"Yes my Lord," The scientist said in a sad and resigned tone. "Where would you like me to send him?"

They scanned my power level (125), did a blood test, and fitted me with a scouter and armor. Finally, the scientist that I assume revived me, put me in a pod and set the destination. He put his hand on the glass and looked at me with teary eyes.
"I'm sorry... I wish we could've raised you "
My pod took off, sending me on a course to Earth.
My eyes flickered open as my pod landed slowly on the ground. I'd decided to take a nap since there was literally nothing else to do but, apparently I hadn't really gone to sleep. Good to know I had a Wait command on this game. Anywho, I was landing on an oddly familiar island.

"Looks like a little bald boy. He's dressed in monk attire."
Oh! Speaking of attire I was dressed in a white sleeveless shirt and some baby blue pants with a white belt.
I grinned at the boy who was currently aggressively rowing his boat towards me. It was Krillin. He looked exactly the same as he did in canon.
"Guess I'll have to kick this clown off my island," Master Roshi said with a sigh.
"Wait Master," I said immediately. "He could be a really good sparring partner for me."
"Hmmmm. I guess."
"MASTER ROSHI SIR! TURTLE HERMIT AND GREATEST MARTIAL ARTIST OF ALL TIME! PLEASE-"

Master Roshi laughed his signature laugh.

I stopped moving and stood at the ready to watch them go at it.
Krillin immediately adopted the average Turtle stance, while Roshi stood with his hands behind his back in a very relaxed position.
A small wind brushed over the beach and Master Roshi disappeared.
Both Krillin and I were mystified. I looked around for Roshi but couldn't see him move for the life of me. I also couldn't sense energy yet. Krillin was in the same boat as me but... Maybe...
I closed my eyes in concentration. I listened for footsteps and sniffed the air for Roshi's scent. I heard movement in all directions and his scent was being spread all over the beach. I grimaced and concentrated even harder. Then...
"Got ya!" I said in triumph then moved. I leapt straight forward at Roshi and smacked him on top of his head.
"HEY!" Roshi yelled.
"What?" I said with feinted innocence. "You said to catch you."
"I was talking to Krillin!"
"Woah Kizoku! How'd you catch him? And how'd you disappear like him?"
"I just used my hearing and sense of smell to track him instead of relying on my eyes."
"Good job my boy," Roshi said with pride.
"I'll get it! I swear!" Krillin said with determination in his eyes.
I chuckled and another screen popped up.

This time I was on the beach by myself, hiding from Master Roshi. There was a huge weight on my back and I realized I had finally graduated to the Turtle Shell. Roshi stood on the surf, right next to the ocean. I heard him draw in a deep breath and cup his hands at his side. I heard a thrum of ki energy as a small blue orb formed between his cupped hands.
Roshi began to speak.
"Kaaaaaaa... Meeeeeee... Haaaaaa... Meeeeeee..."
The energy in his hands reached a maximum and the glow it created lit up the night.
"HAAAAAAAAA"
The blue energy was then pushed outward from his outstretched hands and shot forward in a bright blue beam that parted the waves.
"Woah..." I whispered. "I have GOT to learn that."
Master Roshi went back inside, presumably to sleep, while I went outside of the bushes to try out the technique.
I stood in the same spot as Roshi and tried to tap into my ki energy. I felt the power bubble up and flow through my body.
I cupped my hands and brought them to my side, just like I'd seen Roshi do. I pushed the ki into the cup and grit my teeth.

