue dress vest over a black vest with sleeves pulled up to his shoulder and an amulet with an arctic blue hexagonal crystal around his neck, black gloves, Lapis blue dress pants, black dress shoes and a Lazuli blue cape with arctic blue interior.
The female figure was a young woman with long, dark brown hair down to her waist, blue eyes and lightly tanned skin. She wore a black bow with an arctic-blue circular crystal, a Lapis blue vest over a black dress shirt and an amulet equal to the male figure around her neck, black gloves, an arctic blue social robe with twin debts tails, black tights shorts, black pantyhose and Lapis blue high heels.
"Okay, I can't deny, these three are stylish." Coco said as she analyzed the looks and costumes of the three present in the ritual room.
"The blue-haired boy suit looks really good, I wonder how much something like that would cost…" Roman said with a hand on his chin.
Suddenly, the blue-haired boy and brown-haired boy suit appeared on Roman's lap while Coco received the suit of the three of them on screen. The two looked at Shiro, who smiled at them both. "Enjoy." The two just smiled back and looked back at the screen.
"Will, did you bring the ingredients?" The brownish asked the now named Will. Will just pulled jars of ingredients out of his pants pocket.
"What?! How did he get all this out of such a small pocket?!" Weiss asked in shock.
"Endless pocket." Red replied. "And by the way, Weiss, Ren, try to pull something from your sleeve." The two looked at Red strangely, but followed the request. To everyone's surprise, their weapons came out of their sleeves.
"Surprise! So, in all the universes you watch, you have a random chance of gaining a skill from the universe you saw. I call that the bleeding effect." Shiro said.
"So... You mean we can gain incredible powers just by watching other universes?!" Nora asked with a giant grin.
"Well, it's random and any of you can get it, but yes. You can." Black replied. "Ren and Weiss don't just have infinite sleeves, any outfit with space to store something is going to become infinite storage."
"This... It's a big advantage." Ren said with a small smirk.
"Here, Master Mabel." Will handed the pots to Mabel, who took them and placed them next to a magic glyph.
"Now, time to start." The brown-haired boy said.
"Master Dipper, if it is not bold on my part, what exactly are you and Master Mabel going to do with these ingredients?" Will asked, but immediately regretted receiving a murderous look from Dipper. Will flinched and started to tremble at the look.
"Will, I have a question." Dipper said, making Will stop shaking and looking at him curiously. Dipper approached Will and looked deep into his eyes with a cold look, then a wicked smile formed on his face. "You have family?"
Will froze at the question. Memories locked long ago in his mind came back in the blink of an eye. He started to sweat cold and look around in despair. Mabel approached him, making Will start to retreat until he hit his back against the wall. The two Gleeful had wicked smiles on their faces, making Will swallow hard.
"Oh, Oum…" Ironwood murmured when he saw the situation. "Will is in trouble. I don't think he'll be able to get out of this."
"I know that kind of scare tactic..." Qrow said with disdain in his voice.
"N-no. I-I don't have a fa-family, Master Dipper." Will lied, making an irritated expression appear on Dipper and Mabel's face. Arctic blue chains appeared in Will's neck, arms and legs, causing a shock to run through his entire body. Will cried out in pain, but was relieved to realize that the shock was momentary.
But the relief was short, as Mabel approached Will. "You. Have. Family?" Mabel asked in a threatening tone.
"N-no! I-I don't have! I swear!" Will huddled in a fetal position, terrified. Mabel did not like the answer. She snapped her fingers and several knives appeared around Will, piercing arms, legs, hands and chest. The blue-haired boy screamed in agonizing pain, tears in his eyes.
Much of the audience looked at the Gleeful twins with disdain.
"I'm going to break their legs ..." Nora said in a threatening tone.
"I will help." Pyrrha said with fury in her eyes.
"Leave us a bit of these two." Sun said.
"Bastards…" Ghira murmured in fury.
"I am not in favor of violence... But exceptions can be made." Oobleck said in a rare angry tone.
"It brings back bad memories..." Mercury flinched as he remembered the daily beatings his father gave him.
"This. This goes beyond my line." Roman said, receiving a look of disbelief from Ruby.
