Day 2- It's Good To Be Bad!
Normal POV
"Good Morning Neo Paris, this is Prime Queen, with today's news, the UN has sent a massive supply cashe en route to city square, if you are in need of supplies, now your chance!" the radio blared.
"Fuuuck, i'm up, i'm up!" a young female voice growled as she slowly peeks out from the covers, her skin white as snow, her bluish black hair waving in the breeze, she opened her dark violet eyes it was days like this that really brought out the worst in her.
she put on her favorite black and white maid clothes and grabbed her scythe, and went downstairs, Weredad had made waffles, but Miss Fortune wasn't hungry.
"Morning Papa..." Miss Fortune spoke.
"Hello darling, it's supply day huh?" Weredad asked as he was putting the cinimon rolls in the oven.
"Yup, better get going before Queen Wasp and Vanisher get their claws on them" Miss Fortune said as she brandished her Scythe and walked out the door.
Supply Day was basicly a battle royale for supplies and medicine, mostly one Medicine in particular, HALO, a special drug created by Agreste Consumer Products or ACP for short, it was designed for victims of the AKUMA virus, if a victim does not take an injection of HALO once every week, they mutations will become worse, turning them into a "Feral Akuma" there is no going back after that, you're basicly no different than animals.
On her way to the supply drop location, her BFF and spiritual sister Lady WiFi, once known as Alya, ran to her side.
"Hey girl, big day huh?" the Tech-savy Akuma said.
"Yup, let's get the lead out, i'd rather not get into a brawl with Queenie and her invisible sidekick." she groaned,
"How long has it been since your last injection?" WiFi asked.
"Lost track, frankly, it's a miracle i'm still sane enough to think straight." Miss Fortune said.
Luck was on her side however, in no time at all, they made it to the City square, and for their patience, three large crates were waiting for them.
Both girls injected themselves with HALO and made their way back home.
"Ahh...much better, i though i was screwed..!" Miss Fortune said.
"Is it just me, or is HALO getting more and more scarce?" Lady WiFi asked.
"People outside of Paris are forgetting we even exist, the entire city has cut off from the rest of the world, our only window to the outside world is the internet, if things get any worse, we'll be dead before a cure is even found." Miss Fortune explained.
"Girl, be honest, do you even WANT a cure to be found?" bi Lady WiFi asks.
"No, not really, we have superpowers, sure we need to take medicine to keep our powers under control, and we tend to get violent at times, but the perks outweigh the risk, and really, what's there to cure? the virus just brings out the worst in us, it's not like it's killing us?" Miss Fortune said.
"Damn straight girl!" Lady WiFi said with a smile.
As they return home, the girls are cut off by a trio of boys, The Bubbler, once know as Nino, Gamer, once known as Max, and Dark Cupid, once known as Kim.
And leading this mob was none other than Queen Wasp, once know as Chloe, the Mayor's Daughter, her father fled the city, allowing Chloe to take over, and ever since then, she has hoarding supplies as well as HALO, for herself and those who work for her.
"Well well, if it isn't Miss Misery and her tech head sidekick, i see you got MY supplies for me and saved me the trouble, thank you!" Queen Wasp said with a sneer.
"FUCK YOU! you have enough supplies and HALO to last you years, how about saving some for the rest of us!" Snarled Lady WiFi.
Bubbler slowly walked over and stood by Lady Misfortune and WiFi's side.
"Sorry Queenie, but i'm with them, they got the cases fair and square." Bubbler said.
Dark Cupid swooped in and tried to get the box from the girls, but was blocked by Lady Miss Fortune's Scythe!
"Let us by, or i start slicing, your call." she said with a growl.
"Look, i may seem selfish, but i have a good reason for whait i'm doing, we're going to need a lot of HALO when we break the barrier and take over this stupid world!" Queen Wasp explained.
"Really? how is going by the way?" Lady WiFi asked.
"I've Almost got the right Algorithim, just a few more days and we're free!" Explained Gamer.
"And the virus? do you really wanna spread what we've got to everyone else?" asked Bubbler.
"They trapped us here! treated us like monsters, well, i say we let them see what it's like to be us!" roared Dark Cupid.
Little Miss Fortune was deep in thought, she would like to bury her late mother in her home in China.
She steps foward, and hands Queen Wasp one of the supply crate.
"Girl, you sure?" Lady WiFi Asks.
Miss Fortune nods, then turns to Queen Wasp, "We're Counting on you, if you can break the barrier, i'll just have to trust you, but we need HALO too, remember that."
"You won't regret this, Cupid! Gamer! we're leaving!"
And with that, the mob leaves, leaving Bubbler, Lady WiFi, and Miss Fortune, who turns to Bubbler.
"Bubbler, i'm tired, tired of playing the hero in a world that treats us like monsters, but just now, it felt so good to be...bad." she spoke.
Lady Wifi and Bubbler nodded as they walked her home...