My eyes softened then I realized I wouldn't be around for the tournament or the Red Ribbon Arc. Hopefully things would go exactly as they had in the anime, this time with Krillin being the hero Goku was meant to be. I was worried about Spike the Devilman and the Devilmite Beam but Roshi was there just in case anything went wrong. Plus Gohan more than likely wasn't dead so who would be the fifth fighter?
Roshi gave me a firm pat on the shoulder.
"Don't worry my boy, Krillin and I will continue our training and we'll handle everything. Don't worry about us."
I nodded at the reassurance. I mean the game wouldn't give me this opportunity if it wasn't worth it right?
"... I'll train under Korin. I'll miss you Master."
"I'll never stop being your master, Kizoku. Now go to Korin Tower. Your first trial is figuring out how to get up it."
"Yes sir. Goodbye Master. Give Krillin my regards."
"Wait!" Roshi said as I stepped away. "I've got a gift for you. NIMBUUUUUUUUS!"
My eyes widened as one of the most useful transportation systems in all of Dragon Ball flew to me.

I picked the last one, simply because I was about to train with some of Earth's strongest warriors and I wanted to be able to learn quickly. I was ready to head over to Korin Tower.

We took off and I waved to Roshi, who stood on the beach with the peace sign up.
Nimbus took me to the foot of Korin Tower but refused to take me all the way up so I climbed.
By the time I made it to the top, I was hungry. My stomach growled as I pulled myself up onto the floor.
The bipedal cat simply looked down upon my small tired body.
"We have a lot of work to do," he said with a sigh.
The next few months were me playing Korin's little game. With my Turtle Shell still on, I had to try and take the "Sacred Water" from Korin. Because I'd watched the show, I knew that wasn't the real Ultra Divine Water. But I chased him around just for the exercise. I'd already gained five points in Agility and was still feeling a real burn. This goddamn cat was fast.
I'd been pushing my Intelligence, Perception, and Agility to the limit these past few months. I'd gotten to the point to where I couldn't gain anymore stats from this. My Strength and Endurance were also locked because I'd grown used to the Turtle Shell. These were my updated stats, after training to get the normal water.

I felt really good about my movement speed, reflexes, tracking ability, and my ability to react to stimuli. In actuality, based on my perception, Korin had just been walking around. I knew that he was moving really fast in the grand scheme of things, but it just wasn't that fast to me anymore.
I began to move as fast as I could, circling around Korin and the little area we'd been training in. I made a move at Korin and he stopped my with his cane.
"What the... How'd you do that? I was moving way faster than your eyes could ever perceive."
"You may have been moving fast," Korin said, "but I wasn't using my eyes to find you. I used my senses. I can sense and suppress my own life energy. Would you like me to teach how to do that?"
"Of course! That'll put me over the top. My perception is already great." I said with pride.
"Whatever kid. Just sit in Lotus position and try to feel the ki within your own body."
I did as told and moved my ki around so he could tell I was ready to proceed.
"Good. Now, stretch your ki into every part of your body. From the very tips of your hair to the soles of your feet."
I did as I was told and he moved on.
"Excellent. Now push beyond your body and let the energy flow in a dome as far around you as possible."

My eyes widened, but I got into my Turtle Stance. Korin began to move as he had been while keeping the water from me but he may as well have been standing still as I kept up with him perfectly. I moved around with him, making sure that I could continuously sense his energy moving around.
All of a sudden, his energy disappeared. I couldn't sense him and I tried to move around in patterns to find him. I felt a smack on top of my head. Then a punch to my side. Finally, a palm strike to the chest. I staggered around and tried in vain to search for Korin. My eyes snapped wide as I felt him behind me. I dodged the paw as it flew toward me and went on the attack.
I sent punches and kicks at him as fast as I could. Korin blocked, dodged, or parried my blows. I was confused. How was he even seeing me? Then I realized. He was sensing my energy the whole time! I had to suppress myself to catch him off guard.
I rushed forward at him with my fists up. I faked right, sending an afterimage that way while I went left and sent another afterimage forward. I suppressed my energy to the minimum as I moved left and Korin looked to the right afterimage. He swung his cane through it and his eyes widened as he sensed me behind him. At that point it was too late. I smacked him in the back of the head with a grin.
"Hmph," Korin grumbled. "That was a good feint."
I could tell he was pissed and I gave him a shit eating grin to show that I knew. He went on the attack but I dodged the attacks he sent to me with ease. This energy sensing and suppression stuff was truly useful.
"Seems you've just about mastered sensing and suppression. At least to the level I have."
I nodded and stopped moving. It seemed that we'd come to a standstill. I smirked at him and he just looked tired. It had been a long few months. Actually...
"Korin how long have we been training together?"
The cat touched his chin in thought.
"I'd say about a year and some change. Maybe about two."
My eyes went wide. There wasn't much more time until the 22nd World Tournament. And King Piccolo.
"By the way kid, while you were meditating, I got a message from Mr. Popo and he said that he would like to train with you."
"Just Mr. Popo? What about Kami?" I asked inquisitively.
"He's decided that you aren't prepared for his training. Apparently there's something about maturity. I have no clue. Anyway Popo said he wants you for about a year."
"Will I be done by the World Tournament?"
"Probably not. But if you train with Popo it may give Kami the insight into your maturity that he needs to train you. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity kid."
"Fine," I sighed. "I'll train under Mr. Popo."
I ran up the tower to Kami's Lookout. When I landed I saw Mr. Popo, watering his garden.
He looked up at me and waved. He strolled over to me majestically and stopped in front of me.
"Yes... I see what Korin meant about your potential. Show me what you can do. And take off that bothersome Turtle Shell."