"Did you forget Mount Glenn?" Ruby asked angrily.
"Some blows from Melodic Cudgel and some kicks are very different from electrocuting and stabbing someone." Roman said, making Ruby pout and look back at the screen.
"Do you have a family, Will?" Dipper asked again, a cruel look on his face.
"Yes! I have! Please stop!" Will relented, making Dipper and Mabel smile in satisfaction. Dipper snapped his fingers, making the knives and chains disappear. Will's wounds closed and the blood on his clothes disappeared.
"Tell us, Will. Who's your family?" Mabel asked, with her fingers ready to invoke something to torture Will if he lied or didn't answer.
"... I have two brothers and a sister. We have been separated for a millennia. I am the youngest in the Cipher family." Will replied with a look of remorse and sadness, rising from the floor.
"We want names, Will." Dipper said in a cold voice.
"Kill Cipher, the middle brother. Bill and Bella Cipher, the older twins." Will said, making a greedy smile appear on Dipper and Mabel's face.
"So… how powerful are they?" Mabel asked with a smile that made Will shiver.
"Kill is the most aggressive. He prefers to attack others physically instead of using magic. He has a taste for fights and when he uses magic, he insists on being as destructive as possible. In terms of destruction and physical attacks, he is the most powerful Cipher. "
"Interesting…" Dipper murmured, leaning on a table. "Continues."
"Bella and Bill are equally powerful and the best Ciphers. They have a taste for theatrical, manipulation, mind games and are two sadists. But they both have a different outlook on life. Bella believes in order through power, while Bill believes in liberating chaos. For Bella, order is necessary, but it needs to be imposed through power and manipulation because people are not able to maintain order. Bill follows the idea that chaos liberates, because law and order limits us to live as we dream."
"They... They have curious ways of thinking." Oscar said.
"I don't know why... But I loved Bill's thinking." Neo said with a smile.
"We are with you, Neo." Melanie said with a small smirk.
"Your words are my words." Miltia said.
"Should I be concerned?" Junior whispered to Roman.
"Um… Nah. Relax." Roman replied. Junior stared for a few seconds, then shrugged and looked back at the big screen.
"Two brothers divided by different ideals... I must admit, Will, the Cipher are interesting. Tell me, do you know where your brothers are?" Dipper asked, ulterior motives clear in his voice. It was obvious that he was just intimidating Will.
A shiver ran down Will's spine. His family was at risk. What should he do? "I… I don't know, Master Dipper. All I know is that they are not in this universe." Will said sincerely, but very much regretted.
"They're not in this universe? Can you locate them?" Mabel asked.
"Maybe. I never tried." Will replied. Not looking for his family before is one of the biggest regrets in his life.
"Um… You can go, Will. That's all." Mabel said, receiving an incredulous look from Dipper and Will's happiness.
"Thank you very much, Master Mabel! Call me if necessary." Will said, leaving the ritual room.
Much of the audience let out a breath they didn't even realize they were holding. Many were extremely concerned about Will, especially the female audience, who despite not having said it directly (except Yang), found him extremely cute.
"Phew, Will is not going to be tortured anymore. Good." Neon said with relief.
"At least for now. I doubt the Gleeful tortured him for the first time now and I doubt it will be the last." Sienna said, making everyone tense again.
"She's right, the camera is still focused on the Gleeful." Glynda said, making everyone look at the screen again.
"We need him to locate and capture the other Ciphers!" Dipper said irritably, hitting the table he was leaning on.
"Calm down, brother. We can't pressure you that quickly. It's like the old phrase goes: "Even a wounded animal will fight with claws and teeth if cornered." And we're talking about an extremely powerful ancient demon, we can have cheated him in the deal, but in case he finds a way to rebel..." Mabel left the sentence in the air.
"Will? rebelling? Don't make me laugh." Dipper said mockingly.
"We shouldn't underestimate, Will. After all, when it comes to family, people can do the impossible. We are both proof of that..." She said the last part in an inaudible whisper to Dipper. A look of regret briefly on her face.
"So they have a motivation behind it." Raven commented.
"Well, Mabel does. Dipper, we have no idea." Tai corrected.
