People glanced around as the heroes walked around the sidewalk in the early morning, not sure if a supervillain was out and about as they were heading to work. When the sun had finally risen over the horizon they decided to call it quits and go home. The gang (Not Izuku of course) got it in their head that they could crash at Katsuki's place, something that Katsuki was not very pleased about. And said no, screaming at them to get their shit together and just go home.

They took it as a yes, and are now talking to Katsuki's very grumpy mother. "You come home this late!? Did you bring Izuku home this late!? INKO WILL KILL ME IF YOU DID!" She yelled.

"HE WENT HOME WHEN HE WANTED OLD HAG! I'M NOT THE BOSS OF HIM!" He yelled back and everyone finally understood where he got his yelling abilities and anger issues from.

"BRAT DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!"

The other heroes-to-be just sat on the couch leaning against each other until they fell asleep. Upon realizing that they were asleep the grouchy woman shushed Katsuki until he complied.

He sat down on the couch leaning his head against the back once his mother had left and let out a long sigh, closing his eyes. Then before he knew it he was fast asleep.

She was running, she couldn't stop, if she did then there was a chance she could get caught. She jumped over a roof and landed on the other side of one with a role and let out a pained cough. She muttered a curse under her breath and clutched into her stomach.

It wasn't just a mear cough anymore, she was now coughing up blood. This probably isn't good...She thought, her thoughts starting to trail apart as she began coughing more violently. She heard someone land next to her and hurried steps rush in her direction putting a large hand on her back making her flinch away involuntarily.

"Kid, what's wrong?" A voice said, she just shook her head. Over time the coughs went away and she sat back breathing deeply. The older hero looked at this young girl in worry. Why was she coughing up blood? Why is she on this roof?

The girl looked scared as she stared up at the pro hero Midnight. Her brain stuttering and going into hyperdrive leaving her unable to speak. She had gone against Midnight before, her smoke put a damper on escaping, having made her pass out on her apartment building roof, something that was very hard to explain the next morning when she awoke.

"Hey, what's wrong? Are you hurt?" Midnight said again as she watched the girl stumble out of her touch. The girl shook her head and continued backing towards the edge of the roof. When she got dangerously close Midnight ran towards the girl and she jumped onto the next roof taking off at full speed.

Midnight follows after and within a few minutes she caught the girl due to her long-ass legs. Tackling her to the ground the girl did the only thing she knew how. She touched the older woman's temple. Midnight froze and the girl took a few steps back before getting sucked into her mind.

I'm at UA, in what looks to be the faculty room. Midnight and Eraserhead are arguing and I get closer to hear. "We can't just let a villain run rampant!" Midnight yells and Eraserhead scoffs.

"Look Midnight, I've seen the villain, they're a fucking kid. They look barely old enough to do to this school. I suggest if they're caught we give them a chance to redeem their actions and come here." He says lazily.

"And have a chance of him murdering everyone!?" She yells back, her hands flying all over the place.

"We don't know if it's a male yet, Midnight."

"I agree with Eraser." Says a short animal, "We should let them have a second chance, who knows what led them to Villainy, they could be a very good person with a bad past." The animal says and I nod slightly in agreement.

The scene shifts and I'm now in a conference room surrounded by heroes making me flinch slightly.

Shouts were heard and all the teachers were torn and arguing about something, Eraserhead and the animal are sitting in silence as the animal sat in the heroes scarf thingy. "You know there are more seats," Eraserhead said gruffly.

"But none are as warm as in here." The animal said and I smile laughing quietly. Eraserhead turns towards me and I shut my mouth. "Okay!" The animal calls out and everyone stops talking. "We're going to vote, so it is all fair. Raise your hand if you think that if the villain should be caught they should go to prison," Quite a few hands raised and I began to feel bad for the villain, "All in favor of letting them come here." More hands raised and the animal smiled.

"Results?" Eraserhead asked.

"In favor of letting them come here. Now all of you, if Blood phantom were to get caught, then they would come here to UA, and be under UA's custody, if it does happen though, you will treat them with utmost respect understand?"

Nods happened all around the room and the scene shifted again, this time she's chasing me, I jump in front of her and was about to make her forget about me but I'm sucked out of her head before I get the chance.

The girls' knocked back into the real world being restrained by a fabric, Eraserhead's eyes glowing red as he cancels her quirk. The girl growls and struggles against the scarf as much as she can.

"Midnight, smoke now." He says and her eyes widen making her struggle harder. Midnight pauses before ripping part of the suit to reveal her arm and the girl whimpers. She takes in a large breath before she stops breathing and the smoke drifts over to her.

The girl starts feeling tears sting her eyes and she forces her body to go limp. She feels Eraserheads quirk stop affecting her and she smiles accidentally breathing in some of the smoke and teleports a few feet away taking a deep breath as she takes off sprinting. She's once again restrained and quirk-canceling cuffs are slapped onto her wrist making her growl. More smoke is let out and she clings to the little consciousness she has left, before letting go and finally falling unconscious.

Eraserhead looks down a the young girl in confusion. He could tell she was still awake, even if she herself wasn't aware, she was burrowing into her own mind. This kid has a powerful quirk that's for sure, whatever she did to Midnight shook her, making Midnight unfocused.

Why was a kid up here on the roof at dawn? She didn't look evil, she had an innocent little light around her. She reminded him a lot of Midorya when he was in his first year of UA. Freckles all over her face and if she opened her eyes he could bet that she would have emerald eyes too. Her long brunette hair was tied back into a lazy ponytail and she had a scar on her cheek.

What had happened to this innocent girl?

Mr. Aizawa sighed as Midnight walked in, interrupting his class, but when he got a warning look he sighed and motioned for her to proceed as she wished. "Okay kids, a few days ago, we caught a villain, does anyone have a guess of who?" She said loudly, leaning against Mr. Aizawa's desk making him cringe.

Everyone just shook their heads and Midnight continued. "We caught The Blood Phantom," Collected gasps sounded across the room and Katsuki and Izuku were silent. "And their coming to UA, they're going to be in this class." She finished and some people stood up yelling at the pro heroes for allowing this to happen.

"LOOK!" Eraserhead yelled and the whole class went silent in a half a second, "They have been given a second chance, many of you have been given more than that, so you all have to treat her with the utmost respect."

"Her?" The class question and he nodded motioning for Midnight to continue.

"Yes her, we caught her a few nights ago in the suburbs. Now, she is a couple of years younger than you all, but we figured that if any class could help and deal with her. And...please don't try to murder her Bakugou," Midnight said aiming a pointed look at the ash blonde. He tched and nodded slightly.

I hope this goes well. Midnight thought before walking out of the classroom.

The class was buzzing after that, all excited and scared about this villain coming to class with them. Mr. Aizawa said that she was going to be coming in during the middle of hero training, but couldn't participate because she had some sort of injury.

Mr. Aizawa had to yell at them to shut up again before they were paying attention, well most of them anyway. Izuku and Katsuki were still unfocused, wondering if it was the same person that they had met a few nights ago. It made them wonder if the villain was truly a villain at all. If when they learned the good and bad side, and which one to side with, they wondered why they never talked about the grey area.
