Walking in was one of his personal spies and former member of Hydra the Black widow, Katerina Petrov( Second Best of Natasha Romanov class who he obtained when he defeated a sector of Hydra claiming their resources and making it seems that it was weapon x making it the Problem of Weapon X AKA Logan Hewlett or Wolverine thanks to that Wolverine has been hunted across the globe by Hydra in an attempt to capture him and the only reason they haven't been able is me. I got a meeting with Magento offering him Money and a Ton of safehouses for himself and any mutant exchange he does what Charles was unable and protects Mutant Kind the deal was done and Sign going a step further Magento asked for the Island Gensoha for Mutant kind and their family.
I went beyond that and Offered every Mutant a Job in anyone of his companies including the ones he has through shares plus he gave them 3 Islands and with him calling in a few favors Magento was cleared of his crimes and the islands became Countries using that Magento joined the UN.
When the deal went through the Charles Xavier paid a visit and that is when we learn he couldn't enter his mind but I could so with careful Manipulation he left with an agreement to contact a big business company and use his power to get his children job with many in different fields most not even Military the few that do serve under 3 separate divisions and branches of the Military protecting them from the governments and other entities all made possible by him using the Public against the world.
As his Black widow clears her throat I turned and smirk '' What news ''?
Kat clears her throat '' You were Right Bruce Banner has been put on the Super serum project with your work the moment he is turned into the Hulk we will have Jurisdiction over Bruce Banner ''.
Pleased I nod then I look at Kat and ask '' How are you liking my improvements ''?

Pleased I nod then I demand '' I want you to get Hydra onto the X-men and force the X-men to Lose their Righteous altitude of not killing also make certain those who are hydra in shield stay out of it''.
Nodding Kat walks out sensing I was done sighing I smile as my Phone beeps grabbing it I read '' It is done ''.
Grinning I grab my burner phone snap it burn it to dust and throw it out the window with a wave of Excitement I had finally put Nick Fury onto Hydra by making Hydra restart the Red Rooms and giving Nick Fury just enough to go after them the reason I was so excited is that I had another spy own by Having Hydra, AIM and multiple Crime Organizations and Enhance beings join forces making it so the Avengers and other Superhero teams will have a massive amount of threats of which I was planning to join cementing them as a team.
With the use of his Powers, he has gotten the Fire Giant to join with the Orcs, Trolls, and other enemies against Asgard, Vanaheim, Alfheim, Nidavellir, Jotunheim all so that when the day comes that Thor gets turn mortal they will attack Midgard and the Other realms this way Loki can't fall from Biforst and get captured by Thanos.
( The reason Jotunheim didn't join is that Loki is a Frost Giant/ Aseir/ Vanir Hybrid with being the son of Laukey and a Powerful Elf who was the Daughter of a Powerful Vanir and Odin)
According to his network, Odin has just started to become aware of a threat which he was dealing with by ordering Loki to create a Spy Network and work from the shadows plus he was tasked with leading a few Mages and make Nifiheim and Svarifiheim able to be live on with Resources and Sources of Light.
Reading the reports my mind explodes as I understood Odin was planning to Make Loki King of Niflheim thinking I sent out a Message to my Informant/Spy '' Get Odin to tell Loki the Truth and make certain it was done right, also make certain Loki knows that Odin is making him King of Niflheim''.
Getting a Roger back I read another report grinning I read that they manage to Find the Realm of Helheim pleased I sent a message to God and the Darkness on making that the Realm of Dishonor dead meaning the Farmers, Warriors who live to old age, Any who didn't die in battle were Mages, Were Gods or Didn't commit a crime such as Rape, Murder, any Crime worthy of hell.
Getting a question back I sigh as I sent back '' Make Helheim one of Hell Dimensions and make Hela the Ruler of that World ''.
God and the Darkness got to work on that sighing I was Satisfied that this would keep Hel occupied getting a Question back I answer to add Valhalla to Heaven make it for Warriors and the Angels it would be the world they live and train in for Souls who still want to fight they can be made a Member of Valhalla with First class 5-star room service and other Hotel services exchange they were members of Angel kind with Reapers and Valkyries collecting souls waiting for universal threats of the caliber of Thanos or other ends of the world type threats only then could they return and battle them.
Getting a yes sir back I knew my plans were moving in the direction I wanted.