"Mabel is right about family, some people do everything for family." Clover said as he looked at the Ace-Ops.
"I would do it." Marrow said, looking at Clover with a smile.
"Totally." Elm said, laughing.
"Whether by blood or consideration, this is absolutely true." Vine said with a small smile.
"Yeah… You guys are right." Harriet said with a smile.
Ironwood looked at the Ace-Ops with a smile, then looked at the screen.
"Now, we have the ingredients, shall we start the ritual?" Mabel asked Dipper, who just nodded.
In the library, Will had just closed the secret passage. He sighed with stress thanks to the events in the ritual room.
"Bill, Bella, Kill… Whatever happens in the future, know that you will always be my family and I would not trade you for anything."
Will started to walk out of the library, but before leaving, he stopped suddenly. "sekat ti revetahw, ylimaf ym tcetorP. ekats ta sefil evah esrevitlum ehT, LTOLOXA." Then, Will left the library.
"What he said?" Kali asked with raised eyebrows.
"I think he said a reverse phrase." Yatsuhashi commented.
"Um…" Fox narrowed his eyes. The final part of the sentence was importantly intoned by Will. What would it be?
In another universe, on a planet called Remnant, chaos took place in the city of Vale. During the finals of the combat tournament, an incident occurred where Pyrrha Nikos, in an act of desperation, used her Semblance and caused Penny Polendina to be cut into pieces by the wires she used to control her weapons.
To everyone's shock, Penny Polendina was actually an android, not an ordinary girl. Then, a broadcast started, Cinder Fall appeared on screen, giving a speech about fear, war and failure. When the transmission cut, everything went downhill.
People panicked, Grimms started to invade Vale, the White Fang invaded Beacon and released Grimms at the academy, the Atlesians Knights were hacked, the Grimm Dragon appeared.
Emerald cringed when she saw the chaos on screen, whether with the heroes or not, it doesn't change that she was the main responsible for all this in an indirect way.
"Ah, yes. These are good memories." Cinder said with a small smile, getting glares from the entire audience.
"Silence, Cinder." To everyone's surprise, Salem faced Cinder. The Fall Maiden looked at Salem in shock when she saw her angry expression.
"... Yes, Lady Salem."
But in the Beacon Tower, something big was going on, Cinder Fall was about to execute Pyrrha Nikos, so Ruby Rose came up and screamed for Pyrrha's name.
When Cinder was about to shoot the arrow that would hit Pyrrha's heart, time stopped, the world lost color. Only Ruby Rose could move.
"What…?" Ruby got up and approached Cinder and Pyrrha. She waved her hand in front of Cinder's face, but there was no reaction.
"Has time stopped?" Winter asked as she looked at the screen.
"We are about to see a new Cipher." Whitley gave his hunch.
"Probably. But which one?" Willow asked herself.
"Cool trick, huh?" Ruby looked up, where the voice came from. It came from a young adult with blond hair with a bang covering his left eye, golden eyes and pale skin. He wore a black triangular eye patch over his left eye, a black top hat floated on top of his head, a yellow dress vest, white dress shirt, a black turtleneck cloak with a brick-yellow gradient at the end and interior that appeared to be the universe itself moving, black dress pants and black dress shoes.
"Who… Who are you?" Ruby asked in surprise. Something about the blonde sent a shiver down Ruby's spine, but she didn't know what.
"Bill Cipher at your service, Little Red! An interdimensional Nightmare Demon, also known as The One-Eyed Beast." Bill said, kneeling in a theatrical way and taking off his top head.
"Okay, I'm worried." Summer said, remembering Bill's description of Will.
"Honestly, from Will's description, all Cipher are… morally wrong. The only one who seems to be someone good is Will." Hazel commented, making everyone think for a moment.
"Be very careful, Ruby…" Tai said nervously.
"Oh… Please, another me, don't do anything stupid." Ruby murmured.
Ruby swallowed when she heard "Interdimensional Nightmare Demon" and "One-Eyed Beast." She looked around nervously.
"What do you want?" Ruby asked with a failed attempt to sound confident.
"Nothing much..." A malicious smile appeared on Bill's face. "I just want to make a… Deal."