I waited for him to make the first move. His energy disappeared and reappeared in front of me, but I was ready. I dodged the strong hook that was coming at my face and came up with a left to his ribs. He jumped backward and I followed him relentlessly. I threw a few test punches to see how fast his reflexes were. He blocked and deflected my punches and returned with a kick. I blocked it, but barely, and slid backward. Using the momentum from the sliding, I did a few flips and jumps to get some room.
"Alright Popo," I said with a smirk. "You may be fast but can you dodge this?"
I cupped my hands and charged my energy at a rapid pace.
"KAMEHAMEHA!"
The blast, while smaller than normal, was also faster and had much more energy packed into it than normal.
Mr. Popo opened his mouth and swallowed my attack whole.
I sweat dropped.
He stood impassively.
We stared at each other.
"Sooooo..."

Popo had gotten behind me and smacked me across the top of my head. I spun around and tried to hit him but he was gone in an instant. I felt much more power than before coming out of him and resolved that he'd grown bored of simply feeling me out.
"Fine... I'll blow this whole Lookout sky high!"
I squatted fully, centering my energy and took a deep breath. The Lookout began to shake as I pushed my power level to it's maximum. The full weight of my power level of 640 was being pushed. I cupped my hands once more and poured the energy into my hands. It glew and pulsated at a level that had never been seen before.
"I like to call this... My Super... KAMEHAMEHA!"
Except, instead of hitting Popo with it, I turned my back to him and shot it in the opposite direction. It pushed me, back first, into Mr. Popo. Popo thrust out his hand to intercept me but I jumped at the last second and did a spin in midair. I planted my right foot and used all the power in my body to send my fist at Popo's face.
I stopped the fist just short of Popo's face and the wind behind him was displaced by the display of power. His eyes crossed at the sight of my fist, which would've hit him directly in his nose. He nodded curtly.
"You could've killed me with that one. I admit defeat."

"Interesting. So, if I were to put you up against an opponent that was at the same level of power as you and had the same growth rate as you... How powerful do you think you could get?"

I rubbed my chin in thought. They have arrived seems like it could be when Vegeta and Nappa arrived on Earth. I definitely wasn't ready for that but... I'd love to try.
I selected it and appeared in a flash of light, standing next to Gohan and Piccolo.
"Huh?! Who're you?" Gohan asked inquisitively.
I felt him out and he had a power level of about 900, almost cresting into 1000. I raised an eyebrow at the ultra powerful child. I tried Piccolo and I was shocked. He was heavily suppressed but his power was still around 1500. I was mystified. I was really outclassed in this era. Hopefully I wouldn't get beaten by a Saibamen... That'd suck.
I felt the other four showing up as well. Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu. Each of them, except for Chiaotzu, had a higher power level than me. And more battle experience. I was seriously out of my league here.
All four of them landed and surveyed me.

