"Really dude.. a butterfly knife?" Cisco asked as charlie repeatedly flicked his knife open and closed

"What? Its calming for me" charlie answered with a smirk

"Makes sense a weapon would calm you"

Charlie chuckled lightly

Things were a bit tense between him and team flash for good reason he did try to take over the city

If hes being honest with himself he likes these people itll be a shame to kill them but first he needs their help hes gotta get home to the phantom zone to his father

So for now he assists them, fights with them.

"Barry, someone just called in a robbery at central city bank" cisco announces

"On it" barry's voice comes in through the speakers

"You know, he could just once leave it to the police... it is kinda their job." Charlie says

"Ha yeah, sure, hear that Barry? Take the day off. The police got it" cisco replies sarcastically "We know they can do their job beast boy, this accounts for least amount of lost life also we dont know if its a meta human and if it is the police will need barry's help mkay? Mkay."

Charlie stands up and walks towards cisco slowly while still flipping his knife open and closed

"Ya know ciscy it would probably bode you well not to call me 'beast boy' you know what they says monsters have one hell of a temper.." charlie states with a smirk before turning and walking out of the room

They may have beaten him as a team but he knows he could kill them all one by one but he wont.. yet

"Mother... no! Please dont do this" he sobs as the guards drag him away

His sister cries in their fathers arms disgusted by the animal hes become while he doesnt even look at charlie

The guards take him to a lab where they tie him to a table and start taking samples from his wounds. They put the samples on the table for the scientists to examine and then took him to a holding cell with no windows, no bars, nothing just an empty isolation cell where charlie was kept for weeks on end.

Constantly brought in and out being tested then shoved into his cell forced to become the monster inside and back it finally stopped when he turned 13 then they deemed him to dangerous to stay on krypton.

But before that he was endlessly tortured, beaten so the beast would emerge, stripped of his family name called a stain on their planet

As far as he knew there was brief talk of using him to create more like him of people from other planets to create a controlled army but he doesnt know what became of it because he wasnt there when the planet was destroyed

They toyed with his emotions told him all the things his family thought about him all the things his sister has said about him and it broke him

His sister was his best friend, they did everything together and the thought of her calling him a monster or worse

That mightve been what finally broke him what actually created the monster

"Her fault" he said as a mantra in his cell