"Um… Deal?" Ruby's nervousness is gone and curiosity has taken its place.
"Yes, a deal. Allow me to explain. I cannot enter this dimension, at least not physically. I can only enter when the dimension is in that state, but even so, I cannot communicate with other people, something in that dimension prevents me from doing this. But you and a few others, I can communicate. People with silver eyes. These people are my only ticket to Remnant, but they are extremely rare. But you… You are my best option, so I want to make a deal."
"Oh… that's why he's talking to Ruby." Maria commented. "I very much doubt that my other self is a good option for entering Remnant."
"But that begs the question, why can only people with silver eyes communicate with Bill?" Pietro asked, making some raise their eyebrows.
"Why exactly do you want to go to Remnant?" Ruby asked doubtfully, making Bill snort in irritation.
"I'm working. Let's say I did bad things and paid the price, so I invoked a superior force that could save me. It saved me, in return, I am doing a service for it that is also a punishment and a way to fix my past mistakes. "
"This is vague... But in other words, you are working to redeem yourself, right?" Ruby asked, pointing at Bill.
"Exactly. So, are we going to make a deal?" Bill asked.
"Calm down! My uncle Qrow keeps saying that deals can have holes for one of the people to take advantage of and he made a point of teaching me not to be deceived by that." Ruby said confidently.
"Did you teach her that?" Tai asked Qrow.
"My other version apparently did that." Qrow replied, shrugging.
"First of all, I want to hear your part of the deal." Ruby crossed her arms and faced Bill.
"Um… It's fine by me." Bill shrugged. "I want to have the power to own your body to access Remnant physically."
"Wait… What?" Ruby looked at Bill in shock.
"You heard me."
"Er… Ok… I have some requirements. First, you will only be able to possess my body with my permission. Second, if possible, teach me magic. And third…" She looked at Pyrrha and Cinder with concern. "I want your help to change things."
"Um… First, ok, your body, your rules. Second, I will only be able to teach you in your dreams, sorry. Either you learn to meditate or you will only be able to learn in your dreams. Third... This is my work. Change. But a warning, you'll be able to see me, but other people won't. I'll be around all the time, you'll have to put up with me."
"So his job is to change... Change what?" Penny murmured.
"He even accepted the requirements in a good way." Neptune commented.
"Now, how is he going to help Ruby?" Port questioned.
"You can't be worse than Weiss." Ruby said with a sweatdrop.
"Hey!" Weiss glared at Ruby, who used his hood to hide her face.
"Another me, not me."
"It's still you." Weiss snorted and looked away.
"Are they always like this?" Klein asked Blake.
"All the time." Blake replied with a sweatdrop.
"Then?" Bill stretched out his arm and his hand was covered with blue flames. "Do we have a deal?"
"Yes... We have a deal." Ruby shook Bill's hand with a slight hesitation. She looked at Pyrrha and asked, "Ideas?"
A sadistic smile appeared on Bill's face. "Let me use your body and the job will be done."
Ruby sighed, then closed her eyes. 'I hope i don't regret this.' She opened her eyes and looked at Bill. "You can use it."
Bill smiled and assumed a spiritual form and threw himself at Ruby, disappearing when he came into contact with her. Ruby gasped and closed her eyes.
"So what happened?" Summer asked with concern for her daughter.
An idea came to Tyrian's head, so he started to laugh. "Get ready for the show!"
"I don't normally agree with you, but something tells me that I'm going to like what I'm going to see." Watts said with a small smile.
Ruby pulled on her hood, making the top of her face covered with shadows. With time still stopped, she approached Pyrrha and touched her shoulder, blue flames covered her briefly, when they disappeared, she was unhurt and clean, besides being defrosted, but she was unconscious.
Ruby pulled her out of Cinder's way, laying her gently on the floor. She looked at Cinder and got in the way of her arrow.
Then, time thawed, Cinder shot the arrow, but before it hit Ruby, she caught the moving arrow with her hands.
"Wait, what the hell?!" Cinder looked at Ruby in shock, but was quickly replaced by fury. "You're going to die, Ruby Rose!"
The arrow in Ruby's hand was crushed, reduced to dust. Blue flames appeared in the air, Crescent Rose appeared in Ruby's hands.