I forgot I didn't even know how to fly! What was I thinking coming here? I was gonna get trounced.
Piccolo grunted at me and gestured for me to come over to him. With my enhanced perception, I heard the other ones asking Gohan who I was, to which he replied, a friend of Goku's.
Piccolo sized me up.
"You're not strong enough to be here. You're almost as green as Gohan. And at least he knows how to use his energy."
I raised an eyebrow. 'Use his energy?' The fuck was that supposed to mean?
"It means that while he fights, he pushes the entirety of his strength through his body."
We all turned at once, in the direction of two immense powers. One of them was like 4 Gohans, while the other was all of us together and then some.
"That power..." Tien muttered.
"Yeah... It's insane." Yamcha whispered in awe.
The Saiyans landed in front of us. Vegeta looked non threatening as fuck while Nappa looked intimidating as shit. The powers I felt from them were the opposite. Vegeta was scaring the dog shit out of me, while Nappa was only mildly disturbing.
Vegeta pressed the button on his scouter and scoffed.
"Tch. These weaklings aren't worth the trouble Nappa. Send out the Saibamen to kill them all."
"Alright. Hopefully at least one or two survive so I can get a good stretch in."
As Nappa planted the Saibamen, I touched Piccolo's shoulder. I transmitted my thoughts through him and he transmitted my thoughts to the others.
As one, we all surged our powers to the maximum. The scouters, for what they were worth, held up for a second. They did, however, blow up in a shower of sparks.
"Everybody spread out and move as fast as possible! They can't sense energy so they'll be relying on their eyes!" Piccolo roared.
I threw a small ki blast onto the ground to kick up a dust cloud and we all began to move. Vegeta was kinda sorta keeping up with us, but only due to his perception. His was actually around mine. Gohan and I were moving at about the same speed which pissed me off to the max. I pushed ki into my body and immediately I felt myself move faster. My body felt stronger and I was moving really, really well. I saw the others around me give me a nod of approval before continuing with their activity.
Nappa started swatting at us and we pelted him with blasts and small attacks. He growled with primal rage at the little bits of pain we were causing him.
"Everybody GET BACK!" I roared.
We all jumped back as Nappa essentially nuked the area we'd just been in.
"Piccolo! Get him with the special beam!"
Piccolo, while in midair, charged and released a special beam cannon. It clipped Nappa's side as he dodged. I sensed his power dip drastically. To the point to where most of us here could kill him.
I moved directly in front of Nappa. His eyes widened as he saw me.
"KAMEHAMEHA!"

The blast hit Nappa dead in the chest. With the amount of power he still had left, he could've easily killed me. Even in his weakened state he could've killed me because his power was around double my own. As the blast tore through his chest, I poured more energy into it, causing the beam to grow. His body completely disintegrated. I fell onto a knee afterwards, letting go of the blast.

I felt the sizable increase in power and grinned. It definitely wasn't enough to kill Vegeta. But I'd been teaching myself a move that could help in this situation.
"Krillin! Cut off the bastard's tail!"
"What?!" Vegeta roared incredulously.
I began to charge ki within my palm and Vegeta immediately focused on me. After all I did seem like the biggest threat currently. I couldn't even see him move as he ripped my arm off. With that distraction though, Vegeta was very much open. Piccolo held him, Tien hit him with a beam attack, and Chiaotzu held him with telepathy. Krillin threw a Destructo Disk at the Prince's tail and successfully removed it.
I grit my teeth and surged ki throughout my body. A new arm popped out of the empty socket Vegeta left. All eyes widened, but I was on to the next phase of my plan. I charged the very same ball of energy in my hand once more and threw it into the sky.
"Now!" I roared. "Burst open and mix!"
The ball burst in the atmosphere and created the necessary energy for me. I grinned as I felt the power come over me.