Appearing on the Skrull homeworld I sneak into the Intelligence mind with an order to make Carol Danvers see the truth and replace Members of Important families across the galaxy in an attempt to take over everywhere.
Done with his mind control he teleported to the Kree homeworld and makes the two of them want to conquer the universe neither of them was good or evil but the Kree wants to for Resources while Skrull likes to battle and Diversify their genes.
Then after all this was done and he sees the two moving he makes it where Carol would find out how wrong she was to release the Skrulls soon enough.
Feeling a prick in my senses I teleported to Vormir hidden I watch Red Skull focusing for a moment I walk up to Red Skull who turns and stares at me smirking I nod then I take a breath pull out a phone and start taking pictures as I do that he frowns as he goes to speak I snap my fingers erasing his mind of Being a guardian instead I replace it with being trained to Gather forces and Creating Alliance. As he did he change a little of Red Skull's personality so that he was a Man of his word and he would never abandon one of his allies also he had a Brilliant Tactical mind.
Changing Red Skull DNA I made him equal to Captain America with the power to Multiple himself and control fire.
Snapping my fingers I had an entire force of Aliens and Robots from 3 Worlds numbering 3 Million following Red Skull then I sent him and the force back to Earth with Red Skull tasked to take over the Criminal underworld and retake Hydra and then Work to take over the world.
Teleporting back to earth I left instructions with the rest of my spy network to create a Universal wide change.
Appearing in a retirement home in Washington DC

Looking down at Agent Carter I smirk pulling out a Vial of superior Serum I inject the serum into Agent Carter who shifts momentarily as the serum activates and starts returning to her prime and making her a copy of his Black Widow.
Taking the Needle I replace the vial and move on.
Teleporting onto the Moon I took a moment to take a look and teleport back to earth ( I can't teleport from a location on earth back I have to go off-world then to a different location).

Appearing in his underground Fortress in the Artic I grin as the power turns on and the Fortress heat went up from 50 Degrees up.
Rubbing my face I step out and activate X-Ray vision
As my vision changes, I saw 10 Miles around seeing the wreckage I grin and at my fastest speed ( 4X times faster than sound) I appear at the spot directly above Captain America drawing my Vial I focus my power and phrase the vial through the Wreckage and the ice then I inject the Superior Serum into the Capt causing his serum to strengthen slightly and upgrade to a level equal of Wolverine and it gave the added benefit of making him as strong as Colossus plus he gained increased body heat.
Which made his heartbeat start to speed up.
Watching it I knew he wouldn't be able to survive until he was found so focusing on the radios I made it where they were frozen over and a shift in the Plane would unblock it, incidentally, the ice would be press against the Button on the radio turning it on.
Which would allow a signal to be sent to the Base on the Artic which would force them to check it out.
Speeding back to my Fortress I enter and sit on my couch and turn on my tv to watch while his french AI ( Tony Stark Made him that after he paid for it as well as funding Tony's idea of as Space Station and ships something that Tony was still working on) makes me dinner( The AI has a copy of Jarvis which would allow him to send the copy of Jarvis to Jarvis's network rebuilding him making him good as new).
Thanks to that I own 10% of Stark Industries something that is giving him a massive amount of Profit and a lot of Work for his Bank who had to hire and grow by a million to take care of him and they hired an entire corporation of Lawyers to defend them something he convinced Pepper Potts to do for Tony( This way in the future Tony Stark couldn't sign anything without his Lawyers giving written proof they agree and the Government can't take Tony's suit in the trial).
Suddenly his phone rings looking at it he sees it was a call from Norman Oscorp someone who he cured and was now working with to advance the Medical world right now they were working on Bucky Barnes Incomplete Serum he gave to them ( Thanks to that Peter Parker will be stronger, Faster and his powers will grow to the point he had the powers to turn invisible and has Tazer hands he would still need Gadgets to use webs at least at first after 3-4 years he would be able to go without tech he would be strong enough to stop a building from collapsing).
Doctor Connor in fact had both arms and hands.
Veterans around the world were getting their limbs healed and replace thanks to Norman who of course was making Billions in return Norman brought 25% of the shares from those on the Board and gave it to me.
In each of his companies, he has Proxies sit in and vote in his name he doesn't even meet the Military he uses a team of lawyers who once agree give me a contract to sign.
He had shares in WSC and Shield which he uses to aid Nick Fury with State of the Art equipment, Recruitment, Housing, Safehouses, and Clothing for agents for both Undercover and Battle.
Nick Fury is the only one who knows who I am and I was completely off the books and grid thanks to him. Nick Fury knows a little what I could do and completely trusts me thanks to me buying and building Nick a Massive hidden Mansion Complex in the Mountain of Mount Rainer and making it where only those Nick trusts can enter.

Hanging up I could hear Norman whopping in joy as I hang up with the amount of money I gave him for the project he would not be at a loss for money.

Nick sits inside his Mountain home cursing as he hands the Black Widow a packet shaking with rage Natasha nods and leaves sighing in relief Nick sits down as he looks at a map and whispers '' The Red room has been restarted, and they are being financed by a massive backer who thanks to Phil and Maria I know paid 200 Billion dollars on rebuilding their power and expanding into Enhance individuals from Mutants and Inhumans to whatever the hell else is out there ''.
Shuddering Nick gets to focus on the long battles to come all the while wondering if this is when he needs to call in Carol or Jason shaking his head he decided to keep it on his mind but first Shield needed some powerful people of their own.
Opening up a binder Nick pulls out a list of heroes '' First up The duo of Captain America and Peggy Carter ''.
Smiling at being able to keep the two a secret from his higher-ups and that Peggy somehow was de-aged and given a better version of the serum Nick pulls out a phone to start calling the people's names.