A sadistic smile appeared on Ruby's face, so she raised her face and her eyes were visible again. What was silver became pure gold, with a single vertical line in each eye. "Let's dance, Fall."
"Destroy this bitch, Rubes!" Yang exclaimed, breaking the silence. Everyone looked at her in shock, but the shock was quickly replaced by reactions similar to Yang's.
"Yeah! Make her pay for Beacon's fall!" Coco screamed.
"Teach that brat a lesson." Watts said in contempt.
"Make it hurt, Little Red. For Roman." Neo said angrily.
"Cinder deserves what is going to happen now." Mercury said with a satisfied smile.
"This is going to be for Pyrrha, bitch." Jaune murmured.
"Oh, this is going to be good." Black muttered as he ate popcorn.
"The V8 made me mad at Cinder. I'm going to love seeing it." Red said to himself, a smile of excitement on his face.
"And let the massacre begin." Shiro declared.
"Er… Guys, I don't think it's me over there. Bill is in control." Ruby said.
"Whatever. I just want to see Cinder get screwed" Flynt said.
"We are two." Neon joined.
"Three." Neptune raised his hand.
"Make me the fourth." Sun declared.
"I am the fifth." Roman said.
"We all want to see Cinder get screwed." Qrow said, laughing.
Ruby disappeared from Cinder's field of vision, causing The Maiden to look desperately around her. She looked up and was almost decapitated by Crescent Rose, but dodged by millimeters.
Ruby ran towards Cinder, delivering quick and accurate strikes in attempts to hit Cinder's vital points, which she blocked with great difficulty. In a brief moment, Cinder saw an opening to impale Ruby, but Ruby grabbed Cinder's arm and threw her away before Cinder tried to attack.
Ruby hurled Crescent Rose at Cinder with the alabard tip, but the Maiden dodged. When Cinder stood up and looked at where Ruby was, the girl was gone, so Cinder felt an agonizing pain in her back. When she looked back, she saw Ruby with the Crescent Rose blade bathed in blood, Cinder's blood.
"Bill isn't even trying to win. This is just him playing around." Raven said, analyzing the demon's combat style with Crescent Rose.
"His speed alone proves it. He's trying to intimidate Cinder, press her and lock her in a corner with no way out." Ironwood agreed.
Meanwhile, Cinder just growled in annoyance at the state of her other on-screen version. She shouldn't be humiliated in this way, she cannot be humiliated in this way.
"How?! You never showed so much talent and your Semblance is far from making you fast like that! Not to mention those blue flames and your golden eyes!" Cinder exclaimed in fury.
Ruby laughed, but her voice was not normal, she was distorted, inhuman. "I am not Ruby Rose, Cinder Fall. I am worse. I am your nightmare." The blood on Crescent Rose disappeared into blue flames, so Ruby changed Crescent Rose to her compact mode and kept the scythe.
"I must admit, Crescent Rose is a beautiful weapon. But..." A pair of blades of blue flame appeared in Ruby's hands. "I prefer these."
"Velvet, have you taken a picture yet?" Coco asked Faunus the rabbit.
"Yes. Now we just have to see what Ruby- I mean, Bill, can do with it."
Ruby advanced again at a speed that Cinder could barely keep up with, she delivered cuts to Cinder's legs, making the Maiden stagger. Taking advantage of the opening, Ruby went on to pierce Cinder's left shoulder, but Cinder lost her temper and used her Maiden powers, causing a wave of fire that made Ruby retreat.
"Enough! I will not be humiliated like that! Not by a brat!" Cinder created a blast of fire and shot Ruby, who dodged and smiled.
"Good! Come on if it makes you better at least minimally!" Ruby hurled one of the blades, hitting Cinder's left hand and piercing it. The blade dissolved in flames, cauterizing the wound.
Cinder glared at Rose, then stepped forward with a glass blade in her hands. Ruby deftly blocked all blows with minimal effort. Bored, Ruby began to pretend to be pressured by the attacks, causing a false confidence to arise in Cinder's mind.
Cinder landed a cut on Ruby's abdomen, making her Aura fail, then a lunge close to the heart causing her Aura to break. Cinder, self-assured that the next blow would be the last, impaled Ruby on her stomach, a cruel smile on her face.