This... This shit is ridiculous! How in the fuck was this possible?! I'd come here, just as strong as FUCKING GOHAN! And I was leaving about 5 times stronger than that. Ya know what? Fuck it, I'll take the win.
I'd awoken inside the Pendulum Room, but it looked like some time had passed.
With my power level suppressed to a measly 1280, (which used to be my maximum), I stepped out of the room to find Popo. Instead I found a wizened old Namekian, waiting on me.
"... I'd assume you're Kami?"
"And I'd assume you're suppressing your new power. Show me your true strength."
I pushed my power to the max in an instant. It felt easy. And I felt stronger than I'd ever felt.
Kami, however, was shooketh.
"H...How... How did you get this strong... It should be impossible."
I shrugged and suppressed my power once again. I felt pretty aloof about the whole thing honestly.
"So... How long was I asleep?"
"Long enough for Krillin, Roshi, and Tien to sacrifice their lives trying to kill King Piccolo."
My jaw dropped. That meant I'd spent...
"Two years, you spent in that chamber. Two years of pain. They died recently, by the way. It could've been prevented. It was all your fault."
I felt anger bubble under the surface. My rage built inside of me and threatened to spill out.
"Kami... Where is he?" I said in a deadly calm voice. Kami simply pointed in a single direction. I stretched my senses out that way and felt it. That despicable, vile, energy. That made me angrier. It made my rage grow. I pushed my power down as small as I could and moved.
I made it to him in record time. I stepped out with my powers suppressed as much as possible. Feeling out his energy, his power level was about 260. This would be worse than child's play.
Meanwhile, Piccolo was scoffing at me. He must've thought I was just a normal kid. How horribly mistaken he was.
At that moment, I caught sight of the bodies.
"... Master... Krillin... Tien..."
"Hm? Oh them! Yes of course. They were in my way. So I stomped them out."
"Stomped them out? STOMPED THEM OUT?!"
I felt my power growing but I clamped down on it once I hit 2600. It wanted to keep going but I had to stop myself. I didn't want to kill him just yet.
Piccolo had sensed me, however, and true fear was plastered across his face.
"What... What are you?"
"I...am your worst nightmare."
The cameras had appeared. The same cameras that had captured Goku and King Piccolo's fight, had appeared once more. This was what I was waiting for.
I moved. And Piccolo didn't even react. When he finally saw me, under his guard, he tried to strike. It was like watching someone move in slow motion. He was outclassed and outmatched. And yet... I didn't want to drag this crap on for long.
I dodged the strike and backhanded Piccolo in the chest with the full weight of my 2600. His chest exploded in a shower of purple blood and gore. He hadn't even seen me move. Neither had the cameras. I flicked the blood onto Piccolo's face and watched as he laid Piccolo Jr. I vaporized the last of his body then turned my attention to the egg.
Hmmmmmm... This is a hard decision. Destroy a subject of future annoyance, or keep him and turn him into a valuable ally. I could turn him much faster than they did in canon. It wouldn't be that hard. But I wanted to get even stronger... And he wouldn't be a useful training partner for a very long time. Dilemmas dilemmas.
Wait! I've got it. I picked up the egg and flew off to the Lookout.
When I landed, both Kami and Popo stood at the top, as if waiting for me.
I tossed the egg to Popo, who caught it with ease.
"So this is how it's gonna go. You're going to fix the Dragon Balls. I'm going to find the Dragon Balls and make my wish. While I do that, you'll take care of this child. Flow good energy into the egg. When it gets ready to hatch, you'll throw it away as far as possible. Then I'll come back and train under you two some more. Is that good to you two?"
They nodded in unison, knowing I didn't want to hear their words. I jumped off the Lookout and searched for... Got her! I flew in that direction posthaste because I knew I had to catch her.
Bulma was in the main iteration of the Capsule Corporation building. I stepped in and two security guards tried to stop me. I gently moved them and they got off with only a few broken bones. I kicked down the door to Bulma's lab and said in my most pleasant voice,
"Hello! My name is Kizoku and we need to talk."