"RUBY! NO!" The younger ones screamed in despair. But the adults and the more experienced ones narrowed their eyes in suspicion.
"This is weird..." Glynda murmured.
"Bill definitely didn't unlearn how to fight. It's a trick." Hazel said.
"Now, what does he plan…" Sienna thought curiously.
"Hahahaha… Hahahaha! HAHAHAHA! Yes! Did you really think you could beat me, Ruby Rose?!" Cinder questioned the still impaled Ruby as she laughed insanely.
"Um... You are an idiot, Fall." Ruby's voice was normal, but she had no pain. She had her head down. "Look at me." Ruby lifted her head and grabbed Cinder's face, leaving it close to hers. Ruby had an insane smile as blood dripped from her mouth. The words that came out of Ruby's mouth next were said in a deep, distorted voice, even demonic, at a point that made Cinder feel her soul leaving her body. "Do I look like I'm dying?"
A shiver ran down the spine of the entire audience, except for the hosts. Some even jumped out of their seats in terror.
"Holy shit!" Coco screamed, frightened by the scene and Velvet comically jumping on her lap.
"This was not cool!" Neptune said, annoyed by the jumpscare.
Nora didn't jump out of her seat simply because Ren used her Semblance on the entire JNPR team. If it weren't for that, the four would be terrified.
"Bill Cipher. I never want to meet that guy in my life." Roman said, sweating cold. Junior, Neo and the Malachite sisters just nodded in agreement.
"By Oum…" Ironwood, Glynda, Port and Oobleck murmured in shock.
The Ace-Ops stared at the screen in discomfort, saying that they were not afraid of Bill now would be a big lie.
Weiss and Penny were paralyzed by what they saw on the screen. Seeing someone's face that they always saw as kind, innocent and happy like that was terrifying.
Ruby herself looked at the screen in shock, but she was quickly comforted by Summer, Qrow, Yang and Tai.
Cinder itself trembled at the scene on the screen.
What the hell are you?!" Cinder recoiled in terror. Ruby pulled the blade out of her stomach, then the wound closed.
She approached Cinder with the blade of blue flames in her left hand, placed the blade close to Cinder's left eye and said, "As I said before, I am your nightmare."
Ruby plucked Cinder's eye with the blade, making the Maiden cry out in pain and blood gushing at Ruby. Before Cinder died of blood loss, blue flames appeared in Ruby's right hand, so she touched where Cinder Fall's left eye once stood, cauterizing.
Cinder tried to open her mouth to speak, but Ruby used the blade to cut Fall's left arm and cauterized her arm immediately.
"Oh… For Oum." Illia murmured, green. Literally. She turned green when she saw the brutality. She had already killed people at White Fang, but it was quick and clean. What was happening on the screen was pure brutality.
"So brutal… So beautiful…" Tyrian murmured while crying with happiness when he saw an innocent-looking girl act in such a cruel way.
Jinn and Ambrosius, who were quiet from the start, finally spoke a single phrase at the same time: "Bill Cipher reminds me of the God of Darkness."
"But…" Jinn paused. "Something about Bill gives me a strange feeling. The God of Darkness exuded cruelty, just like Bill, but he has something strange. I just don't know what."
"The feeling is mutual." Ambrosius said.
"Please… Stop…" Cinder pleaded in agony, but Ruby ignored it. She grabbed Cinder by the remaining arm and dragged her to the edge of the tower, leaving Cinder out of contact with the ground and at the mercy of death.
"I have a message for your boss." Cinder's eyes widened. "It is not the silver eyes that she should fear, it is the golden eyes." Blue flames started to cover Cinder. "Remember, Fall. Reality is an illusion, the universe is a hologram."
"This... This is Bill's vision. The way he sees things in a single sentence." Oscar murmured.
The flames covered Cinder completely, so she disappeared. Ruby smiled, but was annoyed to hear a roar. She looked up at the sky and saw the Dragon Grimm, an expression of boredom appeared on Ruby's face, then she snapped her fingers. The Grimm just exploded from the inside out.
"That's better." Blue flames covered Ruby, making the blood on her clothes disappear. She looked at the CCT tower and her hand started to shine, she turned her hand around and the tower started to return to its original state.
The audience just gaped at Bill's achievements.
"Now, time to give control back to Little Red." A glow covered Ruby, so Bill came out of Ruby's body. Rubh put her hand on her head in pain.
"Ugh… what happened?"
"Wait, I don't remember?" Ruby asked, surprised.
"Oh. This is something that happens. Possessed people never remember what your body did during possession. You usually see your own mind."
"Oh. That explains it."
I'm sure I wasn't on my mind. I was just seeing strange flashes. They felt like memories, but they weren't mine."
Bill's eyes widened, but he returned to his usual expression. "Forget about it. Let's focus on what happens now."
"Ruby saw flashes of Bill's past." Yatsuhashi said, receiving nods of agreement from everyone.
"Now, how is his past that makes me curious..." Adam murmured.
"And what happens now?"
Bill looks behind Ruby and sees Pyrrha starting to wake up. A smile appears on his face. "Changes."
The screen went dark, and everyone thought it was over, but suddenly something appeared on the screen.
"BPQTA VATTUJA AXTH"
The screen went black again, leaving everyone confused. They waited a moment to see if something happened, but nothing happened.
"What was this?" Adam asked.
"A cipher. If you find out, you will discover a hint about what happens in the future of this universe." Shiro replied, piquing the curiosity of a large part of the audience.
"But you can find out later. What did you think of this first universe?" Red asked.
The younger female part of the audience said at the same time: "Will is extremely cute and must be protected from the Gleeful."
The younger male part...
"Bill scares me, but he is very badass."
The adults looked at the youngsters with sweatdrops.
"I'm extremely concerned about the other Ruby, but something tells me that she won't need much protection." Tai said.
"Well, Bill isn't going to let anything happen to her. Whether he wanted to or not, she's his front door to Remnant, he needs her." Qrow commented.
"Wouldn't it be funny if Bill started to see Ruby as a little sister and acted like an overprotective older brother?" Summer jokes, laughing.
"Mom!" Ruby exclaimed, blushing.
"Oh, relax, Ruby. I'm just kidding. Besides, you already have Yang." Summer said.
"And let's keep it that way. I don't hate Bill, but he gives me the creeps." Yang said, shaking.
"The message he told Cinder to send, he is challenging Salem." Hazel said. "I would say that he is suicidal, but I doubt that what we saw was all of his power."
"Everyone with Salem in that universe has a target on their back. Including my other self." Watts said in horror.
"I would like to say that my Queen would not lose, but I would be deluding myself." Tyrian said.
"Honestly, I would appreciate it if Bill killed the other me. I deserve it." Tyrian opened his mouth to disagree, but Salem stopped him. "Please, Tyrian. I admire your loyalty and willingness to comfort me, but it's true. I don't deserve to live."
"What is really worrying is the Gleeful." Ghira said, attracting everyone's attention. "They want the Ciphers for some reason, and according to Mabel, the Gleeful family is their motivation."
"But what happened to the Gleeful to get Dipper and Mabel to go after the Ciphers is the mystery." Kali said.
"This is what makes me believe that Salem is not the great villain in this story." Sienna declared.
"What do you mean?" Winter raised her eyebrows.
"From what we saw just at the beginning, The Gleeful has something very big planned for the Ciphers. The Gleeful don't seem to be weak, they deceived Will, the younger brother of a demon who appears to be extremely powerful, they are great manipulators. their magic is not anything."
"She's right. By Oum... Maybe not even Dipper and Mabel are the villains of this history. That start was too vague to have a clue about." Ironwood said.
"True. A lot is still vague and confusing in this universe. Drawing conclusions so soon won't do any good." Ozma in control declared. "But I cannot deny it, I am curious to know more about the Ciphers and the Gleeful, as well as the magic of this universe."
"Well, unfortunately this universe is going to be left aside for now, as we have more universes to present before we go any further." Black said, making those most interested in the universe snort.
"What are we going to see now?" Ruby asked.
"A universe where right and wrong is relativd in the war between two ancient secret organizations. A universe of Assassins and Templars."
